Having waited years to post on the Treehouse, after lurking and learning, decided to do so openly, unmasking my identity. Over time, I have learned that living without fear is the best way to live.
There was an article overnight in the Gateway Pundit where a Canadian judge (if I am correct), released a report absolving Trudope of his bludgeoning use of the Emergencies Act. Funny that, it was about a year ago that the Canadian Senate would not support Castreaux’s use of the Emergency Act to continue, and the next day, a war broke out in Europe by other WEF Alum. In the meantime, the Canadian and American government’s, in addition to their other conspiracies, hacked and outed the names and identities of GiveSendGo Donors of the Freedom Convoy, including me.

Hi GreyRockman. Fellow Canadian and lurker here living outside commie Ottawa. We went to parliament hill for the world freedom rally today as part of the one year anniversary of the truckers convoy. Nice to see some old faces still protesting but the crowd was underwhelming. Tons of police standing around….possibly more police than protesters, was a bit ridiculous the police presence. Guess they are still butt hurt for making them work so hard ladt year ha. The LGTBQ/lefties blm type folks showed up but we just ignored the rainbow folks, pretty tame event.
Hello magaxena: Followed the convoy for the couple weeks leading to Ottawa and the couple weeks in Ottawa and on the border of Alberta and Montana while few here in New England were even aware. We had one blizzard (surmised it was a HAARP event to ‘blind’ awareness of the revolution north of the border) and Tom Brady’s retirement drama the weekend the Convoy arrived in Ottawa. While I have followed Polly St Jean (Amazing Polly) almost as long as I have Sundance, it was David Freiheit’s (Viva Frei) broadcasts in Ottawa that were my lens into the Convoy.
Like Viva, and for different reasons, I am bilingual (English and French) and also have some familiarity with German. His good nature and humor allowed him to obtain excellent (and brave) documentary as it occurred.
My condolences that you are living in an area outside commie Ottawa: I can commiserate, as I live in commie coastal New England, ‘Living on Exile on the Seacoast’.

The title speaks to the latest Viva Frei rumble livestream where he laments the loss of Canada. I have many Canadian friends, and business acquaintances and it is very sad to see the current state of affairs in Canada, and Australia and New Zealand and wonder if, actually when and how, the people correct the coarse of action their “elected” leaders have chosen to take their nations on.
Pretty sure those three nations are the testing ground for the ultimate and complete end of the British empire, i.e. the United Kingdom. Once that happens then I imagine the United States will be hit on all fronts by Russia, China and the middle eastern fatwa nations. But that’s just my opinion when looking at worst case scenarios.

Ukraine SitRep – Casualty Numbers, Lack Of Tanks, Something Is Up
There is some interesting news on the casualty count in the war in Ukraine.
Ivan Katchanovski translated bits from a Russian language BBC report:
“Based on open sources, the BBC managed to establish the names of 14,709 Russian soldiers who died in the war in Ukraine. Throughout 2022, Russian sources typically reported about 250-300 dead each week. In January, these figures doubled.” #Russia 1/
“But in just two weeks in February, the BBC Russian Service, together with Mediazona (recognized as a “foreign agent” in Russia) and a team of volunteers, managed to confirm the names of 1,679 dead, which is five times more than the usual weekly numbers.” #Ukraine #ukrainewar 2/
The war started in eighths week of 2022. There were thus 44 weeks in the rest of the year. With 300 dead per week the number of Russians killed until the end of 2022 was 13,200. (These numbers likely included the number of Wagner mercenaries killed but probably not those of the Donbas militia.)
The BBC then counts 2,400 killed in January and 1,700 in February.
The total is thus below 20,000 the number Col. MacGregor and others have estimated for the Russian side. The BBC says it estimates that it only catches half of the dead but gives no sound reason why that would be the case.
The daily losses on the Ukrainian side are much higher. The daily clobber list of the Russian Ministry of Defense mentions about 400 Ukrainians killed every day. This is consistent with the numbers Ukraine’s government mentioned last summer and fall.
Over the 358 days of the war the total sums up to about 143,000. The Russian reports do not include the number of those who got killed by the Wagner mercenaries in the Bakhmut area. That number is by likely well above 20,000.
In total the numbers are in the same range that we discussed previously.
I, as well as others who daily read the clobber reports, have noticed changes therein. Since the beginning of the year Russia has focused on countering artillery fire. An earlier Sit Rep mentioned the Penicillin passive artillery detection system that has been newly deployed with great success. Since then Russia reported a daily average of 12 destroyed Ukrainian artillery pieces. (This does not include shorter range mortars.) The number is now much higher than it was last year.

IF chain of custody is a state statute in Arizona, then per the U.S. Constitution, state legislatures set the election rules, not the judiciary, and this should be run up the flag pole, even to the Supreme Court.
Since 2020 government officials other than the state legislatures have tried to change or ignore election laws. This is a hill to die on for election integrity lawyers . We cannot let the matter of who sets election rules slide. The state legislature is per the Constitition the rule setter –not secretary of states, not judges, not governors.
I proposed focusing on chain of custody (when it is a state statute) because it kills several birds with one stone. There are other approaches that could be taken as well.
