It is a reference to UK trust law and case law dealing with the rule against perpetuities.
If you are setting up a trust concerning property assets/financial benefits, you have to not only define who the beneficiaries are but the time period in which they will benefit.

The trust has to have a defined period of existence – this is known as the rule against perpetuities, it cannot roll forever because it makes the trust time period indefinable and creates a legal flaw – this is delightfully referred to as a ” legal infirmity ” by the lawyers for Florida State/Governor.
So what Disney has done is to gut Reedy Creek ID of its powers to award significant awards/benefits to Disney with an upfront set of contracts awarding Disney everything they may want for a period of time defined by the life of King Charles up and until his last descendant dies – basically in perpetuity !
Now without seeing the documents, l don’t know if Disney has set up a sly and cunning set of trusts, the reference to KC is a clue and a pure commercial contract would have a shorter time definition in any event.

A freight train derailed in a fiery crash near a small town in Minnesota early Thursday, forcing residents to evacuate as a precaution, officials said.

Multiple tankers of a train operated by BNSF Railway derailed and caught fire on the western edge of Raymond, a town in Minnesota’s southwestern Kandiyohi County that has a population of less than 800. Practically on cue, politicians began their public hearings yesterday about the recent banking crisis.
This was so predictable; every time there’s a major crisis, Congressmen book a committee meeting to express their shock and outrage. They pass new laws to prevent a future crisis. Then their new laws fail to work properly, so they hold another public hearing to express more outrage.
This is the cycle of political problem solving, and yesterday was no exception.
The Senate Banking Committee summoned key officials from the Federal Reserve, FDIC, and US Treasury Department. And the tone was quite angry.
Senators were flummoxed that their thousands of pages of banking legislation had once again failed to provide adequate protection to the US financial system. And they were looking for someone to blame.
This, too, quite predictably, fell along partisan lines. The people on the left somehow found reason to blame everything on Orange Man, while describing bank regulators as “gutsy” and “courageous”. It was bewildering.

The Fed’s Vice-Chairman for Banking Supervision admitted that his agency’s supervisors had rated SVB as a poorly managed bank. And the Fed was further aware of several material weaknesses in the SVB’s risk compliance.
They acknowledged that they had advanced knowledge of the banks’ problems.
They acknowledged they should have done something about it. They acknowledged they had the tools and authority to do something about it.
Yet they did absolutely nothing… and somehow ended up being praised as gusty and courageous.
It’s natural to blame the bank executives for making such idiotic decisions with their customers’ money. But culpability is not mutually exclusive. It’s not either/or. And the regulators had a major role to play in this crisis.
I think that the IQ level in Congress is probably lower than the general public. I would not trust these people to be able to build a single story home from idea to handing over the keys.
Most of them are as ignorant as I am when it comes to monetary policy, banking rules and regulations, international money, and the US petro-dollar.
This is a complicated industry and even the “experts” disagree about what to do and when to do it.

It might be easy to embrace recent warnings against a bellicose bipartisan consensus in Washington regarding China. But the real peril is that the true China consensus — which includes Democrats and Republicans, the administration and Congress — is to do nothing but talk, especially if action comes at a price.
Last month gave us a perfect example. February was full of anti-China speeches: Republican-run congressional hearings, Democratic-run hearings, and Biden administration revelations. In the end though, nothing of substance happened, nor is it likely to happen.
There is no standing up to the People’s Republic of China without costs. It has the world’s second largest economy as well as its second most powerful military. It is led by a dictator-for-life who intentionally hearkens back to a man who caused mass starvation. Winning even a peaceful contest would require sacrifices. Deterring Xi Jinping by preparing for conflict requires more. As sacrifice is not appealing to most American politicians, they instead spout rhetoric while hoping for a contest of convenience.
The only thing that will save the U.S. from China is if ~1 billion citizens of the PRC revolt and string up every last CCP member from video surveillance poles. The U.S. will certainly not save itself… on many levels…

Following the nudge by O’Keefe, and curiosity, I went to the Federal Election Commission website, and found my way to a portal where you can search for data on contributions. I typed in my zip code, and the first page of data had multiple contributions by a single individual, most to ACT BLUE, From, 1/1/2021 to 12/31/2022, this 79 year old man, living in a modest home, (based on internet data for the area)………..had 1,973 contributions.
I then searched some other zip codes in other states where I have lived and discovered the same pattern. Individuals, when you search their name, are elderly. I noticed there seems to be patterns which make me wonder if the people have small political deductions taken from retirement funds and then their names are grabbed and used to launder other funds? I noticed for instance, on the same date, one donation was $1.26 and on the same date another for $12.60. I saw this pattern multiple times for multiple names, different zip codes. A donation of $1.00 and then $10.00. Or $5.00 and then $50.00 same date. Lots of strange amounts under $1.00 or under $5.00, and then on same date, another donation multiplied. Most of these numerous donations are kept at $50.00 or below. Not familiar with law but seems to me a pattern perhaps designed to not attract attention.

The easiest way to see it is to simply search the entire dataset for just “ACTBLUE”… no zip code… that gives you a complete sample of the data across the entire population.

Page #1 shows (by default) entries 1 to 30 of 75,886,000 donations… there are 10 pairs of donations, many of which convenient multiples of $10, as mentioned… which means 20 out of the 30 donations just on the first page are potentially suspicious. And those are just the pairs… not counting obvious triples, etc. Total scam.
I guess you should see similar results when entering a specific zip code, as long as the algorithm is truly random across all states, etc.
I am not sure about larger races, but I can give my county level and lower candidates less than $50 and there is no report. Over $50 and they have to have all of my information.

ActBlue is mopping up in Hertford County, NC. Same as o’Keefe saw in Maryland. There were a few WinRed donations but probably more than 90% of them were ActBlue donations. Who Is Funding the Transgender Movement?
I found exceedingly rich, white men with enormous cultural influence are funding the transgender lobby and various transgender organizations. These include but are not limited to Jennifer Pritzker (a male who identifies as transgender); George Soros; Martine Rothblatt (a male who identifies as transgender and transhumanist); Tim Gill (a gay man); Drummond Pike; Warren and Peter Buffett; Jon Stryker (a gay man); Mark Bonham (a gay man); and Ric Weiland (a deceased gay man whose philanthropy is still LGBT-oriented). Most of these billionaires fund the transgender lobby and organizations through their own organizations, including corporations.
These funders often go through anonymous funding organizations such as Tides Foundation, founded and operated by Pike. Large corporations, philanthropists, and organizations can send enormous sums of money to the Tides Foundation, specify the direction the funds are to go, and have the funds get to their destination anonymously. Tides Foundation creates a legal firewall and tax shelter for foundations and funds political campaigns, often using legally dubious tactics.

Overall reported global spending on LGBT is now estimated at $424 million.
