The last days of the current House Ways and Means Committee will meet privately Tuesday at 3 p.m. to review the tax documents and vote on whether all or a portion of President Trump’s tax returns will be publicly released. After a lengthy legal battle, House Ways and Means Committee Chair Richard Neal got his hands on Trump’s tax returns in November which consist of his personal returns and returns from eight business entities.
The crooked Democrats wrongly think they’re on solid legal footing to release the returns if the committee takes a vote. First they have to go shopping for “the holiday.”

I recall he once said that he never pays more taxes than he has to. Who does? He didn’t make the tax laws, he follows them.

This push to make pubic PDJT’s private and business tax returns stems from the 2016 campaign where then candidate Trump said he would eventually release his tax returns and it drove the left crazzzy because he never did – because tax returns are supposed to be private between the filer and the IRS, and having political candidates release their returns during a campaign was always a virtue signaling device of politicians and political-wannabe’s.
Question is, when the Supreme Court allowed for the J6 panel to get PDJT’s tax returns (which were supposed to be only for the 6 year period from the time of his announcement, 2015?, until 2021) I don’t think the court gave anyone, including the panel, to release these returns to anyone, including the press;
so maybe PDJT can sue the panel members, collectively and individually, if any of his returns are made public? Lawfare in reverse.

The percentage of people who think are elections are fair and open continues to fall. This trend will continue. FBI’s Vetted Info Sharing Network ‘InfraGard’ Hacked

InfraGard, a program run by the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to build cyber and physical threat information sharing partnerships with the private sector, this week saw its database of contact information on more than 80,000 members go up for sale on an English-language cybercrime forum. Meanwhile, the hackers responsible are communicating directly with members through the InfraGard portal online — using a new account under the assumed identity of a financial industry CEO that was vetted by the FBI itself.
The FBI’s InfraGard program is supposed to be a vetted Who’s Who of key people in private sector roles involving both cyber and physical security at companies that manage most of the nation’s critical infrastructures — including drinking water and power utilities, communications and financial services firms, transportation and manufacturing companies, healthcare providers, and nuclear energy firms.
“InfraGard connects critical infrastructure owners, operators, and stakeholders with the FBI to provide education, networking, and information-sharing on security threats and risks,” the FBI’s InfraGard fact sheet reads.
In response to information shared by KrebsOnSecurity, the FBI said it is aware of a potential false account associated with the InfraGard Portal and that it is actively looking into the matter.
KrebsOnSecurity contacted the seller of the InfraGard database, a Breached forum member who uses the handle “USDoD” and whose avatar is the seal of the U.S. Department of Defense.
USDoD said they gained access to the FBI’s InfraGard system by applying for a new account using the name, Social Security Number, date of birth and other personal details of a chief executive officer at a company that was highly likely to be granted InfraGard membership.
The CEO in question — currently the head of a major U.S. financial corporation that has a direct impact on the creditworthiness of most Americans — told KrebsOnSecurity they were never contacted by the FBI seeking to vet an InfraGard application.
USDoD told KrebsOnSecurity their phony application was submitted in November in the CEO’s name, and that the application included a contact email address that they controlled — but also the CEO’s real mobile phone number.
“When you register they said that to be approved can take at least three months,” USDoD said. “I wasn’t expected to be approve[d].”
But USDoD said that in early December, their email address in the name of the CEO received a reply saying the application had been approved (see redacted screenshot to the right). While the FBI’s InfraGard system requires multi-factor authentication by default, users can choose between receiving a one-time code via SMS or email.

Elon just restored all the accounts from the “journalists” he banned yesterday for doxxing the location of his private jet in real time, (after warning everyone that violates Twitter’s terms of service) including a clown from CNN, the New York Times, and the Washington Post.
First they were banned permanently, then after the liberal tears kept flowing he said he’d restore them after a 7 day ban, and just now, he restored them all. Elon is anything but consistent and principled in his decisions. He changes his mind more often than the way the wind blows.
Also tonight he said “a new philosophy is needed” because “too many people have lost faith in the future.” He obviously doesn’t know Christ, and he’ll likely go full Luciferian in the future saying Satan was right in the Garden of Eden and that Man can become a God just like he said to Adam and Eve by plugging in his Neuralink and merging with Internet in the Transhumanist revolution.
And yes, I do report on the good things he does and enjoy watching the liberals freak out over his takeover of Twitter and am glad he’s restoring a lot of banned accounts and hope he changes the culture around free speech online, while also criticizing the bad things he does, and will continue to watch him with caution and cover his activities.

Assad is very pro-western! He was educated in Europe and had a medical degree in Optalmology. His wife is British and he has a large Christian and Jewish population that he protects. The Catholic Bishop of Syria is his biggest supporter. His military never gassed Syrian children. It was a vicious hoax and our military bought into the lie!

We sure do need to reconsider, and re-define, exactly what “a Judge” is allowed to do. It is very easy to allow the Judiciary to become everything that Thomas Jefferson feared that it would be – essentially “the residence of Kings.” People who could, and therefore would, “utter law by fiat.” They would decide for themselves what “the law” ought to be, then simply impose it upon the rest of us.
Unfortunately, our Framers apparently were not lawyers. The Article which defines the Judicial Branch is the shortest and most ambiguous of them all. The Bill of Rights goes a little further, but in a very haphazard way. “Tom Was Right.™”

Good question… Federal Marshal Service? I mean, if you’re referring to with guns, that kind of ‘enforce’. However, the FBI seems to be pretty gun-happy in their investigative role so perhaps they would, armed, ‘investigate’ whoever told USSC to screw off.
Thé state would then be in violation of the law, and the DOJ goes after them to enforce the federal ruling.
