The Ruby Freeman tapes that I put up on Truth Social are AMAZING. Now they have been heard and seen all over America, together with the actual act of “stuffing the ballot boxes” with far more votes than needed for me, and Senator Perdue, to win GEORGIA. At first she thought that they had been caught, got VERY nervous, and wanted to “spill the beans” on everyone. Then the SOS, GBI, FBI, calmed her down, helped CLEAN her social media, took her away (for two months!). SHE THEN CHANGED HER STORY!
The American government and secret services are at war with the American people. Its time to put them to bed.

Don’t forget that Ruby Freeman, her daughter, and all others were rushed out of the voter count room in Georgia because of a big “WATER MAIN BREAK.” Like everything else, it was FAKE, there was no water main break. Ruby’s group (only) soon came back into the room, with no security or vote watchers, grabbed the thousands and thousands of ballots hidden under a cloth skirted table, and began putting them into (STUFFING) the machines, all caught on tape, and so OBVIOUSLY WRONG. They can’t explain!

So, why would this case make it through the liberal gauntlet that normally kills conservative cases?
This case has a trump card that is being played that the other cases didn’t have.
It is this congress (house and senate) that has threatened to pack the court by enlarging its size and loading it up with commie liberal jurists. Not only are they talking about expanding the number of jurists on the court but they are also talking about changing their terms to a fixed 6 years, including current members.
That is a major threat to the current supreme court and its power.
The members of the court will approve this case out of “self-interest”, aka self defense.
By approving this case, in one fell swoop, the democrats and GOPe congressmen and senators who actually threatened to pack the court, will be removed from office and never will be allowed to serve again.
It also removes Biden and certifies President Trump as the lawful winner of the 2020 election.
It is about the only way the court can defend itself.
Presto, the country is saved and the supreme court dodges the “packing” and terms limit bullets.

I agree and have followed this case for months. However, there are many detractors out there saying otherwise.
They are saying that the Supreme Court will NOT take this case.
I believe the most significant of detractors is Robert Barnes who has his own podcasts and has been on with Viva Frei on this very issue.
It will be very interesting and I am anxiously waiting for the Court’s reaction; if they will take this case.
If the court thought there was any chance—any chance at all—that the justices would vote to hear the case, they would reach out and request a response from the DOJ. The fact that neither the DOJ nor the court thought a response was necessary is the clearest sign that this case is going nowhere.
We have read the lawsuit filed by the Brunson brothers. In our honest opinion, it does not seem to have any basis in constitutional law. Frankly speaking—as found by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in their dismissal—it’s “frivolous.”
This case is dead on arrival at SCOTUS. Even if the case had merit on all the other issues presented in the lawsuit, SCOTUS does not have the power to grant the remedy being sought. Therefore there is nothing for the justices to rule on; they can’t do anything about it

But, the SC is not hearing his original case, they are hearing if his case should be heard.
His case was summarily dismissed, and so was his prior appeal.
I am not sure that the result will be good. The SC has been a part of denying us any say in court over this crooked election. What are the odds that they will change? Or even use this to argue on our behalf?
Excellent synopsis. One little technicality: It does not certify President Trump as the winner of the 2020 election. This is part of the beauty of the case. The Supremes don’t have to get into the messy territory of reversing an election result. The case is totally non-partisan and has to do with the constitution.
It will reinstate the previous administration, which will reinstate Trump as President.
Pence will be absent, as he is one of the ones who neglected to investigate the crimes brought forth and will be swept away with many members of both the House and Senate.

Somebody asked me on here yesterday, since I was griping about McCarthy, who I thought should be Speaker of the House. Not that my opinion matters, but that’s a good question. And I really didn’t have an answer, so I thought about that all day. So here’s what I came up with. It should be Jim Jordan. I’m not very fond of Jim Jordan. Way too in bed with Google for one thing, and a huge defender of big tech in general. Not my cup of tea. But, knowing that he will never sell out his lords and masters, he’s still a guy that hears our side loud and clear. And has for a long time. Much as I would prefer a candidate who only heard our side, that candidate might not exist. So at the end of the day, I think I would be fine with a guy who at least understands our side of the battle. We’ve never had that. Maybe that’s enough. Maybe that could squeeze some of the excess out of the system while still allowing the country to function. I may be wrong. But I’d okay with that happening and see how it works out.
Was pondering the same question earlier. Reached the scary conclusion that just about any regular veteran Treeper of good will could become Speaker of the House, and the country would be far better off.

Initially considered a shoo-in for the Democratic nomination in 2024, should Biden choose not to stand, or 2028 if Biden does run and win, Harris has lost whatever power or popularity she had in the weeks after she was sworn in.
And frankly, besides some very short-lived momentum when she ran in 2016 and flamed out, she was never particularly popular, to begin with.
No longer the next president in waiting, Kamala Harris now seems to serve an almost entirely ceremonial function while the Biden administration focuses on painting failures as victories and repairing the damage done to the economy in time for the 2024 presidential election.

Joe Biden has relentlessly, and often successfully, tried to grow and expand the welfare state, even as he has touted his efforts to increase jobs and grow the economy.

If I was an owner of a NFL team I would demand and pay for every team/practice squad player even the punters to be thoroughly tested for myocarditis and aortic aneurisms!
