What Walters envisioned as “women of different generations, backgrounds and views” discussing “the topics of the day, mixing humor with intelligent debate,” devolved after she departed as co-host in 2014 into a four-against-one daily catfight with few laughs and even fewer smarts.
The New York Times calls it “the most important political TV show in America.” If so, America is in trouble — because “The View” is the biggest source of misinformation in the country.
The show’s moderator is one of its worst offenders…
NewsBusters’ Nicholas Fondacaro crunched the numbers and found the show delivered 36 legal notes in 2022 alone. The list, which he provided exclusively to The Post, includes apologies and clarifications on everything from claiming Ivanka Trump was at the Capitol Jan. 6 (she wasn’t) to complaining Russian soprano Anna Netrebko hadn’t denounced the Ukraine war (she had) to insisting Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Brett Kavanaugh were “credibly accused” of “sexual harassment and sexual assault.”…
Notice a pattern there? There’s no “intelligent debate” on “The View,” as Walters intended — just reckless lies about people on the right.

There is so much out there in media land that I am stunned that people (women) actually turn on that garbage and listen. You can go to YouTube and watch a free movie, learn a craft, or watch a documentary about any topic in the world and be a smarter person at the end of it. There is so much more than the garbage that the MSM is churning out.

Might be too cute by half, but I’d comb the archives for every request for information sent by Congress that has not been answered in the last 2 years. I’d then sort them by the receiving entity at the Department level (State, DoD, CIA, Etc) with a sub-sort on anything the FBI has yet to answer. I’d print them all out in this sort, and call each dept Secretary (or head of the FBI for that sub-sort) into the House for testimony, and give them a copy of the correspondence that has yet to be answered. After they are given the unanswered mail, I’d have the house vote on a measure to make responses by a certain date compulsory.
I’d also provide all the unanswered mail to the WH with a promise to not let this drop. If we are searching for accountability, this would be a start.
I’d announce the compulsory response date, and that hearings would be held on that date to present statistics on the response rate, and tell the dept secretaries up-front they will be back in front of the Congress on that date to explain why they have not answered the mail. A threat of stopping their pay on that date, and not resuming it until the mail gets answered would be a a nice touch.
on a macro level, a similar baselining of FOIA response rates would be useful. If there are any FOIA requests of particular importance they could be highlighted and special efforts made to get them answered.
I’d also establish an org within the new Select Committee on Weaponization of the Federal Government to take all this data, and put it in a database to track responses. This org would also begin tracking new requests for information, and add them to the database. When something gets answered annotate it as such. This would give real-time ability to track what has not yet been answered.
i’d also establish a website to publish all the unanswered email so the voters can see, if interested, what mail has yet to be answered and what is being ignored.
tracking and follow-up are one of the foundational stones of accountability. Make it painful and embarrassing to continue to just outright ignore the Congress.

My personal experience with IRS is also that they make mistakes frequently. I always fill out forms as PDFs, print these and mail them certified, return receipt requested. All correspondence goes the same way: proof that I mailed it, and that you got it, and when. Never a phone call. When the green card comes back, I take a digital photograph of it, then file it. I keep paper and electronic copies of all forms and correspondence, forever.
Many times in the past years, IRS has made a mistake – sometimes going back ten years, I guess expecting that I still didn’t have records going that far back. Therefore, it really scares me to think of enforcement agents from that department wandering around the country, armed to the teeth. This guy’s pointing an M-16 at you, and he’s got his numbers wrong. You’re not “violent,” but he is!
I’m sure that, from time to time, IRS encounters “a true, criminal situation.” Well, in that case IRS should be required to reach out to professional law-enforcement resources, such as from the FBI. Let them file a criminal complaint and run it through the court system. If you anticipate violence, let them plan accordingly for this special case. It is simply not appropriate for their enforcement agents, conducting the ordinary business of tax collection, to be soldiers. The idea is very, very dangerous.

And they destroyed 30 million tax returns without entering them into their computer system. See the article below. It’s smart to mail your returns certified mail, return receipt. And TurboTax offers audit insurance for about $40, which reportedly protects you have having to deal with the IRS if the IRS comes after you. I wonder if more people wrote out their forms manually and mailed them rather than submitting them electronically if it would be like sand in the gears.

The deadline has passed for Pfizer to submit the results of a study exploring the frequency of heart inflammation following receipt of the company’s COVID-19 vaccine.
Pfizer was required by the U.S. and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to conduct multiple studies on its vaccine after the FDA approved the shot in August 2021 because regulators determined that without the studies, there would not be sufficient data to assess the “known serious risks of myocarditis and pericarditis,” or heart inflammation and a related condition.
Regulators were also concerned about the potential risk of subclinical myocarditis, or heart inflammation without typical symptoms.
The FDA told Pfizer to carry out six studies, with various deadlines for completion and reporting final results to the agency. The first final deadline arrived on Dec. 31, 2022.
Pfizer was required to submit a report on the study, which was to assess the incidence of subclinical myocarditis following administration of a third dose of Pfizer’s vaccine, or a booster shot, in people aged 16 to 30.
It’s unclear whether Pfizer met the deadline. The company and the FDA did not respond to requests for comment, and neither have issued any information about the study or its results since the deadline passed.
According to the FDA, Pfizer had until June 30, 2022, to complete the study and then another six months to prepare and submit the final results.
In a Dec. 8, 2022, memorandum explaining why the FDA authorized Pfizer’s bivalent booster without any clinical data, FDA officials noted that Pfizer was “conducting additional safety-related post-authorization/post-marketing studies for the PfizerBioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, including post-marketing requirements to assess known serious serious risks of myocarditis and pericarditis and an unexpected serious risk of subclinical myocarditis..”

I’m sorry, but to me, “none of this is really ‘debt.'” It’s creating “money” out of thin air.
For it to be “debt,” first of all you must be solvent. Able to repay the debt with interest, and without simply “borrowing (sic …) more money” with which to do it. There must also be a third party – a banker – who must decide, according to a set of financial rules and laws, whether or not to grant you the loan. That banker must represent an entity – the bank or credit union – who stands to lose if you cannot repay the loan.
None of those concepts exist here. It’s simply a shell game. Recently, the US Government decided to “loan itself” several trillion US Dollars. The US Treasury will “issue bonds,” and a phantom non-government entity called “the Federal Reserve” will – magically – “buy them.” (Where the money comes from to buy them with, of course, is never explained.) No one can tell the US Congress that they aren’t going to get that “loan.”
So, as a consequence, we have probably quadrillions of “US Dollars” which correspond to nothing at all. So, any foreign party which chooses to use “US Dollars” or to hold them is holding on to a leaky bucket. The next “dump” of trillions of US$ is simply going to dilute the “value” of what you are holding … if it ever had any “value” at all, which it basically doesn’t.
Ok…..we have quadrillions …..wouldn’t doubt this….but why the trillions just printed and given out all the sudden cause inflation? Something else is at play here……real economy with it’s set of numbers then the hidden economy (play money) which doesn’t affect inflation? I am confused.
When people (Watters, Hannity, Tucker, et al) talk about the show, they are giving it credibility.

Congressman, I took your recent survey. You ask virtually every question except the important ones. Every Important question is summed up in the ‘Other’ box. Start expanding the ‘Other’ box. You also need to add the ability for comments as well as a check mark. I don’t care about your current surveys. They mean nothing.

Vote and voter fraud – we don’t have real elections anymore. It is an entirely manipulated process without representation. Government spends our money to propagandize us instead of informing us.

A constant supply of tax dollars that help national security in other nations but not for America. Just in case you can’t figure it out, this is a statement about national security, one of your primary duties, not about taxation.
A national defense system that focuses on ‘wokeness’ in its various evil forms, but not on national security.
Our government is an organized crime group that traffics in death and misery for all the citizens and foreigners. It colludes with foreign governments, cartels, and NGO crime orgs. One of the biggest criminal clown shows is ‘Ukraine’ and our support for its ‘freedom’. Our government traffic’s in money, drugs, people, sex, slavery, the Military IC, The Medical IC, IC du jour, more…
Our government cares about itself, not the people – The people are just temporary useful pawns.

Our government is totally corrupt and lawless. Address the corruption and lawlessness, please.
