I was robbed at a gas station in NJ last night. After my hands stopped trembling..I managed to call the cops and they were quick to respond and calmed me down….. My money is gone.. the police asked me if I knew who did it..I said yes.. it was pump number 9…

Jury Nullification: Don’t close the account. Just don’t use it. Closing credit card accounts tends to lower your credit rating (FICO score). The system is designed to favor the carrying of more debt and the holding of larger credit lines.
I had a card with $8,000 for Home Depot and didn’t use it. Eventually Home Depot closed the account and reported it to the credit agency. My score went down.

Drop box fraud should have the same penalty as mailbox fraud which is a federal penalty.
There doesn’t appear to be any mailbox fraud penalty on mail box theft either. Never bother with anyone who steals mail from a mailbox when they are reported, so it is just like the voter fraud…. nothing will happen to anyone unless it is personal to the one who works on the theft.
I talked to a girl at work last week. We had never really talked about politics before, and she told me an interesting story. She said her grandfather was a registered Democrat who had passed away 4 or so odd years ago. She said they received 4 ballots for him to vote in the 2020 elections!
When my mother in law died, we took a death certificate and removed her from the role. We live in Utah and I think they do a pretty good job as we never received a ballot after that and only one each per family member.

When electors votes are counted – there term is over – they are out of office – there are no electors in office currently.

The fact that no current law prescribes the manner in which a wronged candidate would re-assume the presidency HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO with judicial authority under our constitution. As is well known, the Supreme Court has in the past, by its rulings, either stricken existing law, or created rights to new laws.
In a case such as election 2020, the wronged President of the United States would have a right, UNDER OUR CONSTITUTION, TO BE RESTORED TO OFFICE FOR A SECOND FOUR YEAR TERM.
All the Court would then need to do is to append: THE COURT SO ORDERS!

After their testimony, all the ballot harvesters will leave their phones at home now while they drop off illegally harvested votes. I received an email today from a university I attended. A large one in Nashville.
The email was about praising the leadership of Zelensky. My first thought was to define leadership. I could make an argument Hitler was a good leader. Heck, I could make an argument that Putin is a good leader. However, like Zelensky, they both forfeit any basic leadership skills over their moral principles.
The email ended with asking how my organization is being a leader regarding the conflict in Ukraine. My answer is it is not doing anything over a regional territorial dispute that has lasted for several centuries. We are not going to alienate any of our customers by commenting on something that is none of our business.
Furthermore, Zelensky is no saint to be admired. He presides over one of the most corrupt countries in the world. His army is made up of self proclaimed nazis. He literally banned political opposition and the free press in Ukraine. The narrative that he is leading some cause for freedom has been shattered.
Putin will be pleased with this attack on an effective opponent of his invasion of Ukraine.

I’m seeing reports about Minority Leader McCarthy sending evidence preservation letters throughout government. Such letters are common in litigation and prior to litigation when a clear legal claim is pending or contemplated – counsel for potential plaintiff or prosecutors might send them out to put defendants on notice such that any post-receipt destruction of evidence may be admissible as evidence against the defendant in the stated claim, or a crime if from a prosecutor. Big entities, especially corporations, have regular document destruction policies, and, if there’s no preservation letter, it all gets destroyed on schedule. Governmental entity document retention (i.e., timed destruction) policies, also exist or should exist at all levels of government, with varying degrees of comprehensiveness, comprehensibility, and regular performance.
But there are federal and state laws on the subject, and they can be quite complex. And they are primarily related to civil claims anticipated to be litigated in the respective courts. It is much less clear what effect a minority congressperson’s letter might have on future legislative hearings when party dominance will have changed, and especially on future litigation, state or federal.

A couple of days ago I stopped by the market to pick up a bag of spinach. I was planning on making some pesto with it. $8.28 for an average size bag of baby spinach. I did not buy it, I have other greens I can make it with. Clackamas county Oregon.

Speaking with checker, she said so many, when checking out, aren’t sure if they can purchase everything they have in basket. They have to see the total as they go. She said she can’t afford food, now.

I haven’t looked at the full interview, but it doesn’t sound to me like Mo Brooks believes there was enough election fraud to have stolen the election. That is probably why he just wants to move past the fraud issue.
Also, why is it so hard (when discussing Trump’s discussions) for them to give context that 1) Trump firmly believes fraud stole the election;. 2) widespread fraud did happen that should be investigated; and 3) if nothing else election integrity laws should be fired up to be sure nothing like 2020 ever happens again?

The evidence of wide-spread-election-changing fraud is very clear and very obvious. The only people who make claims to the contrary have never looked at the mountains of evidence. There is nothing left to say about it. Anyone who claims there isn’t evidence of enough fraud to change the election needs to be asked “did you review the evidence?”
I am an Alabamian. I supported Mo Brooks. However, Mr. Brooks is not helping the citizens of the United States by this retort to President Trump because Mr. Brooks is in essence putting his own career and feelings ahead of our current reality. The 2020 election was stolen not just from President Trump but from the American people. The result of that theft is that we are now living in the most dire predicament our nation has ever encountered and that predicament is arguably worse than the civil war because now the entire country is under existential threat of ruin which affects other nations as well because of our role on the world stage.
Mr. Brooks should stop sniping at President Trump, and I hope he will be replaced by someone who will put the country and its people ahead of his personal feelings. We need someone who is willing to undertake a serious examination at the election theft and place that necessity ahead of his personal ambitions and desire to reveal personal communications with President Trump or to complain in public about petty matters. Even though President Trump sometimes makes caustic remarks, those remarks should be weighed against the drastic situation that our country is in and those that support the continuation of our country ought to be able to grasp the greater picture.
