Not really. He excersices and he should be proud of it.
The only issue that I found with his work out is that the weights handled were not that much. The bench press looked like about 115lbs and he only did 3-4 repetitions without any assistance. He is 69 and with the body mass he should have knocked out at least 15. I have 7 years on and can do ore than 15 repetitions with that weight. I think he takes steroids to maintain that body build and is not very strong.

I normally do 4 sets of 15 reps with a few minutes rest between. My last set is not as easy but still not difficult.
steroids is what give you a physic like that. Normal diets just gives you more definition but not the bulk that he shows. I was very surprised at the bulk of muscle. It’s not normal or very healthy to take steroids. Never have never will.
My husband noticed the same thing. His push ups were not real push ups either. Apparently big muscles from steroid use do not give you strength.
It is also kind of immature to try and show off in that way. Geraldo did the same thing awhile ago with a selfie.

I agree with your husband. I am 76.5 years and did easy 15 reps with that weight flat on the bench or at an incline which is much more difficult. In addition he must have 20-30 lbs of more muscle on his frame. But still I give him credit for that built.
Steroids for sure. I’m 48 and have lifted since my 20s…I do heavy weights, too, like chin ups with 60 pounds hanging from my waist on a dipping belt. And I don’t have a physique like that. It’s like those ripped Marvel actors with their “boneless skinless chicken breast diet.”
My dad also liked to lift weights. He always scoffed at the steroid muscle men who look strong, but really are not so much.

There may not have been a pandemic, but something was released to introduce spike proteins and the damage they do into the world, using a cold (corona) virus, whether through common cold or some variation of cold viruses that have been around like forever.

I have been accumulating information, truthful information, and videos to prepare for explaining to my vulnerable neighbors what is actually happening when those sirens go off because I am pretty sure they are very unprepared. As a matter of fact, I fear some hearts may stop. Most of what I read online about the transition I understand, but I am quite sure my neighbors will not. I could never show them the video I am referring to as it would surely break their hearts.
It would have been more helpful if you would have stayed completely away from any blame and asked the social media community to come up with ways to explain this mess and break it to them gently. Why not ask for the younger ones to imagine they had to explain all this to their grandmother, who is not online, can’t type, can’t afford cable, don’t know about horrific human/child trafficking, never heard of transgender BS, don’t know we didn’t go to the moon, and the moon and earth is not what they were told it was, and how are they going to get their SS with the new financial system, and how do they keep getting their medications. Imagine when these people find out that everyone else in the world already knows all of this and they don’t. Most will want to know how it all affects them personally and what if any changes will they have to make. And how am I supposed to address clones and robots and lifelike masks? This does not imply they are stupid-they just don’t know. This blame must be removed from the narrative.
For too long, American elders have been pushed aside, disrespected, ignored and forgotten. There are physicians in every field of medicine, dentistry, and psychiatry eagerly willing to murder us for money.
It brings me no joy to note that many young people will never benefit from our wealth of experiential wisdom that still travels through our veins. We can even read and write in cursive.
And you should know by now that some will believe that all of this is just a, dare I say, takeover; another day-another bunch of politicians and in four years everything will flip the other way. Tell me, what evidence can you provide that would convince them to once again trust ANYONE in WH, Congress (who are overpaid for a few days of work, vote their own salaries, fly private jets, engage in insider trading, ignore their constituents and more) or the military who use our men like guinea pigs with jabs then ignore them when they come back broken and homeless. Does that blame extend to them? Did they not do enough?
When all is said and done, and supposed evidence is produced on every channel, how will anyone know the difference between what is real and what is AI? I admire, respect, and believe in President Trump; he is a dear, dear man. I would be immensely gratified to call him my friend. I thank God for him every day, and listen to every word he says; but trust is a very hard pill to swallow right now.
In closing, Sir, I urge you to find a way to FIX this verbal mess you made using the same social media tools you used to create it. And not just a “Oh, so sorry” in two minutes. It needs to be corrected like you mean it for all the reasons I have put forth and others that may occur to you along the way. As General, you are of superior and distinguished character and you surely deserve every accolade you receive but you cannot blame people you are trying to bring into the fold. As Spiritual Beings experiencing a Human existence, I speak to you as a peer of equal rank. I believe in an effort to be casual you did not think this out before you spoke. Spalding County, GA:
Commissioners push to defund electronic voting systems, removing $85,000 from the Election Boards# budget.
Tonight the board, in a 5-0 vote, gave its consent for the Spalding County Board of Elections to take whatever action they deem reasonably prudent to carry out open, fair and transparent elections, to include using paper ballots instead of the flawed machines.
The next Elections Board meeting will be held on this measure, July 11.
Expect fierce opposition to the first large county that decides to get rid of the machines AND bans mail-in ballots.

President Trump didn’t fall for their Catch-22 trap ……. he didn’t play by their rules…. he set the example.
Just my opinion but I believe the writer interviewing Trump was in possession of the classified documents. She obtained a copy of the classified documents from someone affiliated with the New Yorker magazine. They were discussing the article published by the New Yorker a few days prior. It was a hit piece by the New Yorker using General Milley as a source that Donald wanted to militarily attack Iran and omnipotent General Milley kept OMB from moving forward with the attack making Milley look like a hero. Donald denies everything.
When Don says, “let me see that” on the audio tape, in all probability he is not asking for something already in his hands, on his desk or near by. He is asking to see the documents being held by the person he is talking to.
Apparently the document in question exonerates Trump war hawk position against Iran that Milley was accusing him of in the New Yorker article.
Furthermore, Trump saying that this document is classified puts Milley in trouble not Trump. That’s why he mentioned the classification status. It was not Trump’s document. It was the writer’s document, IMO. It was a copy of the national security information from General Milley that was used to write the New Yorker magazine hit piece on Trump.
Now I know Trump could clear this up in a second by coming out and saying exactly what happened but there are risk involved with this and he loses leverage in future court proceedings if he does clarify the matter now.
Finally the fact that Trump’s defense team has indicated that they are ready to go to trial now leads me to believe that they want to divulge this info to the court/jury for maximum effect.
A witness, that was in the room when the event happened said there were no documents being waved, just hand motions. Kind of like PDJT’s attorney saying PDJT made a ‘plucking’ hand motion at another instance and so we now know, there are no reasons for these charges and the lawfare group are relegated to planting false stories in their media about sounds and hand motions;
and we’re supposed to take lawfare lawyers seriously.
BTW I see PDJT is suing that E. G .Carroll lady for Defamation in accusing him of Rape – where jury found against her Rape claim – makes sense to me – looks like a slam dunk ? Maybe they can settle out of court for the 3 million whatever dollars she was awarded and call it even ( sarcasm)
