I believe Fifth Third Bank is headquartered in Ohio. I would look at them as well as Bank OZK, which is a regional bank out of Arkansas, but has a very good reputation.
People need to transfer to credit unions and smaller banks. The large banks need to experience the PayPal treatment.

The unwritten rule has always been that Cops can rough you up when they feel like it. A citizen isn’t even allowed to tense their arms up while being handcuffed unless the want a “resisting w/out violence charge” after being slammed on the ground with a knee on their temple.. Az Clean Elections DENIED Katy Hobbs request, that she have a 1/2 hour on camera session, with the moderator asking her questions, and then a similar seperate session with her opponent.
So, PBS, possibly with ASU involvement, went behind Clean Elections back, and made a “deal” to give Hobbs a 1/2 hour on camera interview, and then offered KL the same,, effectively giving Hobbs what she wanted, and undercutting Clean Elections.
Hobbs said she doesn’t want to debate, directly with KL because, among many excuses, that “KL will YELL at her, and interupt her.
KL had previously offered Hobbs that Hobbs and her staff could write KL’s questions. She has now promised ; Not to yell or interupt, and Hobbs can have a ‘comfort animal’ with her, if she chooses.
With everything thats come out about Hobbs, like being a twice convicted rascist, and by the terrible way she, Hobbs has conducted herself, if KL doesn’t win, it will be proof of cheating, cause there is NO WAY she can win, otherwise.

The Myth of Clean
Clean energy is even more of a myth. The Inflation Increase Act doles out another stream of billions toward the inefficient forms of energy generation that the government has been subsidizing for over 50 years because some Madison Avenue ad agency branded them “clean”.
Energy is inherently clean and dirty. Making the inherent forces of the universe useful requires mining metal, cutting down trees, and turning fossil fuels into plastic to assemble machines. Once those machines are running, they will shed heat because “clean” or “dirty”, that is how the second law of thermodynamics works. Not even Al Gore can evade entropy and not even the shiniest solar panel, sleekest wind turbines or smoothly humming Tesla will prevent energy from being wasted as it is transferred, stored or used to do one thing or another locally or nationally.
The only truly energy efficient energy comes from bioluminescent creatures like fireflies. We didn’t make them and despite all the boasts from technocrats, we can’t duplicate them.
Clean energy depends on massive rare earth mines run by Communist China that poison everything around them. Wind turbines require huge amounts of balsa wood that are deforesting the Amazon. Neither turbines nor solar panels are recycled when they go bad. They end up in landfills and become toxic waste. Breathing in fiberglass from severed wind turbines or drinking water tainted with heavy metals from solar panels is a serious health hazard.

Could this maybe, just maybe, be an insidious attempt to collect data on those who can easily survive without constant government intervention, therefore invalidating many of the reasons used to support its legitimacy?
Or, in the nearly impossible scenario that this initiative is a brainchild of dimwitted but well-meaning federal simpletons, is it possible to conceive a future where the data is weaponized? (Recent FBI and IRS conduct provides us with an answer to that rhetorical question.)

Free speech primarily applies to criticism of government and those in elected offices. The main guarantee is protection of individuals and groups against prosecution by persons in government for truthful statements they might make that are insulting or derogatory. There’s absolutely no protection for private individuals who “speak words” that are false AND that cause other non-governmental individuals harm.
Yes, I think the amount of the award is excessive. However, the fact that the jury awarded higher damages than the plaintiffs were asking for makes it clear they were convinced the harm was real, intentional and performed for financial gain.
I’m not a lawyer, but I’m not sure I would want to live in a country where it’s legally ok to make money by lying about murdered school children, and inciting an audience to threaten the surviving families.

I’ve always believed that THIS is the lefts “hole card”.
So far this has been contained to downtown retail areas, but as we saw in the 2020 election riots, the implied threat was always “so far, they haven’t moved into the residential areas”.
If we put forth a candidate in 2024 who they perceive as an actual threat that they can’t eliminate through election cheating and they move these people into residential areas to burn, loot and murder, THAT in my opinion is when the sh*t is going to hit the fan.
This behavior is the answer to the gun control advocates never ending question of “Why does anyone need an assault weapon?
Some states have an “open season” to control overpopulation in some species of wild animals.
