Yesterday, I read that Republicans “ negotiated “ to have the force C-19 “vaccine” removed from the military.
Today, I’m reading Republicans are working with Dims to pass amnesty.

FTA: What is interesting is that there are two lawsuits that have been filed challenging the violation of the oath of office. The first one was filed by Loy Brunson and is still pending in the Utah Federal Court. The second one was filed by Raland J. Brunson and has made it to the Supreme Court of the United States – Docket #22-380. It will be interesting, to say the least, if the Supreme Court agrees to hear the case.
Both lawsuits include defendants Pres. Biden, Harris, former V.P. Pence, and 385 members of congress for breaking their oath of office by voting AGAINST the proposition (that came from members of congress) to investigate the claims that there were enemies of the constitution who successfully rigged the election. He filed ProSe in the Supreme Court.
This is an interesting argument, but it will be even more earth-shattering if the Supreme Court actually takes the case and rules on the validity of taking an oath of office. How can you support, and defend, the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic if you refuse to even investigate the claim?
Brunson sought the relief to have all the defendants permanently removed from office, and not allowed to hold public office again. While in the strict sense of the oath, that would be a reasonable expectation. But we no longer live in such a world of actual honor and justice for all. The problem has been the redefining of the word “justice” which is not “Just Us” with a totally different meaning.

Yep…The State and Federal Governments have “certified” the elections, which is more than enough cover to say … nope no evidence here and geee whiz batman … just for this case only the Courts cannot go against State Legislature certification.
Then there is the metric of the just recently passed Voting Rights Act that essentially states the Federal government has NO role in elections …. oh dam to bad … no role = no crime.
Then eventually, just a handful of states will decide who gets to be president and the remaining states will have no voice at the federal level.
It is time our state officials and candidates get that message and be forced to do something. It was docketed at the high court on October 24th. The case is scheduled for a conference vote, however only 4 votes are needed to proceed to a hearing before the court and I have heard the conference vote is scheduled for 1-06-23.

The legal argument is unique and very worthy. I am always glad to see people step out and do something rather than just sit back and be a couch potato. Something is better than nothing. It is better to have tried and failed than to have never tried at …said someone.

The lawsuit did not “make it” to the Supreme Court. It was dismissed by the District Court. The dismissal was appealed to the Court of Appeals, which affirmed the District Court’s dismissal. Brunson has filed a petition for writ of certiorari. Those petitions are very rarely granted. SCOTUS just last week refused to grant certiorari in another election case involving Dominion voting machines. My opinion only. I believe people are again getting people’s hopes up only to have them let down. Do it enough and people will give up. The courts are not the answer. They are as compromised and corrupt as the rest of government.
One of the two cases is already on the supreme court docket (per the 1 hour video by Loy Brunson).
I didn’t get excited about it because was waiting for Sundance to confirm if true.
The SC asked the defendents (doj, congress) to reply and gave them 30 days.
The due date passed.
So, if the SC has a ‘hearing’ to listen to a 2 sided argument,

Apparently it has to fall much much further. I was STUNNED at the results of 2022 election. I was always a big believer that people will vote based on their “pocket book pain” so I was very confident that the GOP would do well. I know there is cheating and ballot harvesting and all that BUT still, MILLIONS of people knowingly voted for Democrats and more of the same or worse! I even have a neighbor who complains EVERY single time I see her that she has no money and groceries and inflation blah blah blah…she voted for a Democrat. I guess some of these people need to be hit much harder before it changes their voting habits.
I am with you on being stunned. I know I’m biased toward conservative governance, but I try to look at issues from a common sense view. So I try to understand what the people that continue to vote Democrat are thinking considering all the horrible things going on in our country.

I would bet you that almost no one in my workplace – 80 to 90 percent Democrat – knows what eggs or milk cost now or what they cost last year or the year before that.

I’m as frustrated and down about the election results as anyone. This blog, however, is a great source of comfort to me. I don’t believe that is because it tells m what I want to be told but rather because it reassures me that we have both rational and strong principles.

JOE KENT IS DOING A PARTIAL RECOUNT
I was against the flawed candidacy of Kent in the primary but I just donated to his partial recount effort. The ballot counts for all the offices in WA don’t correlate well, for example you would expect many more straight Pub-only ballots to reflect a different count.
I received an email from his people in which I was able to donate to this specific fund via Paypal into Anedot. I did not have to log in to Anedot to get it to work, but anyone not getting the email may have to, I don’t know.
I do not know if you can just contribute to his regular campaign site instead and have the same effect.
I call him flawed because I did not care for the carpet bagging in from Oregon as an, apparently, ex-Sanders democrat. I also did not appreciate his deception against the best America First candidate Heidi St John regarding P Trump’s endorsement challenge which Kent already knew he had before challenging St. John.
However, the McFails spent money against Kent in the general and that’s virtually an endorsement for him for me.

Pence was wrong in January 2021
The entire Constitution becomes a mockery if we accept Pence’s and the Dems’ claim that the Electoral College certification is a mere rubber stamp.
Apart from recent separation of powers issues entirely brought on by Trump’s enemies, Mike Pence still has some ‘splaining to do about the powers of his office and his initiative. Given the hysteria about Trump’s inartfully framed complaint that some crimes exceed the limits of the Constitution, let us look again at an early 2021 episode that is not forgotten and is still in search of a better answer.
There would be no mention in the Constitution of a Vice President (VP) presiding over the counting of state Electoral College (EC) votes if it were a mere perfunctory duty. For if you can mail in votes, why not just mail in EC votes and start popping corks (winners) or veins (losers?) It surely would have more a justification than the Speaker-initiated proxy voting of the last couple of years.
But if I were VP at the time, I would have counted the votes as received and then made a goodbye speech excoriating the results of at least two or three of the clearly fraudulent state results. That way, I would have done what the Constitution requires and yet make clear that ‘it isn’t over until it’s over.’ By leaving the scene, I would say I was not going to take the oath of office of VP in January no matter what, and thereby negate a conflict-of-interest claim. I would have shown both loyalty and adherence to the Constitution—and, oh, what a howl still would arise!
My recollection is that the 12th Amendment has provisions that extend into March for this kind of election when a clear winner for President is still not chosen. Time enough for the Court? As a byproduct, the eye on cheating would be sharper and we would not have had the reprise of the steal in 2022. Fool me twice, shame on me.
The VP is not required to sit and swallow it silently while one or more rogue states want(s) the election result to orbit its (their) own manufactured slate(s). And you thought the EC was the ‘be all and end all’ of the choice of President?
No one should think that the EC process precludes any challenges. If one does, it puts two things in focus:
1) a party or person that wants to manipulate elections without challenge gets complete protection from the EC process (see the dismissal of the punted Texas v. Pennsylvania), and
2) the desire to coordinate such manipulation is, by extension, also protected and cannot be challenged.
The benefits to cheaters improve when you add in the difficulty in putting together a remedy under severe compression when December 13 rolls around and when the Vice President later does his count of the votes.
You don’t need to imagine this terrible situation for we saw it play out in real-time in 2020 and 2022: The Dems obliterate the election process and think that their widely variable election methods and modes through the many marginal states cannot possibly go unrewarded. The Founders cannot have intended to lock in this type of cheating—and, if they failed to consider the possibility, the later-enacted 14th Amendment still provides a remedy.
EC and slate counting cannot automatically withstand the 14th Amendment when it comes to due process and equal protection under the law provisions. The 14th, which the Left so loved and used for leveraging purposes in the 20th century and since, could (and should) be the left’s undoing in what we saw in 2020 and 2022, which was ‘time ran out’ election jurisprudence. By recognizing that the EC process cannot reasonably be used to facilitate cheating and that the 14th Amendment provides a way out, one or two courageous judges could return normalcy and justice to the process.
It has always been a common understanding that the denial of justice for technical reasons should not always hold sway. The stakes in context can be new or just plain high. Timing and calendars must yield to justice. You often hear what appears to be departures from practice and precedent when you see words like ‘in the interest of justice’ in a decision.
Pence had a duty and an opportunity. He missed an opportunity to stem a blood flow. Fraud in elections can result in a judgment that the election did not take place. And the aggrieved are everywhere. It is going to be taken up sooner or later, and I shudder if it is never taken up.

There was a time when Republican voters hoped that Barr would restore the credibility of federal law enforcement. But the numbers show that the GOP base has less faith in the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after Barr’s two-year tenure than before it. And now with his latest anti-Trump salvo, it seems that Barr has joined the effort he was hired to stop—the U.S. intelligence services’ anti-democracy campaign.
The same month, the FBI had been alerted to the existence of a laptop owned by Hunter Biden that gave evidence of his financial ties to the Ukrainian firm and Joe Biden’s supporting role in his son’s business affairs. In December, the Justice Department took possession of the laptop as the Democrat-led congress voted to impeach Trump.
That is, while Trump was being impeached, the agencies under Barr’s control had evidence of the Bidens’ financial dealings in Ukraine. The information found in the laptop supports Trump contention that he had not abused his power, but rather as president had fulfilled his duty to protect U.S. national security by asking for information regarding the extent of the Bidens’ alleged corruption abroad. Trump was impeached for what Barr’s Justice Department knew to be false.
As for the Durham investigation, Barr made two significant statements in spring 2020. First, he violated DOJ protocol by commenting on an ongoing investigation to say that Biden and Obama were not investigative targets. Why was he publicly clearing the former president and the 2020 Democratic candidate when declassified documents showed that both were knowing participants in the Russiagate scandal?
Second, Barr said he expected developments in Durham’s cases by late summer. But when Labor Day passed and there were no indictments or reports, it became obvious that Durham’s investigation was stalled until after the November vote.
Thus, Barr had botched his mission. Without anyone held accountable for crimes committed during the 2016 election, the coast was clear for U.S. spy services to again tilt the political process on behalf of their preferred candidate. And indeed, the FBI was once again on the march during the 2020 election season.
Because Barr didn’t bring the FBI to heel—and because Durham has failed to convict anyone for Russiagate—federal law enforcement’s anti-democracy campaign continues unabated.

Before anyone starts prematurely celebrating the alleged Senate and House agreement to remove the jabs requirement from the military, we must ask this question:
Chinese puppets put the jabs requirement on our military to weaken it in significant ways. Active duty service members who took the jabs die at elevated rates from cardiac events, cancer, stokes, and “died suddenly” incidents, and also suffer an increased rate of disability that renders them unfit for duty. Recruitment is down, and smart active duty service members who refuse the jabs are discharged. Not to mention all the service members heading for the exits as fast as possible.

As the left has been pushing for Top-down control over the union of the states, they have managed to pass all manner of law which ostensibly gives them rights to interfere in states matters.

SC is the only court to settle controversies between two or more States.
Texas complained that Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania election administrators all violated state law and the US Constitution, and illegally treated voters differently favoring some and disfavoring others. Texas asked that SC vacate the Defendant States’ elector certifications from the unconstitutional 2020 election results and remand to the Defendant States’ legislatures pursuant to 3 U.S.C. § 2 to appoint electors.
This is not the federal government telling states how to run their election. State legislatures have plenary authority which must be obeyed. When that authority is not obeyed the federal government does have a role.

Can government be any MORE transparent in their selective persecution and prosecution of … undesireables (read: conservatives)? Virtually EVERY high tech company in the SF Bay Area “accommodates” workers putting in long hours.
