If it is the responsibility of the Supreme Court (is it theirs’s?) to guarantee the States preserve within the individual States a republican form of government, and that is clearly not happening when democratic forms of government (mob rules being foisted to get individuals to conform to the voice of the mob without preserving the rights of the individuals) are taking over the running of how the States operate – can the US Supreme Court (or the federal government as a whole) be sued to do their duties?

This has been happening for two years now. A whole lot of people, young and old are being denied lifesaving organ transplants because them or their parents refuse to be inoculated with the not a real vaccine. I read a story a little bit ago about a young woman and her kidney doner being denied the surgery because neither one of them took the shot. The day after I read that story, I walked into my state motor vehicle department and removed myself from the doner registry.
Nobody should sign up on the DMV organ donor list. Make your wishes known to family, there is no need to broadcast your wishes to strangers.
This is why they find bodies with their organs removed. Organ harvesting is a lucrative business.

Did Trump really call to terminate the Constitution?

Reading Trump’s comment in that context brings a much different meaning to his social media post than a call by him to terminate the Constitution. This reading is more plausible when one knows that Trump was briefed by some brilliant constitutional lawyers about the state fraud and constitutional issues under Article 2, Section 1, whether one agrees with their constitutional arguments or not.
It was the acts of others that “terminated” the laws governing the 2020 elections. The Twitter revelations about collusion with Big Tech aiders and abettors such as those who lied and said the laptop was Russian disinformation. That collusion enabled (allowed for) a false and fraudulent election in 2020. The lies skewed votes, polls reveal.
Leftists and establishment Republicans have been systematically “terminating” the Constitution for decades. In Federalist 44 James Madison wrote about how the United States may eventually be prone to usurpation of constitutional law by elected officials, “[yet] in the last resort a remedy must be obtained from the people who can, by the election of more faithful representatives, annul the acts of the usurpers,” he wrote.
Madison didn’t even envision what we now face with collusion between the Deep State and mega-corporations.
Federalist 53 refers to the “Constitution [as] paramount to the government,” and John Marshall called it our “fundamental and paramount law.” Had Trump actually called for the Constitution to be broken — when the Biden administration and Democrats in Congress break it every day — he’d have sealed his fate for 2024.

I see Warnock and Walker are within 1% of each other now. I just read this:
State law does not require an automatic recount of votes. However, based on Georgia H.B. 316 (2019), a candidate can request a recount if the margin is less than or equal to 0.5%. That request has to be made within two business days of the results being certified.
So let’s hope for ≤ .5% difference and Walker can request a recount.
If Walker can win this seat it will make it ever so slightly easier for us to win the Senate majority in 2024.
