If you create a timeline this BBC article came out about 6 months after W’s first veto in 2006. The veto was for Stem Cell Research. After the Copy and Paste there is a BBC article on Child Stem Cell Research in the Ukraine. Stem Cell harvesting requires late pregnancy abortion, and the live fetus does not survive.

There are undifferentiated stem cells. These you can only get early on. Embryonic stem cells.
Those ESCs haven’t become anything yet, so they have the potential to be everything that comes later. By the time a baby is born, you might as well call the stem cells adult stem cells.
That is right, adults have stem cells. Even us old adults. Some therapies come from harvesting your stem cells and then injecting them to help that particular organ. Sometimes that is not possible so donor cells that are found to match are injected. Like fighting Leukemia. Unfortunately this presents risk of rejection. It is also possible to use umbilical cord cells without murdering the child.
One possibility that lying scientists held out to us is the ability to kill an embryo by replacing its genetic material with ours. We used to call that cloning. But to get away with that, they redefined cloning to mean giving birth to such a creature.
Doing this and then growing the cloned embryo allows them to grow embryonic (and later adult) stem cells that your body shouldn’t reject. (It will still have the mothers RNA, not yours.)
But injecting undifferentiated stem cells can cause a cancer that is a wild growth of everything. They can’t miss any undifferentiated cells. And that can’t be guaranteed.
Worse, they have to grow your clone to get the organs you need. Your clone will have to be killed and harvested.
Where are they going to get enough of these embryos? Scavenging fertility clinics for donors won’t cut it. They will need human eggs. And as we have seen, my body my choice is just a fraud to allow abortions so they can harvest baby materials.
We have also seen that there are many uses for harvested baby materials. Some have been turned into cell lines. Grown and used and grown again like some sourdough starter. Just like you have hardly any of the cells you were born with but you are made of your cells, these cell lines have little to no cells from the aborted baby but they are all the aborted babies cells.
There are quite a lot of these cell lines. With lots and lots of uses. We learned that all of our jabs were tested in these cells. And one of them was manufactured in these cells. When we complained, they threw in our face that they had been hiding this barbaric practice and using it in the development of many medicines. Though many of the medicines they made these claims about had been developed long before those babies were ever harvested.
It is a very sick world we live in.

How about the idea that NATO expansionism has made the world less stable and has led to increased hostilities between the West and Russia? Mind you this is not the same Soviet Union that existed after WWII even if they haven’t fully joined the capitalist world. The arms sent to Ukraine using the money of taxpayers in the United States, United Kingdom, and elsewhere are being used to line the pockets of the Ukrainian authorities.

Ukraine is selling weapons it acquired from the West on the black market due to the Kiev forces’ limited ability to use them because of their lack of training, logistical challenges, and the diminishing size of the Ukrainian armed forces, former senior Pentagon adviser Karen Kwiatkowski told Sputnik on Thursday.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu previously said the arms supplied by the West to Ukraine were ending up on the black market and spreading across West Asia.
The statements by Moscow and the Pentagon are not just claims, as Kiev itself backed them by admitting that foreign aid meant for Ukraine was already being sold. Ukraine’s Bureau of Economic Security Director Vadym Melnyk told Ukraine 24 earlier this week that the agency had identified repeated cases of the sale of Western military and humanitarian aid.
“Given that these items are ‘free,’ a great deal of profit can be made by] selling what is not needed or cannot be easily used,” Kwiatkowski said. “Ukraine’s ability to utilize these ‘gifts’ is limited by lack of training, logistical challenges, and the ever-shrinking size of the Ukrainian army,” the retired US Air Force lieutenant colonel added.
While some of the incoming material is incomplete, Kiev simply cannot utilize other equipment and implement it into its tactics or strategy, she added.
Kwiatkowski also highlighted how ironically, some of the weapons Ukraine is selling will likely end up in the hands of the Russian armed forces and their allies.
Even weapons that Kiev could utilize on the battlefield will eventually be sold, the former defense official noted, including the high mobility and efficacy ones.
“Even more effective US-supplied weapons like anti-tank Javelin missiles, M142 HIMARS high mobility artillery rocket systems, and M270 MLRS multiple-launch rocket systems would probably start appearing on the black market once the Ukrainians decide to negotiate a cease-fire and a settlement with Moscow,” Kwiatkowski explained.

Ukraine has received billions and billions of dollars in donated arms from the United States and its allies such as the United Kingdom and other NATO states in the past few months. The Biden administration alone, as of July 1, has committed nearly $7 billion, the US State Department said last week.
Just last Thursday, the White House announced that the United States was sending a new batch of military supplies to Ukraine. The new batch of arms supply is worth $450 million in shipments.
Earlier that day, Ukraine received a batch of HIMARS, weapons set on top of the Ukrainian wishlist, and the Ukrainian Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov thanked, via his Twitter account, his “colleague and friend Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III for these powerful tools!”
An initial four units of the rocket system have already been delivered, kicking off the training program required for Ukrainian soldiers to operate the sophisticated and highly accurate weaponry.
Though the United States has been taking care of providing training for the Ukrainian soldiers when it comes to arms they are not accustomed to, Kiev is still selling its arms to the black market due to “inexperience”.
Even the HIMARS are likely to be sold, according to the former defense official, Pentagon policy chief Colin Kahl said Kiev’s forces recently completed training on HIMARS delivered to Ukraine by Washington and London.
