The author has their heart in the right place; however, equating the problem of the “deep state” with a “regulatory state,” is a seriously flawed characterization.
The deep state is ruthless and without conscience. Suggesting the power of the deep state can be removed by simply instituting governmental paper work or regulatory reforms strikes me as incredibly naive.
Shuffle all the government paperwork you want, all the government regulations you want; but, when you get close to the deep state, they will remove you. Just ask MLK, JFK, RFK.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE
This action is against 388 federal officers in their official capacities which include President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr, Vice President Kamala Harris, and former Vice President Michael Richard Pence (“Respondents”). All the Respondents have sworn an Oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and as such they are liable for consequences when they violate the Oath of Office by giving aid and comfort to enemies of the Constitution and acting in a capacity of waging war.
The Respondents waged a covert domestic war against the United States of America.
This war began on January 6, 2021 during the 117th session of Congress when arguments arose from both sides of the party accusing each other of treason for causing a breach in the electoral process. Over 100 members of Congress requested an investigation into these and other such breaches. It was the Respondents who voted not to investigate these breaches. If a breach in the electoral process seeks to put into power its victor, and if war seeks to do the same thing, then this breach is an act of war.
The Respondents refused to do an investigation which would have identified who was or wasn’t interfering with the electoral process. Purposely voting against the investigation was a war strategy that guaranteed putting into power its victor. Therefore, on January 6, 2021 the Respondents waged war which continues to this day.

Firstly, I am responding to YOUR comment, as representative of the views of some/many treepers, who share the view you express, and either “lurk” without commenting in part because they are avoiding the “push back” as well as others who, like you comment despite the villification.
So, I am addressing this responce not specufically to YOU but to all who feel as you do.
Firstly, we all recognise there are some people who go thru life with a ‘pessimistic’ view; THEY considr themselves “realists” but if they are honest they know most who know them, see them as pessimists, on ANY topic.
“Pessimist and Optimist are talking. Pessimist, being pessimistic, says;
“Things can’t POSSIBLY get any worse!”
Optimist, being optimistic says; “Oh, yes they CAN!”
LOL.
So, some of the difference in viewpoint MAY be, at least in part, because of this “human nature” difference in worldview.
Secondly, for some it MAY be the “I’ll never fall in love again! (at least,…until tomorrow) aspect of human nature expressed in the song.
Specifically, WE have ALL been on a roller coaster ride, since the escalator.
DJT WON, UP. Flynn fired, down. Sessions will fix it, UP. Sessions is a snake, down. Etc.
At a certain point, the mind/heart simply refuses to allow itself to get broken/disappointed any more, and so detirmined to NOT let that happen again, firmly resists any attempt at “hopium”.
Similarly, some red-pilled a LONG time ago, and perhaps 15 years ago, went “prepper” or “survivalist”; I first heard “sheeple” many years ago, when I ‘went prepper’.
The general view I got, from prepper/survivalist blogs, etc. is that the majority of people are “sheeple” who will never wise up, and will willingly climb in the cattle cars.
Here again after many years of imploring “WHEN will the Sheeple wake up??!” many reached the conclusion “never”.
And then their is “confirmation bias” which IS a “real thing”; if some combinations of the above has lead an individual to a world view regarding “the majority of clueless Americans” they will tend to not see, or dismiss any info which contradicts their World view, and focus their attention on any that confirms it.
For example, the individual goes grocery shopping, spending about an hour. In the parking lot, and in the store with customers and employees, the person has around 100 ‘interactions’ even if most are non-verbal, exchanges of eye contact, etc.
They notice ONE vehicle in the parking lot with a Biden bumper sticker, none for ‘Trump’ (because Biden supporters don’t get their cars keyed, Trump supporters do. But “our guy NOTICES the Biden sticker, and the abscence of Trump stickers.
Inside, he sees ONE Couple, both wearing BIDEN shirts, and no MAGA hats.
The other shoppers may well all be MAGA, and knowing liberals are easily triggered nutjobs, they smile warmly to these two, rather than giving them overt dirty looks, cause no telling what these nutjobs might do.
However, our guy, because if confirmation bias, comes away from the experience believing it confirms his view, that “probably HALF or more of the people in there, AGREED with the nutjobs.
Now, “turn about is fair play”; ANYBODY can fall into the trap of confirmation bias; I fell for the “red wave” one, hook, line and sinker, never stopping to consider it was the MSM and RINOS pushing it.
So, those who express their is no way this will get solved thru the ballot box, the 10th amendment, or the Constitution and we are going to have to go the Declaration of Independance, I would urge to do a little “soul searching”, just as all of us taking the other position also need to examine whether the HORROR of resorting to the ammo box, is causing US to engage in confirmation bias and “”hopium”.
That is extreme.
Some us really are looking at reality – the enemies we face, the paucity of successes against the enemy as well as against ignorance, the pervasive apathy and weakness as well as the greed of the general population. That doesn’t equate to giving up. Personally, I don’t see any strategy as being effective in overcoming the forces arrayed against us. That doesn’t mean I am stopping or giving up. It means I am still searching for something that can and will be effective and doing what I can to present and educate those I am in contact with to influence hearts and minds.

The last time I traveled to Mexico the tour bus to Chichen Itza was several hours and for most of the time the operators talked on intercom about their hatred for Americans, how Americans owed them for what they had stolen in the Mexican American war, and how they would one day take back Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California. At the end of the tour we were forced to give money to the operators in order to get off the bus. Before this I had traveled to 33 countries and other then Pakistan had never had a problem. I will never go back to Mexico.

Thirty-seven states have so far changed their mail-in voting procedures this year in response to the Coronavirus. Despite frequent claims that President Trump’s warning about vote fraud/voting buying with mail-in ballots is “baselessly” or “without evidence” about mail-in vote fraud, there are numerous examples of vote fraud and vote buying with mail-in ballots in the United States and across the world. Indeed, concerns over vote fraud and vote buying with mail-in ballots causes the vast majority of countries to ban mail-in voting unless the citizen is living abroad.
There are fraud problems with mail-in absentee ballots but the problems with universal mail-in ballots are much more significant. Still most countries ban even absentee ballots for people living in their countries.
Most developed countries ban absentee ballots unless the citizen is living abroad or require Photo-IDs to obtain those ballots. Even higher percentages of European Union or other European countries ban absentee for in country voters. As I pondered my disgust at discovering that our White House and our American flag have both been defiled this month by the presence of the Homosexual “Pride” flag, I was recalling various things.
One obvious topic was the drive to normalize the perverse, in particular the sexually perverse, against which every American should be stridently fighting, but too many of us are afraid of being called intolerant or bigots and have decided to shrug and ignore it, or worse, nod politely in tacit approval.
Blurring and blunting the Judeo-Christian heritage of condemning such perversions is a major goal of the Communists. Even the pagan Romans, who considered gladiatorial murder entertainment, drew the line at accepting homosexuality as normal. To be sure, they knew all about its existence, and its quasi-normalization among the Greeks, which they found repugnant. e.g. In Latin there was a slang word (pergraecor) meaning “to act like a Greek,” whose hidden wink-wink meaning was “to be a homosexual.”
The current drive to normalize homosexuality and other perversions (e.g. pederasty) can only be seen as the result of the divorce of Christianity in our society from government and the absence of its influence upon our laws.
It has not been sufficiently appreciated that the first English law code arose under the influence of Christianity.
The early English historian Bede, who wrote his history in Latin in the early 700’s A.D., wrote that Ethelbert, “king” of Kent (closer in fact to a tribal chieftain) and a convert to Christianity, under the influence of Augustine, the first bishop of Canterbury, wrote the first law code for his small kingdom in “English,” i.e. what we would call Anglo-Saxon.
Bede claims that the law code “followed Roman models,” but in fact the Romans would not have recognized much in Ethelbert’s various decrees of judgments e.g. “If a man punches another in the nose, he must pay him 3 shillings.” But no matter: it was a start at taming the barbarian tribe.
Christianity gave Ethelbert the idea that law should be written down clearly, enforced fairly, and eventually the more brutal aspects of Germanic ideas on codes of conduct and retribution or punishment would be tamed.
With the moral force of Christianity behind him, Ethelbert was able to influence other “kings” in England, e.g. his nephew, leader of the East Saxons, and converted at least some of them to Christianity.
My point is that our legal heritage has been connected to our Christian heritage since the end of the Roman Empire.
As we disentangle Christianity’s moral authority from our society, and insist that it have no connection at all to our ideas on Law, we see a rise not just in immorality but also in criminal behavior.
Since when does a Christian society de facto legalize theft? The current situation in, e.g. San Francisco and California in general, comes directly out of the class-warfare ideology of Marxism: rich people deserve to be looted and attacked because of their oppression of the proletariat!
This idea hides the purest hatred and the purest jealousy and as such is not a Christian idea!
Again, our churchmen should be in the forefront against this: do you hear them, or the crickets?

When I see impossibly-grandiose church buildings and contemplate that they pay no property nor other taxes, I’m not sure that’s really fair. They can apparently well afford to “render unto Caesar.”

Churches are not businesses, they are not for-profit entities *, and as they age, the amount of money needed for their upkeep is immense.
The clergy individually would be paying taxes like everyone else. The congregation’s donations should never be taxed, as they benefit the nation in general.
* Certainly we know that a corrupt clergy exists and has existed, skimming the donations. But the building and the charitable and religious work are burdens on the congregation.
I never write off my tithes, nor would I write off the time I volunteer for the church ministries if there was a way to do it. The blessings are all thats needed.
Up here in Greater Vancouver “ places of worship” that covers all faiths are involved in numerous rackets.
I have personal experience with two particular faiths that use their tax status to engage in serious for profit businesses.
Whether that be agriculture, real estate or automobile dealerships, transportation etc.
Financing individuals mortgages and automobile loans is also common place.
It is nearly always about control of the money.

When donating to a church, check out the budget and “categories.” Budgets are not transparent.
My church went “wokey,” and so I had a discussion with the business clergy. What is the “salaries/benefits/overhead” category called? What are the social outreach/justice programs categories, programs, how are they labeled? Etc. I contribute to another church also and have been surprised how different the category labels are, but as lacking in transparency. Where is your money going, and to whom?
Parishioners may be donating to “social justice” or categories they do not support, with woke agendas (or whose agendas?). Think about things in terms of budget line items. You might find some obnoxious categories under the blanket term “community outreach.” Or programs which make no sense. I did. Also, clergy may start/impose declarations/programs for which there was never any general consent, except by the elite/poobahs/boards/vestries who just “know” what is best for you and Kontrol the Purse. Each place is different.

The titanium end bells and carbon fiber tube have differing reactions to the cold and the pressure, certainly placing substantial stress on the attachment methods which I suspect generated damage, very possibly that which destroyed the vessel.
The insane photo above suggests that there are very possibly other compromises unseen, such as the method of attachment of the floor.

What’s the optimum strategy for Republicans to be dealing with the Biden corruption scandal?
At this juncture, is it best to lay off impeachment activities for now (symbolic anyway) and let the man and his comrades slow bleed for the next year or with 24/7/365 investigations, subpoenas, ongoing news stories, etc. Death by a thousand cuts. Pile on. Keep the fool tottering around, clinging on to his candidacy and keeping as much internal chaos happening within the Democrat/Anti-American party.
From polls, etc … it would seem that the enthusiasm for Biden on the left is waning and the enthusiasm as been low for some time. Is it better to have him continue as the face of the enemy vs some new face that potentially generates some enthusiasm on the left.

While Montana has been trending Communist, it still has patriot strongholds and it was disappointing to see the local LEO’s operating as security and assisting the IRS and ATF as they raided a gun shop and seized, among other things, the owner’s 4473’s for their gun sales.
I would operate under the presumption that local LEO’s will cooperate with the jackboots alphabets and take appropriate action.

As an aside, the Great Falls Police Department, according to local TV station KRTV, confirmed that they were informed in advance of this raid, and participated by providing ‘security,’ but the Montana Department of ‘Justice,’ claimed no involvement, although an IRS spokesperson confirmed their presence at the store. This is all par for the course, as government agencies, state and federal, are birds of a feather, and lie and collude during these attacks against society.
Concerning government, absolutely no one at the local, state or federal level, including the mainstream media, can be trusted to do the right thing, protect any liberty of the individual, or tell the truth about any assault on what is falsely referred to as the ‘public.’ Nothing should be believed unless it can be factually verified, as the corruption and gross fraud connected with these entities is rampant and all-consuming.
This event has been reported nationwide, and covered by many different gun organizations, bloggers, TV stations, and others, mostly from the same angles, but what was the reason for this raid at this particular time? Why this shop, in this location, and why would the IRS be involved in leading this coup? Was it known about in advance by all, or was this really some singular plotted secret raid on one shop in a small city in Montana? Something does not make sense here, but finding the truth may not be possible, given the continuous lies by most involved. Could it have been a test run meant to set the stage for many more of these raids, or was it done to prepare the proletariat for accepting more invasions against gun owners? If the Montana Department of Justice, and local police, had advance notice, did the politicians know as well? The owner stated that his shop had been under surveillance and investigation for a long time, so why was this such a surprise?
There is a very gross misunderstanding of this subject to begin with, so why not ask many uncomfortable questions? First, every time anyone buys a gun from a licensed dealer, it has to be registered, background checks made, and approved by the feds. The Form 4473, has to be filled out completely, with all personal information, which is given to the feds in order to gain approval for the sale. I filled in two of these just last month. Many, including dealers, claim that the information on these forms is private, and held only by the physical dealer. This notion is asinine, whether the dealer holds the originals or not. The exact gun purchased, while fully recorded by the dealer, may not be used in the approval process, but every purchaser of any gun through a dealer is already known and recorded by government. So if anyone believes that the government does not know who is buying guns, and when and where, they are very confused. If the government wanted to capture all registered gun purchasers, and they do, they already have all the names, addresses, and complete information necessary to do so.

There is much more going on with this recent raid than meets the eye, but the proper questions are not being asked, and therefore certainly not being answered. Why would the government goons expose themselves in such a bold manner with a small gun store in the middle on no-where Montana? Why would they steal information not listed in their bogus warrant; when they have most all that information already? What do the politicians gaining the spotlight due to this so-called raid, have to gain from this mass exposure? Who knew about this in advance, besides the Montana Department of Justice, the police, the IRS, the ATF, and likely several others?

In 21+ years with DOJ it was always my understanding that DOJ litigating sections had unrestricted authority to file cases anywhere in the country. They often sought assistance from US Attorneys Offices in the form of having AUSAs assigned to the cases, but that was not required.

My partner who was a retired 30 year marine was also terminated that way….in a Catholic hospital. Remdesivir and ventilator….TWICE. And yes, he too got the so called free REQUIRED covid test but he was admitted to the hospital because he took a fall from a deer stand. I’m sure they got all the bonuses for him, otherwise he might still be alive today. I’m sure he felt like he was being tortured which makes his death even worse.
I told his daughter to tell his Doctor to give him HCQ and she was told by the Doctor once he was admitted to the hospital he had no say in the treatment!!! So frustrating, he kept the Air Force planes in the air and could repair or fix anything!!! I miss his friendship!! He was looking forward to seeing my grandson play baseball and football and never got to!!! I’m getting angry I better go!!!!

I talked about it last year when she died, but my dear friend, Ann, died due to the horrific covid protocol almost 1 year ago. On July 3rd it will be one year since her murder was completed.
The hospital and their staff allowed her to suffer and be tortured for almost 8 months.

We knew she never wanted to go through what we all knew was taking place. She never wanted to go through any of it.
Yet her family, a weak willed husband and leftist children, allowed it all to take place.

She was probably scared and didn’t have her own plan in place for early intervention. You had to use the telemedicine doctors for early treatment. All the other doctors we once thought were reliable turned out to be quacks.
I think she trusted her family would heed her wishes.

The hospitals got a bonus for Covid patient admission to ICU. They got another bonus for use if the vent. Proper treatments (ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine were banned). Patient families were denied entry into the hospital facility to advocate for them. Then they provided the families a $10k check for a coffin if you died from Covid officially on the death cert.
As a clinical pharmacist working in a medium sized hospital, treating hundreds of patients I feel I must clarify something. IVM and HCQ are absolutely effective EARLY treatments of COVID19. I recommend them for many of our patients, unfortunately having little effect on outcomes. Most patients were at least 10 days out before being hospitalized and the virus had already ravaged their lungs with micro clots.
This was by design. The FDA granted emergency use authorization for HCQ for only hospitalized patients. The mechanism of action is it’s (and IVM’s) ability to open ion channels allowing zinc into our cells, which then disrupts viral replication. Less viral load means less severe infection. The EUA thus set up HCQ for treatment failures.
I’m not saying these drugs didn’t help some people as I was hearing reports of very sick having miraculous recoveries, but this was not my experience. And the doctors became more and more reluctant to prescribe them as they didn’t see efficacy and the crazy negative press surrounding them. Of course they did continue to prescribe remdesivir with absolutely no efficacy either. The reimbursement incentive explains why.
I understand what you’re saying Watchman69. That is why I set up my own treatment plan with the frontline doctors. I ordered the medicine for when I needed it, so I wouldn’t end up begging for my life in the hospital.
Telemedicine was/is the best way to bypass Big Harma and their managed care goons. Their decisions about patient care are not hindered by insurance requirements or top-down hospital dictates.
Last year, I fractured my arm and a rib and I didn’t even go for an x-ray. That is how much I now distrust the medical community.

This book was the best book I’ve read in a few yrs. Each chapter fully foot-noted as well as at the end of the book. Nothing could be refuted—and to my knowledge, it wasn’t. Highly recommend reading it for yourself.
