The best analogy I heard was a business that does say $8,000 in cash sales daily which is pretty consistent. The business owner could get called out for “structuring” by the IRS if they make daily deposits of nearly identical amounts under the reporting threshold; however, if they seek to avoid this then they risk having their “large” amounts of cash taken for no reason if stopped by the wrong LEO. Between Civil Asset Forfeiture (no one carries that much cash) and the IRS structuring claims you are stuck between a rock and a hard place. You shouldn’t have to explain why you have cash, the LEO’s, IRS, DEA, ATF, etc should be able to articulate to a judge why you might be a criminal and get a proper warrant.
They take your $13,000 cash and you spend that and them some on attorney fees trying to get it back, that’s the problem!!
If you think I’m making this up, search Lehto’s Law and Civil Asset Forfeiture, he has a lot of videos talking about cases where people have been screwed without having ever been charged with a crime but lost their cash.

Joe Rogan has more followers than anyone I can think of. Yes, he comes across rather lib, but he is very open to truth. He plays stupid sometimes, allowing his guests opportunity to prove him wrong. His long interviews are a deterrent for me, but millennials are watching and they see Joe coming around on many issues, just by truth being revealed.
It’s not for everyone, he drinks and smokes dope on there, sometimes, but for that show, it works. It’s not for us, it’s for those millennials who are more lib and seeking answers.

Interesting, I read an article yesterday about airport problems – big lines due to lack of staffing. I guess it’s hard to hire back people you let go, you know those they let go when government shutdown the world. Every single person being hired or hired back must go through an extensive background check (this particular example was talking about Amsterdam’s airport).
It’s almost unfathomable how shutting everything down has made it almost impossible to get going again. The law of unintended consequences stokes again.

For those wondering about the legal terms “Force majeure”, it is a provision in a contract that frees both parties from obligation if an extraordinary event directly prevents one or both parties from performing.
So, if the JoeBama Administration or one of allies, say those with ownership positions in transportation companies, issue regulations creates a problem the manufacturers of fuels and additives they cannot control …. those companies producing fuel and additives can invoke this legal position.
The interesting follow-on issues:
If they have resources, are the fuel and additive companies going to court to redress the situation?
… or … are the fuel and additive companies OK with the situation because they can comfortably hide behind “Force majeure”, for the time being …. only to come roaring back with bigger profits later?

This is devastating. I have a friend whose beautiful daughter got caught up in all this. She was a feminine girl who always liked to dress to the nines. When she was in 10th grade all that changed. Prayers sent for the young lady to be healed mentally and restored to her mother.

People have a hard time understanding what i mean when i say we are worse off with the GOP rather than just “almost as bad.” It the way Vaanden Bosche explained the shots. Suboptimal pressure creates viral immune escape and makes the virus stronger.
Boy he isn’t kidding.
