The Stock Market is a thermometer and a highly manipulated thermometer at that. However, it is eventually the slave of the cycle. I don’t think most people are going to pay much attention or alarm until the Dow Jones drops below 30,000.

The Bear Market began January 3rd. What we have had since are Bear Market rallies back to former areas of support which are now areas of resistance. This is followed by new lows which are old lower support levels.
An example; 34,500 was an old major support level. Then 32,500, which is now a major resistance level. There could be support coming in at 30,500. However, I don’t see major support until 28,500.
Very similar trend lines in other countries as well. Lower highs and lower lows, some beginning earlier than US, some a bit later, but down nonetheless. Today we’re looking for a lower low, followed probably within a week by a lower high (head fake rally).
I suspect we are in for a big market crash.

My ‘feeling’ on Musk is:
– He genuinely wants to ‘do good’ for both himself, and humanity.
– He created Tesla as an example of that.
– He got caught up with the government as a result of ‘environmental’ concerns, and got an inside look at what the Dems want to do.
– He was not so upset with the Dems wanting environmental friendly policies, but — just as with Twitter — wanted to see the data that the Dems used to claim their policies are justified.
– He KNOWS that the drive to replace fossil fuels with electric vehicles is a pipe dream.
– He KNOWS that the production of lithium batteries is wreaking havoc on the environment in ‘foreign’ countries.
– He KNOWS that this Dem policy WILL NOT help humanity advance, but WILL cause strife (people do not want to HAVE to drive electric) and distrust (farmers have explained the inefficiency of electric powered farm machinery in taking precious work hours to have to ‘recharge’) and financial crash (the price of these vehicles are beyond the reach of many households).

Musk had the audacity to expose Twitter’s real agenda so now they are going after him.
There is also a lawsuit pending claiming Elon Musk does not hire enough foreigners. Implying Musk is prejudice.
I am borrowing the suspicious cat on this one and believe the government agencies that have been “sicked” on Elon Musk are not scrutinizing him on the citizens behalf but to protect the government from Elon Musk.

Elon Musk has made it very clear he hires the most qualified.
Musk is following basic, fundamental practices when seeking out qualified employees.
One would think the government would want to take a few lessons from Musk since Elon Musk’s business ventures are thriving and US government is bankrupt, corrupt, and appears beyond salvaging.
That these multiple agencies are hassling Musk is alarming since the Judicial system has become more and more corrupt and political.
