The Washington Post is framing this as a potential Ronna McDaniel requirement, however given the RNC under Reince Preibus ended up having the same 2016 pre-debate loyalty demand, the requirement is more likely an institutional Big Club proposal and not the idea of the chair. The board and RNC charter members of the professionally Republican apparatus are the ones creating the litmus tests.
Essentially, you will remember in 2015 and 2016 the RNC demanded that all of the candidates swear an oath to whomever won the GOP nomination. In the first Fox News debate of August 2015, the candidates were told to raise their hand if they were not willing to swear or affirm their intent to support the eventual nominee. Everyone except Donald Trump (and Ben Carson) lied. WATCH:
The construct of the loyalty oath was predicated around the fact the RNC institution did not support an outsider like Donald Trump using their club system to achieve the office of the presidency. Trump was independent minded and held his own platform positions on trade, economics, border security and immigration that ran counter to the approved policy positions of professionally Republican members.
The RNC, as an institution of life-long tenured club members, viewed Donald Trump as not an acceptable RNC candidate, and therefore were worried he would mount an independent run if the RNC effort to remove him from their party was successful. The alternative fifteen candidates were all previously approved by the RNC establishment, except Donald Trump.
As a consequence, in the 2016 contest the RNC sought to portray Donald Trump as unapproved, yet they simultaneously needed to keep up the false pretense that U.S. politics was not subject to the whims and approvals of two monopolistic private corporations (RNC and DNC). In the decade that preceded the 2016 election, CTH was one of the few places not pretending about this dynamic.
However, in the years following the 2016 revelations, there has been a much larger awakening. The 2012 result of Mitt Romney (7% primary support) combined with the 2016 Hillary outcome (22% primary support) and the 2020 Biden outcome (6% primary support) have solidified as examples of how these corporation’s function.
Thankfully, today more voters understand that U.S. political candidates are controlled by two private corporations and the billionaire financial donors/institutions who fund them.
Here we enter the 2024 contest, again with the same pretenses needing to be maintained; thus, we see a replay of the loyalty test being demanded by the RNC to qualify the candidates for debate stage entry.
Unfortunately for the RNC, the overwhelming majority of 2016 RNC approved candidates, those who made and affirmed the pledge, lied about it. The reality of their effort to tear down and diminish the eventual nominee Donald Trump, including during the general election and well into his administration, stands as empirical evidence of the bullshit construct of the loyalty oath. Insert the reminder of Senator Ted Cruz saying “vote your conscience” at the 2016 RNC convention and getting booed off stage.
The only honest person on that debate stage in August 2015, was the guy who raised his hand, Donald J Trump.
(WASHINGTON DC) -Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel is so concerned that party disunity will sink GOP hopes in the 2024 presidential election that she plans to require all candidates on the official primary debate stages to first pledge their support to the party’s eventual nominee. But many of the likely contenders are pushing back.
Former president Donald Trump said this month that he won’t commit to supporting the winner if he loses the nomination. “It would have to depend on who the nominee was,” he told a conservative radio host. Former Maryland governor Larry Hogan, another potential candidate, recently tweeted that he “won’t commit to supporting” Trump.
Others have settled on more nuanced hedges. New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu, who just created a new organization to help him explore a possible campaign, says he will support the eventual nominee, but is certain Trump won’t be that person. Former Arkansas governor Asa Hutchinson, who has not decided on whether to sign a pledge, has gone so far as to speak with McDaniel about his opposition to it, arguing that Republicans should not be enforcing litmus tests.
“Historically, our party has not taken party loyalty oaths,” said Hutchinson, who returned to Iowa this week as he explores a possible campaign launch in early April. “For leaders such as myself who believe Donald Trump is not the right direction for the country — and I said specifically that Jan. 6 disqualified him — that would certainly make it a problem for me to give an across-the-board inclusion pledge.”
The pushback has underscored McDaniel’s concern but has not shifted her plans, according to multiple people involved in the process who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the planning. The Republican National Committee’s Temporary Standing Committee on Presidential Debates plans to meet next Wednesday and Thursday to formally set the rules for officially sanctioned debates this year. They intend to require candidates to sign a pledge to support the eventual nominee modeled on a similar document circulated by the RNC in 2015. (read more)
Oaths, loyalty pledges, litmus tests… all of it… None of it makes a damned bit of difference. Because in the big picture, the professional Republican apparatus will never support Donald Trump… because the multinational RNC donors at risk from the America First economic agenda, will not allow it.
A meaningless gesture since Donald Trump will have the nomination.
If they somehow conspire to steal it from him they’ll never be able to enforce silence upon him. The MSM will salivate at the chance to have the leader of the party trash the nominee and he’ll be well within his rights to do so.
The RNC needs to spell out the monetary support they will give the nominee. No matter who the nominee is. Trump will not need any one from the RNC campaigning for him. If the RNC won’t commit, the astroturf is exposed.
Retired Magistrate here: It’s a big club and President Trump is not in it; that is why I voted for him in 2016, 2020 and will vote for him again in 2024. He is the only one that puts U.S. citizens first, especially the forgotten men and women of the rust belt and flyover country. Yes, I know he wants everyone to succeed, but since I am a resident of the rust belt and flyover country his focus on this part of the country means a lot.
I realize you qualified your comment and did include what I want to say. Gonna say it anyway! I’m a forgotten woman in red Oregon. The fact that he acknowledges my existence also means a lot. His way of putting U. S. citizens first does not create groups of “especially”. My opinion.
He also supports California voters, also forgotten due to the rampant fraud that erases our real, legal votes many times over.
That’s why the 2000 boats rallying for him in 2020;
Newport Beach mile of supporters as he was driving by;
Beverly Hills weekly rallies;
and even in my beach town–weekly min-rallies.
Sharon, do you think mail-in votes turned OR blue? Seems like that’s the trend everywhere Democrats get it passed.
Yes. Oregon has not had vote in person for a long time. Really aggravating. We moved out here from MN in 2011, and it really ticked me off not to be able “vote in my precinct on election day”. Of course, MN was already deep blue at the time–perhaps not so much from mail in voting as those boxes of votes always found in car trunks and vans (as needed) after the fact.
Exactly what we saw happen here in Colorado once all mail in ballots were passed by the Dems in 2013.
Glad President Trump is promoting doing the loathsome ballot harvesting while promising to go one-day-paper ASAP
Yes.
And if DeSantis was a leader and cared about the people he would of got rid of election electronics in Florida!!!
But he didn’t!! Proves he is a cheating rino!!!
If DeSantis was a real leader and cared about American people, he would support both MAGA and president Trump, instead he appears to be putting a dagger in the heart of MAGA and redirecting the limelight to fully shine on him while dividing the Trump supporters.
Collected to much $ to wait his turn
I have written the governor numerous time about those damn machines.. NO RESPONSA and we still have the machines APPROVED by the STATE. ……..Ron is deep state.
And here in Washington state.
Being a SoCal resident, I absolutely remember. Also the good citizens of “Little Saigon” in Orange County’s Westminster came out in droves to cheer the car rallies on.
I saw NO rallies and very few signs and flags for Biden.
Nowadays, the people I know who voted for Biden are awfully quiet even though they’re getting the huge utility bills just like I am.
The forgotten men and woman tent, is a very large one.
I’m with you. I come from Pennsylvania. I don’t like the word Rustbelt. The people work there and not expect a
handout.
Well Dee, rustbelt fully defines the former great steel country! Coming from a FORMER Steeler fan! Born and raised in the “Mon Valley!”
Retired Magistrate here: After World War II the United States totally rebuilt the Japanese steel industry with the newest technology. Unfortunately, most of our mills were built around the turn of the century and could not compete with the cheaper steel Japan was exporting to the United States.
I grew up in Portsmouth, Ohio; the steel mills were located in New Boston: U.S. Steel, Wheeling Pit and others. I remember at night we would drive down and watch them blow the stacks. It was exciting, blowing the stacks meant jobs, jobs meant people could afford to shop in the stores in downtown Portsmouth, which used to be a lovely place to be and people could afford to eat and clothe their children.
Now the mills are rusted out shells, the ones that are left that is. And Portsmouth, a drug infested, economically depressed river town in Appalachia which is a shadow of its former self. Same for Steubenville and all the river towns and yes same for Cleveland and Pittsburgh. When they cleaned up the “Golden Triangle” in Pittsburgh it meant the mills were done and so were the high paying jobs in that industry.
Most people in these areas don’t want a handout; they just want a chance to better their life and the lives of the family.
“…they just want a chance to better their life and the lives of the family.”
I’ve truly never understood the use of that as an “argument” or a reason.
My husband and I frequently wanted to better our life and the lives of our family. One time we moved cross country to from Minnesota to California because we knew that there were more jobs at better pay there.
28 years later when the 200 mile daily commute was killing him, we moved from California to Minnesota, unable to sell our house because the housing market had collapsed completely (as well as the job market), and started over when we had both just turned fifty. We bought an old house that was completely run down. Our down payment was $1. We paid it off in 15 years, and sold it for twice what we paid for it, which was really good, because our costs to bring it up to livable had cost as much as the original purchase: those costs included a completely new roof, a new septic system, having a new water well dug, installing all new plumbing and a new furnace. We paid cash for every single one of those projects, sometimes (between the two of us) working five jobs at a time. He had a full time diesel mechanic job and then each of us had two part time jobs in addition. Good times.
As we approached our 70s, we knew that Minnesota (where regular winter temps were 30 below) was no place for us to be since our two sons were in Oregon and Colorado. So we moved to Oregon. He was on SS by this time, and continued to worked as one of the great retired men at Home Depot, decent benefits and decent pay. And then he died two years after we got out here.
Whenever we wanted “a chance to better our life and the lives of our family” we figured out where we needed to go to do that, and we did it. We NEVER thought some corporation or some government thing was obligated to invest somebody else’s money so that we could better our life.
We went where the jobs were.
So – yeah: I’ve never understood the assumptions behind that familiar comment. Maybe I’m missing something huge. I have frequently found in recent years that, in spite of my own assumptions, I don’t know what I’m talking about.
So what am I missing?
Retired Magistrate here: People don’t want to leave the area where they grew up; maybe it doesn’t make sense but a lot of people have strong ties to the land. Also fear of the unknown; it is easier to stay where you are and are known than to go somewhere else and start over. I am still homesick for where I grew up; do I want to go back, no, but I still miss it the way it used to be.
I am happy that you were able to accomplish what you did; it took guts, but not everyone has that make up.
You are making an assumption that people that live in these areas want government help; most don’t. They just want the government to leave them alone and get out of the way. Look at how many businesses went out of business during covid because the government shut them down. People lost everything and most didn’t have the funds to go elsewhere and start over.
So what I am attempting to say is that what worked for you might not work for others.
I understand those points, Marcia. Yes. My husband’s family had been on the land they settled since just after the Civil War, and all of that township/county “stompin’ ground” was absolutely their home territory for well over 100 years.
So, yes, I understand. And what I’m missing, at least part of it, is this: if they “don’t want government help”, then the options available to them are the same as what we faced. We wanted nothing to do with any government help either.
Like I said, we paid $1 down on an old, beat-up house. We did not have funds to start over. We started over because of lack of options. Don’t make assumptions about us either, please.
It is true that what worked for us might not work for others. I believe that, absolutely.
Homesick for what we remember! Porterville ca was a republican strong hold in Calif, now gone Liberal. We Moved to Texas. Lots of my family been divided by moving out of Liberal calif. unfortunately some turned ! Libertard
Add Gary Indiana to that Marcia…
Reagan was an outsider as well. The GOP didn’t want him elected.
That’s why they forced Reagan to pick George H.W. Bush as his vice president.
We learned never to have a former director of the CIA from George The First. Was it more than 12 months before he broke his word on raising taxes?
At a minimum the CIA director is aware of other Directors that have acted against the interests of the United States in trying to make THEIR big picture happen. At max they have taken the “responsibilities” themselves.
Which leads to, “Just say NO to Pompeo!”
My “just say no to Pompeo” comes from knowing what absolute viper’s nests both the see👁a & state dept were/are.
Pompeo headed both under President Trump & he did absolutely nothing to clear the 🐍 🐍 out. Zippo. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Not one dam thing. Never pompeo.
Less of an outsider, but yes…
It’s always an eye-roller that all the NeverTrumps pretend to have been Reagan supporters.
Establishment claimed him after the fact, but I remember the nonstop media smearing.
Yep. All the never Trumpers in Minnesota before the 2016 election suddenly became the ‘I was for Trump from the start’ people after he won.
They were the same people who kicked him in the balls when the election was stolen from President Trump. Heck, they probably helped Joe with his massive steal.
Closer to what I’d expect from Hitler, Stalin, or Fats from North Korea.
Disturbing…very.
Hands down, a once in a lifetime President. I never in a million years suspected the outright theft and the total lack of blowback in 2020. 5 vote counting centers shut down at the same time, all with DJT substantially ahead and hardly a GD peep from Republicans???
Too bad we can never have an honest election again.
Totally agree…All this talk about 2024 as if the 2020 results never happened….and “We’ll get them this time” is whistling past the graveyard. Until the election processes in those swing states are fixed, our Republic will continue to be destroyed.
We will not vote ourselves out of this mess until then.
Not sure how we’ll prevail against the promoters of fraud,
but abstaining from voting won’t help.
I did do that after polling DREAMer,illegal students/employees/acquaintances and finding none of them had qualms about voting–and that was long before drop boxes & mail-in votes.
Eventually I realized down ballot voting was important, at least, and really…what did I have to lose? Then Trump somehow overcame the fraud in 2016 (how DID he do that? It wasn’t just that they underestimated his support… Democrats have been stealing for YEARS w/GOPe clapping on the sidelines)
Sometimes our votes do count — even when you live in California.
Also, it makes the pollsters look bad (albeit far from as bad as they should look w/o the fraud).
Yes dems have been defrauding us for years but 2020 was voter fraud on a whole ‘nother level.
In PA for example, DJT was ahead by 700,000 votes when the Philadelphia Counting Center shut down. An insurmountable lead considering the “supposed” number of votes remaining to be counted. Yet when counting resumed, Biden did just that and cruised to enough of a “win” to avoid a recount. The various shenanagins are meticulously documented in The Parallel Election, photos included.
I just read that a judge in Pennsylvania has overturned a previous decision and has ordered a full recount of the 2020 election for the entire state.
Armed forces at the polling places. Get out of line, eat lead. Simple. It is past time folks. To you want your country or not?
I, personally, will norning. Join me. Fight back. NO DELIVERIESot go home after voting until the next m
“and hardly a GD peep from Republicans???”
You sound surprised.
This type of horseshit is what chased me from the clown show called the RNC. I’ve voted R since returning from Vietnam in “70 but no longer support or finance the circus. Trump gets my vote and only Trump.
President Trump is the one and only!!! Honest President!! EVER!!
“There can be only one”, The Highlander
Agreed fellow Vietnam vet, I now really look at the other Parties involved! Twnty sixteen was my last donation to the RNC, now I donate straight to the candidate.
Donating directly to the candidate only is tough. The republican money grabbing system is set up to make sure that the RNC gets their cut. I’m considering mailing personal checks made out directly to the candidate, preferably to their home address.
OK but you need to be mindful of FEC rules for federal and your state rules for local. Or end up like D’souza with a felony rap.
How do you donate straight to the candidate? Please advise. Because when I go in it goes to ‘securewinred’.

How do you donate directly to the candidate? I would really like to know. Thanks.
Yep… Deregistered myself from the GOP a few weeks ago. For the first time in 55 years, didn’t vote for Senator or Congress, Rubio ot Brian Mast, who is just a substandard wh0re.
Disgusting.
I de-registered two years ago this coming April.

Not one red cent to the corrupt RNC!!!!!
We need another 15 club RNC members to run for POTUS that have no base of support. Until one party changes there will continue to be only one party in DC. Trump or bust.
They run for President because of the financial benefit from campaign cash. Even the biggest loser will get $500k for a slush fund.
Just wondering after reading the above comments…If Trump went Independant do you think there would be a mass exodus of registered RNC voters to Independant? If so sounds like a plan.
I think this would work only after the primary as in most states you have to part of the party to vote in their primary. Like Markowski did in Alaska.
Agree! They will waste again a lot of money again on primary when they already know where the base is. Instead they should be spending money strategizing how to secure a general election vote, including lawfare in states where they institute unconstitutional voting legislature prior to elections and ways to defeat any fraud! Of which, they know happed in 2020! These people are not serious people and don’t care about our country or it’s citizens!
Well..
Bless their pea-pickin’ hearts.
(Sorry. Wouldn’t be proper to translate into modern vernacular. Except that it involves a rusty fence post)
Maybe it is a little bit early to be this far into the weeds on the nomination. If Trump can look Presidential, he will have no problem winning the nomination. The difficulty will again be what the 4th Branch decides to do to stop him. We have to consider that probability because the alternative to any Repug will be a Demcommie. That will be the biggest problem for me.
First, of course the 4th branch will do everything possible to keep PDT from winning a 3rd time. However, PDT is the head of the most financially consequential movement in recent history. Every globalist entity, corporation, China, Iran, the GOP and DNC will also do everything possible to steal the election from him again. The WEF and all of their puppets in addition to all the rest will oppose him, not just the 4th branch
I consider them 4th branch. That’s why they work for
“Looking Presidential” is irrelevant. In the general election, it will come down to ballot harvesting and mail-in “votes” in four swing states. The democrats were able to cheat long enough without any consequences to finally get to a point where they could make cheating in those states legal. To win the presidency, or any state-wide election in those states, the republicans are going to have to cheat better than the democrats. Now which of the potential republican candidates do you think has the ability to motivate millions of voters in those states to “cheat like no one has ever cheated before?”
Watch the machines……they have convinced judges and everyone else that they are fine.
If Lindell is right about Miami-Dade and DeSantis’ Big “look at my scorecard” Win,
and Ron’s gushing over Libby Locke as well as using Dominion machines are any indication–primary voting will favor #WinWithRon
Weird how Ron spoke at Kari Lake rally but then just lumped her “loss” into Trump scorecard (is that right? I’m still livid about the post-midterm defense against Trump the “scorecard” boast but am not sure exactly what that entails
what exactly does presidential look like and who decides? IMO , President Trump has been the most presidential looking president in my lifetime while bush, Clinton , and Obama have been the least presidential presidents ever
“If Trump can look presidential” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
President Trump has proven he is perfectly presidential! “Presidential” IS what IS done and President Trump made American Great Again which, bless your heart for trying to make it about something else, IS “presidential” of the highest caliber.
“If Trump can look presidential” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Trump should pledge to give the RNC the same loyalty and support that they gave to him while he was president.
Exactly!
i would prefer they ask the candidates to pledge allegiance to the flag and honor their sworn word to support the Constitution.
Hear! Hear! 👏
Bravo! And how about the Pubbie platform, while they’re at it. It’s pretty good. And has been ignored and ridiculed by the Party for 30 years.
Except we can’t believe a word they say.
Great suggestion – seriously let the RNC know
Adherence to one authoritative set of self interested rules. No alternative or critical views allowed. At threat of penalties of varying degrees.
This is the creeping new norm. Worldwide.
Brazil and Canada now the explicit examples of how far this can go nationally. And this is just the beginnings. Testing how much they can impose.
Part of the reset objective.
Dont give a dime to the RNC.
My reward for past donations to DJT via lose-red has earned me a never ending stream of beg letters and emails.
I won’t be giving to any candidate via lose-red. I will look up Mara Lago’s adrees and mail a check there and see what happens.
I still have to unsubscribe from emails but the snail mail pleas stopped when I returned the donation slip in an envelope directly to their headquarters rather than the post office box listed on the envelope included in the mailings. The processing centers just throw them away but when I responded to the headquarters with exactly what they could do with their requests since they did not support MY president, the snail mail stopped. It was worth the cost of a stamp and an envelope.
Also sent many different letters and emails to the GOP and it’s multiple addresses. Most of their trash stopped plugging up our mail box but not all of it. What gets through burns just fine unopened in the wood stove
and a couple of well-considered words to go along with the return of the empty envelope
Been begging Stephen Miller and Kash not to use WR…Nope, they still use it. Must have some commission-sharing between them.
Wh0res.
Well what happens is depending on amounts. In general amounts under $50 don’t have stringent reporting requirements, but because aggregate contributions for a single election count, on a practical basis they will be reported the same as over $50 contributions. Wherever you mail it and to whom you address it / make it payable to, it MUST be delivered the the TREASURER of the AUTHORIZED COMMITTEE within 10 DAYS. If you do not DESIGNATE the ELECTION to which you contribute, the rules will determine which election they will be applied to and how they will be handled after the limiting date for contributions to THAT ELECTION.
Many of them STILL GO THRU WINRED, WHICH GOES TO THE RINO OWNERS of WR.
Look the reason Treasurers for campaign committees like WinRed is it really helps with the cost and administration/campaign finance law requirements for managing contributions. Contributions are a massive pain and there’s a million ways to get in trouble with record keeping.
Who can afford to?
Even if I wanted to….which I don’t….
Swear an “Oath” ?????
That’s funny as hell
Flooding the field and the debate stage with RINO losers to drown Trump out won’t work.
Not even a little.
Still my President.
MAGA
Eventually they’ll spin from fighting Trump’s nomination to saying he can’t serve a third term — although that level of lunacy is more Democrat.
“…according to multiple people involved in the process who spoke on the condition of anonymity…”
Translation: …according to whatever the RNC spokeslier told the transcriptionist who transcribed this totally contrived article…
That must be why Rand Paul destroyed Trump’s efforts to reform health care.
Fine, I understand people holding a grudge.
In fact, the whole of the GOP Congress destroyed Trump’s agenda in the first two years.
In fact, the House threw control to the democrats by resigning en mass for the 2018 elections.
In fact, the Congressional GOP sat on their thumbs for the next two years as the democrats attacked Trump.
In fact, most elected GOP don’t want Trump to run again.
And all this was supported by the majority of republican voters (since the scum continue to be re-elected).
GOPe candidates pledging loyalty to their base voters?
Good luck with that….
So I guess I can’t run for president as a republican and participate in the debates then. Darn! I sure don’t support most of the potential nominees. President Trump, yes; the others, I don’t think so, Skippy
So, apparently the gop-e believes they can keep Pres Trump off the debate stage if he won’t sign the pledge. Good luck with that. I suspect there are 60 million Trump voters that won’t “settle” for anyone else.
Greater than than that I believe!
If you are a MAGA believer and have a love of country and its people. That supersedes, any loyalty pledge.
If we write him in, does that bypass the Dominion machines? Won’t they have a really hard time dumping all our votes in a river since the machines won’t be able to change the votes? Every single ballot will have to be manually tabulated, outside of the “voting system”. Just a thought.
I think they take those ballots for “adjudication” and then claim the voter never wrote in Trump’s name at all, as they mark the replacement computer generated ballot for Newsome, PedoJoe, or Moochelle.
What a coincidence. I, too, have a “Litmus Test” for Republicans.
It’s kinda like an IQ test, only different.
MAGA.
Until these charter members and the RNC are finally overwhelmed by MAGA, they will stick with their failed strategy and failure at the polls.
“In the first Fox News debate of August 2015, the candidates were told to raise their hand if they were not willing to swear or affirm their intent to support the eventual nominee. Everyone except Donald Trump (and Ben Carson) lied.”
If it wasn’t clear the Big Clods didn’t support Trump before he was sworn in, it certainly became very clear in the months and years since.
funny how the rnc are back stabbers and are loyal to ccp foreign agents…
knowing this make the pledge and then expose the rnc for what they are… This is what President Trump is known for “Exposing the RATs…” Let the Sword of TRUTH strike down the TREASONOUS rnc…
Only pledge I expect out of Trump is that which he has already given; his pledge to the flag and republic, and all that it stands for.
Just ask President Trump what loyalty is with the knife handles sticking in his back with all of their finger prints on them.
lie to the scum.
Does anyone else think this whole thing is an exercise in futility? No matter who the candidate turns out to be, he/she will stand no chance against the democrat fraud machine.
Of course it’s an exercise in futility. We’re just talkin’ on the porch here on a Saturday afternoon.
I wouldn’t swear allegiance to the RNC…They’re a big part of the problem…That’s why I’m for Trump…Definitely not the RNC!
Ronna can go to hell
Trump 100%
That just brings a smile to my face.
yep
Romney McDaniels is a snake like her uncle.
PTrump should take the pledge and immediately declare it to be meaningless ..and recite the 2,000 times the GOP worked to undermine his candidacy and Presidency!
You can bet the effort to shut out Trump will require the RINOs to collude with the Democrats in the primaries and it will require more effort than the 2020 election. This is going to be epic if they fail to take him down through the DOJ which appears to be their primary plan.
And that would do it…. Are you kidding….people can see right thru this stupid idea.
I get it, and at the same time I don’t. When Trump was President, some of the multinationals made money, but in different sectors. Some multinats moved back into the USA and did great. Probably more than half didn’t. I suppose they all would prefer to be out of America. The gnats fund both sides of the UniParty vulture. No matter who wins, they will always win. What’s their real problem?
Pftt….Loyalty Oath?
Mary Poppins said it better….”…pie crust promise, easily made, easily broken”.
A DO’ER versus a bunch of LIARS! 2024 looking the same as 2020 and 2016. Actually the DNC LIARS are much “better” at lying than the RNC and that really does increase their appeal to a great number of people.
Spent most of the day today attending our local Republican Convention.
Our small group — set among a sea of radical leftists — is being asked to conform to the same rules as the statewide Minnesota GOP. In the Twin Cities a BPOU can have all its members living within a mile. Our county has less than 11,000 souls, and with the all leftists us fringe Republicans are spread far and wide across many miles.
Due to where we live there are many circumstances that make following their rules difficult at best.
Some of our delegates and alternates have to drive two hours one way to attend our conventions, while in the cities people might be able to walk to theirs (something I used to do when we lived in Minneapolis).
So we decided we are not going to change our local Constitution to match MNGOP’s.
By doing so we have been told that there is a possibility the state may no longer see us as part of their GOP.
So much for welcoming the grass-roots to your club.
Okay, fine. See ya. We’ll go our own way.
If the rinos steal the nomination from Trump with their cheating election machines in the primaries then I hope trump makes a new party ASAP!!!!
Do not make a pledge trump!!! The people do not want another rino president!!!
The War Elephant is what the RNC wants everyone to believe. That is not the RNC. Think a Zoo elephant with only 3 legs being drug around by the trunk by the Dems. It has to lay down whenever important things happen.
This is a declaration of War by the RNC. Somehow they think they can play no limit poker with Trump and have him back down.
There was once a young man named Trump who played all in for his company and came out with 300 million in stock and bonds.. Wait, how did that turn out? He’s worth at least 10 times that today.
Every single RNC approved candidate would have snuck TTP in and handed trade issues over to an international court. Think EU Brussels making decisions on production in the US.
Trump holds all the cards. If they steal the nomination from him he will wreck the RNC country club.
That elephant above is what The Donald looks like to the RNC…
Btw.. its been fun “playing” with you all today.. Home with the creeping crud and could follow some of the threads.. You folks are genuine in a way others just hope for.. Thanks for letting me play!!
Lets be honest, any debate without Donald Trump is like like watching a Flat Tire in the middle of the Desert, in Summer!
Also, Pres Trump could decide to respond to the GOPe-tards in a live Stream on Truth Social, Twitter or his own website and suck the oxygen out of the event. WHICH would piss off Donors at the folks who came up with this machination.
They can’t beat him this way, they lack the resource to cheat as the Democrats… And to quote Patton we’ll grease our tire tanks with their guts!
BRING IT!
Gee, why don’t they just adhere to the Pledge of Allegiance.
Too much to ask, I suppose.
Ronna Romney is trying to exclude Trump from the debates, but no one will care about the debates if he isn’t there. People will understand the fix is in, and Trump will win the nomination much more easily than in ‘16.
The Republican Party is hanging by it’s fingernails and they want to pull this stunt? Idiots.
It’s Trump or nothing.
F**k the Big Club and the RINOs they rode in on.
As Trump suggested, we need to cheat twice as hard as the Demoncrats. This will force them to scream for enacting the reforms needed for an honest election. They’re stupid that way.
