Double rainbow meaning is that evil will always be defeated and God’s love can always be trusted. It also signifies that there remains a covenant that God will never again destroy the earth with a flood.
The biblical meaning of a double rainbow is a sign of perseverance and hope for everyone who believes in God’s love and his goodness. The biblical double rainbow gives people the confidence to trust in God’s promises and live without fear because it signifies that there is no more curse, evil will always be defeated, and God’s love can always be trusted. Seen as a visual representation of the connection between our inner and outer world. When we see it, it means that this connection is not only physical but also mental and spiritual.
When we see a double rainbow you might actually feel a “knowing” in your intuition that our connection is not only physical but also mental and spiritual.
What did God say about rainbows?
After the flood, God put a rainbow in the sky as a reminder of His promise to never destroy all living things again. God said it is a sign of His covenant with man and that he would not destroy by water again. But with fire to burn away all the chaff

Doesn’t the Bible teach that the earth will be burned in fire?
It does not. Such a misconception often comes from a misunderstanding of 2 Peter 3:7, which says: “The heavens and the earth that now exist are reserved for fire.” 2 points that help us understand the meaning of those words:
1. are that the Bible uses the terms “heavens,” “earth,” and “fire” to refer to more than one thing. For example, Genesis 11:1 says: “All the earth continued to be of one language.” Here, “earth” refers to human society.
1. The context of 2 Peter 3:7 indicates the meaning of the heavens, earth, and fire mentioned there. Verses 5 and 6 draw a parallel with the Flood of Noah’s day. On that occasion, an ancient world was destroyed, yet our planet did not disappear. Instead, the Flood wiped out a violent society, or “earth.” (Genesis 6: 11) It also destroyed a kind of “heavens”—the people who ruled over that earthly society.
