(Databases & machines are hacked & tracked in real time… showing who voted & didn’t vote; so fraudulent ballots could be printed & filled out for those who didn’t vote, which are then given to the NGOs to distribute to the ballot boxes. The last step of distribution was shown in the “2000 Mules” documentary. Dr. Frank says the ballot box stuffing is a symptom of the fraud. The real fraud took place in the machine. The reason i don’t think President Trump would now pick Sanders is because she has become a part of the DeSantis

For many who watched the original trial, it seemed obvious the Judge was biased to believe Hobbs’s (govt officials) witnesses.
He was because the LAW, as written SAYS he is to give them a presumption (not unlike the “presumption of innocence”) that they are being truthful, and that the State has no motives to cheat, basically to trust them, with a CAVEAT; UNLESS evidence is heard by the Judge clearly showing the election officials had the intent to cheat, and lied to the Court, in which case they then LOSE this presumption.
The sending the case back to Court on the sig var opens up petitioning the judge on OTHER counts he previously dismissed.
If Lakes lawyers can show they now have evidence they did not have, and could not possibly HAVE had, when they made their initial presentation (they DO!) and the time limit hasn’t passed (it hasn’t) they can ask the Judge to revisit the previously dismissed count.
On the issue of machine testing Lake now has such evidence, and it potentially strips the hobbs team of their presumption, as it clearly shows perjury, intent to decieve the Court, and intent to suppress Lake voters.
So, this alone could be devastating to hobbs, and then with presumption stripped, the sig var which Supreme court ordered reviewed, would be seen in this different way by the Judge.
Point being, its now easy to see a way forward where KL WILL Prevail, and be seated as Governor, with the phenominal impact that would have not just in Az. but for destroying the “secure election, no steal” crowd.
As for her being PDJT’s VP, IF she prevails in Court, I am of two minds.
I continue to believe she is the ONLY candidate for VP, that has that “insurance policy” quality for PDJT.
There WAS a time, when it was simply “understood” that of a Senator ran for POTUS, that they resigned as Senator, in order to run, IIRC.
Then, that went “by the wayside” and nobody criticised McStain, Harris or any other Senators, argueing that they were doing a disservice to their State, by continueing to serve as Senator, WHILE running as POTUS.
