Hey guys. For the past two days I have been battling COVID.
Everything is ok, I just feel like I have been run over by a truck; deep, deep body aches, slight fever and exhaustion.
I’m in good health and using the protocol. If no improvement tomorrow, I will go on the hunt for the monoclonal antibodies.
Again, not to worry, I just wanted to explain why the deep research outlines are missing.
Love to all, Sundance

Get well quickly. Lots of rest and fluids. Prayers going up.
Hang in there SD 😘
Quercetin 1 gram, zinc 30-50mg, twice a day with meal.
vitamin D, vitamin C 1 gram powder drink mix (Emergen-C brand) once a day.
If you are too sick to hold down any food, keep sipping water and Pedialyte.
Throw some Ivermectin along with this protocol and be back to norm before no time
Godspeed in your recovery friend. We walk with you.
Praying for you and wishing you a speedy recovery!!! I had Covid last August and I also felt like I got hit by a truck in addition to having a school bus parked on my chest! Two helpful tips – get Poppi, which is a probiotic soda (grape got me through my 6 weeks of down time) in addition to Dr Zelensko’s -Z-STACK-vitamins! We need you sir, so please get better ASAP!! ❤️
A Finger Pulse Oximeter Blood Oxygen Saturation SpO2 Monitor is also a good buy for ~ $12 on Amazon 👍
Sorry to hear. I just got over it myself. Z Pack and rest worked for me fortunately. Get well Sundance.
Praying for your healing …
Vitamin C and D and magnesium and most importantly zinc along with Quercetin can be bought in bulk and it’s much cheaper and use it on a regular basis and non flush niacin.
Chicken soup Chicken soup
Nicotine patches and or gum will help too.
One of the lowest numbers of Covid in people who smoke/chew or use nicotine products or vaping
we have not had it yet. maybe because we smoke like chimneys. wonderful pipe tobacco blended with bourbon. I smoke corncobs. he has a briar. smells so good and is relaxing. not too good at smoke rings like Gandalf
They mentioned that very early on with the original outbreaks in China and Italy. Smokers fared fairly well.
Wishing you a speedy and complete recovery.
Sending prayers your way Sundance.
Godspeed your imminent and complete recovery.
The biggest struggle for me was fighting the fear that I would get worse after losing my senses of smell and taste. To combat it, I listened to positive Christian podcasts on YouTube while resting. Really helped!
Praying for your speedy recovery! You are loved and appreciated Sundance!
Best wishes for a speedy recovery, Sundance!
Hope you feel better soon.
Be sure to get extra selenium: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8569840/
Extra prayers already being said for you!
Cheers Sundance,
The wife and I had it.
Exhaustion, loss of appetite and sense of taste were the biggies for us.
4-5 days and my hope is you will notice as much improvement as we did.
All the best!
Hope you are able to get your hands on some Ivermectin.
Best wishes & get well soon.
Get well soon, SunDance!
If you have the GI track version Sundance Famitodine (Pepcid A/C) helps. I had original Version March 2020 from France. Symptoms went away for me in two days with Pepcid, Simvastatin and Hydroxychloroquin. My Wife had a resurgence after appearing to go away day 3 and came on again day 7 for 3 more days. FLCCC protocol is the most reliable procedure. Loss of taste may linger for a period. If you have not had Vax your antibodies will last with T cell memory (TD8)strong. Your blood immune B antibodies gradually fade over 2 years. T-Detect.com has a test for memory T cell long lasting immunity.
Three family members have just gotten it a second time- not vaxxed. A brother lost his sense of taste-couldn’t eat red meat for months-tasted rotten. I lost my sense of smell for several months. Sixteen months later only partially recovered sense of smell. If there’s a silver lining to it, my Dad’s incontinent and it makes things easier. It must be like a seasonal flu if it gets around natural immunity.
Hugs! Pushhealth.com was very helpful for me. Registered online. Nurse practitioner obtained my history. Based on my weight prescribed Ivermectin. She contacted a nearby pharmacy. (About $1 per pound) for Ivermectin. Consultation fee of $90. Big pharmacies for political reasons are not filling scripts for Ivermectin. So if you know of a compounding pharmacy near you, Push Health caregivers will contact them. Vitamin c, Vitamin D3, Quercetin, Zinc, baby (low dose) asprin, betadine iodine dipped cotton swabs in nostrils to knock down viral load, lots of fluids, half strength pedialite (red flavor tastes better imo) , Walgreens pulse oximeter to monitor your oxygen saturation, motrin . Praying that you will be feeling better soon –
I had the South African ‘light Covid’ – no breathing issues. It took me like 5 solid days – 3 days in bed. Vitamin D, C, Zinc. I thought I had ‘long Covid’ – seemed to linger for several months. For me the headaches were the worst. The good news – you will be golden afterwards. Please get well soon – America needs you!
Sleep and eat healthy even if you can’t taste it properly. Getting rest is what your immune system needs the most to battle the virus.
Yes MCA by 3rd day definitely. Get lots of rest could be 2-3 weeks before you get your normal energy back. Take care 🇺🇸
Ivermectin saved my life, and can get you better too. It got me out of the COVID ICU. Recently interviewed by Bo Snerdley himself.
Prayers for your healing and health! Hope you have some of that horse paste…hear it works. Love xxxxx
Get well soon. Praying for a speedy recovery.
All my best Sundance – you’ll be in my prayers tonight.
Prayers and empathy!
Ivermectin, it works.
Saying a prayer right now for your full and quick recovery. May God watch over you and keep you safe. We need you.
We love you Sundance. Get well quickly. We can manage without you for a few days so take the time you need to fully recover.
My son and I have both had it.
We feel your pain!
Hang in there.
Get well! You will be well in about 3-5 days. Went thru all that last December. Back to running sub 7 minute miles as a 61 year old!
Get better SD. Praying for your recovery. God bless you.
Take care Sundance.
Get well soon Sundance. Vitamins C, D, and zinc are helpful. I haven’t tried the Ivermectin myself, but others say it works for healing. Also get lots of rest.
Prayers Up for you, Sundance…
You’ll be as good as new and raising hell in a few days…
Meanwhile, get your rest and we’re all wishing you the best…
I had it in November of last year. For the aches, I modified a hydrotherapy treatment I saw online. The easiest way for me to heat up was a hot shower – as long & as hot (without burning myself) as I could stand it. Ideally, you want to break a sweat, but that’s hard to do in a shower. When you really don’t want to be in the hot shower any longer, finish off with an ice cold shot of water for about 5 seconds, right between the shoulder blades. It was like magic – aches were all but gone. I never really got them back full force, just very slightly as the hours went by.
Took Ivermectin (apple flavored), did povidone iodine nasal rinse/gargle several times a day to keep viral load down. I’d been on the Zelenko protocol for months – just bumped all elements up in dosage while sick. Throat, aches, headache all gone by day 3, one day after starting ivermectin. Crushing fatigue & brain fog gone by day 7 & felt fine.
Best wishes for a speedy, uncomplicated recovery. ~E
Get well soon!
Sundance: I just sent an email to
[email protected]
I can ship things to you overnight.
Your email just came in….and I flagged it. (SD just left the mail room not more that 10 min ago. too.) He’s already on the “protocol” and has seen a doctor, so I’m hoping he’s decided to call it a night and get some much needed rest.
excellent

Prayers up for a speedy recovery 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
IF you have onset of difficulty breathing and/or O2 numbers start moving, seek out a physician who will start from the top of this protocol:
MATH+ Hospital Treatment Protocol for COVID-19 [v16 – updated March 5, 2022] (covid19criticalcare.com)
The steroid packs an anti-covid punch; it really is effective. Saved a relative when I convinced attending dr. to up from 6mg to max 10mg dexamethasone and add IV Vit C. He turned from “send to hospice, covid w/ kidney failure, 0% prognosis” overnight to “**** s**t, he’s improving!” It wasn’t methylprednisolone (requested), but it was the best the dr. would offer up. Never looked back, and all the drs. called him the miracle patient (82 yrs and bad heart), stomped out of there like a PO’ed mule after they kept him over for PT. Commented that they had never seen a rebound from MAX O2 therapy (40L ?) to full wean in the time he did.
Other a$$ho1e dr dumped on IVM (all rejected it), wouldn’t hear of anything unless it was NEJM. Found NEJM June ’21 article MP vs. DXM steroid trial. MP XXX better than DXM. Sent to another dr. Read it, called back, said, “Uh……..can’t negate it,……but won’t budge on MP.” Yeah, NEJM. Sure. Policy trumps logic. Only way we got max steroid and C IV was because relative was a “goner”, and it wasn’t the outlawed IVM.
Other relative got MP after 8-10-ish days with onset of short breath, O2 bottomed at 94, to 100 in 2-3 days on a 6-day pack, outpatient. Only got that b/c urgent care wasn’t taking covid, and hospital was turning away those who weren’t ripe enough to die, so the dr. figured it’s close enough to roll the dice and prescribe.
This is very poor medical care even when it is “free” but we all knew it was going to be worse than that “free medical care for dependents” offered by any branch of the military in the 1950’s-1960’s.
Even the star players get dinged up once in awhile….we’ll keep the opponents in check until your cleared to get back in the lineup! 😉👍🤧
Get better fast, Sundance!
Best wishes for a speedy and full recovery.
We need you on the front lines Sundance!
Our best to you, Sundance 🙂 Hope you’re feeling better soon.
Sending prayers for healing, wisdom, and good treatment!
Sundance. I went to UNM hospital back in december after battling it for a month. I wasnt winning but neither was the virus. They tested me and showed positive for covid. I put down on paper no ventilator, no remdesivir. I then asked the doctor that I wanted the virus DNA typed to see what version. I asked several times of day for 4 days. They refused. I asked for monoclinal antibody treatment. They refused. They gave me a stetoid and oxygen. Steroid put my blood sugar into the diabetic range and then gave insulin to counter it. A month later I went to see my primary doctor and she said that the hospital doctor put down that I refused the monoclonal treatment. Also, the cost for DNA typing of the virus was quoted $107. No insurance cost. You require here in NM a doctor’s prescription for the test. I told my story just in case you get better results than I did.
Vitamin B and C, anything with Zinc in it and Honey. Relax, get thru it! We Got This!!
I had it in Feb. ‘21. My family all had it, including my elderly parents. Nobody hospitalized. Drank fluids and took Advil. My brother just got it a second time. Went bicycling with a friend who was vaxxed and boosted and tested positive but felt ok so went biking…brother tested positive 2 days later. My son and wife just got it a second time. I had thought we were protected through natural immunity. This thing must be mutating. Symptoms similar but milder. None of us are vaxxed except for my parents- doctors coerced them- no vax-no surgery. Stay strong.
By the second or third go round we are talking about a cold virus.
Remember back in the day when we had colds and flus 😉 one could catch a couple or more colds a year.
Our 1 year old, and our 18 month old grandsons had the “ vid” two days later they were wrecking our house again😎
And I’ll bet you were glad they were well enough to “wreck your house!”
I went to get an antibiotic from the doc for an infection from diverticulitus(it runs in the family😂). Anyway, the first available doc told me I needed to get vaxxed. I replied I have natural immunity. She asked where I got my medical degree. Anyway, why would it be worse the second go-around? Like you say, it is like a flu, and I’ve had some bad ones, went to ER on Christmas, dehydrated feared passing out. Asked me for a urine sample, said you must be kidding. Looked at my tongue and said, Oh! Pumped me with two bags of IV and sent me home.
My Dad(90) must have great natural immunity from riding public transportation in Chicago and teaching for fifty years- probably been exposed to about everything- that and drinking tap water from lead pipes. Didn’t eat much, was sleepy for a couple days. Mom was arguing with home-care nurse that it was just a cold…then went and tested. Oops.
Remember when kids walked to school, and if it rained ya put on boots? No grandkids yet.
We had the Delta Variant last July/August then just recently in May, got a second round – off color for 3 days apiece then all good, so I was thinking that was Immunity for 10 months – both Unvaxxed.
Not unlike the Influenza that comes around every winter.
Met my son’s roommate’s family last fall when they were starting school. They claim their son had it three times. Then he got the vaccine and he’s been fine. I thought to myself, wtf? I told his Dad, we are not getting the vaccine and by the way, I’ve never had a flu shot. He looked stunned. Maybe I’ll get a flu shot when I turn seventy, and maybe not. I hate needles. Maybe I’ll just load up on chicken soup. That’s what I made for my wife on Sunday. She’s doing better. Must be the soup.
I know several in the military who have had(forced) two vaccines and the booster and got sicker the you know what all three times.
Now they continue to test positive, they go thru the stay home for a week and then masked for 5 days on duty but they are never rechecked after the 5 masked days.
Why would the military not retest them ?
94% of the PCR test are wrong and there have been some Dr/Scientists/ researchers who have placed unused test under black lights to discover predetermined test.
Would you happen to have a link to the black light tests? I believe you but would love to share it with others. I’m almost to the point where I’d believe just about anything negative regarding the whole covid saga! Thanks
This is one link but I’m looking for the scientists who checked several.

I tested negative again today-3 in a row. Dang cottonwood trees letting loose-itchy eyes and post nasal drip, never used to bother me. Bothered my Dad in mid-age, then went away in old-age…guess I’m mid-aged.
