Strange as it seems, John Fetterman is quite popular among working class Democrats, particularly in western PA as he is seen as a “fighter” for working folks. If you believe the polls, he is 15 points ahead of Dr. Oz now. My fear is that this guy may just pull it out as many Republicans here in PA will not vote for Oz because of his stance on the social issues. Scary.

These types of voters exist all over, of course, but there are states were there are large cohesive masses of them.
Another psychological trait that is found among them is a kind of pride in feeling “put upon” because at least it’s an established “identity,” and that plays into the need people have for feeling they belong to a larger group.

Governor DeSantis is campaigning – and per guidance AVOIDING AT ALL COST any video feeds linking himn to PDJT. He has a great record in Florida of being supported by Democrats mayors etc… and this is a platform he wishes to use thru election.
It appears the reason why CTH is upset – and us too – is that he chose politics or principle. His goal could be to win and help PDJT as a governor, or his goal could be self preservation. Either way he did not join the current fight for some tactical reason that resulted in a split in voters.

I wonder if they have to list all election results even those of write in candidates. I’m in Georgia and I think I might write in, Donald Trump Won on some of the races (maybe Kemp). Perhaps there are some useless RINOs in your state who would basically do little more than toe the Uniparty line. Unless there is a Trump endorsed candidate, then maybe write in, Donald Trump Won. Even multiple races on a ballot. It would be a hoot to see how many total votes that write in would get.

I remember reading about write-ins back in 2016. IIRC there are some states that don’t allow it, so make sure before you do it that your state allows it.
I don’t know of this is correct, but some dude (lol) on Quora says “9 states do not allow write-ins at all. They are Nevada, New Mexico, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Hawaii.”
I used to work elections and they did allow write-ins. So unless something has changed in the past five years, that dude is very much incorrect.

Illinois allows write ins, but they must be “approved” write in candidates who have requested permission to be counted. If you aren’t on the “approved” list of write in candidates, that vote is thrown out.
I know this because I paid attention during the training as an election judge.
At least in SC, the write-ins show up on the zero tape, but on the website/where results are posted, it’s just labeled “Write-In.” And trust me, no one looks at the zero tapes.
According to the wikipedia I mentioned just above, it looks like South Carolina disallows write-ins for presidential elections, so your comment makes sense.

Laughable. do you even know the history of what happened in 2014 and has been going on since 2014.
I will say this: It is very easy for the Ukraine and US propaganda machine to now claim all the damage the Ukraine military committed since 2014 attacking the largely ethnic Russian regions in the east is very easy fodder to blame on Russia. Unfortunately for these evil losers, there are plenty of articles and reports since 2014 by independent journalists that tell the real story. Until you can do a thorough analysis of the damage that was already in place before Russia entered and compare to now, you really have no place to speak on it. Also, the clue in the propaganda is in who is compiling this data of damaged churches–the corrupt Ukrainian government. The same government that has been firing on and killing people in the eastern part of the country.
Please do more research before repeating propaganda. Because it is not very “Christian” of you to care about Ukrainians now, when you have given a second thought to Ukrainian citizens being attacked by their own government for 8 years. Real Christians that follow Jesus Christ prioritize truth. You cannot seek to proclaim a judgement without knowing the truth. Willfully omitting context and verification of history to push an agenda is the same as baring false witness.

I just learned of this blogger, J.E. Dyer, the Optimistic Conservative. I was looking at author Lee Smith’s twitter account and saw a link to this blogger and her post.
Clicking on “author” I learned she is a former Navy intel officer & seems to have a background that would suggest she’s knowledgeable about the x’s, y’s and unknowns of classification practices of documents.
There is an in-the-weeks discussion of the classification procedures, but my interest is in the last part of the post, a discussion of what has been actually been going on in the Trump v. Clinton law suit and how that is related or is probably related to the raid on Mar-a-Lago.

Loved those DDT trucks that went all over our bases when I was a kid. We’d ride our bikes and tried to see who could get the closest to the trucks without hitting them—no small feat when you could see absolutely nothing in all the ‘fog’. (If you hit the trucks, the airmen driving them would jump out and give chase.). Good times!!!
I recall an afternoon down in the Florida Keys back in the 70’s when the idyllic waterfront was shattered by the roar of two Pratt&Whitney radials – I looked up just as a DC-3/C-47 roared over at treetop level, and released a cloud of BB-sized insectiside pellets from the cargo door. Mosquito abatement was in full swing.
A little later I caught a local TV news broadcast where a local celebrity was shown eating a spoonful of those pellets, to prove how harmless they were to humans. Never heard from him again after that…
