The sole Clinton Judge (1 of 11) on the 11th Circuit Court dismissed his lawsuit vs the Clinton Campaign and FBI with prejudice. Plus, the Judge is open to adjudicating sanctions on President Trump’s legal team for even bringing the suit.
So…the Obama Magistrate-Judge recused in favor of a Clinton Judge…how quaint. The judge is in the southern district of Florida, not on the 11th circuit of appeals.
This is the case that the magistrate judge who approved the search warrant recused from 6 weeks before because of bias. He along with 5 or 6 other judges recused themselves and it eventually landed with this Clinton appointed judge.
Judge Middlebrooks was the Federal Judge presiding over the case, he’s been there since day one. The other judges were the Magistrate Judges assisting Middlebrooks (Reinhart, who signed the search warrant on Mar-a-Lago, was one of these judges).

What many people don’t understand is that before modern American life, capitalism produced a lot of grief, misery, injury, and death due to unchallenged labor malpractices and downright oppression.
People would home exhausted, hungry, missing limbs, or even dead because there were no or unenforced labor protections.
For many, especially in Russia and Europe, communism was enticing . . . anything that promised relief from their misery.
Little did they know it was a scam.
The robber barons had government in their pocket to run protection for them, plus labor was largely uninterested in/averse to violence against the robber barons personally or through their assigns. Labor rolled over. By ‘labor’ I mean individual workers. Kinda like we, individual citizens, have largely, I daresay completely, rolled over for the Covid operation. The only deaths have been caused by the government and their mercenaries in attacks on us. That’s America.

When that pay became greater than the people’s immediate needs, we used it to make our life better, which provided an even greater market for Capitalists to provide goods for us, and yet more jobs. A great circle that kept increasing pay and improving conditions, at home and at work.
Yes, political movements did have a hand in many improvements. What is MAGA populism but a political movement to improve America and the lives of all Americans?
But these same past political movements also did great harm to many Americans. Many ‘improvements’, such as minimum wage laws, are cynically employed, driving people out of work and into dependency.
As people get more and more, we expand our needs. Clean air and clean water aren’t the result of Rachel Carson’s fraud, it is because that is what the people want. We get food, clothing, shelter etc., we start wanting a good life, nice clean cities, clean air, some nature to be preserved.
Unfortunately, we are on a direct path to see what happens when many of these basics are denied us. We are already seeing Germany start cutting down nice forests to provide a little heat this winter. So much for nature and clean air.

I heeded similar advice. But there are many difficulties in doing so. A 3% raise is eaten up by inflation. You need buy in from your spouse. And emergencies can eat away all.
Spouse put us behind. Divorce put both deep in debt. Slowly worked self out of debt. But still could not save enough for house down payment. Then I got a job with a bigger pay.
Not expanding my spending worked wonderfully.
Its similar now. First they pollute the place, exploit it and make obscene amounts of money. Then they turn around and call you a polluter, who exploits the earth, destroying it with your carbon lifestyle …
Therefore, they need to take ALL your money. You know, to save the planet.

Without having read the decision, this seems to be huge judicial overreach. The judge basically had to find that even assuming all the allegations were true, no claim could be brought under the law. Ever.
Like, if I sued Trudeau because he farted and my cat died two minutes later a thousand miles away. That would be dismissed, maybe with prejudice. But probably not, unless I tried to file it two or three times over.
Dismissal with prejudice is very unusual, and mostly because the parties reached a settlement agreement that had such a dismissal agreed to.
The with prejudice is, in other words, a sign of desperation and fear, and it doesn’t take much to connect some additional dots as to why this order came down now, as written.

An appellate court can vacate that order on a successful appeal, and remand it back down for further proceedings.
But the trial judge has shown his biased hand. Any appeal should include the effectively denied request for recusal. Recusal appeals are extremely difficult, but it’s best to document the record on it thoroughly anyway.

This is a nonsensical viewpoint. Russia makes its weapons and its ammunition, and it has an abundance of both. She has committed only a very small part of her military to this operation. Whether the West likes it or not, she will accomplish her mission more-or-less as planned, and for the most part has already done so.
Russia is also perfectly aware that the true purposes behind NATO’s expansion are hostile. Someone is playing a slow-motion game of Chess to position forces within miles of Russia’s borders in preparation for future hostilities in which she is the target. In other words, a new Pan-European (“World” …) War is in the offing. NATO is not, and probably has never really been, a “defensive” alliance.
This is how it unfolds:

Gazprom is not going to continue to operate a pipeline when all but one of its turbine pumps were off-line due to needed repairs and maintenance … and the last one sprang an oil leak. A multi-ton rotor spinning at perhaps thousands of RPMs is a bomb if anything goes wrong. Their engineers know this, and they are not going to place either the plant or their own lives at risk. No sane human being ever would.
It’s not “politics” when Russia says that Europe will get no more gas until the sanctions are lifted. The sanctions are why Germany is sitting on a turbine that it won’t deliver, and why Siemens Canada cannot fulfill its maintenance contracts. So, the pipeline cannot be operated. This is called: force majeure. Elimination of the sanctions is a technical necessity.
The Russians could repair the pumps and restart the pipeline if they wanted. They have the technology themselves to do so. It is not all that sophisticated.
They are simply hoisting the West by their own sanctions petard at this point.
The EU deserves what its leaders have brought upon them.
Contractually, Siemens is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the turbines. The turbines (all 5 of them) are now in Canada and Germany. Sanctions on Russia preclude the shipment of the repaired turbines to Russia. Russia has repeatedly asked for paperwork from Europe to release the turbines from the sanctions so they can be installed to restart the NS1 pipeline. This paperwork is important, otherwise Russia can be further penalized and the insurance on the turbines, without this exemption, will be null and void.
This should be easy enough for Germany to accomplish, but they are deliberately playing games and don’t really want the pipeline to re-start, otherwise they would have done this long ago. The monkey is not on the back of Gazprom as you describe, but on the back of Germany.
Then again, Germany can forget about all this turbine nonsense to restart NS1 and certify NS2 which is ready to go. The only thing holding it up is certification. But they don’t want to do that either. This is a crisis manufactured and deliberately self-inflicted by the globalists because the solutions are so easy.

The DOJ – who did not produce the information – claims that only they can view classified information, but a judge can’t. The self-aggrandizement and arrogance is unbelievable.

The correct legal process in this case is to appoint a Special Master who has the required (highest …) level of security clearance. In order to objectively inform the Court.
It is also worth mentioning that, if the DOJ’s position is that these materials are “super-duper classified,” then exactly why did their agents cart them out by the boxload and simply put them in a truck? Did those agents have super security clearance? Didn’t they know how “TS/SCI” material must be handled? Did the people who subsequently “pawed through” the materials also have clearance? DOJ can’t have it both ways.
Fortunately for them, these materials were declassified, because the then-President declared that they were. Which is a power that only he has.
Mar-a-Lago has a “SCIF” secure storage and conference facility for anything that is still considered to be classified. Did they rifle through that place, also?

I live in the northeast and I beg to differ. These mRNA injections are hurting EVERYBODY.

I used to live in Southwest Kansas, Senator Marshall’s district. Illegal immigration is a huge problem there. Beef packing plants and pork processing plants are all over the place and illegal immigrants come pouring in to work in them. (US citizens used to have those jobs but the corporate owners slashed workers’ salaries and drove out the citizen workers). Now, Senator Marshall’s district faces hospital closures (no one’s paying their hospital bills) and school failures (students don’t speak English and need much of the teacher’s attention). Property taxes are through the roof. I doubt Senator Marshall knows how or has a desire to fix the problem of illegal immigration.
I think it’s important to know what the non western world is doing and planning.

So there are a lot of coincidences attached to this link. This is about Judge Donald Middlebrooks who today threw out the President Donald Trump v HRC et al civil suit filed last spring.
He was appointed by Bill Clinton in 1996ish (okay).
Was part of the Bush v Gore 2000 Election debacle and supported a continuing recount for team Gore before SCOTUS stepped in. (okay?)
Here is the curious one. He threw out an almost identical case to President Trump’s that was filed in 2015 by Judicial Watch Larry Klayman. Middlebrooks threw it out Sept 23, 2016 which was about the time Buzzfeed articles dropped on PDJT and Russiagate.

I like to believe I know a lot about the darkness that surrounded us. Somehow this info about Garland and Gorelick slipped past me. I was 10 when the OKC bombing happened, and just lived in Wichita KS. I had 0 idea Garland ran that investigation. I also knew about gorelick and the clintons, but simultaneously did not know the connection with Garland.
All of this just reinforces my belief we are dealing with crime families. I have read that Clinton’s father was basically the kingpin of the Capone gang once Capone was not longer leading.

I almost made the same mistake. Saying the pope would die on that date. The poster actually left the date of death open. He predicted the date the death will be pronounced. Got to read carefully.

Calendar based lists are nonsensical. Months, days in a month, numbering the days, they are all arbitrary. Since July, August, and October all have 31 days, September breaks the number of days between events. Oct 8 is only 30 days from Sept 8, not 31.
Only humans put meaning behind such arbitrary numbering coincidences.
Now to make it significant, all those things have to be linked. An assassination in a foreign land that used to use assassination regularly. (pre war) A peaceful natural death of a very, very old leader of a different country. Hard to link those two together or with the other two. Very Q like to even try.
The last two though are blatantly linked. The dems are desperate not to lose in the next election and because they have made this country worse, are trying to destroy their chief opponent to help them win. Was visiting kids this morning and stopped at a Publix in Nocatee which is in N Florida. Place was full of older masked people and they where lined up getting shots. I am not sure if it was the vax or a flu shot. I was kinda surprised felt like 2020 all over again. The only thing I could think of is I heard many of the folks are from the Northeast and live in the Del Webb community.
I have friends in the Del,Webb community in AZ. DelWebb mandated the shots I believe in 2020, otherwise you could not participate in their activities and they are big golfers.

I just came from a trip to the Walmart in King of Prussia. Yikes! It looked like a store that was going out of business. Empty shelves all over the place. At least two rows of shelves removed from in front of the pharmacy and replaced by waiting benches. I know I’m preaching to the choir here, but if you’re not stocked with a minimum year’s supply of food and toiletries, get on it, like yesterday.

I still revert to the P-38 that I got out of a case of C-Rations in 1968 and brought back from Vietnam with me.
Still on my keychain and still works perfect 54 years later. Ahhh, the good old days.
We still have a 35 year old swing-a-way. Made in USA. Still works fine.
But with any opener, it is smart to have a spare on hand, even if it’s a little mil-spec one. Opening cans with common hand tools is unpleasant.
We have a spare unopened swing-a-way in the drawer. I imagine my grandkids will be using that one someday, as it is also an old US made one.
I rarely go to Walmart, and I doubt I’ll go back there before Christmas – it’s too distressing. Anyway, I do the bulk of my shopping at BJ’s. Definitely some missing items there, but their aisles are full of misshelved items to maintain the illusion of being fully stocked. I do the rest of my shopping at Weis and they also have some misshelving going on. But neither of those stores is anything close to Walmart. Walmart is out of so many things.
Funny you mention the can opener. About a month ago, I had this exact thought and purchased an extra one “just in case.”

In this Alex Christoforo you tube video, where he discusses the fighting Ukraine among other topics, at approx the24 minute mark he mentions that Canada’s Christia Freeland is on the top of the list for the new head (Secretary General) of NATO! Yikes.
As I recall, she’s also a graduate of klaus schwanz’s WEF school….and a first class dope.

He makes a solid point about “fair weather” supporters of President Trump. Are they scared of the media? That’s not loyalty and it is loyalty to a cause that is needed.
