In an effort to keep the Daily Open Thread a little more open topic we are going to start a new daily thread for “Presidential Politics”. Please use this thread to post anything relating to the JoeBama Administration and Presidency.
“This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can’t be done? And if we do not try, it most certainly won’t be done. The Founders’ Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, will be lost.”
“But I tell you this: We will not go gently into that bloody collectivist good night. Indeed, we will make with our defiance such a sound as ALL history from that day forward will be forced to note, even if they despise us in the writing of it.”
This thread will refresh daily and appear above the Open Discussion Thread.
Whenever the possibility presents, throw sand into the machinery…

Tina Forte wins in NY. The support is there, as long as the candidate is right.

Why is this not blasted all over here instead of bashing the Florida Governor ?
GOPe ?
Ugh, No one is blasting the Florida Governor….They are questioning his loyalty to MAGA.
Big difference.
Why? There’s no proof of any of this “disloyalty.”
Reminds me of when Obama said “not a smidgen of corruption”
Christ is going to accuse him of planning to run for the presidency. He is going to have to make up his mind pretty damn quick or he will have neither.
The cartel kind of set this trap for the Gov. DeSantis imo. That is the only issue Christ would possibly have after DeSantis’s successful first term and Ron and his advisors has delivered it on a sliver platter. We could well see Gov. DeSantis ask for PT’s help AGAIN at some point with his election.
CRIST.
why not Just call him what is IS – a Chameleon –
a REPTILE
( apologizes to the 4 legged critters and snakes )
Outside of seeking the R candidacy for 2024 ?
election integrity in florida, the raid on Trump’s home, the rigged election to name a few
He is running a political ad for himself, not just in Florida, but nationally.
No, there is just a great number of damning coincidences after Sundance warned us of the RNC plans…Not like we should be fooled, they do this every election as Sundance pointed out.
Remember the Tea Party?
yes there is
They are questioning that he’d be independent enough to ever BE Maga at the national level.
Donald Trump doesn’t really belong to a political party.
DeSantis does.
Remember that Presidential candidates were chosen by party bosses before primaries open to voting citizens developed.
Although it SEEMS as if citizens have a vote in chosing the Presidential candidate of their own party, we know it’s not true. Because of all the shenanigans we’ve seen since Trump came down the elevator, we know the party bosses still do all they can to pick the candidates. They just try to hide it.
To accomplish that, they have to write scripts, narratives, that will “lead the horses to water,” the “horses” being the voters and the “water” being the candidate of their choosing.
That practice having failed the GOP in the primaries of 2020, they have vowed it won’t happen again. We saw it with our own eyes and are watching it play out again.
We saw the party bosses, which are now just proxies for corporations, choose Biden, who had not won a primary against a large field when James Clyburn was tasked with whipping his black voters into shape and making all the nice ladies of the African-Episcopal Methodist Churches see to it they played nice with Biden and made sure they and their families and congregations voted for that nice old man.
Nothing has actually changed since the bosses chose who their nominee was…except for Trump in 2016.
I wonder what would happen if Donald Trump gave people a history lesson in the two party system in America. “I wasn’t their choice because I was trying to give YOU power–and they’ve hated us both ever since.”
The Powere That be are not worried that DeSantis will have the money AND the charisma to win at the national level without their blessing.
Great reply.
Your whimpering is unseemly …
So is the broken-record crybullying of the DeSantis haters.
Some people still dont see the marionettes.
“Some people still don’t see the marionettes.”
Your assumption is wrong.
We see the marionettes.
We don’t agree on how to cut the strings.
It seems like many are helping the democrat taskmaster create more of their marionettes.
For those with eyes to see
The Tedifying has begun.
Paul Ryan has a similar pose.
of course, the hands on the hips Superman Pose is quiet popular
I disagree….Making people aware of how the RNC Club operates is not helping the Democrats. Hopefully its helping independent Americans understand what is at stake.
Weren’t you the one saying you didn’t support DeSantis for governor because his name wasn’t one of the counties/towns in Florida?
Not haters….I appreciate what DeSantis has accomplished in Florida.
This all comes down to how the RNC Club operates(They get to choose the candidate, not the voters). This is how they operate and Trump destroyed all their plans.
If there is a lesson to be learned from Trump winning in 2016, it is to only vote for the outsider in national races…Now the problem is what outsider will replace Trump which is how the Club has planned everything. Destroy Trump and you destroy any chance of another outsider running again.
Here’s a better question. Election integrity is the number 1 issue in our country and the Florida Governor has done diddly squat about this issue aside from finding 20 people – wow- who voted illegally. Ask him why he still has the dominion machine in charge of counting and/or switching the votes!
A tad more than diddly squat, perhaps?
“Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis on Friday suspended Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher, continuing to follow through on campaign promises to address perceived inadequacies among south Florida officials.”
https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2019/jan/18/desantis-suspends-palm-beach-elections-supervisor/
If you’re going to criticize, at least get your facts right.
Diddly squat implies ZERO, NADA. Not saying he’s been perfect in this area, but as he says ““During the 2018 general election, Florida had 65 out of 67 counties that ran good elections,”
Now they have, presumably, 67, since the previous Governor got rid of Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes.
And after all, he has had other pressing issues on his plate. Which he has handled pretty damn well, you must admit.
But, but, but … the Dem’s just gave away FREE college!! To the brainwashed college attendees. Note I didn’t say graduates … because MOST of em didn’t … graduate.
They give away worthless degrees too in some states.
The people who paid for college should now get their money back! I’m guessing these folks will be pretty pisst off.
Tell your friends and neighbours – ignore all the polls.
Ignore the Turtle – the Senate should be a shoe-in (barring extreme shenanigans)
Too Little Too Late: WSJ Tries to Save Face on Failed COVID Policies
Now that our public health agencies’ leaders have admitted failure when it comes to their COVID-19 policies, the Wall Street Journal suddenly has the “courage” to offer a stiff critique.
The Wall Street Journal last week published an opinion piece, “Fauci and Walensky Double Down on Failed Covid Response,” with this subhead: “Lockdowns were oppressive and deadly. But U.S. and WHO officials plan worse for the next pandemic.”
The article begins:
“The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC] belatedly admitted failure this week. ‘For 75 years, CDC and public health have been preparing for Covid-19, and in our big moment, our performance did not reliably meet expectations,’ Director Rochelle Walensky said. She vowed to establish an ‘action-oriented culture.’”
Yes, you read that correctly. Dr. Anthony Fauci and Walensky admitted they failed. They learned their lesson.
As John Tierney, author of the op-ed, wrote:
“Lockdowns and mask mandates were the most radical experiment in the history of public health, but Dr. Walensky isn’t alone in thinking they failed because they didn’t go far enough. Anthony Fauci, chief medical adviser to the president, recently said there should have been ‘much, much more stringent restrictions’ early in the pandemic.”
They believe that they didn’t go far enough? There should have been “much, much more stringent restrictions?”
That’s what they learned from the destruction their public health policies wreaked upon this nation and the others that followed their lead?
To his credit, Tierney pointed out the absurdity of Walensky’s and Fauci’s stance on their own incompetence.
Tierney also dropped a series of “truth bombs,” including:
“Their oppressive measures were taken against the longstanding advice of public-health experts, who warned that they would lead to catastrophe and were proved right.”
“For all the talk from officials like Dr. Fauci about following ‘the science,’ these leaders ignored decades of research — as well as fresh data from the pandemic — when they set strict Covid regulations.”
“The burden of proof was on them to justify their dangerous experiment, yet they failed to conduct rigorous analyses, preferring to tout badly flawed studies while refusing to confront obvious evidence of the policies’ failure.”
“U.S. states with more-restrictive policies fared no better, on average, than states with less-restrictive policies.”
“When case rates throughout the pandemic are plotted on a graph, the trajectory in states with mask mandates is virtually identical to the trajectory in states without mandates. (The states without mandates actually had slightly fewer COVID deaths per capita.)”
A Johns Hopkins University meta-analysis of studies around the world concluded that lockdown and mask restrictions have had “little to no effect on COVID-19 mortality.”
Florida’s and Sweden’s open policies have been vindicated based upon their lower levels of excess mortality compared to other regions.
“It was bad enough that Fauci, the CDC and the World Health Organization ignored the best scientific advice at the start of this pandemic. It’s sociopathic for them to promote a worse catastrophe for future outbreaks.”
I take no issue with Tierney’s list. The problem here is with the Wall Street Journal.
Every single point this opinion piece offered could — and should — have been made months or years ago.
There was longstanding advice from public health experts that predicted Fauci and Walensky’s failures? Why didn’t you say so in 2020?
Fauci and Walensky ignored decades of research? They touted flawed studies while ignoring the obvious failures unfolding in front of them, month after month?
The successes of Sweden and Florida were apparent in 2020.
Where were the articles in your publication that could have brought light to these issues over the last two years?
The Johns Hopkins University analysis on mask restrictions was published nearly nine months ago. Why didn’t you cover it?
Why did it take so long to run this kind of piece when the evidence was around for so long?
Do you really expect us to look the other way because you now have the temerity to call Anthony Fauci sociopathic?
You had ample opportunity to give voice to the dissenters who were pleading for a voice, a conversation and a debate based on the very same evidence you are mentioning now.
You failed your readership. You failed the public.
The CDC’s policies were so devastating because you did not challenge them. Not once.
https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/wall-street-journal-wsj-covid-policies/
The media has clearly been given the green light to begin criticizing TPTB… which means that someone is about to be thrown under the bus. (Dr. Malone thinks it will be Walensky, because she’s not part of the “Big Club”.)
After that, we will no longer be allowed to discuss any thing that happened, because, “it’s already been covered and addressed”.
That is the number one political / media tactic, because to actually hold responsible those who implemented horrible policies would result in half of the bureaucrats in DC looking for new jobs or being fitted for orange jumpsuits! And they all know it and thus go to great pains to protect each other!
There is another element that has been on my mind.
The “unexplained deaths” now are becoming problematic. I believe that they are being blamed on untreated illnesses during lockdowns.
It is easier to blame bad policy than bad medicine. Trillions are at stake in the vaccine industry.
I always held a grudge that Trump would not speak out against them. I now understand. Any truth teller would be immediately silenced. The costs are far too high for big Pharma and all the others with their fingers in the jar.
God gave us a discerning spirit. Trump does not have to be the gate keeper on all that we should be wary of. Indeed, we should be able to discern good from evil.
DD
Hi DD, Hope your well. I have been noticing many dog rescue surrenders claiming the dogs were given up because their owners died. this happens naturally of course, But I believe I am seeing allot more than usual, though I have not been keeping stats so to speak.
When my brother died a few weeks ago from a very rare and aggressive cancer after being jabbed and boosted, the hospital told his wife, “Obviously, he has had this for a very long time.” Uh, no, he didn’t. He went in after being boosted with sudden heart issues and breathing problems. First, it was fluid around the lung, which they drained twice. Then, it was a marble sized mass in the lung lining. Then by the time they took it out a few weeks later, it was the size of a softball. They obviously had no idea what it was because they said they had to send it to Michigan (he was in Washington state) for evaluation. Pretty much got the run around, other than rare and sarcoma. Then they said they got it all and everything was good. But no, it wasn’t. All of the sudden his stomach was covered in these same masses and then other organs. This was in a matter of weeks. And then he died, which I guess was best because he was in horrible pain. Nothing will convince me that this wasn’t the result of the clot shots.
I’m so sorry for the loss of your brother, Bonnie.
Oh my goodness that is awful. My sympathies to you and your brother and family. These horrible vax incidents have become too numerous to ignore. The truth is trying to get out and is having more success each day.
People who lost loved ones or had their health ruined by these ‘solutions’ that pharma and govt. came up with should be ready to fight hard for some justice. How I don’t know, but something has to be done.
Sorry for your loss and his pain.😔
I’m so sorry for your loss. G-d bless. That’s exactly what happened to my mother in law. She and my father in law both died less than a year after being vaxed.
Excellent post Dan.
Everyday I take this to heart-from POTUS speech that’s at the top of Stillwater’s daily post— With all my heart and soul, I firmly believe that the American People will reject a fate of decline, demoralization, and ultimately, defeat. And I believe that we will come together, and choose instead a future of renewal, revival, recovery, resurgence, and in the end, a nation that is more exceptional than ever before…
illegitimi noncarborundum = Don’t let the bastards wear you down.
What difference at this point does it make?
Exactly!! The Clintons’ most famous line…and with a willing media to play along, they have been able to avoid all responsibility for their heinous, horrible actions for almost four decades!
“That’s already been covered! Why does my opponent always want to bring up the past? I want to look to the future for all Americans!” (Hillary, throughout her entire campaign, sounding “oh-so noble” but immediately stopping any discussion of her past failures or illegal actions! )
The Clinton/Democrat Playbook: Deny,Delay,Discredit,Destroy!
Don’t forget this one: “We need to move on from this and get back to running the country!”
Which is where MoveOn dotorg came from…. 🙁
Wow! I remember the Clintonista mafia/media using that phrase but did not realize that it was the genesis of the MoveOn movement!
IMHO, the Republican leadership was more to blame than anyone else for making the Lewinsky affair the main focus of their investigation/impeachment effort, rather than hammering the multitude of known criminal activities. From the FBI files to the travel office firings, the Open Records Act regarding Hillary’s Health Care taskforce, and especially the massive campaign finance violations that literally changed the course of our nation, there were SO many other ways that the hearings could have, and SHOULD HAVE, gone, but instead, it was all centered on a repugnant, but consensual, sexual relationship, which allowed them to claim, correctly, that most people didn’t want to hear any more about it!
They’ve already said they have a pathogen of 60% lethality ready to release – yes, lets do even more of all the wrong things.
Not only do top-down policies go horribly wrong, but they’re wrong, too. The only medical police power ever conceded was a 1905 ruling that merely said a person should pay a small fine for not getting vaccinated because of The Science of the day public interest. But then, as now, a vaccinated person can’t be harmed by an unvaccinated one, so how does a public interest negate individual choice?
Still, until now, the state’s medical power has mostly been to quarantine the sick.
Lockdowns are an unreasonable search and seizure of the rights of perfectly healthy people. Mandates deprive one of the possession and use of one’s immune system. Now this power over us is being normalized and its locus moved from a local public health department to the utterly corrupt and NWO-run WHO. We must not surrender these rights as power never stops with its first achievement.
When the pandemic hit, people voluntarily locked down themselves. They didn’t need a corrupt bureaucrat to warn them of danger then, and they won’t for the next one either. Better to investigate those who profited rather than those who were harmed. Moderna certainly has some explaining to do, including all of its tentacles in government.
Well, well. Look what’s still up on PooTube – its Neil Oliver talking to Dr. Tess Lawrie, and they are mentioning the drugs that cannot be named. Where are those damnable “fact checkers”?
Meanwhile, the estimable Mark Steyn talks with Dr. Malhotra. The twitter guys are also asleep at the wheel. Has the world gone mad?/s
The Neil Oliver video starts off slow but at the 4:15 mark Dr. Lawrie starts talking about Ivermectin and HCQ and how those treatments were well know to be safe even at high dosages but were dismissed by the “authorities”! Today Ivermectin and HCQ are still not authorized by our health authorities for off label use as an early treatment for Covid-19 or as a prophylactic!!! How many died because they were denied Ivermectin/HCQ but were given the deadly Remdisivir instead like my wife’s cousin???
Going back over the DeSantis debate again, I found something interesting…..
The Koch brothers are heavily invested in DeSantis, have been for years: https://floridapolitics.com/archives/276479-koch-desantis/
One of the Koch brothers’ PAC’s is called “Conservatives for a Strong America.” This article here shows you that relationship if you’re interested: https://www.cnbc.com/2022/08/23/the-koch-network-and-other-trump-allies-are-quietly-backing-his-biggest-gop-critic-rep-liz-cheney.html
Here’s the really interesting part. Conservatives for a Strong America PAC has only invested in one congressional race this year…..just one. Take a really wild guess as to which race that was:
It spent $97,000+ against Hageman and about $15k for Cheney: https://www.opensecrets.org/outsidespending/recips.php?cmte=C00804526&cycle=2022
As Sundance keeps saying: DeSantis refuses to say what his domestic policy is….
“President Trump who recently slammed the Koch brothers, calling them a ‘total joke’ and saying they are ‘against Strong Borders and Powerful Trade,’ ”
Soooo, in your estimation, then, Trump’s a Chump? Koch money been grooming DeSatanis for YEARS, you know, like FOUR years or longer. And PDJT had not one clue, but just dragged that slimy Koch paid for ‘ho DeSatanis over the finish line ahead of crack-head Gillum four years ago? Who’da thunk it? But Putnam! OMG! He was a paid ‘ho for the GOPe and DeSatanis was a Godsend. Go back and look at the articles written here four years ago on that race. I dare you.
Poor PDJT.
So easily fooled by the last Koch standing.
Makes me wonder how PDJT ever made it in business.
I hope I don’t need a /sarc tag.
I like DeSantis, and I also like Trump. i would not be adverse to either of them being 2024 presidential candidates. What I do dislike is the infighting I observe within the Republican Party. I adhere to the well-known quote from Lincoln, ”A house divided against itself cannot stand.” or ”United we stand, divided we fall,”
Instigators come to this site for the purpose of starting up divisive discussions and their success depends upon us chiming in on their comments. Note how quickly the talk about Gov. DeSantis and Pres. Trump turned to either/or, rather than two members of the same team.
That way, whoever gets the nomination for 2024 will have the base splintered, including a % in the “well, then, I’m not going to vote”camp or, the equally counterproductive “I’m going to write in his name.”
You can only have a united house when the leadership is no longer corrupt. See the problem? The Club is the evil corruption in the house. If its not destroyed, I pray the house stays divided until an honest leadership is restored. One that honors the will of the people it represents.
I wish people would see the problem is not the majority members of the house.
The in fighting has to do with some republicans still falling for the GOPe manipulations and RD being part of it. To put another way….it looks as though the GOPe will use RD…Noem….Pence to name a few to split the vote in the Primary to defeat Trump. So if thats the case you have to wonder why RD would be a part of that. Some people in MAGA take that as an attack on our movement.
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/desantis-backed-candidates-flip-florida-school-board-liberal-conservative
DeSantis backed….
The move to have DeSantis replace Trump is well underway at Fox.
CTH has been spot on. Once you see the strings, you can’t unsee them.
The amount of conservative that have zero understanding of the uniparty game is terrifying.
DD
Identity politics. Hard to stop political abuse if you identify with political abusers.
“If you’re born in capitalist America, racist America, fascist America, then you’re born in sin. But if you’re born in socialism, you’re not born in sin.” – Jim Jones
“We are trained marxists.” – Patrice Cullors, BLM
“Black Lives Matter.” – Mitt Romney
Joebama/Romney 2024! /s
There is some truth to that.
However, these are Florida school boards, DeSantis did endorse then, and DeSantis did sign policy/ state laws that support parental rights. So, I can give credit where credit is due.

https://thenewamerican.com/freedom-index/
What is most concerning to me is that DeSantis, knowing the truth of what is going on here, is going along with this. How could he even entertain the thought of running for President in 2024 is mind-boggling!
He’s not his own man like Trump is/was?
That can be the only truthful answer.
Perhaps that will better position him for the VP nod, when Trump is the nominee for POTUS?
And, if for some reason Trump isn’t the nominee, DeSantis would be well positioned for that?
Not entering the 2024 race doesn’t seem optimal. I’d hate to lose him as my governor, but if he stays the course on the national stage, it could be worth it.
He said he would not run against President Trump. We will soon see how honest he was in saying this.
I learned how the Uniparty Hegelian Dialectic American political system scam worked during Pat Buchanan’s efforts to stop the economic treason of “Free Trade”, mass immigration invasions, & endless wars not in America’s interests back in the 90’s. The GOP was worse to him & the Make America First Again platform than the Democrats were.
Oh, FFS! DeSantis is the head of the GOP in FL. He endorsed and campaigned for these changes and got them pushed through the Legislature. He endorsed the candidates running for FLORIDA school boards, as HE SHOULD HAVE DONE.
I would hope a national politician would keep his nose out of my state’s school board races.
DeSantis did the RIGHT THING here.
Correct. Read over at the Right Scoop some of the comments about Desantis from yesterday’s post. People were just chomping at the bit for a DS president – much like they did for cruz.
What’s bothering me is all the con inc sites and personalities on social media sharing the ridiculous Top Gun add and calling it amazing, savage, etc.
Exactly.
Totally savage. And rad.
I am going to predict that DeSantis will blow it as people will not vote for him if they think he will only be in office five minutes and then start a run for President. He is not going to beat trump.
It was MTG’s turn to be swatted
Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene SWATTED at Her Georgia Home at 1AM.
https://thenationalpulse.com/2022/08/24/marjorie-taylor-greene-swatted-at-her-georgia-home-at-1am/
“According to Fox 5 News Channel in Atlanta, Congresswoman Greene was the victim of a “hoax murder call” where the perpetrator called into 911 and reported that someone had been murdered at the Congresswoman’s home in Rome, Georgia.”
https://americasvoice.news/breaking-rep-marjorie-taylor-greene-swatted-last-night/
And the hoaxer will never be caught and will do it again and again until someone is killed. That’s how the left rolls.
Remember the election integrity commission Trump set up in early 2017 that went nowhere? Interesting article.
The backstory was that the plug was pulled on the Commission by Pence and his staff. President Trump and the commissioners weren’t even informed in advance. This was another of President Trump’s priorities quietly sabotaged by the Swamp.
https://www.theamericanconservative.com/dont-trust-dc-on-election-integrity/
True that VP Pence was never going to allow the commission to get anywhere, yet it was REPUBLICAN and DEMOCRAT State Governors who were the major contributors to the demise of the commission. Without the support of State Governments this commission was going NOWHERE, ironically thanks to very same Constitutional Articles cited later in 2020 that were violated to steal the election.
This is key fact is missing from the article. It’s easy to beat on VP Pence, but that gives the real culprits cover. Even President Trump agreed to shut down the commission for this very reason, because State Governments did not support the effort.
all true but the whole effort was doomed from the start and was setup to fail with VP Traitor as its head
At the time NOBODY knew that part of the story. Plus, in no way does that forgive the Republican State Governors from providing the impetus and cover to kill the effort. Those State Governors were a foreshadowing of 2020 and all the faux investigations run by the States.
Just bashing VP Pence is no excuse to forgive or forget ALL the culprits.
I am not “bashing” him….he has PROVEN his disloyalty on MULTIPLE occasions from the time of his appointment as PDJT’s running mate…….his anti-American stance found its pinnacle at his ignoring constitutional guidelines and accepting patently fraudulent EC representatives to Congress
You misunderstand, I agree VP Pence deserves bashing and was pointing out there were even bigger culprits who killed the effort who are being left out from under the bashing hammer.
The Uniparty stops any meaningful election integrity.
From Diebold to Dominion.
“Why did a computing error in Franklin county, initially award 4,258 extra votes to George Bush, when only 638 people had actually voted. Thankfully they fixed it, but how many other votes did the computers get wrong?”
– Barbara Boxer, Press conference, Challenge to Ohio Electoral Votes, C-Span2, Dec. 2004
“One Michigan county clerk caught a glitch in tabulation software so they hand counted votes and found the glitch caused 6,000 votes to go to Biden + Democrats that were meant for Trump and Republicans. 47 MI counties used this software. All must check now!”
– Robby Starbuck, Twitter, Nov. 6, 2020
Bottom line was whether VP Pence had the constitutional authority to not certify the state electors due to fraud, especially in the six states that stopped voting after midnight on election night.
This was an unprecedented event in our nation’s election history so it should have been serious enough to our VP to de-certify and investigate these six states.
The VP stated he did not have the authority to do so which is contrary to what many Constitutional lawyers have said…He was the only figure who had the power to not certify until the six states were fully investigated for fraudulent activity. And since the state legislatures in all six states did not authorize fraud as a means to select electors…Pence had the authority…
Yes, but that occurred 2 years after the Commission was discussed was dissolved. Nothing like staying on topic for the thread and isn’t hindsight wonderful.
You’re talking Commission and I’m discussing the Constitution and the authority that the VP had.
And you’re the one defending the VP when he was the sole person who could have stopped the electors and more importantly, investigated the fraud.
Staying on topic is exactly who had the Constitutional authority to de-certify and investigate the fraud.
It is a shame that we did not have a Chief Executive who was able to stay focused on this and impose his will on his subordinates.
The buck stops where?
exactly!
I am sure you would have done much better. Remember that when you are up to your ass in alligators, it is difficult to remember why you first went in the swamp. I don’t think for one moment anyone could have done better under those conditions, certainly not a Monday Morning quarter back.
Now that you concede the fallibility of Trump, perhaps we can tone down the Trump worship on this website. He should have been focused on this issue, and he wasn’t. He complained about mail-in ballots in the summer of 2020, but did nothing about it. And all I read on this website is boo, hoo, everyone was against him. First, to paraphrase Harry Truman, if you can’t stand the heat, stay out of the Oval Office. And second, perhaps if Twitter had disabled his account sooner, he could have stayed focused sooner on these important issues. Instead=missed opportunity.
First, I don’t worship Trump. God alone is worthy of worship. Second, one man standing against the tide is one man more than we have had for years. Did he do everything right? Of course not. But he fought and continues to fight against the out-of-control government installees with courage and intensity we have not seen in way too many years. And, should we be fortunate enough to have him President for another term, then I am confident he will be looking at those around him with new eyes and act accordingly.
You seem to be here just too sew seeds of doubt. If you think Trump isn’t up to the job don’t vote for him.
Most people here know he did many good things for the country and personally, I cannot think of anyone who has done more. You are determined to drive a wedge but it won’t work. Most of us have long memories. For you to expect perfection is ridiculous.
Thank you for exposing your true self here Peter. Now I will consider your words when I read your comments.
He did. But was lied to, kept in the dark and disobeyed constantly from the start. Plus PT fought off endless prosecutions that continue to this day and oh trying to govern the country the same time.
If you read the article, it was VP Pence who stopped the Commission from doing what it was set up to do. How you can blame a President for this is a little over the top. Setting up the commission was all Trump’s doing to fulfill a vision he had about cleaning up the elections. Any blame here lies solely with the VP.

LMAO. People will take out signature loans and use the proceeds to buy used ICE vehicles. People are not stupid. I’d sell my 2015 S60 for 8 ounces of gold right now, or 16k dollars of work done in advance on the going hourly rate for the jobs I need a second set of hands to do.
See how that works?
We need to be creative and not let these SOBs freak us out.
Muslims have their own no-interest banks.
Maybe we need to kick usury to the curb and start our own micr0-banking?
muslims have interest – they just don’t call it interest. They figure out the interest add it to the price/loan amount and then you borrow the whole amount and just pay principle on the loan – yes it is that stupid and dishonest.
In parts of Pennsylvania a few years back, houses and cars/land was sold without bank involvement. I haven’t been there lately but that was being done 15+ years ago. Last time I talked to my friend he had said the Fracking had changed the area. It was very rural back when I visited and quaint.
Does Nancy Pelosi remember when Nancy Pelosi said that Joe Biden didn’t have the power to cancel student loan debt?
Yes its remembered but there is nearly $10 Trillion of Congressionally authorized spending laying about UN-OBLIGATED to be committed by the Executive Branch using Sock Puppet JoeBama’s Pen & Cell Phone. Reprogramming even a significant fraction of the $300 Billion needed to cover all the loans as a “symbolic down payment” for this effort is just a signature away.
Sounds just like when the Kenyan Divider-in-Chief acknowledged that he didn’t have the right to change immigration law unilaterally.
Then he did. See: DACA.
Yea ….he let McConnell Ryan off the hook with that one.
Correct -Unconstitutional.
OBiden Regime loves running to the weaponized court to string the loan owe-ers on during an election year….before SC shoots it down.
Who is going to sue to stop it? Who has standing to sue? Maybe the lending banks or educational loan
agencies perhaps.
We will have to see how the sausage is made.
If the federal government just hands over $10,000 to a bank for each borrower who can show receipt of under $125k on their 2021 tax return, in return for the bank marking that amount off the principal balance due, the banks will be happy, and more solvent. No incentive to challenge the constitutionality of it.
I guess I’m a little torn on this. My son died in college, and, of course, we’ve been paying off his student loan. I did co-sign for him, so I’m responsible for the debt. It’s a monthly reminder of my loss.
Time to ” Go Galt ” has arrived.
Biden declares 10-20 K student debt scrub
Disclose TV / Bloomberg
Two of my kids got out of school, studied for and obtained professional licenses, paid off their loans and are really wizzed off that Biden is doing this – the ultimate unfairness (punishment for achievement, actually) in what is nothing more than an election year pander.
My one daughter who is out there pulling her weight is a kind of tree-hugger / recovering vegan type and this has REALLY opened her eyes to who these thugs in the White House really are.
I think the blow-back from this move is going to outweigh any electoral benefit these clowns think they’ll derive from this destructive stunt.
What if all the hard workers just decided not to show up for a week or two ?
Then , Americans ” DECLARE ” by themselves en-mass that we are giving ourselves credit card debt forgiveness up to 10 K …….
” for the greater good to ensure fairness and equity “
It was a long book , but so glad I read it
Cheers
I admit to not reading the book, but watching the 3 part Movie which I thought was excellent.
Slainte sir
I hope you’re right. My adult kids are furious too. I don’t think any of them were going to vote Dem anyway, but this stunt has put a really bad taste in their mouths.
Meanwhile, our kids who are still young are keeping quiet, just taking in the rest of the family as everyone is ranting and raving about it. My husband and our 25 year old daughter rarely get worked up over politics but both of them are shouting angry over this loan forgiveness. In fact, I’d say they’re the two most visibly angry people in our family in regards to this latest Dem stunt.
Most of those who benefit care likely already dem voters.
Doubt it will sway many I’s or R’s.
The Is and Rs already paid their loans off.
Will all the 2nd Lieutenants out there working off their 7 years of indentured servitude to the armed services now have their time reduced by 7 months too? It’s only fair, right?
Worse than people who paid their own way or paid off loans is the people who never went being asked to pay for people who get jobs before them because they have a degree.

Looking at many of the names (especially senators) that are on this list …. Jim Jordan and Josh Harley not being there means zero thanks to the RNC Club Criteria used to put those names on this list.
My senators, Lankford and Inhofe, 65 and 69 respectively. Pathetic.
After watching the cringe worthy Top Gov ad I know for certain Sundance is right.
Simply a coincidence?
80k IRS agents are being hired and armed…
Executive Order 14067 of March 9, 2022: Ensuring Responsible Development of Digital Assets
There will need to be a ” Driving Force ” to push this into action. A crisis of some sort.
I don’t know what it will be , economic , war , other ……. but it won’t be good.
Student debt forgiveness it the first step to universal basic income ( if you’re a good little serf with a proper socialism credit score )
Armed IRS are directly related to this:
Nancy Pelosi and friends couldn’t hit us with the “$900 bank transactions reviews” thru actual law.
I thought it was $600.
Could be.

🤣😂
Better still , pay the whole tab and tip with pre-1964 silver quarters 🙂
Do people really report their tip money to the IRS?
The ones I’ve known report a portion, to show how they live and keep the IRS from looking to close, but not near all of it.
Not many BUT in reality if it’s charged to a credit card they have a record of it and it should be reported. Why do you think they need 87,000 new IRS agents?
Charge the food and tip/gift using cash like John did.
Don’t ask, don’t tell if they report their cash tips, but most tips these days are on a credit card and so they have to. This “I’m giving you a gift” is beautiful. I hope it takes off.
They have to report a minimum portion because the tax authorities assume a certain amount of tips for hours worked. They don’t report most of the money though.

Often overlooked is when the Turtle was getting beat in his Kentucky re-election until he begged PDT for help. PDT made his endorsement and the Turtle was right back in power. Bet that’s one endorsement PDT wish he wouldn’t have made
Mitch was gonna steal it anyway…the endorsement made the win look legit….
I just tested positive for Covid. I am unvaxed, non boosted and of pure blood. I am grateful for access to my own antibodies as well as Ivermectin, Vitamins B/C/D and pure drinking water. Because of these, my symptoms are mild and I expect to recover soon.
a 89 yr lady just recovered from fever.
( and was not inaccurately tested for whatever others test, or call it.)
It was not fun, but the fatigue, aches, fever, cough are now history.
Imho
Same, in my case old but in good health, met the iterations over the last couple years with normal flu care, nothing extraordinary, and life goes on. Economic strife; different kettle of fish. Things suck for those who’ve lost loved ones to this mess and those of us who’ve had our livelihoods destroyed under color of law.
Best wishes for speedy and full recovery 🙂
Don’t forget to take zinc!
We just got better, took us about 10 days. Not a killer but tired all the time, some fever/chills and sore throat. Ivermectin worked fine with the vitamins. But it was still 10 days.
If you have to test… with an unreliable test… are you ill or deceived?
Ditto.
70ish
Quercetin, zinc, vitamin C, black seed oil w/honey
Day 1, 99.4 “fever” body aches, sore throat, tired
By day 5, normal activity level but a bit slower than normal.
Sure wish “they” hadn’t scared the bejeezus out of so many old folks!
Appears from stats it’s now the elderly boosted hospitalized and dying 😥
.
You got tested?
.
I know an unvaxed man who had covid in 2020, then recently got an extremely raw throat. Went to get tested for covid and was positive. I asked if he was tested for strep throat first…….response was “ohhhh….no…” Pretty sure it was strep. He said most painful throat ever—with fever.
A few months ago, I went to a doc about a double ear infection. That was my only symptom. They tagged me with covid. Did I actually have it? Who knows? If I did, it was the weirdest presentation seen by that clinic, and in my circle.
You stay that way, and get well soon!
Biden announce his administration is forgiving $10,000 in debt for student loan borrowers who earn less than $125,000 per year and $20,000 in debt for Pell Grant recipients. Admin is also extending the moratorium on student loan payments through Dec. 31.
https://archive.ph/fFLFz
The student loan moratorium has been in effect since March 2020
Newman also reports that based on the GAO research, the student loan payment moratorium “has already cost the government more than $100 billion in foregone revenue from interest payments. Hardly any of the 40 million federal student loan borrowers, who owe the government $1.4 trillion, have been making payments since 2020.”
“Since 1997, the Education Department expected student loans to generate $114 billion in federal income, when in reality those loans are likely to cost the government $197 billion. That’s a difference of $311 billion.”
https://www.acainternational.org/news/from-the-web-new-data-surfaces-on-costs-of-student-loan-payment-moratorium/
If they did keep making payments, they didn’t get the same break on the interest. They’d have been better off saving the payments and making one big payment once the interest pause was over.
No mention of return of principal?
The Pell Grant people already got taxpayer handouts – now more. I’m so sick of working and paying taxes so that others get “free” stuff.
Pelosi – “People think that the President of the United States has the power for debt forgiveness. He does not. He can postpone. He can delay. But he does not have that power. That has to be an act of Congress.”
https://thehill.com/policy/finance/565297-pelosi-disputes-bidens-power-to-forgive-student-loans/
At the end of the day, I think people will discover this student loan forgiveness is just another bank bailout.
But Pelosi, you and the rest of that corrupt crowd in congress have allowed joey to break every law there is and scew the american people from the beginning. I hope yours and joey’s ice cream sucks.
Someone forgot to put the elephants in that pitcher.
I was going to call you out for your spelling of ‘picture’, but something has to hold and pour out the Kool aid money, so I reckon ‘pitcher’ works just fine. <smiles>
Americans love grifters: Gavin Newsome and Charlie Crist, just to name 2. Even when what they bring about in their states is pain, people still fill in that bubble for them.
Talk about uneducated and uninvolved: the American voter.

Wait for it……….drum roll……………………..THE MACHINES.
Hey “Louie-Louie”, how many times do you have to be told?………..
It is the MACHINES.

We don’t need no stinkin’ machines in the election process.
We don’t need to purchase them.
We don’t need to store them between elections.
We don’t need to pay to program and re-program them.
We don’t need to pay to protect them from hacking.
We don’t need to train people how to run them.
We don’t need electricity to run them.
We don’t need to maintain a mule herd.
#2 pencils will do just fine for the non-machine voting system, thank you.
The non-machine voting system will be run under the KISS operating system,

With small precincts, one day voting and very, very, very limited mail in balloting.

However, precinct voting makes sense, therefore will NOT be done.😣😭

Oh good! Live targets!
The Russians are now fighting a “war of attrition,” and they have the industrial capability to do so. The USA and the EU gave all of this capability away to “outsourcing” – notably to China, who is now an ally of Russia. Russians use precision-guided weapons to simply blow up stockpiles of these “Tom Swift weapons,” and there is no ability to replace them. The EU/USA is in fact a “paper tiger,” not even able to domestically replace its uniforms, socks, boots, and underwear. Fighting against a Bear that is not.
If I was China I’d move on Taiwan when the Strategic Petroleum Reserve is almost empty.
Could that be the plan all along ?
Given that a Banana Republic Junta is currently in charge ‘and’ as we have witnessed time and time again too many in the various ‘security’ forces value their jobs and pensions over the Constitution; I don’t think putting all the above on a ‘more’ level playing field with We the People is a bad thing.
Hopefully, though we can have enough of an honest election in 2022, to put sand in the gears of the Junta and then 2024 remove the Junta altogether and return the various legal and security forces back under legitimate Constitutional control.
A socialist is a communist that owns a bong.

The Ticker Guy has been yelling about this too, as I recall.

I was truly blessed to be in the hospital I was and to have the doctor I did. He took me off Remdesivir and started me on ivermectin.

I like it best on my Mac, but my wife uses it on Android and I use on Mac, iPad and iPhone.

Both Roomba and Deebot now maintain “maps” of the space they’re in, and they create them via multiple sensors including a laser scanner. When first run they literally map the floor they’re on and you can then subdivide that as you wish in terms of priority (e.g. “clean this particular room first”) and, if you wish, you can exclude anything you want without physical barriers. It also means there’s no more “random walk”; the unit knows exactly where it has been in the room(s) it is cleaning and thus does not waste time going over already-cleaned area, and it uses a back-and-forth pattern to make sure it gets it all. Nice.
Except….. where does that data go and who owns it because now the robot has an extremely-accurate map of the interior of your house!
Now contemplate linking that to a physical address which of course Amazon has, never mind all of their other things you may own such as an Alexa-enabled “smart speaker” or similar. You may think this isn’t subject to wild abuse but you’re wrong — it is and yet the risk is diffuse, not concentrated in one product, service or other item. Rather it is the fusion of all of that information that is abusive and will be and is used to screw you financially.
https://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=246710
Now add Alexa. Who’s listening?
Please, folks, don’t use smart appliances. Just don’t. Don’t hand demons like Billygoat Gates your life to destroy through his execrable “internet of things.”

How to prevent the nomination of anti-UniParty reform candidates:
Murkowski’s primary win spurs interest in election reforms, as well as criticism
Tue, August 23, 2022
https://www.yahoo.com/news/murkowskis-primary-win-boosts-interest-in-election-reforms-as-well-as-criticism-220243977.html
Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski’s surprisingly strong showing in Alaska last week has sparked new interest in election reforms used by the state and that could be a model for the rest of the country, as well as scrutiny from those who suspect the changes may favor one party more than another.
Murkowski, a Republican, was targeted for defeat by former President Trump, whom she voted to impeach after the January 6, 2021 assault on the U.S. Capitol. But Murkowski received the most votes of any candidate in the nonpartisan primary, with 44% of the vote to just under 40% for the Trump-backed candidate, Kelly Tshibaka. The rest of the vote was split between a handful of other contenders.

“Chicago-based Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Meta, Facebook and Instagram were named in a lawsuit filed Aug. 10 accusing the hospital of sharing sensitive patient health data with the social media companies.
The federal lawsuit, filed in Illinois, alleges that Northwestern Memorial Hospital allowed Facebook’s tracking tool, dubbed Meta Pixel, to unlawfully collect private medical information from the hospital’s patient portal to use for its own profit.”
There is absolutely no legitimate reason whatsoever for a medical center or other medical firm to place any sort of tracking “beacon”, cookie, “share” button or otherwise on their site.
Ever.
Period.
The level of egregious abuse in this practice is unbelievable in that it is apparently installed across more than 30 health care systems nationally and is present on pages that involve actual patient appointments that, by their very purpose and definition, expose personal health information. That is information that you believe is private, confidential and that little “lock” you have on the browser allegedly confers some measure of confidence that’s the case as is true (for example) when you sign into your bank.
This sort of abuse needs to be met with instant sanction including criminal felony penalties. Prison, and not just for the health systems involved but also for the so-called “social media sites” who know damn well where their “beacons” are placed and if they do not instantly blackball someone abusing it in this fashion their executives must be locked up.
https://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=246710
Your health information is the commodity here.
Privacy need not apply.
HIPAA made sure of that, RF.
One thing. Like smart devices, please just say no to these stupid “Patient Portals” all sickcare providers use these days.
Get your test/procedure/etc records in paper format from the provider. Tell them you will NOT use their stupid spynet portal garbage.
Do not comply.
They are certainly not the only ones. Many “health systems” like Novant and Atrium and hospitals here in NC had the same problem. Mostly through patients using the “convenient, safe, and secure” My Chart patient portal services that they all constantly push you to be on. Millions of accounts were affected. After knowing for 2 years they are just now getting around to notifying patients.
Supposedly they have now fixed it. But of course no way to undo the theft of all that patient medical and billing information, just an oops, sorry about that.

Alex Jones has MILLION💰 of Sandy Hook reasons to become vocal against President Trump (again)

And we are still in the summertime with many of the worst upstream effects on prices and supply yet to hit the shelves.
Imagine the combination of no heat, no electricity, no food, no job, and no currency will do.
Much of this is already in the cards BTW, even if Davos stooges reversed course tomorrow.
If you were facing months of dark freezing weather and the loss of your job and food scarcity to boot, would you really give two tinker’s dams about Ukie-puke?
Dems starting to blame Trump for vax failures. Who didn’t see this coming? Although, the Political article is pretty weak and is done aspects I think we will find the Trump Adm was right (push for hydroxychloroquine EUA treatment, etc).
Trump DID NOT specify “unproven treatments” nor did he expect them. He expected the pharmaceutical companies to GET IT RIGHT.
More false news.
I think when they state “unproven treatments” they’re talking about PT pushing for safe alternatives like Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin.
Or maybe they’ll bring up the “he wanted people to drink Bleach” nonsense story again.
Dems blaming Trump. I said this 2 years ago. April 2020, when the 2 weeks, was up until it wasn’t and then on the evening of Jan. 6, 2020.
The insurrection crap narrative was just the beginning of what they had in store. And if that didn’t stick to “Tephlon Don”, then COVID, was going to be the gift that will keep giving for them till the end.
When the opposition becomes even more desperate, they will just pull all the real time death statistics, jab injuries, miscarriages, Disability claims and on and on. They know the real truth all along.
They will run with President Trump committed crimes against humanity, after MAL fizzles out.
The truth is coming out, on the “Geriatric Holocaust of 2020-2022”, and they are going to point it straight back to President Trump.
And He needs to drop, “Father of the Vaccine”. He is playing right into their evil machinations for him.
Nothing new here, the left was always going to blame PDJT if their push to mandate unproven inoculations turned out to have been a bad move.
Biden forced the poisons on Americans. PDJT did not.

I wish I could have done that for my Mother’s parents. My Grandfather was a Sergeant in the British army in WWI who fought on the western front! Some 50 years latter I asked him about the war and he told me about his “lads” as he called them getting hit with mustard gas, how they just started dropping and then he started crying. My Mother was not happy with me. Those men who fought and died for our freedoms were God given warriors!
What will they call this generation of kids who bought into hating this country and destroying everything in sight?
As predicted, here’s the opening salvo on it’s Trump’s fault the clot shot failed.
The Democrats’ investigation also documents potential influence from former White House officials regarding the FDA’s decision to authorize convalescent plasma, and White House attempts to block the FDA from collecting additional safety data on Covid-19 vaccines in order to get them to the public before the 2020 presidential election.
“The Select Subcommittee’s findings that Trump White House officials deliberately and repeatedly sought to bend FDA’s scientific work on coronavirus treatments and vaccines to the White House’s political will are yet another example of how the prior Administration prioritized politics over public health,” House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.), who also chairs the subcommittee, said in a statement.
“These assaults on our nation’s public health institutions undermined the nation’s coronavirus response,” he added.

All Fao Chi and Birx have to explain is why they changed the definition of a vaccine.
They can’t.. They’re toast
And the controlling,
non science persons ( supposed experts )
moved the goal posts to try to be politically correct ( which is factually incorrect or misleading or harmful to people, clinics, medics that listened and acted upon that advice…)
via
changing the definitions of:
– ‘masks’ not needed, to masks needed, to better masks needed, to…
– ‘gain of function’ research,
– ‘safe and effective’ (adversely effective… gene therapy treatment
miss called a safe and effective vaccination ),
– ‘fully vaccinated’ ( incrementally, over time. increased the number of jabs supposedly needed)
– hydroxychloroquine effectiveness is ‘anecdotal’ ( not science proven ) and was downplayed by miss leaders,
…but, in combination with therapeutics, good care, it’s safely, effectively worked for many at proper dosage.
Of no help, there are some that are perplexed as to what
is, is.
It depends…
( which is not good, unless someone likes to waste taxpayer fund$ on senseless, endless non matters. )
Not good to those that pay.
Imho
The same people who praised the deep staters who “resisted” Trump and did everything they could to undermine him are now [pretend] forgetting THOSE are the people who made C19 the tragedy it is.
Also forgetting he bought 60 million doses of Hydroxychloroquine from India. Just whose idea was it not to use it???
THAT is what he needs as one of his responses as he will “get out in front of” this next attack.
PT oversaw the covid response for a year and Joe for two years….So who’s responsible?
Let’s not forget this little detail…who did Mr Trump put in as head of the covid task force??
Mike Pence
Jim Clyburn—If I even just see this man’s name in print I rush to start counting the spoons.
Oh please, Clyburn, you adored Fauxi. It was him and Bricks who did the falsifying. And it was you and those like you who threatened PDJT if he dared to fire them.
