I don’t know what Romney’s problem is but likely he is owned.
His son was involved in likely money-laundering in Ukraine as was the Biden family and others in Congress, including Rs. That is most likely why our govt pushed the war in Ukraine, which is just awful. So many Ukranian lives have been ruined or extinguished and Ukraine has been decimated. Why they bated and insulted Putin is beyond comprehension. Why challenge Russia? They should have negotiated. Then Ukraine would not be destroyed.
Now, IF Ukraine had negotiated seriously w/Russia b4 the invasion, and Russia still invaded, THEN I would be very against Russia… but that’s not what happened.
THEY have been trying to re-mske the World, for their Great reset, for at least 40 years, and that means a One World Govt.
Which means eliminating Oil, and any Nationalist Govt.
Hence, they used either Dominion, color revolutions, U.S. Invasions “whatever means neccesary” to topple Govts. focusing on OIL producing countries and countries with Nstionalist Govts.
They put Chavez in in Venezuela, and got rid of its oil production.
They invaded Iraq, which has nothing to do with 9/11, to damage ITS oil.
They started color revolutions in the mideast, funded and armed ISIS, all in an attempt to destabilise oil production there.
And they provoked Russia for years, and if Hillary hadcwon, they would have started the Ukraine War in 2018, as the goal all along was “regime change” to install a WEF puppet in place of Putin.

Its interesting that years ago, my liberal family and friends blamed oil for every war, invasion. I used to roll my eyes because I trusted Bush 43. 🤷♀️
At the time I never thought we were trying to destroy oil and natural gas. I do think there is value to multiple sources of energy, e.g., solar, electric… but we need all these sources, certainly not to destroy our primary sources of energy with no viable alternative.
Our electric grid is not even capable of handling what they want to add to it. They are so dishonest. And, it’s ALL very frustrating….
The entire world should want peace and to find ways to get along and help each other. I’m very sad to learn and realize that the US, that I love, has not been an agent of good and freedom in the world for decades.

Retired Magistrate here: A lot of people don’t want to think critically or they don’t know how. Look at advertising; everything is based on emotion, not thinking about whether or not you really need the product or will it be good for you.
Many individuals “feel” that if a commentator speaks softly and kindly that they must be telling the truth. It is much easier to digest and believe what someone else tells you than to actually think for yourself: look at the information presented to you, determine what facts are true and which are not and then come to a conclusion about what you have just heard. In other words, many people are just to lazy to think for themselves.
Finally, if an individual finally figures out they have been wrong about a certain piece of information, pride prevents them from admitting they are wrong. So what to do; find out who is in your tribe and do what you can to make your tribe prosper.
Talk about misdirection! Conservatives are really easy to redirect. One of my favorite news sources is all about RFK today. The comments extol his virtues and wishes for him to be the Democrat nominee. No one thinks about anything except his current opinions that seem to agree with our views. The point is, the fact is, the ones inescapable truth is that RFK is a Democrat who is allowed to speak only to dilute support for the one man who can help us, Trump. Even if RFK got elected, he’s still member of what has become a demonic force and would never be allowed to demonstrate anything else. But keep on being led down that Dem garden path. They don’t even have to try very hard anymore. If RFK believes all that the Conservative media credits him with then why is he still a Democrat? Those not emotionally triggered to feel a STRONG emotional responce look at the words and actions of those manipulated, can’t understand it and so think its cause they are stupid, as it seems inexplicable.

ANY emotion works, if the responce is STRONG enough, as the parts of the brain that normally engage in critical thinking, are preempted and diverted to the task of experiencing the emotion.

Also, Americans are very busy w/their lives, jobs, children, family obligations. It can be overwhelming and exhausting. I know this from my own sister, who is a very good person… but she watches CBS news and thinks it’s real news. 🤷♀️
And, she basically thinks I’m a hood-winked extremist conspiracy theorist duped by online disinformation propaganda. She won’t discuss politics or what’s going on in our world with me either. She wants to “keep the peace.” I get that b/c there’s not a lot of peace in our world. Many Americans are stressed out.
It’s a big problem though. It is viewed as politically incorrect to discuss politics and religion so many families, friends, neighbors refuse to do it… just like in China and other totalitarian nation-states.
But it IS this communication and debate over IDEAS, history, changes to our country that early Americans DID engage in. They didnt have TV, smart phones and video games. I believe the deliberations, sometimes heated, made them smarter and wiser.
We, as a nation, are being dumbed down, in multiple ways. The controlled media is a primary way our increasingly totalitarian govt controls our mind and what we think. It’s getting better. More Americans are reading other sources than MSM bc they sense they are being deliberately manipulated and deceived… and we are.
It makes me very nervous the power the govt has over the media, and what most/many Americans are permitted to see and here on the public airwaves.

They, in the same boat, by their reaction not being negative, or being slightly positive, indicate they are MAGA, then we show a little back, and we then recognise we are of the same tribe.
We have completed the “secret handshake” we have “spoken shiboleth” (biblical reference) and can now proceed to talk about vaxs, Ukraine, etc.
Its the SAME for liberals/Dems; expressing their disdain for Orange man is their affirmation/assurance to others, than they are a member of their tribe.
Hence, the LAST thing they will “red-pill” on, is “Trump”.
But they are now having conversations like;

And then they go on to talk about all of the lies about covid and vax, or Ukraine war, or disparaging what HAD been “articles of faith” that they are now starting to question.

The blue tribe does throw out the accepted line or lines within a short acquaintance time frame. What is remarkable is that they really do also take silence as enthusiastic agreement. They never question the silence, or a redirection. That’s a blessing, really.
As time goes on, it becomes easier and easier to identify both the tribal behavior and the emotionally implanted mind viruses. When you can see the equivalent of an NPC’s Pavlovian “bark” your best strategy is to just note it and move on. There is no rational argument that is responsive to a bark.
It also helps you to keep both your emotional balance and your sanity to accept the reality of that state of affairs. It may be irritating to hear the continuous dissonance with reality when forced into a blue tribe conversational setting, but at least you know what happened and that you are encountering a phenomenon that can be understood.

Tucker Carlson is preparing to go to “war” against Fox News as the network refuses to release him from his contract, preventing him from working for other networks until January 2025.
Fox News announced it was parting ways with Carlson last month, although speculation is still raging as to the exact reason.
Carlson has not technically been fired since he has still not been released from his $20 million per year deal, which forbids him from working elsewhere in the industry for another 20 months.
That means the popular host would be completely frozen out of being able to actively cover the 2024 presidential election.
“His team is preparing for war. He wants his freedom,” a close friend told Axios, adding that Carlson had previously said he wanted to “get this done quiet and clean” but his team was now “going from peacetime to Defcon 1.”
I have yet to see any action by Tucker that would support this. So far, everything he has done publicly has been quite and clean’. Doesn’t even have a team out there in public carrying water for him.
And nothing has been open about this dispute. Fox has a smear campaign going with leaks and whatnot. But not openly attacking yet.
A public defense would be welcome, but it could also be a trap.
And who knows the reality existing in the contract and behind closed doors?
Yes, WE don’t know WHAT the contract says, but we DO know many corporations now include not JUST “NON-COMPETE” clauses, but “Non-DESPARAGE” clauses, WITH “Mandatory arbitration”.
The fact that he is studiously avoiding saying ANYTHING about Fox, while not proof positive, is a strong indicator that he may well be hamstrung with such clauses.
And, bear in mind when he signed the contract, he was probably used to seeing and signing such agreements, and having not yer started to red-pill, would have thought nothing of signing it.

In 2022 the IRS took in (net of refunds) about $4.2 trillion. Last year the interest due on our debt was $305 billion. Of the entire $4.2 trillion from what I’ve read $1.7 trillion is discretionary.
Every household knows if money is tight, prioritize the bills. The government has the tax revenue to cover the interest bill. And enough to pay the mandatory obligations like social security. Some serious cutting would need to happend –but I rather like that option:

I’m tired of known felons committing serious offenses who are able to commit those offenses because the government refuses to prosecute and remove said felons from our nation and we, the people, refuse to demand that they either do so or we will do so and if anyone tries to stop us we will remove them from society as equally guilty.
I believe very strongly in Due Process and Equal Protection. However, equal protection includes, because it must include, protection from thugs of all sorts including thugs within government agencies who deem citizens to be open-season style targets for thugs of all other sorts. Such persons are equally guilty as those committing the original felony in that they both enable and in fact promote the behaviors that directly lead to the crimes. This is no different than you driving someone to a bank for the purpose of robbing it; you get the same sentence they do, and properly so — up to and including murder if they shoot and kill someone.
In this case we have a felon who managed to acquire and display, for several months or years, firearms despite being a felon. He did not hide said firearms. It is illegal for a felon, as well as someone who is in the United States as a foreign national but not a lawful permanent resident, to own or possess firearms except in a handful of very limited circumstances (e.g. someone who comes here lawfully and is hunting.)
This individual made no secret of his possession of said weapons; he was known to discharge them on a regular basis on his property and the police had been called in the past over this, as he was doing so unsafely. As a consequence any reasonable inquiry, which they had every right to make, would have disclosed he was a previously-deported person and thus was a felon in possession of fireeams which is an immediately-arrestable offense.
Had any of the federal, state or local law enforcement agencies, including “border patrol”, done their job these murders would not have happened and had his wife been arrested as an accessory to his felony entry into the United States he would have had no reason to try to come back in again because she’d be in prison. If she was the person who bought the guns she wouldn’t have been able to do so as a person with a felony record — at least not through otherwise-legal means.

“Motor voter” actually extends far beyond just drivers licences; when they apply for ANY Government service, food stamps, etc. they are AUTOMATICALLY registered to vote, often there is no “opt out” option, and once the name and voter i.d. info is on the voter rolls, THEY can alter the mailing address, to a p.o. box or other location where they can get the ballot envelope, fill it out, and drop it in a drop box.
There ARE ways to try to combat this, and while its a long slog, progress is being made.

The plans, shared with The Associated Press, are part of the group Never Back Down’s strategy to begin political organizing for DeSantis all the way through Super Tuesday on March 5 and point to a novel approach the super PAC is attempting ahead of a likely DeSantis run.
In Iowa, where the leadoff GOP caucuses are expected to begin the 2024 voting, the group has placed about a half-dozen staff, including the former chief of staff to Gov. Kim Reynolds, as part of a broader strategy to handle on-the-ground organizing for DeSantis, a function typically done by a candidate’s campaign staff.
The super PAC spokesperson, Erin Perrine, says the moves put Never Back Down in a “dominant” position in the four early states.

I have worked as a dedicated spokesman and advocate for Donald Trump for much of the last seven years, so I do not arrive at that conclusion flippantly. But our America First movement has always been bigger and more important than any one individual, and heading into this crucial election, our activism and our votes must be guided by a clear-eyed assessment of recent failures and potential future successes.

FTA “Five Proud Boys were convicted by a jury last week for criminal acts related to Jan. 6, 2021, but no one really believes they did anything more violent than BLM and Antifa. Thousands of the latter cases involving violence have been dismissed. U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Kelly allowed the Proud Boys to be portrayed to the heavily biased jury using language selected for its incendiary value to portray a distorted picture, including telling the jury about actions by others that weren’t even taken by the five….It didn’t help that the mainstream media includes language in most articles about J6 as “storming the Capitol” instead of a “mostly peaceful protest.” The five could have easily done the latter, because they brought no weapons, assaulted no officers, and Proud Boy leader Enrique Tarrio wasn’t even at J6.
Most of the five were convicted of seditious conspiracy and other felonies. The sedition charge has been rarely used in U.S. history, except against secessionist rebels during the Civil War – and against Oath Keepers involved with J6, earlier this year. Sadly, Americans are so afraid of being canceled, censored and targeted that few dare to speak up to expose the truth behind these convictions, especially attorneys who understand the law, since they risk being disbarred. The 65 Project was formed to disbar attorneys helping Trump, especially in regards to the 2020 election issues, including J6…Since the U.S. Supreme Court has ducked appeals related to Trump losing the 2020 election, it’s highly unlikely this frightening precedent, which started with the Oath Keeper J6 convictions in January, is going to change.
“Obviously, this overly broad interpretation could be used to convict anyone engaged in civil disobedience. Mike Huckabee observed, “[T]he language is vague enough to facilitate the criminal prosecution of public dissent.” Martin Luther King Jr., Vietnam War protesters and those protesting national COVID-19 restrictions could all be convicted. It sets a very chilling precedent.”

Tarrio and Stewart Rhodes were both long time federal assets. People want some arrests and convictions for the wrap up smear for the election theft? There’s two right there. I think it was Darren Beattie who went deep into the history of Stewart Rhodes, and Tarrio’s activities as a fed is pretty transparent if you bother to look.
The only obvious tool still being protected is Ray Epps. If he’s protected, then that is where they drew the line between underlings and order givers. Meaning, Tarrio and Rhodes just got screwed, but if they talk there isn’t anything earth shaking they could say, and as long as they keep their mouths shut, they get to live and hope for a pardon down the road.
Epps, on the other hand, must have either kept good insurance or be integral enough that Pelosi chose not to burn him too.
They burned Rhodes and Tarrio to lay the groundwork for a seditious conspiracy and treason case against President Trump, but this comes at a considerable cost. Their motives and actions are increasingly transparent, and increasingly they are only playing to the 30 percent hard core brainwashed.
More importantly, perhaps, who is going to step up to play a game where the heads of your “team” will gladly dispatch you to decades in prison and are clearly under significant pressure and throwing their crew members overboard because they are taking on water ? It must be hard to recruit if one side definitely will take your head and the other side might just decide to take it at will too.
The leftist jury foreman was tweeting during the trial after the judge said it was verboten. After that happened he deleted his twitter account.

On May 10, a historic meeting will be taking place in Moscow. The foreign ministers of Turkey, Iran, Syria, and Russia will meet for talks about normalization of relations between Turkey and Syria. Later, the leaders of Turkey and Syria will hold talks. With Syria re-joining the Arab League and these talks taking place, it indicates that al-Assad has won.
