Just as we later saw articles praising “Bulldog Durham”, with similar intent.
Point is, MANIPULATION.
Evoking strong emotions, to forestall critical thinking.
IF you look objectively at either Barr or Durham, review their history, and recognise that McConnell agreed to their appointments, it SHOULD have been OBVIOUS, from DAY ONE, that they were NOT our “Great white hope” that would restore equal justice and perp walk the crazy criminals in charge.
But we allowed FALSE hope, what we WANTED reality to be, to obscure objectively viewing what reality IS, and to our detriment.
And, its NOT the first time, Sessions, Huber, some even suggested ROSIE, for cripes sake, Barr and Durham.
In Sundances gradual steady edumacating us on DeSantis, he pointed to the classic pattern the GOPe club uses; he points out how the SAME PATTERN was used with Halley and Cruz, because one way to break the pattern if deception is by learning to RECOGNISE the standard CLUB PATTERN of behavior, so WE will quickly recognise it, again.
Hence “we won’t be fooled again” which does NOT mean being an eternal cynic, with an “I’ll never fall in love again” approach.
It means using DISCERNMENT, and not falling in love with the next one that comdes along and shows us a little conservative “leg”.
So, don’t allow your emotions to overcome critical thinking, RECOGNISE the Clubs classic ‘go to moves’ and we can render this powerful tool used by the enemy, for many years, inert and powerless.
The thing about Bill Barr is that he does not REALLY look us in the eye – I think he models himself after Dick Cheney, sort of tucks in his chin and with what I would call an asymetrical gaze – speaks in a similar intoning style.

The argument was that making shareholder value THE only goal, meant no latitude to make corporate decisions that while sacrificing a little ‘profit’ would be “socially responsible”.
Next, 3 mega corporations, Blackrock, State Street and Vanguard, which basically all own each other, are a ‘trust’ (as in violate anti-trust) and responsible for corporate financing.
THEY set the standards, and develop a “scoring system” for ‘social awareness’ that is used much like a ‘credit score,’ in detirmining qualifications for a loan.
And this tool was used to bludgeon corporations into compliance.
So, “social justice” scoring at the Corporate level, much like digital currency will be used at the individual level.
My point is, “its complicated” and with the flood of information as a result of the “information highway” these ‘things’ occur “right out in the open”, and yet below conscious awareness, because “We only have SO MUCH “RAM”, and so have to ignore or toss out some things.”
The manipulation of elections is another. Too many are focusing on the machines, and not understanding the machines are only one part of the manipulation, and without the ability to generate a lot of fake paper ballots, (which means “mail out ballots filed as being from “ghost voters”on corrupted voter rolls) the machines can NOT “Steal” an election from a Candidate with a large lead in legitimate votes.

I think “national security” is BS, the Constitution provides for no elevated level of special interest. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, not what the corrupt group of Congressional types codify.
Should be a citizen-derived complement to the DOJ. Every state entity vested with power must have a check. No entity shall exist that is unaccountable.
Seems as if the judge has decided that the immunity granted elected officials for bad decisions that ruin lives should be granted to entire those people or agencies that are NOT elected.

In societies without such systems, AND where childhood death rates are higher, having a large # of children insures that when a parent is “too old to be productive” i.e. work the farm, etc in societies where far more “work” is physical, they will have a large group of adult children to share the burden of supporting the parents in old age.

Some parents think it’s funny that they get the jokes but the kids don’t. Of course the problem is that kids repeat what parents say, especially if the parent laughs when saying it or laughs when the kid says it, and kids look words up on the internet if they have access (considering the poor judgement of these parents I wouldn’t doubt the kids have plenty of unsupervized internet time) and then they’re confronted not just with text but images, and then as soon as they start discussing it with peers that’s when the pressure starts.
What a sick culture we have today. Why is it that parents, teachers, trannies, the government, etc can’t just let kids be kids and mature in their own time at their own pace? I’m glad I grew up in an earlier decade when sex was for adults and the most mature teens, and we weren’t confronted with graphic text and images 24×7.

IRS rules are clear; you can donate to any charity you want,…BUT if your going to use that donation as a tax deduction you, whether individual but especially as a company, have a RESPONSIBILITY to excercise ‘due diligence’ to insure the charity IS legitimate.
Doing such things as requesting a copy of the charities charter, confirming the charity has filed the appropriate and required paperwork with State and Fed gov. agencies in order to be officially recognised as a charity, and perhaps even looking for evidence the charity is actually engaged in charitable works would all be examples of such due diligence.
IF the IRS detirmines a “charity” is not a charity, and does not qualify as one, then ANY tax deductions previously taken by any and all donors are “disallowed” and the donors are required to file amended returns and PAY THE TAX, plus penalties and interest.
NONE of the donors to the Clinton foundation excercised due diligence, because, as Charles Ortel points out, if they had they would have easily detirmined the CF consistently failed to file the paperwork to legally qualify AS a Charity, in the various jurisdictions where it solicited and recieved donations, and any deep dive into its charitable works exposes them as spending the lrast amount of $, in order to create a paper mache illusion of charitable works.
So, the “problem” is that a great many “powerful” people and corporations, and all in the left, would owe 10’s of millions or more in fines, back taxes, etc. if the IRS formally ruled the CF wasn’t a charity for IRS purposes.

Long observation of President Trump has led me to the c0nclusion that everything he does or says has meaning. For example, that art installation in the Rose Garden (connects to the Black Hole Sun sculpture (same artist), connects to the Nazi black sun sigil , connects to the Soundgarden song “Black Hole Sun”, connects to the Soundgarden video (go watch it with new eyes and try not to be sick to your stomach), points to child molestation, connects to the death of Chester Bennington, and so forth).
Another example: Melania’s clothing choices, from the Jackie O outfit on Inauguration Day to the white hat to that very famous jacket.
But nothing is more guaranteed to have meaning than the campaign musical choices, even when at first you scratch your head. Can You Hear The people Sing seemed an odd choice in 2016, whereas now that one is crystal clear (“Who will not be slaves again.”)
Same with the use of “In the End” by Linkin Park and the shots and images, both in the original Linkin Park video (Satan, Babylon, freed children, rain on a parched land), and in the Trump video with that musical riff in the background (Barr raising his hand but smirking).
In that context, consider the meaning of the “It’s Beginning to Rain” video tweeted out August 7th by Dan Scavino, and the addition of that very same music to the close of last night’s rally.

Then consider this: Brian Cates and others found the source of the music. It is a combination of two songs on an album by a pseudonymous Richard Feelgood. The thunder is from the song “I am Q” and the music is from the next song, “Wwg1wga.”
I have noted here before that Scavino has more than just played footsie with that letter of the alphabet.
Now the Commander in Chief is playing “I Am Q” at the close of a rally.
Everything has meaning.

First, Congress has not created a private right of action against those who prepare false or misleading FISA applications,” the judge wrote, noting that “both the plain language and the structure of FISA make clear that civil liability under 50 U.S.C. § 1810 attaches only to those who conduct or perform electronic surveillance.”
Secondly, the judge noted that Congress has “not provided for damages claims against federal officers for constitutional violations stemming from unlawful electronic surveillance in the national security context,” and thirdly, “Congress has not waived the United States’s sovereign immunity for this kind of claim.”
An Obama appointed judge would have no problem finding for Carter Page if shoe on other foot.
Barr’s job in taking on the AG job was to make sure those involved in Russia/Gate were protected. Those to be protected were Ryan, McConnell, McCain, Bush and bureaucrats who were promised protection to aid in the effort to rid the Country of Trump.
