My husband ran in the TN Republican primary for our local County Commission. He lost by only 11 votes and challenged the election for a variety of reasons.
Last night, the Republican State Executive Committee reviewed the evidence and agreed that the election was invalid and voted by 2/3 majority to decertify the election.
Victory was short-lived, however, because when the committee couldn’t figure out an appropriate remedy, they backtracked and voted to un-decertify and recess until today. Gutless wonders! And this is supposed to be a very red county in the very red state of TN. I am disgusted.
GOP Party leaders don’t want to remove the RINOs who pander to Democrats. We had 87 bonafide Democrats vote in a Republican primary. But I bet as soon as the committee votes in favor of the RINOs, we will call it done and over.

Recent CISA Report Identifies Massive System Vulnerabilities in Dominion Voting Systems Used in Georgia Then Claims There’s No Evidence These Vulnerabilities Were Abused in 2020 – But How Can They Be Trusted?

Weeks before the 2020 Election, leaders in the government confirmed in agreement that the US Election would be the safest in US history. This list included some major league corrupt actors in the US.
This announcement was not backed by any real information as time would tell. A short time after the election it was reported that there was a major security breach with SolarWinds Orion products that were used by Dominion Voting machines. This breach made these corrupt government agents look foolish in their prior claims.
At about the same time an investigation was taking place in Georgia of the Dominion voting machines used there. The individual who was performing the investigation was no fan of President Trump. He released the report from his work and this was covered up immediately by corrupt Obama Judge Amy Totenberg, who we wrote about this morning. Judge Totenberg has withheld this report to this day. This is just another example of judicial overreach and corruption and coverup of the 2020 Election steal.
On Friday the government agency, CISA, released a report that was in response to the issues identified in the Halderman report. We know this because the CISA report says so:
J. Alex Halderman, University of Michigan, and Drew Springall, Auburn University, reported these vulnerabilities to CISA.
The report then lists a number of significant issues with the election system that ran the 2020 Election in Georgia. In the corporate world a system like this would be thrown out and replaced before ever being put in use, but his is the state government in Georgia and we have seen over the past few years how inept and unprincipled these state governments can be.
The corrupt actors in Georgia, including the Secretary of State and Judge Totenberg, ensured that the Domionion system remains in place with the material issues included in the Halderman report and described in the CISA report.
Here is a list of material weaknesses embedding the Dominion system used in Georgia according to CISA. In it’s vulnerability review CISA now admits that the Domion Voting Systems allow for access from almost anyone, allows for malicious software to be loaded a device, allows for attackers to use a different mode on the system, and print a number of ballots without detection:
NOTE: Mitigations to reduce the risk of exploitation of these vulnerabilities can be found in Section 3 of this document.
2.2.1 IMPROPER VERIFICATION OF CRYPTOGRAPHIC SIGNATURE CWE-347
The tested version of ImageCast X does not validate application signatures to a trusted root certificate. Use of a trusted root certificate ensures software installed on a device is traceable to, or verifiable against, a cryptographic key provided by the manufacturer to detect tampering. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to install malicious code, which could also be spread to other vulnerable ImageCast X devices via removable media.
CVE-2022-1739 has been assigned to this vulnerability.
2.2.2 MUTABLE ATTESTATION OR MEASUREMENT REPORTING DATA CWE-1283
The tested version of ImageCast X’s on-screen application hash display feature, audit log export, and application export functionality rely on self-attestation mechanisms. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to disguise malicious applications on a device.
CVE-2022-1740 has been assigned to this vulnerability.
2.2.3 HIDDEN FUNCTIONALITY CWE-912
The tested version of ImageCast X has a Terminal Emulator application which could be leveraged by an attacker to gain elevated privileges on a device and/or install malicious code.
CVE-2022-1741 has been assigned to this vulnerability.
2.2.4 IMPROPER PROTECTION OF ALTERNATE PATH CWE-424
The tested version of ImageCast X allows for rebooting into Android Safe Mode, which allows an attacker to directly access the operating system. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to escalate privileges on a device and/or install malicious code.
CVE-2022-1742 has been assigned to this vulnerability.
2.2.5 PATH TRAVERSAL: ‘../FILEDIR’ CWE-24
The tested version of ImageCast X can be manipulated to cause arbitrary code execution by specially crafted election definition files. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to spread malicious code to ImageCast X devices from the EMS.
CVE-2022-1743 has been assigned to this vulnerability.
2.2.6 EXECUTION WITH UNNECESSARY PRIVILEGES CWE-250
Applications on the tested version of ImageCast X can execute code with elevated privileges by exploiting a system level service. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to escalate privileges on a device and/or install malicious code.
CVE-2022-1744 has been assigned to this vulnerability.
2.2.7 AUTHENTICATION BYPASS BY SPOOFING CWE-290
The authentication mechanism used by technicians on the tested version of ImageCast X is susceptible to forgery. An attacker with physical access may use this to gain administrative privileges on a device and install malicious code or perform arbitrary administrative actions.
CVE-2022-1745 has been assigned to this vulnerability.
2.2.8 INCORRECT PRIVILEGE ASSIGNMENT CWE-266
The authentication mechanism used by poll workers to administer voting using the tested version of ImageCast X can expose cryptographic secrets used to protect election information. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to gain access to sensitive information and perform privileged actions, potentially affecting other election equipment.
CVE-2022-1746 has been assigned to this vulnerability.
2.2.9 ORIGIN VALIDATION ERROR CWE-346
The authentication mechanism used by voters to activate a voting session on the tested version of ImageCast X is susceptible to forgery. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to print an arbitrary number of ballots without authorization.
CVE-2022-1747 has been assigned to this vulnerability.
Professor Halderman notes in a previous presentation the many ways that US elections are at risk for manipulation.
CISA in their report in one of the first sentences claims the following:
CISA has no evidence that these vulnerabilities have been exploited in any elections.
This means that they could have been used in the 2020 Election and no doubt they were.
The CISA report goes on to say this:
Exploitation of these vulnerabilities would require physical access to individual ImageCast X devices, access to the Election Management System (EMS), or the ability to modify files before they are uploaded to ImageCast X devices.
Any of these things could have occurred. It looks like the CISA is trying to cover its bases before the Halderman report is released. What a corrupt government we have.

BREAKING VoterGA REPORT: Evidence Shows Georgia Voting System May Have Added 15% to Raffensperger Totals

VoterGA released a report today providing evidence that corrupt Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger received an additional 15% of votes added to his totals in the recent Georgia primary.
The team at VoterGA released a report today that provides evidence that in the recent primaries in Georgia, 15% of corrupt Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s votes were garbage. In their press release, VoterGA shared the following:
VoterGA first presented an Election Night graphic showing Georgia’s voting system allocated 3,317 votes to a Fulton County School Board District 7 candidate who was NOT on the ballot! That same graphic showed candidate Phil Chen with zero votes at 10:12 on Election Night even though he actually received 49.7% of the vote in the race. Chen has challenged the outcome of that contest.
VoterGA also added more detail about the problems in the DeKalb District 2 Commission race where a hand count audit determined that the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 voting system shifted thousands of Election Day votes from one candidate to another and selected the wrong winners to face each other in a runoff. They presented excerpts from a letter written to the DeKalb County Board of Elections by VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito. It explained a variety of reasons that the irregularities found could not be solely attributed to a candidate alignment error after one candidate withdrew from the race. The massive discrepancies also appear to be attributable to a Dominion system counting error.
But perhaps the most stunning news was the evidence collected from an audit monitoring team during the Cobb County Vinings cityhood hand count audit on Monday. The team monitored a majority of those Election Day ballots in the Vinings 04 precinct that were being hand counted. The monitoring team decided to count the votes of incumbent Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger while the cityhood count was in progress.
The team found that Secretary Raffensperger received about 53% of the Republican Election Day votes for Secretary of State in that precinct. That would be in line with the statewide voting percentages that enabled him to avoid a runoff except that the Dominion voting system awarded Raffensperger 68.4% of those same votes. Thus, the Dominion software attributed 15% more votes to Raffensperger’s totals than the actual ballots seem to show when monitors counted Raffensperger’s votes.
“We are concerned that the algorithm that appears to be adding unearned votes to Raffensperger’s totals is running statewide,” VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito noted. “It is imperative that the SOS race be audited in all counties. That is why we filed Open Records Requests to get an independent copy of the ballots in all counties so we can verify the electronic results.”

URGENT: Recent Georgia GOP Primary Exihibited More Patterns Eerily Similar to 2020’s “Drop and Roll”

We strongly suspect that Georgia’s corrupt Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, didn’t legitimately win the recent 2022 primary in the state. For one, no one liked him. But now we have proof of his impossible victory for Secretary of State. Governor Kemp’s race was just as bad.
After the 2020 Election, we identified the “Drop and Roll”. Across numerous states, on Election night 2020, large ballot dumps of nearly all Biden-only impossible results were reported at nearly the same time, early on the morning of November 4th. After these dumps or drops, we then saw all subsequent reporting of results at similar ratios of Biden to Trump votes, always favoring Biden. This was enough proof to decertify the 2020 Election results in these states and call for new and safe and secure elections.
The recent GOP primaries show similar patterns in two big races. In the Governor’s race, incumbent GOP governor Kemp, who is very much disliked by the GOP in Georgia (other than the elites) somehow pulled off the win against Trump-backed former Senator David Perdue.
But what happened during the election was impossible. At one point in the night, 200,000 votes were lost.
LadyDraza on Telegram shows these results. Here was the original reporting in Fulton County:
Here was the reporting moments later – a 190,000 vote decrease.
You can see in these graphs the number of ballots for the candidates grew and then were reduced by 200,000 votes in the middle of the night. How again does it make sense that the number of votes anywhere at any time are reduced by 190,000?
Notice: The totals for each candidate went up the same percent and down the same percent as if their numbers were all at a fixed ratio. How is this possible? It isn’t.
As LadyDraza reports, their results show that the unknown candidate for governor’s results were 5% of Governor Kemp’s at all times. How does this make sense?
In the Secretary of State’s race, the results were more suspect. The main reason is that no one likes or trusts Brad Raffensperger.
The GOP’s Secretary of State race was Raffensperger’s all night where he was consistently at just slightly above 50% mark in the total votes turned in. This too is not possible. By winning by more than 50%, there was no runoff race for this office.
Maybe not the drop, but the roll was certainly in place in Georgia in these most recent 2022 primary results.
This must be investigated.

The results announced Wednesday evening — more than a week after election day and two days after the manual count was completed — showed Michelle Long Spears leading the way in the race for the District 2 commission seat, with Lauren Alexander finishing second.
If the results stand, those two would be in a runoff later this month.
Marshall Orson, a longtime DeKalb school board member looking make the transition to county government, would be in third place and out of the running.
That would be a dramatic departure from the preliminary results first reported in the race to represent the district that covers parts of the Decatur, Brookhaven and Atlanta areas in northwest DeKalb.

Results posted the morning after the May 24 Democratic primary showed that none of the candidates had eclipsed the 50% mark to avoid a June 21 runoff election. Orson and Alexander were at the time reported as the top two vote-getters, with Spears on the outside looking in.
Spears and supporters soon discovered, however, that results showed her receiving zero election day votes at all but a few precincts.
County officials initially suggested that was the result of a simple “display error.” The secretary of state’s office later confirmed that a series of programming changes to voting touchscreens and scanners contributed to an erroneous count.
Ultimately, state elections workers created a situation where most election day ballot scanners were programmed to expect votes for four candidates in the District 2 race when there were only three displayed on ballots. That inconsistency prevented votes for Spears from being counted properly, officials said.

The issues also made the county elections office’s attempt at rescanning ballots a largely fruitless effort. They instead launched a hand count of the ballots cast at the more than three dozen polling places in District 2.
That tally took place over Memorial Day weekend, with three-member teams sifting through paper ballots and confirming voter selections. Counting finished up around midnight Monday.
Elections director Keisha Smith raised some eyebrows during the Tuesday afternoon meeting in which certification of the results was postponed until later this week, saying she wasn’t yet confident in the District 2 vote count and preliminary results wouldn’t be released.
Dele Lowman Smith, chair of the elections board, clarified early Wednesday that officials had a “high degree of confidence” that the hand count in that race was conducted appropriately. But they were taking extra time to double- and triple-check that the results were accurately entered into a spreadsheet and totaled.
“We’re a little gun-shy,” Lowman Smith said. “You put out one thing and to try to be transparent and respond urgently, and if it’s not 100% accurate then we’re accused of being dishonest. And then if you wait to try and get it right then we’re accused of hiding things.
“We just want to get it right.”
All results are considered unofficial until certified by the county elections board, and the Wednesday evening press release announcing the new totals said final results were still being tabulated and reconciled.
Orson, who would be out of the runoff if the updated results stand, said he and his team were reviewing the new data but there were “serious questions as to the administration of the election and the administration of the results.”
“The idea that problems related to the programming of the voting machines and the calculation of votes could not ultimately taint every aspect of the process, including the production of paper ballots, defies belief,” he said in a statement provided to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “We will continue to review our options, keeping at the forefront that any decision should work to foster the integrity and trustworthiness of our electoral process.”

Alexander also said she would continue to monitor the situation: “It remains important to me that every vote is counted with accuracy and reflects the voters’ will. And Spears, who was endorsed by outgoing District 2 commission Jeff Rader and led her opponents in fundraising and early voting before the apparent election day snafus, said she was “thrilled” to be positioned for the runoff.
“Since my opponent has been in the runoff for over a week now,” she said, “we are already at a critical disadvantage of informing voters that I led the race in the Democratic primary with over 43% of the voters — and now it is important to focus on getting voters back to the polls to elect me as their next D2 commissioner.”
DeKalb’s elections board is currently scheduled to certify the results of the District 2 primary — and all other races — during a special called meeting at 5 p.m. Friday.
