Here in Washington State, we ended up reelecting the Democratic Secretary of State because Katie Daviscourt, another TPUSA babe, told everyone to write in the Republican, who had ZERO chance of winning, as a “protest” vote. The other candidate was a registered Independent, who has been the auditor for Pierce Country, with NO issues whatsoever, for over a dozen years, and who came across as utterly sane, reasonable, and NON-partisan in her literature and in debates! She lost, by less than 3%, to a well-known partisan hack, who had been handpicked by our Governor Jay “Insane Idiot” Inslee…oh, and the “Republican” that Daviscourt told everyone to write in? He got 4.5% of the vote!
Kirk single-handedly blew the election for Lake. He told people not to use mail in ballots and only vote in person. We all know what happened on election day. About 30,000 votes were never cast.

Tonight was the first time I’ve read a twitter thread in almost 2 years. I forgot how much fun it can be. Back in my twitter heyday it was a blast going after Haley Barbour when he interfered with the 2014 tea party primary challenge in Mississippi. Barbour used every dirty trick in the book to prop up a uni-party octogenarian, Thad Cochran. Obviously the GOPe preferred a corrupt brain dead insider to some upstart tea party darling.
Both parties work hard at holding onto their power by protecting elderly incompetent Senators like Diane Feinstein and Thad Cochran, but for the Democrats to do so at the Presidential level with Biden is so shameless it is almost unbelievable.

@dunewall….I don’t either ever since I made a crack about Trump black bagging reporters to Axios in late 2020. It was meant to be a joke dammit 😉 It felt good and at the time I assumed there wasn’t going to be any return to that site anyhow. Elon has been something else and I applaud him. He’s bringing everyone back on I hear; everyone but me I suppose. Oh well, can’t even remember my login. Sounds like its time to forge a new email address. Around that time CTH got nuked as well. At least they gave SD a heads up but he still had to scramble. Always disliked that pic of the man holding his head down possibly praying. Its a disheartening photo I associate with the feeling I had in winter 2020.

Btw if the required test to extend voting hours in AZ on election day was, according to Judge Ryan, a showing that people were denied their right to cast ballots, then why didn’t the RNC lawyers submit at least one affadavit to that effect? A TRO is an extraordinary remedy, and I don’t see affidavits to support it here:
