Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen †

Amen! I would add to the list Jehova-tsvaot, The Lord of hosts. And methinks He is about to unleash His wrath on satan and his minions..
Praying for exactly that. There is much to be done. God go with us.

NATIONAL OATMEAL DAY – 29 OCTOBER
Oatmeal offers many health benefits.
A bowl of oatmeal daily can lower cholesterol.
It may reduce the risk of heart disease.
It may reduce your risk of cancer. (According to the American Cancer Society, eating a diet high in fiber may help reduce your risk for cancer.)
The grain is low in fat.
Oatmeal is low in calories.
Add oatmeal to your diet as a good source of iron and fiber.
Some favorite oatmeal toppings include brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, peaches, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, nuts, and granola.
Looks delicious.
Oatmeal, Cinnamon, berries and nuts may also help you lower your blood glucose.
Good morning, 😉
ALL HAIL THE POWER OF JESUS’ NAME
All hail the power of Jesus’ Name!
Let angels prostrate fall;
Bring forth the royal diadem,
And crown him, crown him, crown him,
And crown him Lord of all.
Ye seed of Israel’s chosen race,
Ye ransomed of the fall,
Hail him who saves you by his grace,
And crown him, crown him, crown him,
And crown him Lord of all.
Let ev’ry kindred, ev’ry tribe,
On this terrestrial ball,
To him all majesty ascribe,
And crown him, crown him, crown him,
And crown him Lord of all.
O that with yonder sacred throng
We at his feet may fall;
We’ll join the everlasting song,
And crown him, crown him, crown him,
And crown him Lord of all.
Rainbow gay pride flag?
C’mon, man! There are a bunch more for you to memorize … apparently
Where’s the Islamic one?
I’m really afraid to even think about that last one.
??
Bare bones, indeed! That’s clever! Thank you for sharing
Thinking of “today”, thinking of “now”:
2 Cor. 6:2 (cf. Isaiah 49:8)
“For He says: “In the acceptable time I listened to you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” Behold, now is the time of favor; behold, now is the day of salvation.
Isaiah 55:6-7
“Seek the LORD while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the LORD, and He will have mercy on them, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.”
Hebrews 3:15a (cf. Psalms 95:7-8)
“As it has been said: “If today you hear His voice, harden not your hearts…”
Revelation 22:17 (cf. Isaiah 55:1)
“The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” Let the one who hears say, “Come!” And let the one who is thirsty come, and the one who desires the water of life drink freely.”

Thinking of why:
Romans 6:23
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
John 3:16
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
Romans 5:8
“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
John 5:24
“Truly, truly, I tell you, whoever hears My word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life and will not come under judgment. Indeed, he has crossed over from death to life.”
—
Thinking of how:
Luke 18:13
“And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise his eyes to heaven, but beat his chest, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me a sinner!’”
James 4:8a
“Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.”
John 6:28-29
“Therefore they said to Him, “What must we do, that we may be doing the works of God?” Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you should believe in Him whom He has sent.””
Mark 9:24b
“‘Lord, I believe; help my unbelief.'”
Acts 16:30-31
“Then he brought them out and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, you and your household.””

After topping the Cashbox Magazine Best Sellers Chart two weeks earlier, ? and the Mysterians “96 Tears” reached number one on the Billboard chart. Although he closely guarded his true identity at the time, the man known as Question Mark turned out to be Rudy Martinez, from Saginaw Valley, Michigan.

A 30 year old rocker named Marvin Lee Aday, who uses the stage name Meat Loaf, releases his landmark album “Bat Out Of Hell”. Since that time, the LP has sold over 43 million copies worldwide.
“96 Tears”, one of the best sing-along songs ever!
Oil Execs take a verbal lashing from Democrats at hearing. Despite one law suit after another claiming that “Big Oil” companies conspired to mislead the public about the dangers of CO2, failing to meet muster in the courts the left will not stop in their attempt to bully the Oil Companies.
If every Republican had the stones this Rep., we would not be in the fix we’re in now.
Whoa! This guy is a star ??
It was a mighty rebuke. Bravo!

That was fascinating, thanks for posting it.
Quite unusual hearing someone speak well of Jefferson Davis.
Davis saw it as his Christian duty to give African slaves a hand up. He viewed his plantations as stepping stones to achieving membership in civil society. His primary overseer ( his name eludes me) was a black man who Davis considered as close as a brother. Davis allowed his slaves to have their own court system and only intervened if he thought their judgements were too harsh. When they bowed to him he bowed in return. The plantations were eventually taken over by union soldiers and US Grant stated that he wished to make Briarfield a “negro paradise”. It became a hellish refugee camp instead. At the end of the war with Richmond in peril, Davis’s young son fell from a window and was killed. Crushed by grief he was observed pacing back and forth in his office, repeating over and over, His will, not mine. Davis has been grossly and unfairly maligned by revisionist historians
Thank you for adding those details.
Amazing to be able to hear confirmation of his decency from a former slave’s own mouth.
We live in a Truman Show reality and are fed literally almost nothing but lies.
Compare, contrast the differences and type of men Grant, Sherman, and Lincoln as opposed to Davis, Lee, and Jackson.
Truly should tell you l you need to know.
BTW The South Was Right! should be mandatory reading, particularly for White Southerners who have been conditioned for over a century and a half to believe we have no heritage and culture unique to us.
Grant (1863): “I am not an abolitionist, not even what you would call anti-slavery.” Lee: “Slavery is a great moral evil.”
Yet Lee owned slaves and Grant didn’t.
Lee inherited slaves, they were part of his wife’s dowry. Mary Anna Custis Lee was the great-granddaughter of Martha Washington and her family were slaveowners. Lee had no use for slaves – “I’m a soldier, not a farmer” – but they came with the package. He freed them when he could place them on Northern farms where they would be compensated for their labor. The ones who were elderly or disabled stayed on at his estate, Arlington. Grant, like most northerners, was indifferent to slavery. Most northerners, and really most southerners, if asked would say that slavery was wrong. But few thought it worth going to war to end it. It was fading out anyway, gradual emancipation with compensation to the planters would have avoided the war – if slavery was the central issue. It was a tertiary issue, the purpose of the war was to aggregate power in a central government and dilute the constitutionally designated power of the several states
I live just down the road from the Jefferson Davis Memorial in Kentucky. It is an obelisk modeled after the Washington Monument, but it is made from Kentucky limestone rather than Granite. It is still part of the Kentucky State Park system. I am surprised that they have not torn it down. It is in a rural community that does not tolerate obnoxious outsiders.
Absolutely amazing. Thanks much!
. . . but deliver us from the Evil One.
Amen ?
The Jesus Prayer
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy upon me, a sinner.
Prayer of Saint Ioannikios the Great of Bithynia (+ 846)
My hope is the Father, my refuge the Son, my protection the Holy Spirit. O Holy Trinity, glory to Thee.
The 50th Psalm (Septuagint)
Psalm 51 (KJV – Masoretic)
SUBSTITUTION
“He hath made Him to be sin for us…that we might be made the righteousness of God…” 2 Cor v. 21
The modern view of the death of Jesus is that He died for our sins out of sympathy. The New Testament view is that He bore our sin not by sympathy, but by identification. He was MADE TO BE SIN. Our sins are removed because of the death of Jesus, and the explanation of His death is His obedience to His Father, not His sympathy with us. We are acceptable with God not because we have obeyed, or because we have promised to give up things, but because of the death of Christ, and in no other way. We say that Jesus Christ came to reveal the Fatherhood of God, the loving-kindness of God; the New Testament says He came to bear away the sin of the world. The revelation of His Father is to those to whom He has been introduced as Saviour. Jesus Christ never spoke of Himself to the world as one Who revealed the Father, but as a stumbling block (see John xv. 22-24). John xiv. 9 was spoken to His disciples.
That Christ died for me, therefore I go scot free, is never taught in the New Testament. What IS taught in the New Testament is that “He died for all” (not – He died my death), and that by identification with His death I can be freed from sin, and have imparted to me His very righteousness. The substitution taught in the New Testament is twofold: “He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; THAT WE MIGHT BE MADE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN HIM.” It is not Christ FOR me unless I am determined to have Christ formed IN me.

2 Cor 5:21
Amen!
Makes me laugh to think Jesus died out of sympathy. “I have sympathy for those poor misguided souls” yeah right.
No, Jesus died for us an action as all his instructions are. He fixed it, “it is finished”.
It’s where all the begging and whining come from in prayers.
We didn’t even know we were lost, consider that in all your prayers. God already knows.
If this isn’t a dead ringer for the current state of America…
Why should you be stricken again? You will revolt more and more. The whole head is sick, and the whole heart faints. From the sole of the foot even to the head, there is no soundness in it, only wounds and bruises and putrefying sores; they have not been closed or bound up, or soothed with ointment. Your country is desolate, your cities are burned with fire; strangers devour your land in your presence; and it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers. So the daughter of Zion is left as a booth in a vineyard, as a hut in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city.
Mornin’ infidels.
We are missing you, Garrison.

They want the condition mind control game rules the anwser is simple , break em.
Working on it.
I just finishing a book that details the atrocities which Soviet Russia committed against her own people; “A Century of Violence in Soviet Russia” by Alexander N. Yakovlev; Yale University Press, 2002. The author was an official with the Communist regime, as well as an official with post-Soviet Russia.
The book details the behavior of the totalitarian Soviet dictatorship towards all of its subjects. Here are just a few examples.
There are other examples which I could cite.
Do you recognize how this behavior, which defined life in Soviet Russia, is now predominant here in the USA? We are already very far down the road to complete loss of our freedom.
We have not had the mass murders and executions which the Russian committed; but what about all of the people who died because of the suppression of early Covid treatment methods and drugs, and from the spreading of the disease in nursing homes? What about the inordinate number of deaths and sicknesses caused by the “vaccine,” which is being forced upon the American people?
We must recognize that there are people here and now in the USA, many in positions of power, who are every bit as evil as Lenin, Stalin and their helpers. They must be stopped.
If you are MAGA and you are applying what time and resources you can to “overturn the 2020 fraudulent election in 2021”, you are making a difference…..
Ol’ Ben Franklin was illustrating how important each patriot’s effort was to the cause of Freedom when he penned this little verse:
“For want of a nail the shoe was lost,
for want of a shoe the horse was lost;
and for want of a horse the rider was lost;
being overtaken and slain by the enemy,
all for want of care about a horse-shoe nail.”
-Benjamin Franklin (1758)
Thanks for providing the “nails” that are so vital to restoring freedom to America in 2021.
MAGAs have the numerical, economic, moral, intellect and armed majorities in America.
You are on the winning side.
MAGA isn’t just a motto, it is our duty.
Much older than Ben Franklin! Harks back to Shakespeare Richard II “A horse! A horse! My kindom for a horse!” and dates to teh 13th century in other forms “The wise tell us that a nail keeps a shoe, a shoe keeps a horse, a horse keeps a kight, a knight, who can fight, keeps a castle.”
Nan,
Thanks for the information.
Time tested wisdom, some of the best kind.

Oh how I miss the beauty, grace, style and class of Melania as our First Lady. Jill Biden is an old hag.
Her mantilla was meant to cover her hair; however, since she probably didn’t do a trial run, she may not have realized it would slip. She should’ve had combs to keep it in place. But that leopard print suit and cleavage? I don’t care how little cleavage she showed, she should’ve worn a more modest top. Leopard print is tacky on a good day and heinous in the Vatican.

Grant us patience, Lord, as the evil ones try to anger us and cause us to fall.
Spread blessings over Israel and Netanyahu.
We humbly ask that You please comfort those who are grieving and in pain.
