It is a very difficult step in ones psyche to acknowledge that your government at large (and not the opposite party, group, demographic), media, big pharma, big tech, mega corporations and financial institutions Are actively destroying our country.

I found the graphs, Doppler, by researching variations of world death clock graphs, but they don’t support what he is saying. Maybe its because they don’t include 2022 and I couldn’t find one which did include 2022.
May I suggest this thread? It’s a statistician who compares data between the states. I should point out that the CDC is purposefully blocking some other key data- Ethical Skeptic has been following that for months now. They were caught trying to change the data. These guys do keep hard copies of all old data.

Even if people had the EVs – is there power available in a storm? I don’t live in Florida or near a beach, but I’ve lost my power for days at a time due to hurricanes moving inland and ice storms. So, now you are trapped in your house without power and no means to get to a place with heat in the Winter.

Parked car next to house, let idle; he had heat and SOME light, and they focused their activities in one room, sealing off the rest of the house.
Granted, hard to do with $7/gal gas, but impossible with an electric car, and batteries generally don’t like freezing weather.

I live in Gulfport, MS right on the Gulf Coast. When there is a Hurricane in the Gulf and everyone is heading north the highways and interstates are already a parking lot. Add to that electric cars that die sitting in traffic in the oppressive heat, because hurricanes don’t happen in the winter and you have a recipe for disaster. With gas powered cars we prepare and fill our gas cans before the storm. We can’t do that with electric cars.
This is along the lines of what I tell everyone who will listen to me. The big downfall of wind and solar is that it is very difficult to store wind and solar energy. Fossil fuels are, by definition, stored energy.

If someone had a home made windmill they could connect it to an automobile alternator and charge regular 12 volt car batteries. You could also run 12 volt lighting in your house and there are 12 volt fans and 12 volt DC to 110 volt AC converters which would easily charge a laptop and cell phones. “Popular Mechanics” used to run articles about such doings in the 50s and 60s.
Yes, now the options can be solar, wind or water, depending on circumstances. Many small devices can be charged/powered from 12V DC without the need for an inverter.
Where I live in the forest, I use the oil lamps and lanterns my parents used on the ranch when the power goes out for lighting.

It ISS hillarious, but the cops had additional reasons, beyond the homeowners call, for suspecting this Federal agent was phoney, and therefore responding as they did.
Firstly, even for ‘investigations’ (ANYONE can investigate, invedtigating is not a “police action” the Feds NORMALLY come in twos; one asks the questions, the other is a witness.
If you EVER have a single individual tell you they are a “Federal agent” i.e. “law enforcement” (FBI, ATF, DEA) I reccomend not believing them, and not requesting they show you i.d., but doing exactly what this homeowner did.
Secondly, GUARANTEED, in any case where they anticipate engaging in police actions (serving search warrants and executing searches, or making arrrsts, like the Roger stone type arrests, at least ONE of the 26 officers all rambo’d up, will be a local, county or State LE officer, and THAT is the officer that will actually put the cuffs on to effect the arrest, because that is the only one who CAN.
Such arrests and searches, like “immigration detainers” are a result of a REQUEST by Federal agents, to local authorities, and like those detainer REQUESTS, they can be refused.
And no local, county or State police would cooperate with such a request, without getting a thorough briefing from the Feds, on why the search/arrest was being done, both to access the risk to their officers and the public (is there a chance of a ‘shoot out’?) and because they have an OBLIGATION to make sure the arrest is legitimate.
There was a recent article in TGP, regarding a man who had 3 officers show up on his doorstep, due to him having made multiple gun purchases at the same time; two officers were ATF, the third was a local police officer.
Personally, once they identified themselves, I would focus all my attention on the local officer, ignoring the Feds, and insist on ONLY ‘dealing with’ him, as he is the only one who has any legal ‘police authority’.
I would deal with him respectfully, while basically telling the Feds to shut up or get off my property, but thats me.
The FBI does have the authority to arrest people. It is in the law dude. 18 US Code 3052.

Fences were set up on edge of the sidewalk right at the exit to the theater doors in KCMO when candidate Trump had his rally downtown. We walked out into the gauntlet. The freaks were like animals in cages with their arms extended spitting at us.

The RNC supports mainly Establishment Republicans with fund raising and other support.
I think, after the November elections, a MAGA organization needs to be organized to support the MAGA movement and to primary RINOS and elect MAGA Republicans. An official organization that competes with the RNC. I know Trump endorses and supports MAGA candidates, but we need an official organization that we can trust to support financially.
After November would be a good time as it will put Republicans on notice that if they do not support MAGA policies that there is an organization within the Republican Party that will come after them in 2024. Maybe we can change the party from within. Weaken the RNC and strengthen MAGA.

This is EXACTLY how Leftists initially turn the R party, into the Rino party.

I think the things you suggest is great and should be done. I wonder can we not also have a national program that coordinates with the locals as you suggest. Who actually works to pull together the local 100 MAGA members. I don’t know of any movement in my area and they can possibly be infiltrated as well. The Tea Party was nowhere near as organized in taking over control at local levels yet still managed to flip control of over half the precincts in my county at one time.
They also vetted, recruited, and ran candidates for local school boards, township supervisors, etc.

If you really want to be in the fight…..you have to get involved with movements like the precinct project. At least do it for a few years.
Sadly, it will take at least 6 years for MAGA to gain control of the Republican party. Even if Republicans win the house and Senate, over half of the Republicans will consist of RINO’s, uniparty, Trump haters, and/or Democrats running as Republicans. It seems likely Trump will have great difficulty getting anything done through Congress as MAGA Republicans will not have a majority until after Trump is out of office. If the country survives until then, Desantis should have a clear field by 2028 to destroy the administrative state and bury the uniparty. It remains to be seen how much Trump will be able to get done via executive action. It is too bad we do not have sufficient evidence of crime to prosecute and imprison uniparty members.

The CCP has long claimed sovereignty over Taiwan and the Taiwan Strait, a relatively narrow stretch of the sea between Taiwan and mainland China. The CCP military frequently sends aircraft into the area to test Taiwan’s air defense zone.
The United States has no official relations with Taiwan, but has been enhancing its engagement with the island as the CCP seeks to isolate it from global institutions.
“We do not confirm or deny international travel in advance due to longstanding security protocols,” a Pelosi spokeswoman told Fox News Digital on Wednesday morning.
CCP officials told the Associated Press that the military would increase its deployment in the Indo-Pacific region if Pelosi went to Taiwan.
The Associated Press reports that the Pentagon is planning for Pelosi’s trip. Pentagon said that fighter jets, ships, surveillance assets, and other military systems could be used to provide an overlapping circle of protection for her flights to Taiwan and any time she is on the ground there.

Nancy Pelosi plans to make a quick trip to Taiwan. So could Biden need a good cover story in case Pelosi’s true objective turns out to be embarrassing. Could that true objective be the removal or destruction of the documentation from Taiwan’s Level Four Bio-research facilities before China’s invasion of Taiwan. Better yet, Taiwan’s intent to turn over the documentation to China in order to avoid invasion.
Three possibilities could exist. 1) Russia and China plan to combine their efforts to expose the U.S. Bioweapons programs at the U.N., therefore Russia and China didn’t want the documentation destroyed. 2) Taiwan’s Level Four Bio-research facilities were used in order to experiment with or construct COVID-19, and Nancy didn’t want this revealed. 3) Is Pelosi running for president, so when Biden is removed, she can point to something as an accomplishment.
The only thing that would avoid military invasion would be submission with a welcome to occupying troops.

Taiwan’s Ministry of Nat. Defense proposes enhancing bioweapons research
The MND has proposed a five year, US$16 million budget, to keep defense capabilities apace with China

TAIPEI (Taiwan News) – Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense (MND) has proposed building a new high security lab for developing chemical and biological weapons over the next five years, according to a ministry statement made on Monday, Jan. 7.
The MND has proposed spending NT$58 million (US$1.8 million) to enhance an existing biosafety laboratory located in New Taipei City’s Sanxia (三峽) District, which is already a Level Four biochemical lab.
Facilities rated Level Four according to World Health Organization Protocols are considered the most secure facilities capable of handling extremely hazardous biological materials.
There are less than 30 such Level Four facilities in the entire world. The facility in New Taipei is operated by the Institute of Preventive Medicine Research at the National Defense University.
The funds for the upgraded facility are only part of a much larger budget plan of NT$495.6 million (US$16 million), which the Ministry says will provide Taiwan with the defense capabilities it needs to counter biological weapons potentially being developed by China.
The proposed funds, to be spent over the course of five years, would go towards the facility upgrade, as well as the purchase of new equipment, and go towards the training and funding of researchers to conduct research crucial to Taiwan’s national defense as well as general health safety to prevent and contain disease epidemics.
An MND official stated that China has recently begun operations at a –>Level Four Bio-research facility, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, reports Liberty Times. Before China opened the institute, only Japan and Taiwan maintained Level Four facilities in East Asia.
Such facilities are essential assets for doing research on the most dangerous diseases and work to counter potential biological and chemical threats to society.
The statement from the MND says that China’s advances in the field of biological warfare may put Taiwan and other nations at risk, which is why the ministry has made research into biological weapons and defense a top priority.

Joe Biden has cautioned against the reported trip to Taiwan next month by the House speaker, Nancy Pelosi, saying the US military had assessed “it is not a good idea right now”.
The Financial Times reported earlier this week that Pelosi would lead a delegation to Taiwan in August to show support for the democratically ruled island, which Beijing claims is a breakaway province. The trip was initially scheduled for April but was postponed due to Pelosi testing positive for Covid at the time.
“Well, I think that the military thinks it’s not a good idea right now,” said Biden on Wednesday of the reported trip, which Beijing said would cause further damage to the bilateral relationship. “But I don’t know what the status of it is,” the US president added.
Biden’s comments came as he is scheduled to speak to his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, by the end of the month. The call will be the two leaders’ first in four months. Analysts said Biden and Xi would discuss issues ranging from Taiwan to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

On Wednesday, the Central Intelligence Agency’s director, Bill Burns, said China was “unsettled” when looking at Russia’s five-month-old war in Ukraine, which he characterised as a “strategic failure” for Vladimir Putin as he had hoped to topple the Kyiv government within a week.
Speaking at the Aspen Security Forum in Colorado, Burns played down speculation Xi could move on Taiwan after a key Communist party meeting later this year, but added: “I wouldn’t underestimate President Xi’s determination to assert China’s control” over self-ruling Taiwan.
Burns said: “Our sense is that it probably affects less the question of whether the Chinese leadership might choose some years down the road to use force to control Taiwan, but how and when they would do it.”
He said China was believed to have observed from Ukraine that “you don’t achieve quick, decisive victories with underwhelming force.
“I suspect the lesson that the Chinese leadership and military are drawing is that you’ve got to amass overwhelming force if you are going to contemplate that in the future.”
China has probably also learned it has to “control the information space” and “do everything you can to shore up your economy against the potential for sanctions”, he added.
Burns, in line with previous US assessments, said the US did not believe Beijing was offering military support to Russia despite rhetorical backing. He said China had stepped up purchases of Russian energy but appears careful about not incurring western sanctions.

China considers Taiwan to be part of its territory awaiting reunification, by force if necessary. In 1949, China’s defeated nationalists fled to Taiwan after losing the civil war on the mainland. The island has since developed into a vibrant democracy and leading technological power.
Speaking at the same forum in the Rocky Mountains, China’s ambassador to the US, Qin Gang, said Beijing still preferred “peaceful reunification”. But he accused the US of supporting “independence” forces in Taiwan, where President Tsai Ing-wen has asserted the island’s separate identity.
Qin said: “No conflict and no war is the biggest consensus between China and the United States.” But the US is “hollowing out and blurring” its stated policy of recognising only Beijing, he said, adding: “Only by adhering strictly to the one-China policy, only by joining hands to constrain and oppose Taiwan independence, can we have a peaceful reunification.”
Under a law passed by Congress when Washington switched recognition from Taipei to Beijing in 1979, the US is required to provide weapons to Taiwan for self-defence.
Biden said in May the US was ready to use force to defend Taiwan from a Chinese attack, appearing to shed the long-held US ambiguity on whether it would engage militarily, although the White House quickly back-pedalled on his comments.

The Russian embassy in Spain released a video on Friday mocking the West and the sanctions it has imposed on the country.
The clip published on the embassy’s Twitter account on Friday, called “Time to move to Russia,” touts Russia’s cultural values.
“This is Russia,” a narrator speaking English with a Russian accent says in the 53-second ad. “Delicious cuisine, beautiful women, cheap gas, rich history, world-famous literature, unique architecture, fertile soil, cheap electricity and water, ballet, cheap taxi and delivery, traditional values, Christianity, no cancel culture, hospitality, vodka.”
Russia’s economy, “can withstand thousands of sanctions,” continues the voiceover.
“Time to move to Russia. Don’t delay, winter is coming, ” the viral ad concludes, quoting the ominous line from Game of Thrones.

The ad’s reference to winter is also seen as a veiled threat to the West given Russia’s control of much of Europe’s gas supply.
Russia supplied the EU with 40 percent of its natural gas and 27 percent of its imported oil in 2021.

On Monday, the Russian government double down, announcing it would cut gas to Germany and Europe by an additional 20 percent. As a result, Hanover, Germany turned off the heat, hot water and electricity in public buildings across the city.
