In case you missed it – my favorite satirist gets honest about evil.
I was working through a whole post in my head as soon as I saw this post, because I’ve seen this guy…
But after watching it, I have nothing to add. Literally, nothing to add. He did it. Just watch it.
Should be mandatory watching for the masses. This guy is always on point and usually very funny. This was direct in what goes on.
Did he say anything about morality and moral law?

I think it isn’t a noble place in their heart. I think it is sloth and inertia, including a lack of courage to recognize and confront monstrous evil.
The more intelligent we are, the more we recognize evil, the more discernment we will have.

We have to recalibrate our relationship with the truth. For example, the pastors and recently the pope advocating the jab. What kind of relationship with the truth do they have?

I think motivations are far more complex than one word can describe. But I just noticed that word, motivated, might be a perfect fit to replace your use of the word intelligence.
Fair enough. It’s not intelligence like the IQ test measures. The word I’m looking for means to have a proper relationship with the truth, to the extent that you know when you are being lied to. How about intuition?

I agree with so much of JP. However don’t trust your own heart. Jeremiah speaking for God said “the heart of man is exceeding wicked, who can trust it”. That means all of us. God speaks now only in His Word, the Bible. go to a church where God’s Word is honored, preached, taught, sang, studied. Study your Bible if you want to hear from God. It takes a little work. But it is well worth it. God is always Faithful. I am not.

I looked up the financials of SCI which is the largest owner of funeral homes in America and Canada. In their financial reports for 2022 they are reporting the number of funerals for the six months ending in June 2022 are down slightly from 2021, So there is no evidence of more deaths from the largest provider of funerals in North America over the past year. So I call your claim BS.

I was one of the very few who argued against it and never did, and never will, be vaccinated. Kennedy, JFK, was murdered the last year I was vaccinated against anything. So far, that mindset has worked well. Does it for everyone? Absolutely not. My anecdotes are just that, anecdotes. As are yours.

The COVID fake vaccine was proven to mitigate the worst COVID symptoms. Some people are not able to fend off the virus as well as others, especially people with pre-existing conditions including old age. If you recall, the group of people that were dying at the highest rate were elderly.

Perhaps that’s because they were rushed to the hospital, intubated, put on a ventilator, and given Remdesivir, instead of the therapeutics that could have helped them.
I’m elderly. I took Ivermectin, Quercetin, Hydroxychloroquin, etc. and got over it in a few days (unvaxxed).
The death rate for elderly was like 10% if not higher so it’s not surprising that you didn’t die from it. 10% is very high though. That’s much higher than the death rate from the fake vaccine itself.
It’s all about weighing the risks and benefits. For myself I felt that the fake vaccine was riskier than COVID, especially because I’d had v1 COVID well before the fake vaccines were available and I didn’t have much of a problem with it. My older friends and relatives weighed their risks and most chose to take the fake vaccine, and I was fully supportive.
Then you are suffering from the Mamet principle. Just because you and yours have not suffered yet from the vax, does not mean the proliferation of data all over the web is wrong.
Further, you did not disclose to what degree you and yours have been vaxed.
If you do not trust the web because you are unable to discern facts from fiction, I can tell you first hand knowledge of many in my circle of friends and family that have been killed or maimed by this drug.

If it’s anecdotal evidence by which we’re judging, a vaxxed friend of mine has had deaths among her friends and family at about one a month this year, sometimes two. These people were all in their 30s-50s with no prior health problems and their hearts suddenly gave out or they had strokes.
There was an article this morning about major Measles outbreaks in Africa.
Measles, Shingles, Monkey pox ALL the same viruses. Plus other outbreaks by many other diseases latent within the body or otherwise. Increases in outbreaks ALL related to the genetic based COVID Injections. Those who have COVID Injections contract the diseases only to transmit them especially in populations with low vaccination rates for existing diseases.
This is an extension of the scam being perpetrated by Big Pharma and their political supporters as this requires even MORE of existing vaccines be manufactured. It is the criminal application of supply & demand….except in this case Governments and Big Pharma actually CREATED the demand via COVID Injections.
They are not the same viruses. Measles is a single strand RNA virus. Shingles/chickenpox/herpes are DNA viruses. Monkeypox is a DNA virus more closely related to smallpox, but very different from the herpes viruses.

Do people want the affidavit released in this instance just for transparency purposes, with the release being abnormal should it happen? Or is this person wrong in that people have the right to see the charging affidavit when something like a home raid happens?

I know a few of you are looking at my internet behavior (I am sure the government is) and wondering “why is this guy posting in the early hours of the morning once in a blue moon?”
I have a weird job that includes a lot of travel all over the country. I do a thousand miles or more in a week, and I don’t have a lot of time for the interwebs.
When I do being here or other places is a means of relaxation for me. This morning (for me it’s tonight), I am at home and my wife and my daughter-in-law, who is carrying my grandchild…no idea if it’s a grandson or grandaughter yet, are sick because they ate something somewhere I wasn’t invited to (still a bit sore about that, even if I might have gotten sick too). And had to cancel a long drive to Indianapolis.
I really hate that, I promised to be there. But my girls need me right now which takes precedence. I really hate not keeping my word when stuff like this happens. It physically hurts me. I do NOT like backing out even for a job. I am trying to get a hold of my company so they can fix it, but those lazy people can’t even answer the phone. And I am supposed to be available 24/7 on the phone myself….bosses never follow their own rules.
I am so aggrivated right now. How can my customers trust me when we can’t even reach them to let them know “not today”? These people…I swear. If I was in charge, I would fire all of them and get people who can at least run a ship that sails no matter the weather.

Hopefully, Trump had more copies of any proof/evidence of criminal wrongdoing against Hillrotten, Øbastid, Biden, Pelosi, and other perps, and kept them elsewhere. The possibilities are infinite for where Trump and his people could send, store, hide people and documents. There are now clouds and cyber-storage resources galore.
Hopefully, the FBI criminal thugs didn’t get evidence Trump and an honest prosecutor would need to convict criminals and evildoers of sedition, treason, high crimes and misdemeanors.

Concerns over fraud with absentee ballots is not something limited to Republicans in the United States. Indeed, many European countries have voting rules stricter to prevent fraud than what we have in the United States. For example, 74% entirely ban absentee voting for citizens who live in their country. Another 6% allow it, but have very restrictive rules, such as limiting it to those in the military or are in a hospital, and they require evidence that those conditions are met. Another 15% allow absentee ballots but require that one has to present a photo voter ID to acquire it. Thirty-five percent of European countries completely ban absentee ballots for even those living outside their country. The pattern is similar for developed countries.
Many of these countries have learned the hard way about what happens when mail-in ballots aren’t secured. They have also discovered how hard it is to detect vote buying when both those buying and selling the votes have an incentive to hide the exchange.
6. Conclusion (of study)
The voter turnout rate data provide stronger evidence of significant excess Biden votes in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The estimates imply that the counties wherein vote fraud was alleged returned between 146,000 and 334,000 excess Biden votes. While the findings reported here are dramatic, they may be underestimates because the voter turnout estimates do not account for ballots cast for the opposing candidate that are lost, destroyed, or replaced with ballots filled out for the other candidate. While it would involve a lot more work, it would be possible to apply the precinct level tests to compare turnout rates in adjacent precincts across all the counties where fraud was alleged.
There was a computer programmer who testified in Florida sometime around the YEB! years, he could have been involved in the 2000 fiasco, I don’t remember. His video testimony was included in an Alex Jones video on the matter. The programmer said that it was easy to program the voting machines to fractionate ballots for candidates you don’t like and to program them to ensure that your guy or gal gets 51% to the other guy or gal’s 49% and that was why the races are always that close. It give the illusion of choice and the illusion that the country is just a little more D than R, which is a blatant lie.
I’m a programmer and I can tell you with absolute certainty that I can program subtle cheating. I would only be able to get away with it if nobody were reviewing the source code thoroughly, and probably nobody does. I feel confident I could hide it well to minimize the chance of it being discovered.
That’s a skill I wouldn’t brag about.

BOMBSHELL: Outing of Trump Raid ‘Leaker’ Shatters FBI Document Excuse, Now All Eyes Are on Affidavit Hearing
The FBI and DOJ, of course, don’t want us to see the evidence that allegedly supports the propriety of the Mar-a-Lago smash and grab. They must have had an overweening need to get those nuclear secret documents that the Feds told the media Trump had.
Thing is, we don’t need to read the docs; we’d just like to know that there’s more support for the report than the leak to The Washington Post that Trump had “classified documents relating to nuclear weapons.” Or more than the speculative rantings of Maggie Haberman on Twitter. Or more than the Wall Street Journal story leaked by the Feds in their tried-and-true continuous feedback loop. This loop starts with leaks to the media, the media dutifully report them, and the FBI uses the stories as “evidence” in their warrant applications. See how that works? They pulled this trick in the Alfa-Bank, Steele Dossier, Gretchen Whitmer, and Russian Collusion cases . So we hope you understand the skepticism.
Indeed, as I wrote those words above, news came from Professor Margot Cleveland, who writes for The Federalist, that that’s exactly what they did.
Prosecutors will argue Thursday that one of the reasons for keeping a lock on the documents is that they reveal sources, such as their media transcribers — in this case, The Wall Street Journal, which “set the narrative” for the raid.
So what the DOJ wants to keep secret are the documents behind the search warrant. While it’s normal to keep these things under wraps until there’s an indictment — and there will be an indictment of Trump — these are not normal times.
But now Cleveland’s story bares the lie. It ain’t about the paperwork. It’s not about the espionage act. We already knew this on some level, but this latest story removes two objections prosecutors can use to keep the affidavit sealed in the hearing Thursday.
Worse, it shows in shining glory — again — that this raid was pretextual, that it was an overly broad search warrant that gave FBI agents carte blanche to take every document, passport, and piece of Melania’s underwear they wanted. SO THEY COULD FIND A CRIME.
Here’s how Cleveland put it.
Given these problems with the underlying legal theories, targeting a political enemy and former president of the United States with a search warrant represents an unforgivable lapse in judgment. And as for the claim that the DOJ needed to recover these vital national security documents, the shifting stories spread by leakers suggest this rationale is simply a pretext.
After all, within the course of one week, the justification for the search went from “nuclear secrets” to classified documents, to videos suggesting the documents were not secure, to videos suggesting the Trump team was serendipitously moving the documents, to a confidential human source claiming Trump continued to possess presidential records, to a supposed lie by Trump’s attorney that there were no documents present at Mar-a-Lago marked classified.
No matter the excuse provided for the raid, however, the reality remains that the Biden administration launched an unnecessary grand jury criminal investigation into Trump based on a referral from a partisan archivist. And all Americans of goodwill see the obvious difference in the government’s treatment of Clinton, Obama, and Trump, proving the purpose of the investigation was “to get” Trump and not the documents.

DOJ has been claiming “national security” for 6+ years and in each and every case it’s been a lie, a lie told to conceal their crimes. Crimes such as fabricating evidence and lying to courts to obtain warrants, with the ultimate goal of unseating President Trump.
In Trump v Clinton the DOJ was allowed to substitute itself for defendants Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, and Clinesmith after AG Garland certified that their conduct was within the scope of their employment.
The DOJ has powers that the individual defendants do not have, namely law enforcement powers. Unsurprisingly DOJ has once again abused law enforcement powers and has now stolen evidence that likely would have been used at court. I say stolen because of the atrocious general warrant used to seize everything at Trump’s home & office at Mar-a-Lago. Not only does this abusive raid impact Trump v Clinton it also enables parallel construction of some other fictitious charge in the DOJ’s 6-7 years long vendetta against Trump.

A top German official has trashed people who may be planning to protest against energy blackouts as “enemies of the state” and “extremists” who want to overthrow the government.
The interior minister of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Herbert Reul (CDU), says that anti-mandatory vaxx and anti-lockdown demonstrators have found a new cause – the energy crisis.
In an interview with German news outlet NT, Reul revealed that German security services were keeping an eye on “extremists” who plan to infiltrate the protests and stage violence, with the unrest being planned via the Telegram messenger app, which German authorities have previously tried to ban.
“You can already tell from those who are out there,” said Reul. “The protesters no longer talk about coronavirus or vaccination. But they are now misusing people’s worries and fears in other fields. (…) It’s almost something like new enemies of the state that are establishing themselves.”

UCLA Creates Database To ‘Track Attacks On Critical Race Theory’

Faculty at the University of California–Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law have created a database to identify and record efforts to block critical race theory (CRT) being taught in schools across the country.
The database, called the CRT Forward Tracking Project, allows users to “track attacks on critical race theory” and filter the information as part of an effort to “support anti-racist education, training and research,” according to the school.
The project was created by UCLA’s Critical Race Studies Program, founded in 2000 as the first law school program in the nation dedicated to critical race theory.
This will be useful for the additional 87,000 IRS agents. They need lists of who to audit.

CDC announced that the institutes have done an external/self-study and proposed a makeover “to restore public trust.” Dr. Walensky said that she “plans to remake the culture to help the agency move faster when it responds to a public health crisis. The Trump Organization’s longtime chief financial officer will admit to conspiring with the Trump Organization and Trump Payroll Corporation in a 15-year tax fraud scheme while head of the company’s finances at a Manhattan Supreme Court hearing on Thursday, the Daily News has confirmed.
Allen Weisselberg is expected to criminally implicate Trump’s family real estate business when he pleads guilty to criminal tax fraud charges, a source familiar with the matter told The News on Wednesday.
Now that’s a whole different kettle of fish than the usual tax-related stuff.
Very rarely do they get you on criminal tax fraud. Underpayment, sure. But to plead guilty to criminal fraud implies that he’s well-aware they’ve got him, and is trying to basically buy himself a lighter sentence through a plea deal where he implicates other people in the organization.
So far there’s no indication this reaches Trump himself.
The problem is the nature of the charges against him: They’re essentially that he didn’t pay taxes on a huge amount of fringe benefits. That’s the sort of thing that is done with some frequency by higher-ups and its not often that they come after you for more than the taxes plus penalties and interest. This time they did.
This one bears watching, particularly given the set schedule for the cases to go forward….. in October, right in front of the midterms!

NARA does not have the authority to designate materials as “Presidential records,” NARA does not have the tapes in question, and NARA lacks any right, duty, or means to seize control of them. In other words, there has been no showing that a remedy would be available to redress plaintiff’s alleged injury even if the Court agreed with plaintiff’s characterization of the materials. Since plaintiff is completely unable to identify anything the Court could order the agency to do that the agency has any power, much less, a mandatory duty, to do, the case must be dismissed.

The other day I was sent a longish Youtube video. The gist of the argument was that housing was the root of basically all the evils, and that we had gone from treating housing as a commodity in the 1950s-ish timeframe (and before) to treating it as an asset, and this, at its root, was problematic. It posited a view that “The housing crisis is the everything crisis” and had a lot of focus on British data, although its similar almost-everywhere else.
I watched it and again it struck me as someone who had a decent amount of time on their hands (it was 40-odd minutes) but was using a lens to view the problem through that was too narrow in scope. Simply put the problem isn’t that housing is treated as an asset: It is that financialization plus corruption eats at the margins of the common people until productivity is destroyed and so is the economy.
Do recall that in 2000 the market did not collapse. Oh, it looked like it, but it didn’t. What actually happened was that prices were wildly accelerated over a 2+ year timeframe by outrageous and systemic fraud. The “mavens” of Wall Street jumped on with various schemes to front-run and otherwise screw the public but it all looked good when your brokerage statement was showing big green numbers. The fraud problem was obvious all the way back to 1998, which I noted to a number of people: These firms had all claimed on a collective basis forward “earnings” and “revenue” that was several multiples of GDP! This was obviously not going to happen and exactly nothing made any of those claims reasonable despite alleged laws that said you couldn’t do this. Yes, you can speculate, but you certainly can’t claim more than 100% of anything without it being fraud at some level.
Essentially nobody went to prison for that.

Dershowitz is WRONG
Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3:
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Aid and Comfort to enemy is the heart of the crime of espionage, which relates directly to mishandling of classified materials being pursued. Also “insurrection” is still on the table as well as the DoJ is supporting the referrals from the House 1/6 Commission. Being convicted of either or both defines Donald Trump as an insurrectionist and have given comfort to the enemy via espionage.
Plus, Dershowitz totally ignores that the methods used to qualify candidates by Political Party’s is a matter for each Political Party to decide. The RNC can rule a felon as disqualified from being a Republican candidate. President Trump could go 3rd party, but he looses the financial support of the RNC (who are still paying his lawyers) as well as potentially looses major donors.
If President Trump is convicted of a felony individual States could take the legally risky step of barring Donald Trump from being listed on State Ballots. This is possible in any of the democrat dominated States, if no other reason than to create a legal battle.

The Internal Revenue Service can serve a “John Doe” summons on crypto prime dealer SFOX, a court ruled Monday, allowing the tax agency to hunt for potential tax evaders who are using company’s services.
The IRS has previously served such summons on companies like Kraken and Circle and typically does so when it wants to confirm whether the recipient’s customers are properly reporting their taxes. Cryptocurrency transactions are taxed like property, with the IRS collecting capital gains tax on every transaction.
The court order, which was approved by a judge in the Central District of California, authorizes the IRS to serve the summons against SFOX, asking for information about any “U.S. taxpayers who conducted at least the equivalent of $20,000 in transactions in cryptocurrency between 2016 and 2021 with or through SFOX.”
SFOX will be required to share any records identifying those users and their transactions through the service.
