The Durham Report’s Follow-up Action Plan……..MIA.
Mr. Nunes talks about the complete collapse of the DOJ, the justice system and the judicial system. That can only happen from the inside by the “leave behinds” of the three previous administrations. It wasn’t done by newbie employees, it was done by senior level traitors.
So it is known “who did it” and “what crimes they committed”, what hasn’t been answered is “when will they be charged, tried and punished.”
The house will hold hearings and the senate will hold fund raisers …… neither will move the “accountability” football down the field.
So, 10 state Attorney Generals must form a citizen’s grand jury with duties covering federal treason charges to get the ball moving. Their actions must be funded by state funds, no federal funds and will use the “grand jury quality”facts from the Durham Report to prosecute the traitors.
Using the Durham Report’s facts will allow them to hit the ground running and to stop on-going election fraud committed by the same traitors that did it in 2020 and 2022.

Yes, AG Garland has the power to quash prosecution, and most certainly would have done so, but it is still incumbent on Durham to indict and prosecute and he should have done so…
Knowing that Garland would quash indictments/prosecutions is not a valid reason to ignore existing law and responsibility… And, if Garland does quash, it would serve to further show how corrupt our “d.o.j.” really is.

Gratitude to treepers who suggested that if I was going to opine about RFK JR, that I ought to listen to him, and I did,..for 4 1/2+ hrs, today.
Obviously, I have a broader deeper understanding of him, after than I did before.
Some of my speculations I feel confident in now discounting (I was wrong) and while some of my assertions I still hold (even stronger) the REASON for the assertion has changed, dramatically.
My points on how he is “in the mold” of DJT candidate, (not career politician, outsider, champion of the “forgotten man” etc.hold.
I would go farther now, saying that what DJT is to the Uniparty-R wing, RFK JR is to the Uniparty-D wing.
And I hold to my assertion that RFK JR is the ONLY candidate, that in a fair election (without any of the myriad election frauds) would be a challenge to PDJT.
ALL of the rest, being Uniparty empty suits, whether R or D, wouldn’t be any challenge, whereas RFK would at least get a score on the board.
There has always been a Populist/Nationalist/Libertarian “streak” running through the body politic of America, going back to our founding.
On the R side and recent history, Goldwater, Perot, Buchannan, SOME Nixon, Reagan, Ron Paul, and of coarse PDJT.
And, its been there on the D side, as well; John Edwards, Bernie (thats why he drew such crowds) Sanders,…and others as well.
Recall around the time of the Tea Party, largely a responce to bail outs, the D’s had “Occupy Wall Street”; the rage that initially fueled it was also over bailouts, but as it was a group, with a grievance (10’s of 1000’s losing homes, while TBTF get bail outs) naturally the radicals highjacked it as they always do, cause “any grievance in a storm”.
The old school Liberals (think Dershowitz, and those that worked with the OLD ACLU) were very similar to the Libertarians, focusing on upholding the Bill of Rights.
Before the term “liberal” was highjacked.
Point being, this P/N/L ‘streak’ is NOT really D or R, or even Conservative or Liberal, at least not as the Uniparty has distorted everything, perhaps because it IS “unifying” and they are heavily invested in DIVISION .
Both parties oppose PNL and resist any candidates, that run in their party and campaign as populist/nationalist/libertarians. They see such candidates as a threat, because they ARE.
IF the “NeverTrumpers” REALLY meant it, when they vowed “Anybody but Trump” they would put all their $ and support behind RFK JR, because as I said none of the empty suits has ANY chance, whereas RFK has SOME chance.
But, they won’t.
I have some specific critiques of RFK JR, but my big picture take is this.
The Uniparty has long had US bound up: leaving us with the ‘choice’ of Uniparty-D, or Uniparty-R so that of coarse whoever wins is Uniparty.
Actually, they have often done the same to the D base, as well. Forcing on them a candidate they didn’t REALLY want, calling for party unity to “beat the R, cause he is worse!” as they eliminate THEIR P/N/L candidates.
We have a remote chance of flipping the script on them
as MAGA is the Republican version of P/N/L, and RFK JR is the Democrat version, if both got the nominations, over the strong resistance of the parties, we would see a ballot where the only choices would be P/N/L.
Both are vowing to end Americas war with Russia in Ukraine, both are vowing to deconstruct the Deep State, both are talking about Economic Security as National Security, restoring the middle class, about those liberties in the Bill of rights..classic populist National Libertarian talking points.
All that said, I will still crawl a mile, naked over broken glass, hot mohave desert, battling rattlesnakes and scorpion, to write PDJT in, if he’s not on the ballot.
But a two prongued attack of the Uniparty bird is good, it now means the Uniparty is fighting a “two-front” war.
So yeah, I am no longer concerned that RFK JR is a “stealth” Maga alt, being positioned by the Uniparty (so had THAT WRONG).
They WILL oppose him as much as they have PDJT, and always have ANY P/N/L candidate.
As where Trump survived the GOPe in 2016…
I don’t think RFK Jr has a chance at surviving the DEMe in 2024.
The repub voters definitely have a populist streak making headways at taking over the party (it’s gonna take a while though). At least they have enough members to have influece.
But, I don’t see a populist streak on the dem side. I see a Socialist/Marxist streak. It’s a different struggle on their side.

I agree with a lot of your reasoning but you are minimizing the danger that the RFK, Jr scam poses to America during the primary elections.
RFK, Jr. is part of the democrat / GOPe splinter group strategy aimed at defeating President Trump in the primaries.
Remember, the democrats and the GOPe are on the same team….. as in they have an unwritten agreement …. to share power and split the spoils while pretending to be against each other to fool their bases.
RFK, Jr.’s whole purpose is to try to fool unsuspecting MAGAs to vote for him during the primary elections, allowing DeXX to gain some %s in the primary.
The DNC and the GOPe’s shared objective is to stop President Trump in the primaries because they know they can’t beat him in the general.
MAGAs need to expose RFK, Jr’s scam early and often much like what was done with DeXX.

When asked about “Trans issues” the questioner (in the question) aknowledged he has said he is against men competing in womens sports, but said beyond that, he focuses on things he, if elected could control.
O.k., so as POTUS he would reverse the Dept if Ed policy, withholding Fed $ from schools that don’t follow trans b.s. on bathrooms, locker rooms and competitions.
Would he withhold $ from those that do ? i.e. a complete reversal.
Cal. just past law, making it a tran sanctuary state for MINORS that want the treatment, without parental consent.

Our country is under invasion. Illegals are being assisted both into the country, and then after they arrive. The illegals probably receive more benefits than our Vets, or those who lost their jobs rather than be mRNA lab rats.
How could he NOT know what is going on? How could he NOT have a plan to stop this, and then reverse the damage already done? For a man who consistently decries the harm of drugs, how could he not acknowledge that so many crossing the border are doing so to promote drug use?

Personally, I hope that Trump selects RFK as his VP. That would ensure a Trump/RFK victory in the general. Bannon mentioned that too. I think RFK already has approx 19% of Dems supporting him, which is good b/c at least 20% of Dems get it.
OR… since the DNC will not permit RFK to get the nomination — and they won’t and Biden refuses to even debate– maybe RFK could then run as an independent… which would totally split the Dem vote giving the win to Trump.
Ultimately, I don’t think Bobby Kennedy is ready for the torture the DS/intel 4th Branch will inflict on him IF he were to win the presidency. He has no experience. Trump already knows and the DS has already worn out everything they can attack him with.

As a Stage 4 cancer survivor people should know there is a great deal of difference of treatment and prognosis for the early stages vs. the late. Those of us who underwent the worst of the worst and made it out the other side, however long it may be, are a little annoyed with those who have very early stage , minimal treatment and very publicly announce their disease and use it to garner sympathy. I would really like to know what stage she was diagnosed with and what treatments. I have read she had 3 treatments and was declared cancer free. I know people that have endured 60-70 treatments and are still struggling to live. Also cancer doesnt care who you vote for, but if you are member of the ruling class you sure do seem to get offered treatments us peasants are denied.
It also depends on what cancer you had. Triple negative breast cancer, early stage one – I had a double mastectomy and 5 months of hellacious chemo. If she had stage one of something less dangerous and didn’t need disfiguring surgery, good for her.

I think we have a tendency to look to the federal level for change. But the American idea is that the political power of the states exceeds that of the federal government. The political power of the county, in turn, exceeds that of the state. The most political power resides with We the People. Key: Authorized by law.
All spending must originate in the House (per the Constitution.) However, Congress is the source of such limitation as well, and nothing in that clause — or anywhere else in the Constitution says that Congress may not bind the execution of said spending based on the receipt of taxes to offset any debt that may otherwise be required.

Good point. It is absurd to suggest that the executive has un-limited spending authority. The discourse by talking heads and political figures supporting or urging a 14th Amendment solution avoid any mention of the “authorized by law” provision. Rather the discussion assumes that the 14th Amendment includes a “wild card” spending / revenue provision.
Leftist / statists tend to ignore to actual text or purpose of the Constitution and freely edit inconvenient wording.
We should all take the time to read – and routinely re-read – the U.S. Constitution. We should also read our various state constitutions, some of which pre-date the U.S. Constitution.
I find it funny that people still think that our government cares about the law or our Constitution.
I’ve lost count on how many documented violations of existing law (lying under oath, executive decision to ignore immigration law and open the border, many more) simply get ignored by both parties, the DOJ and our Court system.
Our government only exercises the law when it suits their agenda.
Everybody seems to be ignoring the fact that it is against the law to enter our country without permission of some kind.
Even “asylum seekers”. There are laws about ports of entry, and there are laws about “asylum seeking”. You can’t bypass other asylums to get to the place of your choice, but our border agents just allow them entry anyway.
Why not quit paying them and send them home.
We could issue tickets to appear in court through a machine like you get a ticket to park your car at the airport from a dispenser.

Bubbs, I started out with a metal food grade 55 gallon drum and a metal food grade 35 gallon drum, the latter was hard to find. now I have progressed to the largest DR Brand Brushcage and a 55 gallon drum will fit inside it. I fill the barrel up with grass clippings and leaves then turn it upside down inside the open cage after packing it tightly so the contents won’t fall out. I close the cage and fill it with leaves and sticks. Since the fire can’t get directly to the grass it turns to charcoal instead of potash because of the lack of oxygen. It is a dirty job and not for those that are afraid of being burned once in a while.
What a great guy! Plus, the fragrance of newly mowed grass is wonderful. Always reminds me of my childhood. I am proud of you, and I say thank you for your work.
