Besides, Odessa and Nikolaev will both be liberated by Russia as well. Giving up Kherson permanently puts Odessa out of reach.

If deep blue metropolises can steal elections, then what are doing here? Where were elected R officials to fight for election integrity these past 2 years? Lake was told that there were 364K ballots dropped off on election day. Now it’s only 275K?
364k less 275k = 89k of Lake votes, now somehow missing or “lost”

I saw it in Washington state years ago when Dino Rossi was ahead of Gregoire. They “kept finding” boxes of ballots until the rats were ahead and then declared the win. Rossi tried to fight it as I recall but the county workers are so left….he eventually gave up. This has been going on for decades….just sickening that the rats can bold face lie that “this was the most secure and honest” election ever. Especially after dementia Joe spilled the beans. Funny how no one with power ever brings that up.
At this point, I’m more convinced they’ll eventually be announced as winners (not so sure about Senate, that needs to be strictly controlled).
If you string this out and Democrats win all these close races, it gives our side more ammo and helps make the case for corrupt elections.
On the other hand, if Republicans win thanks to “mail-in” ballots, it helps to take the steam away from election integrity measures, helps to justify 2020, and makes us look like hypocrites. It also will contribute to “See? Mail-in ballots can be a good thing.”

Thus Sayeth, the important factor is all of the mail-in ballots that people dropped off at the polling places on election day. There are apparently 360K of them. Dropping a mail-in ballot at a polling place on election day is the kind of thing a Republican voter would do, so it’s reasonable to think that most of those ballots will favor Lake. She’s down 25k last I checked, it seems like a huge deficit, but it’s really not if 360K votes haven’t been counted yet.
And notice that the Dems aren’t declaring Hobbs the victor. They know what’s going on too.
Hopefully most of those 360K ballots also selected Masters for Senate.

I think right now the Arizona arm of the election fraud cabal are deciding if they should let Kari Lake win, as it would be too damn suspicious if she didnt while stealing it from ALL the other MAGA’s who should have won too. So before Tuesday, the media collectively warned of a big red wave that will ruin america. The House would be taken by a large margin and the Seante would also go red. The data they based those assumptions and hysteria on should be easy to review to determine if MAGA costs them seats or not. For the seats Republicans had to defend and for the In-Play, flip-able seats, how many MAGA candidates won, how many lost? How many pretend MAGA were out there that were really Uni-party whores? Should be easy to blow the narrative out of the water.
Having said all of that, facts don’t matter in the news space or in the world of politics. Outright, laughable lies take-root all the time, but someone like Carlson might want to explain how many seats Trump cost us or gained us. I’m not a political junkie so I have no idea which seats were competitive to begin with., but the data would be nice for someone to produce.

Sure, there are obstacles to doing so, but it’s not an impossible task. It is in fact the only thing that the left truly fears at this point.
Second, most of us are not talking about a “revolution” in order to stop election fraud. Not yet. If we’d just show some resolve, by massively taking to the streets in protest, with some of us armed to provide a counterbalance and warning against the government trying to stop the protests, the UNIPARTY leadership might finally realize what they now risk … a real revolution where not just a few in the crowds would be armed. And believe me, the thought that even a fraction of the hundred million Americans who own 400 million guns could revolt is something that would weigh heavily on the UNIPARTY leadership’s calculations. Remember that they, above all else, enjoy the good life. We can take that away from them.
Forget J6 type protests. Maybe it’s time for twenty million citizens to come out and protest in cities across the country for several days … maybe even a week. Surely there are that many of us committed to the idea of living free to be willing to do that? If not, who are we kidding? Then we might as well just give up. A protest of that size, shutting down cities across the land would be an eye opener for the other side because it would demonstrate our WILL, and right now that’s something they don’t think we have. Even the author of this article I’m quoting clearly doesn’t believe it. We need to show them that they are wrong about that … and being wrong could make them dead wrong … if they persist. And doing this, the democRAT base might also wake up to the full extent of OUR desire for freedom, impartial application of laws, and fair elections. They too. need to understand that we will not go down without a fight. The way we’re doing things now gives them no concern at all.
The author is wrong about another thing. We don’t have to abandon our “representative republic” to do the above. The Constitution of the Republic quite clearly gives us every RIGHT to do all of the above. One short but powerful sentence (the 2nd Amendment) states “the people” have the “right” to “keep and bear arms” and that right “shall not be infringed.” By anyone. That’s clear and simple. That sentence also gives the purpose of this right … to secure a “FREE State”. It doesn’t limit the threats to that to only coming from foreign sources. The Founders were very clearly afraid of domestic threats as well … particularly that an overbearing Federal Government attacking like a king. Which is what we now face as people.
So if we are protesting threats to that free state due to ongoing election fraud/cheating by the UNIPARTY, then we are totally within our Constitutional rights and we may rightfully use arms to defend ourselves. We need to make that clear and not back down, even if some will be hurt in the process. We need to show them that we can outnumber them, out gun them, and have the will to resist, no matter what. We need to make our Founders proud. And the author need not fear that by doing so we’d be abandoning our “representative republic”. No, we’d be legally and morally fighting for exactly that.
It’s the other side that should be worried here. By cheating in elections, the UNIPARTY has not only already abandoned a “representative republic” but they’ve abandoned the concept of “direct democracy”, as well. The UNIPARTY has abandoned the concept of a “free state” as envisioned by the Founders. They’ve done it by stealth over many years until now we are at a fork in the road. We have to make a decision which path to take. We can’t wait much longer to decide.
We can continue to pontificate and do nothing that’s effective … and we’ll go left, ending up in a 1984 or Communist Chinese style dictatorship. Or we act decisively now and force a return to the principles of self government that our Founders left us. But either path is going to be difficult and cost many lives. We’re past the point we’re that won’t happen. And don’t think the left path will lead to less suffering or loss of human life. No, in fact history should have taught everyone by now that the left path is the one that will cause the most harm for not just us but all those now foolishing supporting the left’s leadership.

Maybe next time I shouldn’t quote then compliment anything I agree with in an article (specifically, that last couple paragraphs I quoted in my post), but I’ve no worries that my quoting the earlier portions of his article and then extensively critiquing what he wrote violates fair use.
Keep in mind that the source you linked at the bottom of your post is that of a website selling legal advice, so they’re probably going to tell you that you should consult a lawyer almost any time you quote something. They want to put fear in your soul and dollars in their pocket. Just saying.
But the truth is there are no exact rules for how much is considered fair use. The US copyright office says (https://www.copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-fairuse.html) that “There are no legal rules permitting the use of a specific number of words, a certain number of musical notes, or percentage of a work. Whether a particular use qualifies as fair use depends on all the circumstances.” So it’s determined case by case.
One factor in such decisions is whether the individual quoting something is doing it for monetary or other gain … like a paid book reviewer or a newspaper columnist or a business. Non-commercial use weighs heavily in favor of finding of fair use. I have nothing whatsoever to gain from what I wrote above. I’m simply exercising my free speech in a perilous time, like our country’s Founders would have wanted me to do.
Another factor that weighs heavily in favor of a finding of fair use is whether the use benefits the public at large or lends itself to education. I would suggest that’s true of what I posted. There is both public benefit in what I wrote and an educational value as well.
A third factor in determining fair use is whether one is creating something new or just copying. I think I created something new … a string of facts, thoughts and conclusions not found in the article or anywhere else I’ve seen.
Moreover, have you ever heard of the Donaldson doctrine, which was created by an attorney as a guide to knowing whether quotations are fair in the entertainment industry. It’s a 3 question test that basically boils down to asking: (1) whether there’s a legitimate purpose for using the quote … and there is in my case, (2) quoting the smallest amount possible to make one’s point … which I’d maintain is the case for all but the last 2 paragraphs I quoted (apologies Mr Andersson) , since to convey what the author was saying so that I could critique it, I think I needed to quote all that I did, and (3) ensuring that the quote is not just for entertainment value … which is clearly not the case here either.
And something else to consider. I doubt many people have ever heard of Matthew Andersson. I didn’t even find a Wikipedia page on him. That being the case, maybe my posting a link to his article and both critiquing and praising it on this forum will generate more views for his other articles, broadening is fan base and helping him.
So, in conclusion, I hear what you’re saying, BUT we shouldn’t allow ourselves to be so easily silenced by lawyers and lawyer speak on matters as grave as what we face today. Lawyers and Lawfare are in fact a large part of why this country is descending into the abyss. One of my closest pals is a $400/hr lawyer who specializes in IP. He makes seven figures a year suing people, web sites and businesses over improper use of copyrights, patents, products etc. We’ve talked over “fair use” a number of times. He is often hired to sue people over doing EXACTLY what you did, just quoting too much. Maybe American Thinker would not care a bit, but to me it’s an unwise risk.

You know what was running through my mind the whole time reading this article, yes, symbolism can matter, but actions speak louder than words and it explains why I was so very, very happy that Philadelphia lost the baseball World Series!
It reminded me of the time in 2016 when, for the first time in my living memory not only did the Chicago Cubs win the World Series (an unheard of event!) but the United States players also won the international baseball series that is only hold every so many years – something that had never happened before and I knew then, with both those wins that Donald Trump would be the next President and,
using the artful line of symbolism the author of this piece provoked, it reminded me that I also knew when the Philadelphia Phillies lost this year’s World Series that the days of Dark Brandon are over, Philly, the city of Brotherly love (I know, no jokes now 🙂 ) wasn’t having the darkness that Brandon was preaching.
The symbolism the author of the piece uses brought these other living symbols up from memory. Funny how an author’s work can incite opposite reactions from what the author was trying to create.

MAGA VERSUS ELECTION FRAUD
Many of us followed, in agonizing detail, the various ways the 2020 election was stolen.
There was plenty of circumstantial, affidavit, video and electronic data showing what Democrats, and their RINO helpers, did.
Trump knows many of the details. So do Bannon and a host of others, plus lots of MAGA people involved in political activity.
I can only believe they have a plan for exposing, and law suiting, 100+ key races that the Democrats would target to stay in power.
I believe they would also be very secretive about such a plan.
If you had such a plan, you would wait until all votes were counted in most of the targeted races before taking action. You want to catch the crooks when they’re loading the loot in the trunks of their cars, not when they can still drop everything in your house.
At a minimum, I hope MAGA people are better prepared to fight the election fraud battle in 2022 than they were in 2020.
And, I hope the lack of talk about legal action is a clue that MAGA really does have a plan.
