Studies Link Incurable Prion Disease With COVID-19 Vaccines

Studies on COVID-19 vaccines have suggested a link between receiving the vaccination and developing Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD), a rare and fatal brain condition.
A preprint French study suggests that the Pfizer, Moderna, and AstraZeneca vaccines may have contributed to the emergence of a new type of sporadic CJD that is much more aggressive and rapid in progression than the traditional form of the disease.
CJD is caused by abnormalities in a protein called a prion, prions naturally exist in the brain and are usually harmless. However, when they become diseased or misfolded, they cause nearby prions to also become misshapen, leading to the deterioration of brain tissue and eventually death.
The disease is incurable. Since once one prion becomes infected, it continues to propagate to other prions in the brain. This causes progressive damage very rapidly, and currently, there aren’t any treatments capable of stopping its progress.
The majority of people with CJD have the sporadic type, meaning they become infected for no apparent reason and a small subset of people is diagnosed due to heredity.
Sporadic CJD, though occurring at random, has been linked to the consumption of contaminated meat, such as beef from a cow that has been infected with diseased prions.
CJD ties in with COVID-19 vaccines, as the first Wuhan COVID-19 strain had a prion region in its spike protein. The same with the Delta variant, though the spike protein in the Omicron variant doesn’t carry a prion region.
Therefore, when the Wuhan variant’s spike protein gene information was made into a vaccine as part of mRNA and adenoviral DNA vaccines, the prion region was also incorporated.
A U.S. study published in the journal Microorganisms indicated that the prion area is able to interact with human cells by assisting with the virus’s entry, indicating that the prion regions are capable of interaction with human cellular components.
After a patient takes an mRNA vaccine from Pfizer or Moderna, the mRNA is naturally incorporated into the person’s cells. The cells in the body will then naturally translate the spike protein mRNA instructions to produce a natural spike protein as part of a normal cellular process.
When the spike protein gets released by the cell into the bloodstream or tissue fluids, immune cells will recognize the spike protein as a foreign substance and mount an immune attack. This tricks the cells into believing that they have been infected so that they will create an immunological memory against a component of the coronavirus.
For the AstraZeneca vaccine, which uses an adenoviral vector platform, an extra transformational process is involved.
The DNA of the spike protein is carried into the cell through a transporter in the form of adenovirus. The DNA will then go into the nucleus, where all human DNA is stored. From there, the DNA is first changed into spike protein mRNA and then made into the spike protein.
Though major health organizations say genetic material from the vaccines isn’t incorporated into human DNA, mRNA studies conducted on human cells in labs have found that mRNA can be transcribed into DNA and then incorporated into the human genome, highlighting a possibility for viral gene incorporation.
The primary reasoning behind the CJD concern is outlined in a U.S. study published in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research. The study suggested that the problem underlying the development of CJD is that all biological processes are prone to mistakes.
Therefore, errors can occur in process of translating mRNA information into proteins, leading to protein misfolding, and subsequent misfolded prion regions. These misfolded prion regions then may be able to interact with healthy prions, and change the healthy prions also into pathogenic ones, leading to CJD disease.
Further, the study highlighted that the spike protein genetic sequence in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines have been “mutated” or changed, so that the protein would be more stable in the body and have a harder time getting into the cell. This was done deliberately so that the viral proteins would be exposed longer and therefore would elicit a stronger immune response.
This new change introduced into the spike proteins, may also increase the chance of misfolding, wrote the authors of the study.
Previous studies of CJD in cannibalistic groups have indicated that CJD can remain dormant after infection for around 10 years or more. A study published in Nature has indicated that Kuru, a form of CJD endemic to the Papua New Guinea regions, can be dormant for over 50 years.
However, the authors of the French study found that the CJD cases observed in individuals who had received COVID-19 vaccines were a lot more rapid in onset, with symptoms appearing within 11.38 days of being vaccinated, indicative of a new form of CJD.
A peer-reviewed study in Turkey (pdf) identified a sudden case of CJD in an 82-year-old woman whose symptoms appeared one day after receiving the first dose of the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine, also known as CoronaVac. Unlike mRNA- and vector-based vaccines, CoronaVac is an inactivated vaccine, which means that it contains an inactivated version of the original coronavirus.
The French study identified 26 cases across Europe and the United States. Twenty of the individuals had already died by the time the study was written, with death occurring, on average, 4.76 months after being vaccinated. Among the cases, 8 individuals experienced sudden death, passing away in an average of 2.5 months.
“All this confirms the radically different nature of this new form of CJD, whereas the classic form requires several decades,” the researchers wrote.
The study’s lead author, Dr. Jean-Claude Perez, informed The Epoch Times on June 6 by email that all 26 patients had died.
The researchers thanked Marc Doyer in their acknowledgments. Doyer is the president of the CJD France Association, he collected 50 cases, of which 23 were mentioned in the study.
The passing of his wife, who developed CJD 14 days after receiving the Pfizer vaccine and passing a year later, was the motivator behind Doyer, Perez, and his team’s work.

Has anyone read Kellyanne Conway’s book yet? I haven’t read it yet but have seen her recent appearances on TV, and I get the distinct feeling that Trump gave control of his campaign to Kushner and Kellyanne was relegated to the back seat … and Trump lost. Yes there was massive Democrat ballot fraud, I do not discount the importance of it, but I think Conway discusses the election strategy details in her book and I’m looking forward to reading them. I want to know if it was possible to overcome the fraud. Trump was hurt by the COVID pandemic, the Democrats were on non-stop blast criticizing his every move. I don’t recall even seeing any campaign ads for him. I’m wondering how the 2020 strategy differed from 2016. If he runs again in 2024 (I pray he does) I hope he lets Conway have full control.

I’ve read the book. Kellyanne has absolutely nothing good to say about Kushner and believes he and his assistants ran a poor campaign in 2020 wasting a lot of $. Kellyanne resigned before the campaign really got underway. Among other things she believes the campaign staff (and WH) was not sufficiently prepared for all the irregularities that went on during the election.
Peter Navarro also had bad stuff to say about Jared. Jared was passive aggressive and sneaky but the worse thing is he was in charge of pulling together a legal team to deal with legal fraud after the election and he did not do it!

ive wondered about this too. My thinking is bear spray…then whack them over the head with the gun and run like hell. Idk…just a thought. Plus….intruder can’t be sure your gun is unloaded.
I think that Washington state tried or has a similar law about guns in a house with kids had to be unloaded.
Do know that many states say you have to have a gun lock, especially if there are kids in the home.

In trying to find an article on the Women’s March I thought I had lost I found out that the Democrats are way past Hypocrites on Capitol breaches. Yes I know Democrats are huge Rats, but DAMN, the more I dig the more I seem to find.
How many of you all remembered that in 2018, there was not just one but two breaches of the Capitol by groups supported by the Democrats. Some were arrested in both groups, but released the next day, many due to bail paid by Democratic politicians.
Then DAMN, just this week Schiff let in the Colbert group to harass congressionals and just wander the building with no escort. After security kicked them out once, another Democratic congressional got them back in to again to harass and wander the building alone a second time the same night.
On June 28 Protestors against Trump’s Immigration policies breached the Capitol & Occupied the Hart Building for many hours. Some were Arrested but from what I can tell there were out with barely only a hand slap.
On Oct 28 not only did The Women’s March brag on Twitter, about what they did to security, the barricades, how they had wanted to take over the capitol, but occupied the Hart Building for many hours! Seems that the Women’s March was/is so proud of their breech that the posts are all still up along with videos.

Continuing with her anti-India tirade, Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar has introduced a resolution that calls the U.S. Secretary of State to designate India as a country of particular concern for alleged violation of religious freedom.
Co-sponsored by Congresswomen Rashida Talib and Juan Vargas, the resolution urges the Biden administration to implement the recommendations of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom which has called for designating India as a country of particular concern for three consecutive years.
Introduced in the House of Representatives on Tuesday, the resolution has been sent to the House Foreign Affairs Committee for necessary action.
A resolution like this is very unlikely to see the light of the day, given the vindictive approach being adopted by Congresswoman Omar. She has openly sided with Pakistani officials on the issue of India.
