Treehouse friends, it was announced yesterday that Lynette Hardaway, the dynamic “Diamond” from the duo Diamond and Silk, has passed away. She was a beloved and friendly voice amid the community of ordinary patriots who support President Trump.
CTH first put Diamond and Silk on blast back in July of 2015, yet it seems like only yesterday. Their contagious and hilarious takes on the comings and goings in the world of politics gained increased attention and many smiles followed.
[Lynette Hardaway, aka “Diamond”, left, and Rochelle Richardson, aka “Silk”, right]
A memorial fund has been established for Ms. Lynette Hardaway {HERE} with the notation: “The World just lost a True Angel and Warrior Patriot for Freedom, Love, and Humanity! Diamond blazed a trail, founded on her passion and love for the entire race of humanity. The memory of her passing should forever remain in our hearts. In this time of grief, please respect the privacy of Diamond’s family but remember and celebrate the gift that she gave us all!”
Shine on, you crazy Diamond. Shine on!
A blast from the past, below:
.
President Trump gave a statement via Truth Social
“The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.” Isaiah 57:1
She is spared from whatever is coming on the earth (woe is us!) – and shines as a Diamond in His presence forevermore.
Righteous because of faith in Jesus for forgiveness of sins.
The unrighteous also die but with no forgiveness of sins.
I have recently lost a dear friend, and that’s what I thought — she is spared from whatever is coming, as sad as I was to lose her, she’s home with her Lord.
God bless Miss Silk in her sadness. God greeted Miss Diamond with a hug. They together were a joy, and I hope Miss Silk can continue whenever she is ready. Prayers for their families.
Amen. They were a great team. What a loss for this country.
Well said! Lynette was truly the Lord’s Diamond in the rough that this country has become. She will truly be missed.
That is the thought I’ve been having for several years now, each time a saint passes.
RIP Diamond
Must love of America be the province of the eccentric?
The leftists and the globalists have done absolutely nothing for poor black people in America, and yet the black vote has become evermore captured by the Democrat elitists.
From Lincoln to FDR, blacks voted Republican (I swear). Now only crackpot blacks wander off the reserve.
Like battered wives, blacks make excuses for their oppressors.
Humanism remains the eternal path forward.
When all are better off, minorities shall be better off (Duh!).
Why must pathfinders like Diamond and Silk be depended upon to state the blooming obvious?
In the 60s, blacks were offered a choice by white America:
1) succeed on the same basis as whites do: hard work, education, stable family, etc etc etc
or
2) take these here BIG JUICY handouts and blame whitey
Well, they picked #2, and here we are, and no one is voting our way out of this.
Did it ever occur to you that the Democrat plantation districts are intentionally filled and designed to create hopeless non voters?
You really think gangsters crackhead and whores are voting. Do you really beleive that the average citizens in these Democrat gulags will brave those streets to vote when they know there vote doesn’t count. 1 million citizens in the gulag represents 50,000 votes cast and 1.25 million ballots all cast for democrats.
Look at Detroit Chicago Phillies in years gone by some of the lowest voter turnout now magically its over 💯 ain’t life grand
FJB F them all
A lot of it has to do with the inner-city being an honor/shame culture, having something in common with islam, maybe accounting for the affinity we see at times. Those of us who have worked there know about the “don’t dis’ me,” “don’t look at me wrong,” that whole thing….
And the international left, with their comprehensive studies of how best to achieve mass hynosis/psychosis, specializes in how to intentionally shame anyone who leaves the plantation (or the oasis or whatever; kinda mixing the metaphors freely here.) But anybody who’s spent time in an inner-city HS or MS knows about it…
So naturally, when the left preaches “You don’t want to be one of THEM” — and intentionally drives home the message of race 24/7, implying that no self-respecting black person worried about his image would want to even be SEEN with a *gasp* Republican — or just anyone EXCEPT those with that big, blue D after the name…
Plus now with all the fraud, there’s the added idea of “we’re winners!” and “you’re a whiny loser” if you’re “not one of us”…..It’s all emotion, all the time, and that has as much to do with it as the “free stuff” mythology or truth or whatever it is.
They mean to make it (and do make it) beyond the pale (that one noted) for any self-respecting black person to “join Whitey” — of course, once you’ve worked your way up and are black middle-class, it’s a whole different story, but otherwise, it’s an exclusive club (nothing “inclusive” about this –) and we’re not in it….esp now that they’ve upped the ante and any black guy or woman can become an instant “white supremacist” (the only kind, doncha know?), it’s even worse.
Psychology for the black lower-classes.
We don’t know what really happened in the voting booths back then. Dominion did not exist but chicanery and voting corruption are nothing new in the US. If I recall correctly, weren’t the Black Panthers intimidating blacks at the voting booth back in the day until laws were passed to prevent that.
Philadelphia was famous – practically celebrated – for it, Lolly.
This is not true that they were not accepted until recently. In the 1960s, there was a black family in my junior and senior high schools. In the 1960s and 1970s, there were black and white boys fighting in Viet Nam. Many of the ties made while there continued back in the US as these young men made their way though the GI Bill funding education and other programs facilitating their attaining good jobs in various industries. I went to college with some on the GI bill. The 1970s were 50 years ago. I became a mother in 1981 and stayed home with my son for a few years. I was in engineering. I have worked with many blacks, many Asians and many Hispanics as well as Whites since the 1990s.
From your perspective, sure. But if you asked the Baby Boomer black population if they felt accepted or feel accepted even today, I promise you many will say no to both. Black culture in America thrives on conformity and in group preference. Those that stray off the course are other-ized. It easier to vote Democrat and blame society and white folks for most problems because that’s what your relatives and peers do. Sure, those black people were personable and friendly with you because you reciprocated that kindness but how they thought likely differed.
What a despicable comment and shame on anyone for “liking” it. What tutti fruity universe do you live in? All white people are hard workers etc. What are you, deaf dumb and blind? Your racism display is sickening.
Sundance devoted an entire thread to a Black Patriot so you and your 13 “Lickers” show up and trash it? Shouldn’t you be out socializing with your clan buddies?
We always lose the great ones. It makes me angry when we lose a good soul and especially a magnificent fighter in the game.
Lynette could rip the hell out of you if you needed it. Her sister can too when she gets rolling. I hope Rochelle will know how much we love her and Lynette.
We hope you see our good messages and know we are right here for you anytime.
I heard this while watching Live From Studio 6B. I was stunned. So were the 4 men who usually are full of hilarious banter with sprinkles of news, sports and humor. All of us are saddened. They became our family. We looked forward to Diamond and Silk offering their take on the current events.
No words. Just saddness, weeping heart, loss, then memories. I will make Diamond “forever” with wonderful thoughts and recollections of her sweetness, love of God and her love of Trump and America. Blessings to her family and friends.
I seem to recall that she had a son in the military? I could be wrong about that.
I loved Diamond and Silk. They gave me a LOT of laughs and I loved their zeal for President Trump. Truly sad.
Rest in Peace “Diamond” and may God wrap his loving arms around you and your family during this sad time.
May the eternal light shine onto her Oh Lord, and with the Mercy of God, rest in Peace. She really brought such light and clarity to those that listened to their broadcast. Lovely ladies.
Haven has just received a diamond in the sky. Young lady you will be truly missed. God bless, the world has lost a priceless Jewel. May you always be remembered for your humor and grace. You will never be forgotten.
she was a great patriot
Rest in Peace Ma’am. You WILL be missed!
My goodness! 😪
Resquiat in pace Miss Diamond!
In her 90s — my mother had a full on MAGA wardrobe. My sister and I hauled her along for impromptu gatherings along highways in California with our Trump signs.
(I already posted the following.)
My mother loved watching Diamond and Silk. She would say, “Oh, I just love those two!”
For her 95th birthday I purchased VIP front row seats to see Diamond and Silk in person.
They showered her with affection and spent a lot of time talking to her. My sister, Mom, and I all have Diamond and Silk t-shirts.
It is was a wonderful event —and birthday present for my mom.
My mother passed in March at age 99. I hope my mom is chatting away with Ms. Hardaway— and they are both enjoying their new home.
God bless them both— two great ladies full of spunk!
What a fabulous story. Wonderful to read, and bittersweet at the same time.
I am sorry for the loss of your mom, Lorrie. Cool to think of mom and Diamond together in perfect Paradise!
❤️
I still have my Diamond and Silk “Women For Trump” pin!
They’re beautiful people. So very sad for her surviving sister. Total class
Sincere condolences to Rochelle ‘Silk’ and family.
Diamond and Silk graced the airwaves with call for prayer, truth and common sense.
I saw the headline about Diamond’s passing and did not believe it until I read it on the CTH.
I much appreciated Diamond’s candor and love for our true president,
President Trump.
Diamond was the perfect moniker for such a funny lady with a joyous spirit 🙂 Sending prayers for God’s grace and comfort to her family and friends.
What a DIAMOND
I was watching Frank Speech when Brannon made the announcement. I was heartbroken. I cried and found it difficult to stop the flow of tears. These women showed us how sisters should love one another and love America. My love, heart and prayers go out to all the family, especially Silk. The Dynamic Duo, True love and kindness, we miss you already. God bless us all…
Diamond already Jesus rolling in laughter on the floor of heaven. RIP sweet lady, you were one of a kind.
I work in the entertainment industry. I have occasion to be around a lot of celebrities.. “Selfies”? No thanks, I’m usually busy.
My Beloved Irene authorized my road trip from Orlando to Jacksonville, just so I could attend a Diamond & Silk “meet and greet”! (Thank you Sweetheart!, May You Rest In Peace)…
Those ladies were so genuinely friendly, they felt like my sisters when we “closed it in” for the photo.
Diamond gave my tricep a little squeeze, and said “Skip, do you work out?”
I melted, right there, and then. I don’t know if an old man can blush, but I felt a little flushed, at that moment, and told Ms. Diamond so. She seemed sincerely complimented. What a class act..
She/they had/have a GENUINE way to make you feel special. It’s no wonder that every image you see of them with other people, the other people are ALWAYS smiling, or laughing.
God Rest Your Soul, Ms. Lynette
You touched the lives of more than you probably imagined..
Best,
skipper
Super cool story, Skip. Nice compliment from Diamond, too.
I am so sorry for the loss of your dear Irene. I pray Diamond and Irene are laughing together in Glory right now.
Raven,
Thank you. That is one of my favorite memories.
And thank you for your condolences. Four years, and it feels like yesterday. Irene LOVED Diamond and Silk! I (gladly) bought her all of the “D&S” swag in the catalog. They’re probably having a laugh right now.
Warmest Best,
skipper
You were a great husband, Skip, to treat your darling with the desires of her heart — and the little girlie things, too.
I cannot imagine your loss.
Peace and joy to you, Skip, today and forever.
Thanks for sharing your story of meeting her.
Sad news… RIP to a true patriot
I was just watching diamond and silk the other day on https://home.frankspeech.com
The bright diamond passed away…?
Oh my ….
…happy tears…
prayers
( she said many for us, too – and was so, so helpful for many here)…
Love thy neighbors
Many have learned, witnessed from diamond and silk
just what…
…’ faith and good works ‘…
means,
in daily actions.
James 2:22
Plain and simple and refreshing. RIP
Hate losing one of our Patriot fighters. Shine on, Diamond, shine on! Meet you at our palace in the Sky!
RIP dear Diamond. You made the world a happier place with your presence.
“…her big and generous heart just plain gave out.”
Rest in peace, magnificent Diamond.
Peace be with you through this dark valley, magnificent Silk.
“Remember when you were young, you shown like the sun, shine on you crazy diamond…”
Very sad indeed she was a patriot. RIP Diamond.
If you’re looking in, Love you Silk and family life will move on, hang in there and keep God close.
God Bless!
These two are so great! May you rest in peace, Diamond…Condolences to Silk and the family.
Funny and genuine.
The ultimate Diamond & Silk on fire with the real POTUS….
Absolutely the most beautiful smile on President Trump’s face as he watches and listens to two women who he knows he can trust, who he loves, and who love him.
Now that right there is one magnificent tag team!
Our President-in-Exile. More proof of our third world status. We see more signs of it every day, mostly in how much trouble you go through just getting an order through or a customer service rep that speaks understandable English.
The real dynamic duo. “We’re gonna play the Trump card!”
Tearful over the keyboard, but happy for her to have reached the destination for which we all yearn: Heaven.
16-Year-Old Girl Dies Playing Flag Football
Hughes’ family had reportedly considered pulling her from sports as she had been experiencing ongoing cardiovascular problems. (ongoing since getting jabbed)

Inappropriate.
Agree!
Just devastating. And I keep thinking if we are this sad over such a loss, I can’t imagine Silk’s and their family’s pain. Prayers are needed for the family. 🙏
Absolutely. They were like Siamese Twins, separated at birth, still connected by their hearts.
And their marvelous brains.
Classic Pink Floyd Tune Title is an amazing choice for Diamond’s Headline!
RIP Diamond,
your voice will be missed yet we are blessed to have your sister’s voice
Two lovely ladies, unafraid to speak their mind with love and heart.
RIP Ms Diamond. You will be missed!
I feel lucky I got to watch them on TV a few times before I pulled the plug.
Nobody knows where you are,how near or how far,
Shine on you Crazy Diamond 💎
What does this have to do with Lynette Hardaway?
Mass….you’re now in “moderation”. WAAAAY to many pics and off-topic posts.
I pay little attention to celebrities of any stripe. Diamond and Silk became celebrities only because of who they were and what they believed in. No years of hype by the media machines.
Like an artist who’s work increases in value after their passing Diamond will be remembered as an inspiration to many. May God bless Silk in her time of need.
Great, fun ladies…this is such sad news. I’m sure her sister will miss her terribly, as shall we. May she Rest in Peace.
Lynette Hardaway aka Diamond was a great American as is her sister Rochelle. Lynette’s bubbly and jovial spirit will be sadly missed here on earth but hopefully it has already been welcomed to a better place.
Fortunately, these 2 women are liked and loved by many in the MAGA movement but the despicable scorn and hatred they received by the left is probably incalculable. But they persisted in their beliefs and retained their affable personalities and their humor.
Sincere condolences to Rochelle who must be very proud of her beloved sister and heartbroken but I hope she will find peace and happiness in the near future and carry on the fight in her own way.
R.I.P.. God Bless and keep you.. You will be sorely missed..
I’m so glad Lynette had the opportunity to connect with Trump, to tour with him, to be interviewed by media, to host a show, and to pass on the MAGA message in such a unique entertaining way.
Rochelle must be devastated.
May her soul and those of all the faithful departed rest in peace. Amen
I always thought President Trump should have named Diamond and Silk as Co-Secretaries of The Department of Common Sense.
She was loved by all here in the Treehouse.
Brilliant. Just absolutely brilliant. This beautiful voice of hers will be sorely missed.
I trust that Heaven is ready for this firecracker of wisdom, intelligence, knowledge, humor, faith – with a personal history of deep patriotism, and a love for all that is good and righteous.
We’re grieving and praying with you, as well as for you, Sister Silk. Each one of you two beauties is irreplaceable to us.
I’ll never forget when Diamond and Silk got me to”ditch and switch “…I was registered as Independent.
Later in the campaign, I attended my first Trump rally. I stood in line for five hours and was excited beyond belief to see Diamond and Silk walk in and introduce him.
The thunderous reception for them was awesome,
Everyone knew who they were.
Rest In Heavenly Peace,
Diamond, we love you!
That is a very cool testimonial for what two amazing sisters did in your life, Betty.
I bet you had lots of fun at that rally!
What a huge loss for our side. I loved to listen to these two laugh!
Our collective hearts are broken. I am so sorry to hear this. I wish…WE WISH “Miss Silk” and their entire family peace, comfort, and prayers.
She AND Silk woke up a great many folks. May their work continue…
Two Ladies who are sisters speaking the truth for anyone smart enough to hear!
They had a video,” Bikers for Hillary” featuring John Kerry on a pink “My Pony’ bike dragging a sullen dog through a parking lot on Nantucket. I cried with laughter, sent it to everyone I know.
I had to spit my mouthful of water out. I had never seen this before! Thanks @annieoakley!!!!
Ahhhhahahaaaa!!!
Six years later ….I’m still cannot stop laughing.
RIP Diamond. God bless and protect Silk.
I remember when this video was originally posted. It was just after the Bikers for Trump had arrived at a Trump rally, en mass, to assist with security for Trump supporters. The genius timing of these 2 made me laugh till I cried.
RIP Diamond – you are going to be missed
Agreed. Diamond will be missed. Her laughter is contagious and will live on.
I can’t stop watching the clips. The “Hiliary is climbing in the poles” one posted below is just as joyful as this one.
yep, laughing to tears…
Thanks for the moment…and God bless you for posting the video.
Big loss. I urge everyone to follow Jason Whitlock, Delano Squires, Royce White and others at Whitlock’s “Fearless” broadcast via the Blaze Network. All and much more less the “podcast” BS from usual suspects Apple, Spotify etc. BUT – you can get a Amazon (yes I know) “Firestick” for $35.00, sets up in minutes, and has NO monthly fee/s unless you want the leftist trash movies from their “Prime” subscription. Basic Firestick brings: Whitlock’s “Fearless” (it is) and ALL Blaze content; OAN, Bannon’s “Warroom”, Frank Gaffney’s “Securing America”, Jack Posobiec’s “Human Events”, the “Deace Group” (Steve Deace), John Solomon’s “Just the News”, Ben Berquam’s “Law and Border”; David Zere’s “Breaking Point”and MUCH more. DON’T sweat the “Alexa” BS – just don’t call it up or just disable it. Not shilling for anything, just want everyone to know.
Never saw this one. But what kind of “man” would wear open toe sandals, let alone with no socks. This alone SCREAMS cuck. But on this jerk it’s expected.
My Gawd that is funny !!!!! I missed this back in the day > Absolutely CLASSIC
