There should be a Libertarian, Constitution, and/or Green Party candidate on the ballot for President as well (Democrat strategy is to file suit to remove the Green candidate, particularly in battle ground states).
There should be a movement by MAGA voters to vote for one of them should Trump be denied the nomination or where write in isn’t allowed. 60-80 million protest votes for 3rd party would be a nice slap in the face to the the GOPe. And there is always the off chance the 3rd party candidate will win.
I’ve read write-ins aren’t even tallied in Potus elections.
I think in some states in invalidates the entire ballot.
These are some options I’m beginning look into. Until I have more time to flesh out this info, I can’t guarantee the below is absolutely accurate. Will report back more as I continue to dig, document and learn. Still brainstorming and beginning to research the details.
Plan B Options (IF President Trump is blocked from the GOP nomination)
(1) WRITE INS: 9 states that do not allow write-ins.
(2) INDEPENDENT RUN: An option in all but 2 states.
(3) APPEAR ON BALLOT FOR MULTIPLE PARTIES: In electoral fusion states, President Tump can run as the nominee of multiple parties. So if he was blocked from the GOP nomination he’d already be on the ballot under a different party.
————-> In fact, in 2016 he already did this. In California, in 2016, President Trump was on the ballot for two parties –the Republican party and the American Independent Party.
(4) FORM A NEW PARTY: a big lift to get off the ground in all 50 states and thru FEC approval. BUT wonder if it would be any quicker if only done in a couple of states as part of a patchwork approach (mix of independent runs and new party). Don’t know enough of the details to know yet.
(5) RESURRECT A PARTY THAT HAS BEEN NOT BEEN RECENTLY ACTIVE
There are over 200 parties. Most are either dormant or active in some but not all states
Wondering if it would be faster to re-activate an already existing party than start from scratch w all the approval processes —-Not clear yet what would be involved.
(6) BECOME THE NOMINEE OF A PARTY THAT IS ACTIVE BUT NOT QUALIFIED FOR AUTOMATIC APPEARANCE ON THE BALLOT –think this means meeting signature and other state requirements
Some of the above are Plan B options that could be explored now and others would have to wait while he is currently a GOP candidate. If no longer a GOP candidate the timing before Nov 2024 would partially dictate the approach
He may need to do a mix of the above options to get on the ballot in all 50 states.
Most states are not electoral fusion states so for most states the action to get on the ballot would not begin until/unless he was no longer on the GOP ticket. Which means Plan B would need to be implemented within a potentially short window.
I’m guessing the RNC has two points of time where they could potentially use RNC rules to remove President Trump from the GOP ticket. (1) prior to the primaries, before his name appears on ballots or (2) at the Convention

In 2017 Nevada rescinded their application to call a Convention to “propose amendments to our Constitution. The legislature is quoted in their archives saying, “ We were induced by fraud” to believe this is a safe process, but after being fully informed, we rescind.
So far in 2023, the COS has been defeated in every state they have tried to push for a call to convene. Complete losing streak. Glenn Beck, once fully informed, renounced his support.
Why do so many DeSantis supporters seem connected to the COS. Please do not be deceived about the Article V Convention.
Karl Denninger of the Market Ticker as well as others has written about how this is unnecessary as the laws and Constitution we already have would take care of the problems if they were adhered to.

So true!! I decided in 2016 that a short airplane roundtrip Las Vegas to Sacramento and back was going to be my last flight ever on an airplane. So I cannot boycott the airline industry any more than I already have. IF people had starved the airlines of any passengers then they would have carved out an exception to mask wearing at airports and airplanes.
I know that, here in Las Vegas, hotel room rates were so cheap that a lot of human trash used it as an opportunity to Vegas Baby!!. Rooms in the Bellagio and other nice hotels were $30 a night with 20 people crammed into a room. After things returned to normal, they had to remodel all of the rooms in the hotel because the rooms were trashed. So, many low quality people could afford air fare and hotel room.
We have a pandemic of CORRUPTION and EVIL – especially the predation, indoctrination, mental and physical attacks being inflicted upon Children.

One of my Floridian election precinct workers told me to tell as many homeless people I could find(I don’t know any) to register to vote. The out-of-doors can/will use the Clerk Of The Courts address as their permanent address. This was after I commented on the absolutely pathetic turnout in 2022. The place was so empty the poll workers felt they could speak freely. Once those homeless register the chance of them actually voting is nil.

A serious question for everyone. How many conservatives are left to boycott Target?
Myself, I’ve been boycotting Target for so long, I can’t even remember when I started. Over these past several years, I’ve been in Target exactly twice – both times I was buying my mother a replacement phone for her Consumer Cellular. Her phone had broken and it was the only place near me that had her flip phone. The second time I was so disgusted by some woke thing I’d seen in the store that I went online and purchased an extra flip phone in advance so that I wouldn’t be put in a position where I’m forced to patronize Target.
We stopped going to Target because their product and pricing mix stink. The woke didn’t even enter into it, although I suppose it would have if we’d still been shopping there.
Funny you say that. I too have trouble pinpointing where my irritation with Target inventory and pricing ended and my actual boycott began. But I truly don’t know any conservatives who still shop there. I’m sorry to say that I don’t think Target will suffer much due to all this stuff and their CEO knows it, which is why he came out with that arrogant statement. Target results were already in the crapper, particularly when compared to Walmart’s huge gains these last few years. I doubt we’ll see much impact.
You bring up an interesting dynamic. Once we exercise our displeasure and boycott, we no longer have any pull. But to not boycott means we accept the crap they shove on us and our families.
The more interesting question to me is how many Moms, who are not especially conservative, will have finally had enough and will quit Target?
I have a dear lifelong friend who is middle of the road politically, who is appalled at the pushing of the trans agenda on children.
I hope you’re on to something. My somewhat liberal sister yesterday remarked about them shoving this trans stuff down kids’ throats. And my very liberal niece, a mother herself, made a derogatory comment about parents who let kids decide their own gender.

The recently released Durham report paints a graphic picture of an agency out of control. The FBI did not blunder into an investigation of Donald Trump, his campaign, and his associates. The FBI undertook to deliberately destroy Trump and those around him including General Flynn. The FBI took unto itself the power to decide who could be President.
That fact has now been publicly exposed. The whole nation can see that the FBI acted in violation of law and every tradition we have had since the inception of the republic. The FBI has responded with remarkable clarity.
It did nothing wrong. It does not care what Durham (or countless whistleblowers) say(s). It does not care what Congress thinks. It will do as it pleases.
The Assistant Director of the FBI for Counterintelligence, Suzanne Turner, just testified before Congress. Asked about the Durham report, the one that said her agency had run amok and tried to stage what amounted to a coup, she responded by saying she had not bothered to read the report nor had she been briefed on it.
When pressed further she offered to take questions back to the FBI and see if she could get someone else to answer them. Contempt dripped from her every word and every mannerism. The concerns of the people’s elected representatives were clearly of no interest whatsoever to her.

The Republican’s universe is finite limited to legal verifiable registered voters. The Democrat’s universe is infinite with mail out ballots. They take all the mail out ballots (massive far in excess of the number of registered voters) that are not claimed and complete them using false addresses, false names, unregistered voters, false signatures, even submitting undated ballots!!! Anyone from North Carolina on this thread? Call your State House Rep. The State GOP Senate passed a budget that contains language to prevent NC from joining ERIC. It goes into negotiations with the State House next where there may be some push back. IMO as nations they have become fat and lazy, low birth rates among native born citizens.

What I find interesting is that folks if able have been preparing years for this..we saw it first in working class neighbourhoods near us.
Older folks became trapped, younger ones moved on..
Now here in our part of British Columbia a sizeable number of folks have residences outside our Province or in rural parts that are far less desirable to loafers.
We bought ours over twenty years ago, and it was a struggle, several neighbours have places in Mexico for many years as believe it or not, feel safer and more appreciated than in their native lands.
Who would have believed that prior to President Trumps election and the subsequent criminality and corruption that has unearthe.
These folks ( many of whom we know personally) are not quitters..simply practical and realists.
We here in our specific community are fortunate as the Chinese, Philippine and Sikh immigrants are entrepreneurial, appreciate homeownership and know what a sh*t country is like.

Everyone needs to focus on their state and the U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 8 read jointly with the 9th and 10th Amendments.
The federal government has such limited powers specified in the U.S. Constitution. The states should be responsible for 99.99999999999999999999999% of what the federal government has been doing. The federal government should start honoring their oath and adhere to Article 4 Section 4 wherein we (the states) are to be protected from invasion. This I see as a matter of utmost urgency.
Under the Constitution, who is president doesn’t matter so very much, and the people enjoy so much more liberty. This is by design. I would be far more energized about the POTUS race if I thought for a nanosecond that a president could stuff the federal government back into the Constitution.

I remember after 9/11 my Dad telling me there’s no way what happened is what they are telling us. As the years went by, more evidence came out supporting all of that.
Same thing with my grandparents (both in their early 40’s at the start of WWII). They always believed Roosevelt knew about Pearl Harbor and let it happen so the American people would support us getting into WWII. We needed a really good reason as the population was very opposed to US involvement.
I used to think all of this was a bit overdone. Some shards of truth, but nothing firm, just speculation. Fast forward to 2016 and we all watched what these people tried to do to a sitting president. They openly tried to frame him with a pile of lies. The media helped, Congress helped, the courts helped yet Trump fought like a MF’er defending himself and his people.
If you step back a bit, everything in the history of our nation needs a fresh look going back at least 80 years. JFK, RFK, MLK, Reagan, Korea, Vietnam, 9/11, etc.
The single greatest gift Trump gave America was his exposing the absolute wickedness and lawlessness of the Deep-State (and the GOP).
