However, it is the cruelty directed toward our warrior -leader that is painful.

Think about it this way: the entirety of the US is a crime scene. It is unlikely that there is a single jurisdiction that has not suffered at least one death that can rightly be characterized as intentional homicide resulting from a criminal conspiracy that had, as a key element, precisely the prevention of the flow of true information and the push of false information, in order to defraud millions of Americans into accepting a death jab.

On January 6, 2021, the 117th Congress held a proceeding and debate in Washington DC (“Proceeding”). This Proceeding was for the purpose of counting votes under the 2020 Presidential election for the President and Vice President of the United States under Amendment XII. During this Proceeding over 100 members of U.S. Congress claimed factual evidence that the said election was rigged. The refusal of the Respondents to investigate this congressional claim (the enemy) is an act of treason and fraud by Respondents. A successfully rigged election has the same end result as an act of war; to place into power whom the victor wants, which in this case is Biden, who, if not stopped immediately, will continue to destroy the fundamental freedoms of Brunson and all U.S. Citizens and courts of law.

What makes me cautiously (very) optimistic about this case is the fact that the clerk of the Supreme Court called the Brunsons and advised them how to modify their filing.
Later, she called them again and asked if they could send the finished filing any sooner? They had it filed in one week after the call. This clerk must be highly qualified. I think the calls are significant.
One “copy” of the case was dismissed, but the other was not. It has wound its way all the way up to the top. It is on the docket and will be heard.
There were 2 cases by two ppl who were related. One was thrown out, one is making it’s way thru the court system.
The last I heard they intentionally filed in separate regions to get it in different jurisdictions. They are advancing one case to see what happens before they advance the other case.
Both are still viable.
