I have such a weird work situation. I was hired by a small business & then they informed me “we’re gonna do your payroll through a staffing agency bc we don’t want to add to our headcount wrt all that entails.”
I thought it over and based on the pay & schedule, I accepted. That’s was 3 years ago.
Fast forward I got an email from the staffing agency detailing that they were going to comply with the OSHA mandate. Look for an update in the coming days.
I prepared to lose my job. Even though i did get the 2 doses way back in spring 2020 I vowed not to be “boosted” or comply with any sort of proof of vaccination policy regarding work.
In reading the osha guidelines for the mandate, workers who who choose to go the testing route are subject to the following:
Weekly testing paid by employee. If positive employee must be “removed immediately” (whatever the hell that means) & must provide a negative test to return to work. Not a home test, which are obviously cheaper if you can even get it. You will also be on unpaid leave while you’re covid positive. All of this info is kept “on file” and there is no language discussing what is done with this info wrt whether or not they’re building a database (of course they are!)
So what happens if as people have been doing for decades, when I wake up one morning & I’m not feeling well & call in sick to work?” Does the company have the authority to demand I be tested for covid? What if I don’t bc I know it’s not covid? For example I suffer from migraines & have had to miss work bc of it. Do I have to prove I don’t have covid every time I get sick?????
It’s insane & I would quit if push came to shove.
Thankfully I just got an update that in light of the court ruling they are “pausing” the idea of instituting this mandate. They are not going the route JoeBama is touting.
Hopefully other large employers will follow this path.

I would choose the testing route if required and would do it on Mondays. Since it is work related I would not use my own personal time.
Employees are valuable right now. We pay for an employee’s test and do almost all of them at our local company clinic except for satellite areas. With a positive test we also pay hourly employees up to 40 hours for the 5 days they must be absent, but only for those days they were scheduled to work. There is cost, but we have rebuilt our workforce and cannot afford to lose people.
Be wary of test kits…although most employers are probably requiring lab test results and not at-home tests.

Looks like the models are varying from 0.10 to 0.25 in most places with up to 0.50 to 0.90/1.00 in isolated areas. He has it broken out on the video, but 9 minutes to 14 minutes is when he discusses the Ice. Widespread 0.75 and up would be devastating. Winds are expected to be around 15 mph. He goes over the chart of expected damage with ice accumulation and wind. With the 15 mph winds and over 0.50 inches of ice it is expected to have 1 to 5 day power outages in some areas.

That the filibuster is an inherently racist tool, a relic of Jim Crow, is an odd position for Democrats to take given that just yesterday, they used the filibuster to block legislation proposed by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). Indeed, Sen. Cruz’s bill not only attracted the votes of forty-nine out of fifty Republican Senators (the only exception was Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY)), but also six Democratic Senators who face close races in 2022 and/or are from purple states: Senators Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), Catherine Cortez-Masto (D-NV), Mark Kelly (D-AZ), , Jacky Rosen (D-NV), Maggie Hassan (D-NH) and Raphael Warnock (D-GA).
That meant that Cruz had 55 votes for his bill — a clear majority. So why did it not pass?
Because Senate Democrats invoked the racist Jim Crow relic in order to refuse to allow a vote on that bill unless it first attained 60 votes to close the debate. In other words, Democrats — on Thursday— used the filibuster to block Cruz’s bill despite its having the support of the majority of the Senate.

This year, the fight for us is to keep Ron Johnson in the Senate (he finally announced that he is running for re-election). He’s one of the better ones in there and I’d hate to see him lose, especially due to fraud.

Last year, my brother in law got Covid, and recovered from it. Which means he now had natural immunity to it. And my sister never caught it from him, which means her natural immunity to coronaviruses was high to begin with.
And then, because the corrupt government in Puerto Rico has gone as Covid dictatorial as for example NY, CA and MI, not taking the jab would have ruined their lives, they would have lost their house and everything they worked their entire lives for. So they ended up taking the jab.
And a couple of days ago I got a text message from my sister. They both got Covid. It hit them really hard. Which means that not only does the jab not protect you from getting Covid or giving it to other people, it also destroys your natural immunity.
They went to see a real frontline doctor, not a fake ‘expert’ like Fauci. He gave them a prescription for Azithromycin and some concoction made by a local pharmacy, made of several things. And it destroyed Covid within a couple of days. They are doing fine now.
I texted her back, let her know that if she finds out what the concoction from the pharmacy is composed of, to let me know what the components are. I am betting it is composed of some of the same ingredients that the mind control communist ‘experts’ like Dr Fakesi say do not work. They do, and the lying ‘experts’ know it.
If my sister can find out the infomation I asked her for, I will pass it on to my fellow Treepers here, and to everyone I know.
My husband and I had the “original” Covid and have the antibody tests to prove it…never got jabbed but we are both currently fighting this “new” variant (which I suspect is some type of jab evading mutation caused by all the people who took the shots, just like Geert VandenBossche said would happen.)
It does not appear that natural immunity to the original strain stops people from contracting this strain – it’s basically a bad cold and we are just chilling at home and taking all our supplements. If it truly does sweep through the population and stops the hysteria, I would be thrilled!
