Does Delaware have a law like CA which mandates reporting by the treating physician to the local state DMV when their patient has a physical or mental/ cognitive impairment that may affect their driving ability? Or is it the honor system in which the physician has to document that the conversation about doing a driving test or stopping driving was conducted in clinic or at the hospital and then it’s up to the patient or their family to go to the DMV? (It can be major legal liability if the physician doesn’t document the conversation or the notification report to the DMV if the patient then injures or kills themselves or other innocent people. I bet Joe hits a school bus in the next year in Delaware.

I was just listening to Elvis, my fav guy, singing “In The Ghetto”……that song rings so true even after 50 years.
I’m frankly surprised this poor woman has survived into her fifties. Cocaine addict at age 14, mixing prescription drugs with alcohol, opioid addiction, multiple rehabs, addict father (early death from the abuse), addict son (suicide), mental health struggles and bad marriages. All that history will negatively affect heart health, but it’s just the tip of a toxic iceberg.
That whole Presley family has such a deeply tragic, multi-generational history of substance abuse and mental health problems that all I would want to do if I met her was give her a hug. I’m not sure anyone but Jesus in person could heal her.

Fine observation. Jabbed and boostered here, in my 70’s. Last spring I got off my derriere and started serious gardening. That included hauling 20-30 pound individual rocks, to create landscaping, plus 20-30 pound bags of rocks.
Started to increase mobility and lose weight. Then out of nowhere, ended up with a serious illness. No cure, only a possible remission with expensive meds. 5-6 people out of 200,000 get this malady. Am convinced it’s jab-related.
That said, am looking forward to March to resume the gardening. Preppers gotta prep:) Eventually, some way, I’m gonna pass over to the other side. Wouldn’t mind doing that with lush, fragrant herbs in my hands,…

Here in San Francisco, all new homes (basically now Apartments) must be Electrical heated. The only catch is that we had Brown Outs in the past, the dependency on NEW building with Electrical Heating will make that problem more common – especially in the WINTER.
Mark Twain once allegedly said, “The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco.” And no amount of SOLAR Panels will help in the WINTER.
This is another case where the Elites by fiat ravage the Middle Class, then FLEE when it gets rough. I bet Gov. Hooch in NY will retire someday somewhere with Gas Heating.
