An estimated 80,000 ballots will be added to Maricopa Country election results at about 8 p.m. Friday, county officials said.
More than 50% of those results will include ballots that were dropped off on Election Day, officials said during a Friday afternoon news conference.

No – I believe that 290,000 ballots were dropped off on Election Day, by people who had received them in the mail earlier. In Maricopa County (pop. 4,497,000), 30% of polling places had printer and tabulator problems, meaning long delays for those who went inside to vote.
Those who simply dropped off their pre-printed mail ballots didn’t have to check in or waste time. BUT, that phenomenon caused the long counting delays, as each one of those 290,000 dropped-off ballots now must be signature-verified before tabulation.
Total number of ballots dropped off on Election Day is consistently reported as 290,000. Good news is, these ballots are expected to lean Republican. Kari Lake is depending on that ‘red shift’ to propel her back into the lead. Tonight’s drop will tell the story. It should favor Kari Lake.

Printing takes a finite amount of time. First, you need to determine how many new ballots you need to manufacture. Then, you need to print them and deliver them to the counting house so that the “correct” individual “wins.” Just ask the Venezuelans how this all works.

On the topic of the livestream coverage for the Washoe County (Reno area) Nevada voter’s registrar office where the ballots are counted and where necessary adjudicated (most often for signature verifications), that went down overnight, the security cameras for that building did not go down and the County is making all the footage of those cameras available to anyone who wants to download the footage for those hours the livestream was down.

We now know the party identity of 114,000 of the 292,000 early ballots dropped off on Election Day that have yet to be tabulated in Maricopa County:
R: 47%
D: 24%
I: 29%

If independents split 50/50, this breakdown should still produce 49,200 votes for Kari Lake vs 30,800 for K T Hobbs – that is, a net +18,400 pick-up for Kari Lake.
Should net pick-up be less than 18,000, then something is wrong.
If they haven’t been tabulated yet, they won’t be in tonight’s batch. Also, I expect Independents going 60/40 for Lake.
You’re referring to the 80,000 votes to be reported @ 8pm AZ time. If they go the way I am predicting, Lake should be in the lead tonight. It just depends on how many early mail-in votes are in tonight’s batch. They should be only a few thousand. It will be all downhill from here.
