(Databases & machines are hacked & tracked in real time… showing who voted & didn’t vote; so fraudulent ballots could be printed & filled out for those who didn’t vote, which are then given to the NGOs to distribute to the ballot boxes. The last step of distribution was shown in the “2000 Mules” documentary. Dr. Frank says the ballot box stuffing is a symptom of the fraud. The real fraud took place in the machine. Me too. I suspect the ballot “Harvesters “ were no such think, they were ballot “producers”.
I recall hearing in an interview that there is an option on the voting machines to dial up or down the sensitivity of the signature verification.
So you could theoretically dial up the machines to 95 or 100% chance of accuracy in areas or during times when Republicans are voting… which would cause many legal voters ballots to be rejected (given that everyone doesn’t sign their name exactly the same each time)…
And you could dial the chance of accuracy way down when the majority of Democrats are voting so almost any signature on a ballot would be accepted, legal or not.
