Volker was the special envoy to Ukraine. It came out that he was working to have Zelensky announce anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine including Hunter Biden’s misdeeds.

So, actually “living BELOW your means” and so, after all expenses are paid, you have $ left OVER.
Your goal, is to live comfortably on an income that is, by Govt standards, “just above the POVERTY level” which then puts you in the no income tax bracket.
Its not EASY, as I said but it CAN be done, if you are creative.
Heres a hint; people are unaware of how much of a premium, or surcharge they pay for the illusions of prestige, convenience, efficiency and for CREDIT.

The Global Disinformation Index is a British-based non-profit group that previously received $665,000 from the Global Engagement Center and National Endowment for Democracy (NED), a State Department-backed group, while it was overseeing censorship of “conspiracy theories” about COVID-19.
One of these conspiracy theories was the notion that COVID-19 originated from a lab leak in Wuhan, which GDI claimed had “been fact-checked and proven untrue.”
