I actually know several people who’ve been laid off. About 2 weeks ago, Microsoft laid off an entire department (200+ people). For some reason it’s not showing up on the Washington state WARN notice website. Its called attention detail and classified document handling 101.
The story line to date:
Archivist opens boxes sent by President Trump and finds classified documents. The archivist immediately notifies DoJ as required.
DoJ, with White House Support opens and investigation.
1/6 Commission and Gang of 8 Informed.
Joint meeting to plan the actions going forward.
DoJ/FBI pays visits to scope out materials and the terrain at President Trump’s home, planning for the raid is in progress.
FBI seeks warrant, claiming a pattern of criminal activity involved with 300 improperly handled Classified Materials.
The Raid occurs, with leaks flowing.
Notice that there is NOT a single instance of President Trump’s “authority to declassify” being questioned by ANYBODY. The legal matter at hand is that the DoJ is investigating because President Trump and/or his staff (possibly) DID NOT properly exercise that authority to DECLASSIFY Materials, that links declassification orders to documents in question. This potential neglect may have left the door wide open for the DoJ to spin a felony because (if true) there is NOT a single shred of evidence that documents “marked classified” have been declassified. Normally this is a serious correctable technical error but this is “not normally”.
It now remains to be seen what PHYSICAL evidence President Trump has that he actually declassified the documents in question:
Is there a log?
Are the cover sheets properly marked?
Are portion marking applied?
Is there any PHYSICAL record listing documents that were declassified, with dates and authority notes?
Is there anything linking documents to his declassification order to mitigate this back to a serious technical error? (In the private sector I had seen employees fired, demoted, loose clearances, be questioned by the FBI for these technical violations. This includes decertification of a company’s storage facility and computer system.)
Even access door logs are evidence if the process to declassify was not followed in any way, as evidence unauthorized people saw the documents.
There is AUTHORITY (to act). This is where are the pundits and “experts” have focused discussion. Again, NOBODY has questioned that authority exists.
Then there is the legally based process with requirements for exercising (acting upon) AUTHORITY. Nobody is talkiing about the process and requirements, which even President Trump and/or his staff had to follow.
There is not even a fine line of difference between these two concepts.
This one is going to be attack and counter attack until December as this is a perfect opportunity to do the Pelosi smear wrapping. I hope President Trump and his associates have documents to prove they followed a process close enough to link documents to orders.
If the President says that a document is declassified – then, it is. It doesn’t matter if the markings have been lined-through or not. A recent Supreme Court decision affirmed that the President’s right to do this is “plenary.” He doesn’t have to follow any procedures nor obtain anyone else’s assent. Trump had a standing order that anything he removed was deemed to be declassified, and this order is binding simply because “he said so.”
He has a SCIF (a secure facility) at Mar-a-Lago which he used during his Presidency when he wanted to get out of town for a few days. Anything that was to remain classified would be stored there. But if he asserts that everything stored in a box on his property “is declassified,” then: it is. Literally, “just because he said so.”

No where is the word plenary applied applied with respect to CLASSIFIED materials. The word used is “authority”.
If there is nothing linking documents and orders President Trump and his team are in for a rough ride.
The president does not have a magic wand for this subject. Which documents did he declassify??? Just because he says so is not an answer. This is not a laying of the hands moment, this topic requires hard proof and some sort of audit trail.
Again, there is a big difference between having authority and properly exercising it.
The ADJECTIVE used in the Federal Codes, related to Classified Materials is NOT “plenary” but “original and/or originating” AUTHORITY.

So if the US election system is fully rigged, why do they need to find a way to prevent PDJT from running in 2024?
Why not just steal the election in 2024, as they did in 2020? Whoever was ‘selected’ to oppose him could win, no matter how horrible.
All they are doing now is increasing the number of voters that will be MAGA come 2024, both with this clearly banana republic raid and never-ending persecution.
In addition, their increasingly horrible policies, fraud, and embezzlement will make the social and economic conditions today seem like a picnic to all but the mentally ill compared to 2024.
Perhaps that is the answer?
If he is ‘allowed’ to run in 2024 only the mentally ill will believe he lost this time around. And thus nearly every thinking person in the US and around the World will know deep in their bones that the government is illegitimate to its core.

One example I can think of was during the TPC convoy and protests there was a doctor who they’d often have speak at their rallies, Robert Malone, who came to be known as ‘Dr. Lock ’em up’ and the language he used about the medical stuff led to so many livestreamers having their accounts struck or locked by Youtube that they stopped the audio during his speeches. x
Most were savvy enough to simulcast on Rumble, Twitch, Odysee, etc but, by far, Youtube reached the most viewers and getting a wholesale channel suspension was a big hit to getting the news out.

As of last week (Wednesday) the Stock Market indicated it has ended its Bear Market rally which started the last week of June. It looks like it is resuming its overall Bear Market January 3rd trajectory.
Though the manipulators; Federal Reserve, US Treasury, Black Rock, Vanguard, State Street, etc. are powerful, they cannot fully control the Stock Market over the long run. The main objective is to keep the Dow Jones above 30,000.
The psychology of the average “Joe Blutts” is that as long as the market remains above 30,000 the general public is not going to be alarmed or even notice much of anything. The response I mostly hear is “I have a ‘planner’ so I don’t have to worry about it”.
I’m thinking that after the midterms they’re going to run out of other peoples money to prop it up.
That’s when it will get *interesting*.
