I voted for Ambrose by absentee ballot before coming back home to the UK. It was work to learn about the two primary candidates. I had to find some written statements from him and his primary opponent.
The only question I cared about was “what is your view on the 2020 election?” The Left media sees this question as their “gotcha”, and both candidates were somewhat milquetoast in their response and really knew little about Constitutional issues, Zuckerbucks, drop boxes, etc that all contributed to the thrown election.
In the end I chose Ambrose as he was clearly the more intelligent person by the nature of the prose in his written response. It won’t matter in the end as the Democrat will win the general in November. A genius move by the worthless Michigan Republican state legislature was to delegate its congressional districting power to a committee in 2018 and this is the result.
When I grew up in Michigan, in the old version of this district we had William Broomfield, who I think served longer than any Republican in the House. Those days are long gone.

Regarding the Kansas abortion issue … The Kansas Supreme Court decided in 2019 that the Kansas Constitution ensures that women can have the gruesome D&E procedure after 15 weeks.
The court noted (1) this court has repeatedly stated that sections 1 and 2 of the Kansas Constitution Bill of Rights are given much the same effect as the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution;
Then the Kansas decision seems to have the same flaw as Roe, which also relied improperly on the 14th Amendment. It’s too bad it can’t be appealed upward. I wonder if someone started a new case in Kansas which went upward to the Supreme Court if they would be forced to decide differently now.

KS has some good regulations:

There is currently a 22 week threshold unless the mother’s life is in danger. That is way past when fetal pain is felt. However, the court previously ruled that:
“The State may only infringe upon the right to decide whether to continue a pregnancy,” the ruling continued, “if the State has a compelling interest and has narrowly tailored its actions to that interest.”

WA has all mail-in voting, so primary ballots have been coming into election centers for several weeks, and counted all along, but they do not publicly announce the count until after the election. Still, the insiders do know and probably the Dems get early heads-up warnings so they know where they need to ramp up the extra fraud to keep their one-party control. No matter how cynical I get I just cannot keep up.
How on earth can we allow all mail-in voting??? I think it was 2016 election night when someone posted a video of two cars pulled off on the side of a busy road or expressway transferring ballots from one car trunk to another. It was astounding.

Try this website, with Jeffrey O’Donnell who helped analyze Tina Peters’ data for the Mesa County reports. All the election results come through Edison Research – and there are getting to be a lot of questions about why their data doesn’t seem to be a good match with the county data that theoretically they are just collecting!
If you watch the graphs over the night, you may see some interesting stuff, such as what happened a few weeks ago in Garfield County, CO, where the results for the secretary of state race showed the vote totals getting switched between candidates, and several hours later, switched back!
Also there have been things like negative votes (the graph should never go down; it should stay the same or go up) and many cases of candidates who start out with different totals and then every time counties call in, somehow the same number, or at least the same ratio, goes to each candidate every time. That looks like the candidate lines being identical, except one is further up on the graph than the other.
What a graph like that would mean is, every county has exactly the same number of people voting for each candidate. Or, if it’s a ratio, it would mean for instance that in every county, whenever 2 people voted for A, 3 people voted for B. It could happen once. But not every time in every county!
If you can overlay the candidate results (see for example Tina Peters and Pam Anderson’s lines in statewide results for secretary of state in Colorado), something’s unnatural.

I believe the resistance there is to changing laws too much that have already been in place and “working” (though you may not like it) for decades. Kansans clearly think politicians are overreaching with this proposal. The vote isn’t close. Being an ex-midwesterner myself, that flyover country culture traditionally dislikes rapid, radical change of any kind. It took a LONG time for them to accept the effects of Roe in the first place. Now that they have, and have gone through state Supreme Court cases to affirm it, they will push back strongly on any law not having the benefit of long precedence.

Emperor’s New Clothes is exactly what we are doing now. On Election Day 2020, we watched Poll Watchers kept away from being able to observe the counts. We heard of them being told to go to lunch or dinner or go home for the night while the Count was “halted” — when in reality – the Count kept going – sometimes with only a limited, hand-picked staff as other workers were also sent out.
This was done mostly late in the night – when in some cases, vehicle loads of ballots were brought in or were pulled out from under covered tables + the machines that are now in control of our elections were used to count the same stack of ballots multiple times.
When the machines control your elections via the count – you are saying – the people who program the machines are in charge of who wins.

I used to but the facts about what chaos there was in AZ today over primary voting sure does make it tough to still think we have a chance at ever having a fair election again. This state was in the spotlight and the people were fighting for fair elections all over that state. Did it do much good? Their efforts to put a spotlight on what happened in their state in 2020 was huge and yet we have the mess today still going on. It’s rather amazing after all that they have done out there to try and correct the problems.

I’m afraid Joe Kent (WA-03) and Loren Culp (WA-04) are victims of the too-many-GOP-candidates-in-the-primary problem. And the problem is THE VOTERS. Voters need to pay attention to which candidates are viable. It’s never appropriate to blindly vote for the person you like the best. You must always vote for the person you like the best who can actually win. So a whole bunch of votes are essentially thrown away on non-viable candidates.

Second, I think they’ve been cheating for years in all elections-that’s why none of them want to address it. They know they are in their positions through election fraud.
If these people are supported by the people why didn’t they show up for Pence and Robson’s rally?? There were only a few hundred there while at the same time there were tens of thousands at the Trump/ Kari Lake rally.

Not sure I am buying the Kansas abortion vote. Seems the steal is still constant much like 2020 and if they are stealing now, you can damn well guarantee November will be stolen as well. Face it, this country is gone. Stolen in the middle of the night in 2020 and in broad day light now.
I’m wondering if some voters were confused. it would be interesting if some people come forward to say that they accidentally voted the opposite of what they intended because of the wording.
I’m actually buying the Kansas abortion vote. Kansas is the state that had mass murderer George Tiller aborting babies up to the moment of birth. Bleeding Kansas is an accurate statement regarding that state.
But Kansas is a red state and hard to see how a red-state would vote to keep abortion rights.
One more thing. This is reminiscent of the 2018 midterms in that when the election happened, everyone thought the republicans were going to retain their House majority. Nancy Pelosi was very confident the Dems would win and she said so. PTrump worked really hard endorsing and campaigning for good MAGA candidates, ones that the GOPe did not like nor did they like him being Pres. We all knew that. Election fraud was hinted at as being a problem but was not front page news like it has been since 2020.
We all found out that the expected wins for the Republican candidates turned out very differently than the expected and predicted results we got. Pelosi was proven right. She knew ahead of time what was going to happen because she worked with McConnell and Ryan and the uniparty elite as usual, to make it all happen as they wanted. Imo
. It sure seems it is happening again in spite of all of us knowing this time how they did it and trying to stop them and This is only the primaries.
The 2018 Senate race results were absolutely absurd. And when nothing was done, 2020 was a done deal.

I’m surprised the Dem turds still use “conspiracy theory” considering how many times now it’s blown up in their faces. Russia hoax, COVID virus, Hunter Biden laptop.
Nothing was fixed after 2020.
They know we know and they really don’t care.
After all, Conservatives still believe in the rule of law and they throw us a few crumbs so we think we might just win if we rally and cheer enough.

We have to keep working to get rid of Dems and RINOs and get GOP majorities. There was some progress this year at least, of the 10 traitor RINOs who voted to impeach Trump it looks like 6 now are not returning and still one more to go (Cheney).
Urge your friends and family to vote strategically. Look at the crap show which is WA-04. Traitor RINO Newhouse had opposition in Loren Culp. But there were 5 additional GOP candidates who didn’t have a chance, yet people voted for them. Without those other candidates, or without votes for them, Culp might have won.
