I just read over the document Trump’s lawyers sent to Justice Thomas, SCOTUS.
It’s almost 300 pages, but most of that is attachments. The argument is made in the first 38 pages.
The section from the bottom of pg 29 thru page 37 about classification and presidential records reads exactly like the argument Mike Davis has been making. Exactly.

Now there’s a thoughtful and practical man, who follows the facts.
He mentions the hordes crossing the border without paperwork, being flown around the country, and put up in hotels with all bills paid….wow…right there are three things I couldn’t do: 1) try to cross into Canada without paperwork? I’d be in trouble. 2) try to get on an airplane (particularly a year from now) without RealID? I’d be in trouble. 3) Check in a hotel with no way to pay for it? I’d be in a lot of trouble. Rather, I’m considered a domestic terrorist because of what I think and what I believe.
Because RealID is going to be staring us down soon, I decided to check into it, not because I have any interest in flying anywhere but because I have no way of knowing whether some family emergency of near and loved ones might make me want to fly somewhere.
Having checked the regs, I now have a file folder titled REALID, and am gathering the paperwork (several very specific items. including marriage certificate, birth certificate, utility bills, etc) that I will need to prove who I am where and where I live and EXACTLY what my name is, all before that little insignia/card will be provided me.
All of this, while illegal aliens are free of any of these requirements and have absolutely no concern or fear about the imperative demand, “PAPERS, PLEASE!”
It is “the citizen” who has reason to fear that phrase.
I put “the citizen” in quotes deliberately. If you haven’t checked it out, take a look at Victor Davis Hanson’s recently published book, The Dying Citizen. There won’t be much in it that you don’t recognize, but he provides a scholarly context and a voice of historical reason that will assure you that you are not crazy. You are not imagining things.
One huge point he makes at the outset: the business of being a citizen as opposed to a resident only was the massive distinctive and privilege that was lived by the Roman citizen/in the Roman Empire. It was particular privilege and protection and place to be a citizen of the Roman Empire. Nation-states of the time did not commonly have the protections/place that came with citizenship.
Simply note the privileges that the aliens now have that you and I do not have. The ease of travel they have that we do not, up to and including someone else paying the bills….the absence of economic pressure regarding the price of groceries, for crying out loud: they don’t have to worry about that because they’re not buying their own groceries. Citizenship in the United States no longer comes close to the privileges of citizenship in the Roman Empire: the aliens among us, who are not even classified as residents, have greater privileges, greater influence, and greater access to the seats of power than you and I do.

Yu, who is the chief executive officer of a company named Konnech, is expecaccording to the LA Times.
It was on Monday that The New York Times ran an article claiming that “election deniers” had made Konnech the center of a “conspiracy theory.”
The article claimed that these “election deniers” had used “threadbare evidence” to suggest that Konnech “had secret ties to the Chinese Communist Party and had given the Chinese government back door access to personal data about two million poll workers in the United States.”
“Konnech,” the Times stated, “said none of the accusations were true. It said that all the data for its American customers were stored on services in the United States and that it had no ties to the Chinese government.”
The Times lameneted the damage done to Konnech’s reputation by these “election deniers” who claimed that the company had ties to the CCP.
On Tuesday, the Times had to write that Yu had been arrested, and that data collected by Konnech had indeed been stored on servers in China.
True the Vote, an election integrity not-for-profit, stated that they were able to download the personal information of some 1.8 million poll workers from Konnech servers in China. True the Vote passed this information on to the FBI.

Something else is going on here, he wasn’t playing hard enough w/globalist. DON’T BE FOOLED, they don’t bust their own unless they have a “better” person for the job. Sounds to me like an unexpected take over by the correct plant has taken place, just in time for the US elections

Gascón said the investigation “is concerned solely with the personal identifying information of election workers. In this case, the alleged conduct had no impact on the tabulation of votes and did not alter election results. But security in all aspects of any election is essential so that we all have full faith in the integrity of the election process.”
