(Databases & machines are hacked & tracked in real time… showing who voted & didn’t vote; so fraudulent ballots could be printed & filled out for those who didn’t vote, which are then given to the NGOs to distribute to the ballot boxes. The last step of distribution was shown in the “2000 Mules” documentary. Dr. Frank says the ballot box stuffing is a symptom of the fraud. The real fraud took place in the machine. So the key idea is every stuffed ballot has to be assigned to a voter in the voter rolls.)

Why are they banning videos taken at Lake Mead?
The US government says that any creator of any size needs a permit to shoot video for money in National Parks — and has specifically called out YouTube and TikTok creators. If you film for money, you need a permit. But the ramifications are huge. This involves ALL federal land, not just National Parks, and includes places known for free speech, such as the National Mall. The court decision (from the 2nd highest court in the land) even tries to limit the bounds of what free speech is. This is a big deal.
That is UNBELIEVABLE. The arrogance… I would understand if it was PRIVATE Property, but it’s a Public Park!
What are they trying to hide or protect?
In the case of Lake Mead, it’s necessary to film as that Lake feeds Arizona, Nevada and California!
Due to all the Green Environmental Crap, Hoover Dam powers large swaths of Nevada and I believe California. It’s in the Public Interest to Film in Lake Mead!
This might be a shock but the government hates for “We the People” to be self-sufficient and have self-determination…

The drug cartels that run the state parks don’t want the publicity.
They’ve been ruining the US parks with their drug operations since the 1990s at least.
We had to be careful when prospecting on forest service land in California because of the illegal marijuana grow sites, very dangerous to inadvertently come across one if any of their caretakers were around. We moved back to Nevada, at least in the desert you can see for miles ahead and behind and will notice anything sticking out like a sore thumb.
OC, so make it illegal to create noise, trash, and so forth. But not to film without a license.

You can film without a license. You just can’t conduct a money-making enterprise without a permit. Why should the taxpayers who are not making money off this land owned by “everyone” have to try to draw lines for special exceptions for film makers, regulate whether they are bothering people (some do — e.g. the “interview” thing), filming with one person, two people three people…, using this much or not of equipment…
The permits are not expensive. Licenses are required to fish and hunt on NPS lands too, even for noncommercial. Many parks have entrance fees. Etc.
This is not a free speech issue.

Agree; but those rules were written when Hollywood was using the lands for their movies and had to make sure the cost of cleaning up when done were covered; so the rules are definitely outdated because these video makers aren’t shooting cavalry or cattle rustling scenes.
You can fish on the Green River that flows through the Mammoth Cave National Park without a license. No hunting anywhere within MCNP, but they sure could use some targeted bow hunts that would thin out the scrawny herds of turkey and deer.

last I heard from him was when he was on @TuckerCarlson
and he had just found out that he was on the FBI’s 1A hit list. He seemed genuinely upset, that our own government was targeting him. You could hear it in his voice, and I don’t blame him…he probably has stepped away.
