Mon. thru Fri mornings here in southcentral PA I listen to radio station HOPE FM. During Pastor Lloyd Pulley’s segment (Calvary Chapel, Old Bridge, NJ) he discussed a thread of easily recognizable human temptations, and described a progression.
In youth, the yearnings are demandingly carnal.
In adulthood the focus shifts, and the accumulation of money becomes the drive.
Finally, particularly if the money thing has been successful, the temptation becomes desire to wield power.
Pastor Lloyd’s succinct summary puts the lie to the guileless preaching that has emanated from the Davos / Geneva circus.

It is a *weekly* dose of Ivermectin / HCQ for prevention. I believe it works, because when people in my household, vaxxed or not, suffer flu symptoms, the only symptom I ever had is fatigue for a day or two.
And sinus congestion is always present, which I battle with (diluted) Povidone iodine nasal flushes and white pine needle tea, as per Dr Peter McCullough.
I haven’t suffered flu symptoms this year or last, even though the variants are more contagious. Some family and coworkers had two -or even three- bouts of Covid within months, but the majority weren’t severe cases.
Me.. nothing. I am in a high risk category- and I am not “vaxxed.”
I am high risk and not jabbed, take I every two weeks along w/the other stuff. Should I take it weekly?

I read a little bit ago about a Chinese lab allegedly trying to make monkey pox more deadly to humans, and as luck would have it, I now cannot find the link.

In my opinion, based on currently available information, Monkeypox is a virus and disease which is endemic in Africa, emerges sporadically after transmission into humans from animal hosts, and is typically spread by close human contact. It is readily controlled by classical public health measures. It does not have a high mortality rate. Unless there has been some genetic alteration, either through evolution or intentional genetic manipulation, it is not a significant biothreat, and has never been considered a high threat pathogen in the past.

A scientist who worked with Peter Daszak at the EcoHealth Alliance has sent a whistleblower complaint to Senator Gary Peters, the Chairman of the Senate Whistleblower committee, stating that he believes Daszak works with the CIA and could in fact be “a double agent working on behalf of the Chinese government.”

Dr. Andrew Huff told a conservative podcaster on Thursday that he believes Daszak is a “sociopath and a pathological liar.”
And in a twitter thread last month, he said he believes EcoHealth is basically “a CIA front organization.” In the thread, Huff explained that the COVID experiments were part of scientific research and development programs that started in the United States and were transferred to China. He claimed “the United States of America is primarily responsible for COVID—not China.”
The doctor also claimed in a recent interview that he believes federal officials have been monitoring his communications and broke into his house. He said there was a forced entry into his house and several hard drives and thumb drives were stolen.
“I am not the only one that know the truth,” he said on Twitter. “I know for a fact that there are others that know too, and they have been intimated into not speaking out.”
The whistleblower is the former VP of Data and Technology at EcoHealth Alliance, where he worked “to develop novel methods of biosurveillance, data analytics and visualization for disease detection, and unique methods to identify disease emergence,” according to his bio.
Huff began his formal education after two combat tours of duty as an infantryman in Operation Enduring Freedom throughout Central America and in Iraq,” his EcoHealth bio states.
After earning a bachelors degree in psychology, and masters degrees in security technologies and geographic information systems (GIS), he was appointed a research fellow at the National Center for Food Protection and Defense (NCFPD) while earning a Ph.D. in Environmental Health specializing in emerging and environmental infectious disease at the University of Minnesota.
While working at NCFPD, Dr. Huff researched the human, environmental, and engineered aspects of global food systems and patented a novel technology to collect and fuse data from multiple disparate sources to determine which food systems are at risk to spatial hazards, mapping global supply chains in near real-time, and to rapidly identify contaminated food products and supply sources. After completing his Ph.D., Dr. Huff transitioned to Sandia National Laboratories as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff where he worked on interdisciplinary teams to develop novel methods of biosurveillance, to build public health capacity for foreign governments, and to model the effects of pandemics on interdependent infrastructure systems (e.g., food, water, energy).
Huff worked at EcoHealth from October of 2014 to April of 2016, when he quit.

In an interview with the Blaze’s Daniel Horowitz on Thursday, Huff said that he was hired to work at EcoHealth in October of 2014, and was very excited at the opportunity to work there.
“When I interviewed at EcoHealth Alliance I thought it was one of the most amazing organizations doing this type of infectious disease research,” he told Horowitz on his Conservative Review podcast.
But that excitement turned out to be short-lived.
In 2015, Huff said he discovered that EcoHealth was involved with gain-of-function research, highly controversial experiments that involve making pathogens and viruses more lethal and virulent in a laboratory.
Huff told Horowitz that he has been opposed to gain-of-function research since he was a PHD student, explaining that with his national security background, it seemed too risky to conduct research on projects that can become bioweapons in the wrong hands.
Huff also said that he was the only one who openly opposed gain of function research in discussions with the executive leadership team at EcoHealth, and that Daszak dismissed his concerns.
He told Horowitz that gain-of-function experiments with SARS-related bat coronaviruses were conducted at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill under Dr. Ralph Baric beginning in 2003.
He said he became increasingly suspicious about the PREDICT program because “nothing was adding up.”
USAID provided EcoHealth Alliance with $1.1 million between October 2009 and May 2019 to fund the “PREDICT” program, which was part of a “sub-agreement with the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) for the purpose of advancing research on critical viruses that could pose harm to human and animal health.”
“Once I got onto the project, I started looking at what we were doing [and] it just wasn’t making sense scientifically,” he told Horowitz. “It seemed like we were only hunting for certain types of coronaviruses globally, and we weren’t collecting the right types of data that you would need in addition to those viral samples, and we weren’t applying the right types of methods to actually predict of forecast which diseases would emerge.
He told Horowitz that he stayed quiet about that because he knew it was a major source of funding, and as he’d just been promoted to vice president, he didn’t “want to rock the boat.”
Another weird thing he said he noticed, is that the State Department and USAID was heavily involved with micro-managing the research day to day.
“It was very strange,” he said. Additionally, he thought it was bizarre that they were only interested in studying coronaviruses, instead on all the other dangerous infectious diseases out there.
In August of 2015, Huff said Daszak asked him to submit a report on the projects they were working on to the Intelligence Advanced Research Project Agency (IARPA).
“I had no clue as to why I was sending this report,” he noted.
When asked why the United States government would be involved in such risky research with the Communist Chinese, Huff explained that there were benefits for both sides. The Chicoms gained medical technology, and the United States gained intelligence.
“We were transferring biotechnology to China for access to their laboratory, which no one else had access to, so we could collect intelligence on them,” he said. “The sad thing is here is—it blew up in our face.”

There is information not being revealed or discussed about the timeline in this shooting. Also very little information about the armed ‘resource’ officer at the school. It appears that the shooter had a lot of time before he was encountered. We’ll see if facts emerge but if you think the police are going to save you, think again. I hear well we need an armed security guard (apparently had that here and in Parkland, Florida), x-ray machines etc. Have you ever gone past a school at recess or when buses are being loaded. If an animal wants to kill children these measures are fake security. You have to identify the risk and deal with them. In the majority of these shootings the FIB, police, school knew about the killer.
Texas DPS confirmed to Fox News that the school officer was injured by gunfire, which allowed suspect Salvador Ramos to run inside the school and barricade himself. Ramos dropped a bag of ammunition at the entrance of the school as a result of the shootout, according to DPS.
Unfortunately, an armed security officer won’t stop this type of mayhem but keep hearing that this is the solution. There was a cop in Parkland Florida as well. Have to identify the killers before they kill and do something about them.

When my son was 14, he was smoking weed unbeknownst to his mother and me, and this led him to hear voices, one of which was violent. He might have ended up shooting the family and himself if he had not been committed to an asylum for ten days and then seen a psychiatrist. He took antipsychotic drugs for a time until his brain healed. Some people are susceptible to psychosis as a direct result of exposure to marijuana. Stay away from the stuff, and teach your kids and grandkids to stay away from it.

Some young men seem more susceptible. A man I’m related to by marriage had a bad experience with weed in his teens, I believe it was. He became psychotic, and it lasted so long he finally had to tell his mother.

Just because it doesn’t have the same effect on everyone doesn’t mean it isn’t dangerous.

There are more than 850 sub-variants of cannabis. Each one does something different depending on it’s terpenes, or the taste and smell. Each persons physical make up and tolerance is different, so researchers have had a heckuva time trying to quantify and standardize it’s effects. Having used cannabis in a recreational and medical capacity on and off for nearly 30 years, in my experience 180daysofkindergarten is correct, the very same cannabis used for pain or some other malady does not cause the same negative effects as cannabis used as a party drug. I cannot put my finger on the how and why but that seems to be the way it is.

Being angry about things you can do absolutely nothing about is not good for your health. Contempt is adequate. And just as George Carlin said in one his routines and everyone laughed, I actually like people… in limited quantities.

Mine was so angry, that all I could do was shred my latest ballot that was sent and not requested. If I had requested one, that’s my prerogative, but I didn’t, so I did what I did. AND, I’ll do the same again. When I ask for a mail in ballot, it is usually because I’m not driving in the ice and snow (I’m to old to do that and still be safe for others) and there is no available ride to take me, (Senior Service here is no longer available they told me) but they didn’t even ask if I wanted one, so in the shredder it went.
Sorry to tell you, the FBI doesn’t have to answer to anyone. They are the big cheese, always were.

The U.S. Census Bureau this week said the decennial tabulation of every American resident had miscounted populations in 14 states by enough that a handful of seats in the House of Representatives should have gone to other states.
But even with evidence in hand that at least a few seats should have shifted between states — Texas and Florida, for example, may have deserved additional seats — there is nothing those states, the Census Bureau, the Commerce Department or Congress can do about it.
The latest survey showed the decennial count missed, or undercounted, a statistically significant portion of the populations of six states: Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, Texas and Illinois.
