In my area of SC, there has been a unprecedented amount of new homes/high density housing/businesses etc moving in which I attribute in part to the Covid Coup and the way that communist-liberal Democrat states did totalitarian lockdowns while murdering tens of thousands of our beloved senior citizens in nursing homes.
100%, Im in SC too. It started in 2020 and continues. A friend of mine is a developer and told me just the other day that the flow of yankees coming down here buying million dollar homes with CASH continues to this day. I was surprised to hear that because I thought it had slowed down, but its still going on.
I can attest to that same thing happening in eastern North Carolina except they are buying middle income houses here. We are being invaded and they’re bringing their ideologies with them and many are unpleasant about it.
They are buying anything in western NC. And offer higher than asking price and pay in cash.
I’m in central NC and the same is happening here.

An old friend of mine is now on his town council, and I know of a long time farmer in a rural county, whose family has farm stands, properties, and houses in that county, who always make sure one of their family is on their town council to protect their town and properties, and I think they have also gotten their family in the County government also. I thought that was a very smart and strategic move on their part

Victoria Nuland Wants Ukraine to Attack Crimea:

To keep the USA, we need an electoral college at the state level in order to neutralize the power that the commie cities have over the states. Each county should equal 1 vote in state wide elections. How to get it done, I don’t know.
I have suggested this to my State Rep and Senator for a few years (Missouri), but so far has fell on deaf ears. A State Constitutional Amendment would be required.
In our state, the state Senate districts do not coincide with county boundaries in many ares. We’ve been gerrymandered into DemoRAT dominance. They cut out just enough from red counties to go with overwhelmingly blue counties or cities to weaken the power of conservative counties (which used to be the large majority).
There are 47 state senate districts. Only 12 are Republican, yet they cover the significant majority of the state’s geography.
They gerrymandered parts of Montgomery County into the western three, Garrett, Allegany and Washington that have been very hard conservative strongholds. Especially, the first two. That is how Trone won that district. 5,000 votes came out of nowhere. Montgomery is a cesspool of democrats.
Oh yes. The Congressional district “designers” also cut out the southern third of Carroll County and snaked it into a gerrymander that’s dominated by Montgomery County. So all the conservatives in South Carroll have zero Congressional representation in the form of the Lyin’ Leftard Jamie Raskin.

A freezing up of the financial system means that ALL TRANSACTIONS STOP. Credit cards, debit cards, bank withdrawals, deposits, the buying and selling of goods and services using central bank issued notes… all of it ends.

“During the trial, you testified regarding your business relationships with certain CEFC officials, including Chairman Ye Jianming (Chairman Ye) and Patrick Ho, both of whom had connections to the Chinese Communist Party,” he wrote. “After Patrick Ho was arrested, reports indicate that the Chinese government also detained Chairman Ye for violating Chinese bribery laws.”
