Thank you Colkitto for raising this matter. While Cuomo is at least receiving some spot light via legislative hearings, there were several other blue states that like Cuomo mandated that infected patients be sent into nursing homes.
Whitmer kept it going long past when Cuomo caved to public outrage and stopped his mandated death measure.
In my view this is first degree murder, not some accidental mis-step. I agree, the only motive I can come up with is a desire by these blue states to jack up the death numbers. It worked.
This is not me indicting President Trump specifically, and doesn’t exclude state governments who are as swampy as any swamp, but when two weeks expands to nearly two + year shutdown, this has destroyed many, many small businesses and lives. Sometimes, “The buck stops here”.

The buck stops with those who had the actual authority on lockdowns. In a consitutional federation of states, the Presidency does not have authority in this matter.
Even Biden could not mandate lockdowns. The buck stops with the state governors who were exclusively in charge.
On Biden’s vaccine mandates, the court eventually ruled against Biden’s attempt to grab authority that wasn’t his–such as his general employee mandate.
I massively disagree with you on this one. PDJT was not an mRNA expert. He had to rely on expert advice.
So, if you hire a contractor to build your home and he does a horrible job and lies to you then you must think that the buck stops with you even though you are not a home building expert and relied on the professional contractor.

It is not possible to have any portion of your election be mail-in. Legally, it is IMPOSSIBLE to verify a signature without being a signature verification expert with a magnifying glass, and there is not time to do this in a mail-in ballot election, nor are there enough experts. The Kari Lake trial is proving this.
Let’s say you have a signed Babe Ruth baseball bat. In order for that bat to have value, a signature expert with a magnifying glass would have to verify the signature, and then sign off on its authenticity. That takes several minutes, time the election officials do not have, and expertise the election officials do not have.
Our legislators have created a mail-in system of voting that is impossible to verify. It cannot work. It is impossible. Now that you know this, consider the situation we are in. If you say the election was rigged, they call you a conspiracy theorist. If you protest, the falsely elected officials will call out the police to fire upon you, and toss you in prison. Let me say this as plainly as I can. Many of the so-called “elected officials” inside the Capitol on January 6th had no right to be there as their election was based on mail-in ballots.
The difficult project which remains is unwinding a 20+ year old law in our state, one the voters apparently approved, that made all mail-in voting the standard.

Then there are states that allow sloppy administration of election processes with flawed chain of custody of ballots from drop boxes, storage of ballots for audits which aren’t allowed anyway, courts that will not intervene anyway and hear evidence of corruption, on an on.
Our elections are a total mess because they want it that way. It’s like our federal budgeting process-it doesn’t exist and we are now $31T+ in debt. They like it that way and then We Wonder Where All The Money Went !

A lot of DeSantis “influencers” on this app are upset that Tim Scott is formally entering the race today. They say “Scott has no chance!” I agree. But polling shows Scott is much closer to beating DeSantis for number 2 than DeSantis is to beating Trump for number 1.
With the way things are going, I wouldn’t be shocked if DeSantis was 3rd or 4th in polling 2 months from now.

I said the same thing here a week or two ago, I cant stand to listen to those two any more. They almost never have a pro Trump caller on the show and have some of the most Trump hating callers you could dream up. Then Sexton comes out and says “we dont know who’s on the line when we pick up” total BS. Just like the Murdochs those two will ruin the legacy that the great El Rushbo spent decades building. I would bet they are already down listeners.
I switched to Bongino from 11 – 2 and I have enjoyed his show for the last few weeks.
I never tried them. I knew no one could replace Rush so I quit cold turkey after he passed away.

Some random thoughts:
F-16s can carry nukes. This is obviously part of the escalation ladder.
As with other old weaponry dumped into Ukraine (F-16s are 40 years old but still good), the objective with Lloyd Austin running things is to get rid of all old munitions in stockpile throughout NATO so the US MIC can sell up-to-date replacements (F-35s) to donating countries. We pay these countries to donate weaponry to Ukraine. They aren’t doing out of the goodness of their hearts. With that money, they purchase new, updated US equipment.
When the US says it is thinking about it, or saying no they won’t be doing it, the armaments are already in the pipeline and training is long underway. I saw vids of Ukrainian pilots months ago training on F-16s and commenting on its performance on UT.
US and NATO pilots will be flying some of these. Takes 18 months or more to train a pilot.
Obviously the west has already planned for the support, maintenance, spare parts, jet fuel, etc. Suspect this may be in Romania and/or Poland. Does this make these countries potential cannon fodder if this is the origin point for sorties into Ukraine and Russia?
I suspect the Russian s-300s and s-400s can easily take care of these.
F-16s not survivable in Ukraine environment?
This is a quote from the above interview with Billie Flynn.
“The F-16 is not survivable in the very highly contested world, like the Ukraine, for example, with significant numbers of sophisticated surface-to-air threats that the Russian Armed Forces have. The F-16 would never survive by itself.”
Does this mean that NATO will eventually plan to deploy F-35s to Ukraine, with the intent of gaining air superiority over the Russians?
Note that F-16s can attain Mach 2.05 speed, while F-35s only Mach 1.6. It would seem that higher speed would help evade air defenses, but there are other factors like radar capability, etc.
The Russian hypersonic air-to-air missile can reportedly achieve Mach 6. How will the slower F-35s survive better than the F-16s?
They won’t.
The only things that sending advanced weaponry to Ukraine will accomplish are:
A. Gives Russia more targets to shoot at and destroy (e.g. Patriot battery systems)
B. China gains intel on how best to defeat the advanced US weaponry for the upcoming Taiwan incident.

ADJUDICATION –yes we know about this already, but wait for it.
As election integrity hounds know the Uniparty relies on adjudication to “adjust” results. Adjudication is supposed to be rare (coffee stain, torn ballot makes it machine unreadable) –supposed to be below a fraction of persent of all ballots. But in recent elections adjudication can rise to 10%, 20% and higher as needed.
Here’s the bombshell out of Florida:

Your issue with WinRed sounds frustrating. Back in 2020 it was in the news that WinRed had to return a lot of money because of problems with recurring donations. However, since then have not seen any new reports of problems.
Treepers have been donating via WinRed regularly and have not reported back any issues, so your comment is the first I’ve seen. Just did a quick internet search and since that 2020 problem, no news reports come up. Maybe others can chime in.
But to get back to answering your yesterday’s question, yes you CAN donate directly. Got to President Trump’s website, donaldjtrump.com. On the donate page there is a link in bold, mid-page where one can print out a pdf form to mail in a donation. Ignore the credit card payment option (WinRed) and send in a personal check made out as directed and mailed to the address provided.
FYI –GOP candidates are forced to use WinRed by the RNC who will punish GOP candidates who fundraise outside of WinRed. I was assured by a Sr VP of the firm managing the campaign finances that sending a check if necessary is okay.
We write a check to donate directly to Trump’s website. It took us a while to figure it out, though. The information about WinRed is buried deep in the fine print.

Could someone explain or even speculate? LIDAR relative to CONUS?
I’m clueless. Lidar is good at mapping. Like sunlight twinkling through trees, it sees through foliage and reveals what is underneath. It can also show hidden traces of ruins that aren’t visible. I’ve seen shows with people using it to map caves and inside buildings.
But steel and concrete jungles? They’d already be mapped out by satellite.
