Court Strikes Down “Quarantine Camp” Regulation in New York State

Good for NY State but too bad this judge is not the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court.
He cites ALL the right points of law as well as levels of NY and US related constitutional issues. He provides very little wiggle room for the NY State Legislature to “delegate” authority with a very heavy does of discussion regarding personal liberties, personal hardship and due process. [Note that the US Constitution requires that the Constitutions of the States composing the US Republic be consistent with the US Constitution.]
Contrast this with the recent Majority Opinions of the US Supreme Court that signaled the courts would be OK with congress delegating authority with NO discussion of personal rights and hardships.

This is a point that the idiot rioters had right, that the system is corrupt to it’s core. The reason it’s corrupt has nothing to do with the Founding documents but the way they’ve been bastardized in the last 60 years.
A good place to start in modern times is the Warren Court. They began to find mythical constitutional rights and no one really pushed back allowing nine entities in black robes to have the final say, usurping the will of the people. Even though there has been some semblance of sanity in the court, perhaps throwing us a bone. But still voters, a sitting President and states have no standing in the massive vote fraud of 11/3/20 and the fraud is still happening to this day.
The left and the globalist realized they could push through all manner of wish list type of things and change the country without a vote, control the judges. This eroded our Constitutional Republic to the point where any harebrained leftist idea could be foisted on America, g_ay marriage etc.
This permeated throughout the states. Like in California. The public voted at 63% for Prop 187 1994 cutting off benefits for illegal aliens and a single judge overturned it. Pete Wilson eventually threw in the towel and Slick Willy’s AG Janet Reno wasn’t about to appeal this travesty and wave bye-bye to the reliably Red State of CA.
The point is “inch-by-inch everything’s a cinch” and every president, senator and congressman is frightened to death of all “obias & isms” that the enemy MSM projects this onto all of us. Then all swamp rats dutifully fall into line when anyone hints of racism, foisted on them by the MSM. Swamp Rats want the same thing, to be reelected.
The same with the talking heads of the world… toe the line or lose their exorbitant salaries. So they dutifully play their part in the Kabuki Theater in what we call politics in America.
We must get clear, all swamp rats are moving in the same direction, one just a little faster than the other. This is why “compromised” swamp rats flip out when there’s a wrinkle in their plan, like Ross Perot, Contract with America, Sarah Palin, The Tea Party, then the mother of all F_ck You’s, the election of our Great American President Donald J Trump!
This was the ultimate proof for me, “that our flag was still there.” Even will all the cheating, and “We Know” …they cheated. Even with all the spying “We Know” …they spied. “We Know” they broke any law that was in their path. We still won decisively…twice.
“We Know” they are corrupt. “We Know” they hate us. “We Know” they’re going to cheat. “We Know” there are no coincidences. “We Know” that B-B-B-Biden/Harris represent the end of the USA and that’s cool with both sides of the swamp. “We Know” that Barr/Durham are at best a 50/50 chance.
Also: “We Know” that Donald J Trump was sent by God. “We Know” that we have honor and pride in our country. “We Know” what’s at stake leaving a stolen election and “We Know” what to do. Stick together, show no fear, grab Old Glory and march towards these frauds knowing God will guide our way.
Be prepared for anything and I mean everything. “Nothing” is off the table. We will have to beat the buzzards off of the carcass of the USA and eventually we will. Let us pray that we can restore the Ballot-Box and that the confidence of the American people can be restored…if not, all bets are off.

Well said! I do take exception to one thing. The USA is not a carcass —yet. There is life there, deep inside, freedom, founding principles still burn. We just have to fight the opposition, the enemy, off the body, contain and eliminate them from our govt., before they finish killing it. Then we revive it. We still have time, albeit not much more. What we do from now and going ahead to 2024, will finish this chapter of our country, imo.
We have said since 2008 that each election, as they came up, was the most important one, that we had to win or we were doomed. We managed to keep hanging on by a slim thread to our nation after said elections but things continued to get worse, except for PTrump’s improbable election. All the while America takes thunderous hits from every side trying to destroy it and us.
However, imo, these next two election cycles are legitimately the most important, the most dire and the most must win at all costs elections ever held in our history. There’s no real tomorrow after them if we lose. Imo.
While I understand the temptation to say “THIS is IT, the Hill we must be prepared to die on, if we don’t win here, all is lost” as a way to galvinise people to action, I reject the premise.
It is NEVER too late for the populace, IN UNITY to rise up, and withdraw the consent of the Governed.

True. However, for me, there is so much riding on these next two elections. Much much more than previous “must win” elections as far as ever stopping the cheaters in charge who have control right now.
If we lose these elections, we will have such a deep hole to climb out of that it would be decades and a long hard fight by a motivated and not beat down, suppressed populace, one which will take time to gather again.
Of course I agree with you. I’d never give up, many won’t, there’s always a spirit in some to rise up, but there are certain blockades that can be placed which will make it very much more difficult to overcome than we ever faced before.
I think the most critical time for this country has finally reached its apex as far as our freedoms and independence go. We have reached that point, finally. Just imo only.

Re California: Pete Wilson did not throw in the towel. Shortly after he was elected, Republicans from Southern Cal pushed to recall him so they could run Schwarzeneggar. As for Prop 187, a federal judge issued an injunction to stop implementation of 187. As awful as Reno was I do not see what she could have done to change anything even if she had wanted to.
What was the result of Prop 187?
I saw Pete Wilson many times at that time period on the Sunday shows, MSM and he talked himself hoarse on this issue to no avail.
Though there is no right to vote, by this time it had become a “selective” rally cry for the left and the swamp as a whole. An amenable DOJ could sue and eventually get it in front of the Supreme Court, one never knows. I’m not a lawyer but have seen injunctions set aside.

My understanding is that the injunction stopped the implementation of 187 and that was how it remained for many years since no one sued to enforce 187. I don’t see how anyone from DOJ would have standing to do anything about a state proposition that was in what seems to me to be legal limbo. Obviously I’m no legal expert but that seems logical to me.

They will note that one of the seminal events of this century took place between 1989 and 1992 — the collapse of the Soviet Empire, which had the capability, imperial intentions and ideology to truly threaten the entire free world. Thanks to Western resolve and the courage of Russian democrats, that Soviet Empire collapsed without a shot, spawning a democratic Russia, setting free the former Soviet republics and leading to unprecedented arms control agreements with the U.S.

There have been several polls and articles about DeSantis running for President. I’m certain it’s an effort by the Dems and RINOs to divide conservatives.
If Trump announces his candidacy for the 2024 election, if DeSantis also announces then I will never vote for DeSantis ever, even if he becomes the GOP nominee. It will tell me that DeSantis is not MAGA but rather leveraging/emulating Trump’s success with no respect for Trump. Trump completely overhauled the Republican party and I demand that other Republicans defer to him.
Trump deserves the second term that was stolen from him by massive Dem election fraud coupled with the stupidity of voters who allowed themselves to be brainwashed by Dem propaganda (that Dems could do better, especially with the handling of COVID). The country will be in great shape after a second Trump term, especially if we can have GOP majorities in Congress. Anyone who runs against Trump is sh*t to me.

My view is that it is currently too soon to tell what will happen in the primary, other than the GOPe appears to be putting up Pompeo, Pence, and Noem or Haley (maybe both) to peel away support from voters who agree with MAGA but aren’t informed and don’t know these candidates are uniparty RINOs. I will say I have no loyalty to any politician. I’ll vote for whomever best serves my interests and the country’s interests. They don’t have any loyalty to me. I want someone who supports MAGA and who can win. In the past, I’ve voted for RINOs I didn’t like but who won the nomination, mainly because I figured it was better than the alternative. It’s my understanding that Ritalin was developed by DARPA to treat a “new” hyperactivity disorder that children of combat vets from WW2 started displaying in the ’50’s and ’60’s. My source for the info was a chemistry professor at a Florida University who’s yard I would maintain.
When my sons were in K-3, I had a couple of different teachers tell me that they “needed” to be on Ritalin because they “wiggled too much”…thankfully, I did NOT listen! Instead, I pulled them out, homeschooled them (including LOTS of recess time), and somehow, they both managed to graduate from college with honors and are currently successful, responsible adults! All without Ritalin – imagine that!

My son was struggling in middle school and went through about a year of extreme OCD behavior.
The guidance counselor strongly recommended we see a psychiatrist and suggested their were excellent medications available.
My immediate concern was that if we started a 12 year old on medications, what was going to happen over time? This couldn’t be good for a young person’s mental development.
I opted to do everything I could as a mom before resorting to drugs. I was certain that once he started medication it would become a crutch he would never be able to let go of.
I spent about a year talking my son through frightening periods of bleeding hands from washing, weight loss because he imagined his food was poisoned, fear because he thought his father and I had been replaced by aliens, etc, etc, etc.
One day, after exhausting months of tears and endless talking and fear that I was failing my son by not getting outside help, I realized that he was acting normally – like the smart, sensitive young boy I had lost more than a year earlier. Through it all, he never missed school and worked towards a black belt in karate.
I know this doesn’t work for everyone. But he emerged from this period strong and confident that he was capable of managing his demons (OCD is very much like being controlled by demons!) through his own mental strength.
He is a middle aged father, and has had his share of stress and drama raising his own children. Stress triggers OCD episodes, but he has learned over the years how to manage, as he wife has also learned how to tweak his behavior with love and support.
Medications can serve a purpose, but are not an answer to any disease, physical or psychiatric.

When I hear about a four year old who “doesn’t focus”, my first thought is get her out of school until she’s five, not give her drugs.
When there are young adults with anti-social behavior, drugs need to be tried in a clinical setting on an in-patient bases, IMO.
I grew up in the late 80s and 90s…so I may younger then most, but if I had issues focusing I was told to go outside and work off the excess energy. Like go play with friends, ride a bike, or build a fort. Lots of times it was all 3 of those.
I think too many parents today don’t take the time actually parent.

but patients don’t WANT to hear from their Drs, that they need to change their lifestyle (which is very HARD, takes WORK and COMMITMENT.
TOO often, patients who know nothing about how their bodies work, just want Drs to “FIX IT” and a pill or a procedure to be a quick fix so they can get on with their lives.
Similarly, many parents don’t want to hear that maybe, just maybe little johnnie is “acting up” in school and at home is doing so, because he is rebelling at being raised in an environment lacking discipline, with clear rules consitently adhered to.
They are just tired of being called away from work, to emergencies created by an “out of control kid” and want a pill to “make it all better”.

Adderall and ritalin work great for about 3 days until tolerance/dependence starts to emerge. Those drugs prime kids for black market stimulant and alcohol abuse. Clarion, you are 100% correct. When the Covid scamdemic started, I did my own research about the masks, instead of just following the lamestream fake ‘media’ and the ‘experts’. Found out the holes on the masks are way, way bigger than the virus, it can fly right in. And the mask manufacturers even admit it by stating on the very boxes that the masks are sold in that the masks do not stop viruses.
I told people at work about it, told them to do their own research instead of just listening to the fake ‘media’ and the fake ‘experts’. Told them the scamdemic was all about mind control. One of the sheeple tried to counter me by publicly telling me I was not an ‘expert’. So I told him, “Use your own brain. You do not have to be an ‘expert’ in order to find out a so called ‘expert’ is a liar. You just need to know enough. Example- on this planet, on a clear day, you go outside and see that the sky is blue. Then a fake meteorologist, an ‘expert’, shows up and tells you it is not blue, it is green with purple polka dots. What would you believe, what your own eyes are showing you, or the ‘expert’? I would believe my own eyes. You would believe what the ‘expert’ says, not what your own eyes see. Stop being a puppet.”
Then I told him, “I am not an ‘expert’ but I took 3 years of real college level biology. That makes it even easier for me to tell when a fake ‘expert’ like Fauci is lying. And he is.”
Next day, to prove I was not lying, I brought in a copy of my college record, showed it in detail to some of my friends, and held it up in front of the sheeple, told them again “I am not an ‘expert’, but I know more than enough to be able to tell the fake ‘media’ and the fake ‘experts’ are lying. The puppet who argued with me continued to wear the muzzle for a long time. But he no longer does. I have not talked to him about that, but I guess he finally got tired of wearing the muzzle and did his own research, found out the ‘experts’ and the ‘media’ are a bunch of mind control liars.
The masks actually increase infection levels, because once a disease goes through the mask and infects you, every time you exhale into the mask, then inhale again, you reinhale some of the viruses you exhaled. The masks do not stop the viruses from coming in (or going out) but they do impede proper airflow. That helps the viruses to increase at a greater and faster rate than if you do not wear a mask. That is one of the reasons why the masked are dying at a much higher rate than the unmasked. Of course, the lamestream fake ‘media’ and the fake ‘experts’ are covering it up or playing it down because it does not fit the ‘narrative’. It is all about New World Order mind control.
Also, those who have taken the jab are dying at a much higher rate than those who have not. And the fake ‘media and the fake ‘experts’ are pretending not to know that.
I am 67 years old, do not wear the muzzle, and have not taken the jab. Even have been exposed to people who had Covid, and it did nothing to me (natural immunity). Several people at work (at a place with over 1,200 employees) who wore the muzzle and took the jab have died. Some were even younger than me.
N95 masks DO work, when worn properly. That’s why doctors and nurses wear them.
The problem is that the countries with mask mandates don’t mandate N95s, they allow surgical masks and even cloth face coverings.
No they don’t. Surgeons and nurses where masks so that they don’t spit into the patient when the patient is opened up. They ONLY reason for wearing a mask is to keep the mask-wearer from spitting on others. No mask can stop a respiratory virus. Simply put, if oxygen can get in, so can the virus. If oxygen can’t get in, the mask-wearer will quickly die of oxygen deprivation.
At this point, mask-wearing is nothing more than symbolism and superstition. If you want to keep yourself from ever getting infected, you have to stay home and order everyone in your household to do likewise. Otherwise, you would need an astronaut’s gear, with its own oxygen source, to be safe venturing outside your home.
Serena, doctors and nurses know- N95 masks work IF a virus is attached to a water droplet BIGGER than the size of the holes on the mask. The holes on N95 masks are 3 times as big as the Covid virus.
So, if a Covid virus is flying by itself, or if the size of the combined Covid/water droplet is smaller than the hole, it can go in or out. N95 masks are NOT 100% efficient.
Some years ago, my daughter wanted to be a nurse, and took several nursing courses. Her teachers were registered nurses. About a year ago, she met one of her former nursing teachers. They had a conversation about Covid and masks. Before my daughter even brought up the subject of the N95 masks the nurse did and told her that most people do not know that N95 masks are not 100% effective. Then she mentioned to my daughter the same things I mentioned to you above.
And told her more- that since the N95 masks are only 95% effective at blocking the spread of viruses (most people do not know, that is where the 95 in N95 comes from), even if everyone used N95 masks, eventually everyone would still get infected with Covid.
Also, the extended use of N95 masks cuts down on the amount of oxygen you get, and increases the amount of Carbon Monoxide in your body (confirmed by multiple studies). As a child, my father, sister and me used the standard N95 while digging for fossils in the limestone hills west of my hometown, to keep the dust from going into our lungs. After a few hours we all felt dizzy. After it happened a few times, we started using the N95 with the exhaust valve. It worked, helped us keep our Carbon Monoxide level very close to normal. But when it comes to Covid, an N95 with exhaust valve would be like not wearing a mask.

Their story didn’t smell right 50 years ago, even though I didn’t have the facts at hand. According to several court cases, including the SCOTUS case United States v. Throckmorton, the ruling is that fraud vitiates everything. As CQVFEFE said in another post, “And, not only does fraud vitiate everything, it does it right when the fraud is committed, not when it’s discovered or proven. Thus Biden NEVER WAS PRESIDENT. In fact, the instant he conspired to commit treason, he disqualified himself from office, before the act itself was ever committed. Hence he never won the election and therefore never served in office.”
Removing usurper Biden in this way also invalidates all of the legislation he signed and all of his appointees, including those to the Supreme Court.
There was also a suggestion by Lex Greene that the way to put President Trump back in the White House before 2024 is by filing Writ of Mandamus cases in the state supreme courts.

Ho was also involved in the CEFC venture, as originally reported by the New York Post and suppressed by the media and Big Tech firms.
The audio breaks the mainstream media’s narrative that the hard drive is somehow “fake” or does not implicate Hunter or Joe Biden in criminal investigations and/or business deals with the Chinese Communist Party.
And in October 2020, before the election, The Gateway Pundit first reported exclusively on Hunter Biden’s 2.8 carat CCP diamong from the now missing China energy tycoon.
It now appears that the Bidens are responsible for the missing US spies inside of China.

Biden will never be impeached. We have all the evidence we need, but it will never be brought forth. There’s billions at stake, not to mention a lot of hangings as well and the swamp won’t let that happen, as most of them would be swinging from a gallows rope if they did.

3. As Western air combat analysts have pointed out, Russia is not familiar with, nor does it practice, complicated, multi-aircraft, radars and air defense scenarios.
The Russian narrative is that Russia would win any conventional war with NATO. Ground truth is that they can’t even defeat a third rate military power, nor can they coordinate their air defense and Air Force well enough to keep from shooting down their best, supposedly stealthy, jets.
