Well, the West is out of water and without Lake Mead and Lake Powell, there will be no electricity for the SW and for northern Mexico.

Almost the exact same thing happened in the 2022 Georgia Primary Selections. The candidate the machines claimed won was someone not even on the ballot. They did a machine recount. It didn’t work. They did a hand recount and it was nothing close. The candidate who did win one of two runoff spots, after the hand recount, was not even eligible for the runoff before the hand count, and got no votes in her home area.

I have twin bros. They can be very sweet. As the older sibling I helped raise them and used to carry one on each hip. They separated briefly while each went to school in a different state, but it did not last long. They ended up living together for some time, as bachelors, and started their own very successful windows and siding business, until the profession was taken over by under the table deals by illegals.
Oh, and #2 of the twins was born butt 1st. It was a difficult birth compared to the head first #1. Had it gone on for much longer #2 would not have made it.
The good news is that it was only the week before that they had told my mother she was having multiple births, triplets. 🙂 They were #6 & #7 of what would be 8 children all total.

What explains the disappearing American?
Historically, as Westernized cultures become more affluent and leisured, whether it’s ancient Rome or modern America and Europe, they birth fewer children — even as their appetites for more household and personal help spike.
Life apparently is seen as too enjoyable to invest years in raising children. Americans are certainly marrying later. They are having fewer children — and in their 30s rather than 20s.
Women now make up nearly 60% of undergraduate college students. Female professional careers and delaying or avoiding birth are seen as essential to future family incomes.
Given that men who pass on college now account for 70% of enrollment declines in undergraduate education, there are far too few college-educated males for the new majority cohort of college-educated women.
The real gender crisis in America are these listless and stalled 20-something men. Too many are still living at home, not fully employed, often in debt, hooked on social media, video games, or satisfying their appetites — and with scant interest in marrying, much less raising children.
Figures on annual abortions remain hotly disputed. But the number of annual reported abortions still ranges between somewhere from more than 600,000 to just under 900,000.
There may be almost 20 abortions for every 100 American pregnancies — or one in five pregnancies that are terminated.
Our popular culture reflects this multifarious growing reluctance to raise children. And currently only 65% of children grow up in families with both parents.
Those listless and stalled 20-something men grow into listless and stalled 30-something men. I know.
Among my son’s peers, the so-called Gen Z, nobody is “hooking up” and having s3x. I mean nobody. He has one friend with an on-again off-again girlfriend more to say he has one than anything else. They seem to see no point in forming families. Who can afford it? How would they even afford basic housing like a small apartment? On $15/hr starter pay? Nope. Just. Nope. It’s not financially feasible for these youngsters to start families. So they find other things to fill their lives.
I don’t know who is aborting kids, but the middle-class White kids I know in the 15 – 20 year old cohort in my area are not producing pregnancies. They aren’t even doing the act that would make that possible.
I dunno AG. I think you are blessed to be around folks who raise their kids with sense. There are plenty of screwups out there having sex every which way taking drugs you or I have never heard of.
Porn addicted to point of not desiring or capable of intercourse in the real world is another possibility.

I know many Catholic women with 8 to 12 kids that did not have their first until in their early 30s. The later age at marriage may be causing some of this (and certainly slows generational family growth), but it’s really that we have had since the Boomers three generations (Boomers, Gen X, and Millennials) of adults that chose to have few or no children.
Replacement rate is 2.1 children born per woman. A growing, life-affirming culture should encourage far more than 2.1 children per woman.
I am Gen X. I have often contemplated how many of my classmates I attended K-8 with had no children. And how few had more than 2 or 3. And Millennials have even less interest in children.

Today, Collins is the highest paid adviser to the president with the most expensive White House staff ever, according to data compiled by the Chicago-based non-profit government watchdog, Open The Books (OTB).
Collins is paid $300,000 annually as the Acting Science Adviser to President Joe Biden. The new salary represents a 47 percent increase over the $203,500 annual compensation Collins made as NIH Director for 12 years. All salary figures were obtained by OTB under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

Just to illustrate the size and scope of the overall problem, see the Biden-Harris Management Agenda Vision statement, which represents how the Administrative State sees itself, its problems, and its proposed solutions.
To provide context concerning the size of the HHS Administrative State, the President’s FY 2022 HHS budget proposes $131.8 billion in discretionary budget authority and $1.5 trillion in mandatory funding. In contrast, President’s FY 2022 budget request for DoD is $715 billion. According to Federal News Network, the President’s Budget Request included approximately $62.5 billion for NIH, compared to $42.9 billion the agency received in the 2022 continuing resolution, and $42.8 billion in the final 2021 budget. The request represents a 7.2% increase for research project grants, a 50% increase in the buildings and facilities appropriation, and a 5% increase for training. The 2023 proposal includes $12.1 billion more for pandemic preparedness, and an additional $5 billion to stand up the new Advanced Research Project Agency for Health (ARPA-H). Based on 2022 numbers, the NIH budget (alone, not including ASPR/BARDA) represents 8.7% of the entire DoD budget.

In cold war proxy wars, the home team supported by a distant superpower beats the other superpower’s away team. Vietnam beats USA, Afghanistan beats USSR. Post cold war proxy wars are the same, except USA was beat by Iraq and Afghanistan who were supported by regional power, not some superpower.
Note, the invading superpower has total dominance, but the pesky rebels never go away as long as they get support. Eventually, it isn’t worth it and the invader goes home.

This one fact is what plagues Putin. At first he thought Ukraine’s government would easily fall, and that the military wouldn’t resist. That proved wrong on both counts. Now he is grinding out victory over the land of the peoples he moved to protect. There, the home team has a lot of ethnic Russians, Russian speakers and people sick and tired of abuse from Ukraine.
But now he has a conundrum. If he goes further west, the home team will be the anti-Russians who were abusing Russians. But if he doesn’t, how does he get Ukraine to accept an end to the war? There is still more territory he could take and have people welcome Russia. The rest of Donbas. The Odessa region. But even now, there is some resistance in Donbas, and that will surely grow as he conquers westward to Odessa or Kiev or further.
Putin has achieved the primary goals. The east is protected. Nazis have been slaughtered. Crimea has a safe buffer zone and control over its water supply. The Sea of Azov is now all Russian. Moscow has a few more miles between it and hostile land. Taking Kharkov and Odessa aren’t as high on his goals as taking the rest of Donbas, but that could still happen.
But getting this to end when neither Biden or Zelensky are willing to end it presents a big problem.
Putin can get the war to end by grinding out victory over the unfriendly western Ukraine. But the resistance to occupation will be nightmarish. Maybe he will succeed in squelching it like he did in Chechnya. But that is doubtful if NATO and PedoJoe keep blowing money on Ukraine.
Or Putin can establish a defensive line to protect and hold the territories he has taken. That last though will be under constant assault by newly armed and trained Ukrainian forces as long as Zelensky keeps fighting and NATO keeps backing Zelensky in doing so. At minimum, this course needs a ceasefire agreement.
Even though the west thought Ukraine would collapse, they instigated this war because they were sure they could destroy Putin with sanctions. That failed, but he is still a good boogeyman to use in escaping the harm the west is doing to itself. Until they have achieved their domestic goals, the west isn’t going to let up on Putin. And the Neocon warmongers are happy to keep Russia engaged in an eternal war.

President Joe Biden’s administration sold 950,000 barrels of oil from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve to a Chinese state-owned gas company that has financial ties to a private equity firm cofounded by Hunter Biden, according to a Washington Free Beacon report.
In April, Biden’s Department of Energy announced the nearly one million barrel sale to Unipec, which is the trading arm of Sinopec. Sinopec is wholly owned and operated by the Chinese Communist Party.
Unipec reportedly purchases oil across the globe and then apparently sells it through its Sinopec Marketing subsidiary.
If you travel through China you will find Sinopec gas stations all over the place. It’s one of the largest oil and gas companies in China. Joe Biden took oil from US reserves which are supposed to be held for emergencies and national crises. This reserve is not to be used to give to our enemies who are attacking us economically and recently with COVID19.
TGP reported that Hunter had numerous business dealings in China while his dad was Obama’s Vice President with other Chinese companies.
We also know that Hunter was close to the ‘spy chief’ in China.
Hunter’s business deals in the past were not alone. Hunter also held money for his dad, then Obama Vice President Joe Biden.

We know Hunter Biden, son of presidential candidate Joe Biden owns 10% of a private-equity firm called Bohai Harvest RST (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Co (BHR); he acquired this interest in 2017 after leaving the BHR board.
Joe & Co Didn’t Just Sell Out America, They Sold Out The Whole Free World
An investigation into Dominion Voting Systems by Austin Security and Investigation Solutions showed Staple Street Capital acquired Dominion Voting Systems in 2018.
As noted by the Gateway Pundit, “On Oct 8, 2020, Staple Street Capital filed SEC Form D offerings and sales amount of $400,000,000 with the Sales Compensation Recipient identified as UBS Securities.
“UBS Securities is a swiss investment bank which owns 24.99% of UBS Securities Co LTD, a Chinese Investment Bank. The remaining 75% of UBS Securities CO LTD is owned by the Chinese government,” states the report.
What we didn’t know was Biden’s sponsors and investors in BHR are strategic partners with COFCO Group which owns 14% of UBS Securities, hence own an interest in Dominion Voting Systems.
COFCO Group is a state-owned enterprise under the control SASAC (The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council).
Hunter Biden’s BHR partner, China Life Insurance has a strategic cooperation framework agreement with COFCO dating back to 2013. China Life Insurance (CLI) and Biden’s BHR are invested together in other projects including China’s DiDi which bought out Uber in China.
COFCO Corporation and China Life Insurance (Group) Company signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement in Beijing on February 25, 2013.
Where it gets interesting is Biden’s BHR investment with an Uber-like company called DiDi which is a major investment for BHR. DiDi Chuxing lost $1.6 billion in 2018. CLI is not only backing Biden’s BHR investment as a sponsor and partner, they backstopped DiDi’s losses with their own investment in 2016. DiDi received $21 billion in financing from 18 investors including CLI.
