This judge instead seems to think that “the Law is whatever I want it to be.” But, that’s not how the Law actually works – even when you are a judge.

That is the effective date of the new oath of office for judges that Congress passed a couple of months earlier leaving judges subject only to the laws promulgated by Congress – mention of the Constitution in that oath is superfluous and does not change the meaning of the oath if left out. This is a violation of the Constitution itself, meaning that every judgement made since that date is VOID.

The only problem with apps like Gab, Telegram, Gettr, Parler, etc…is that they only attract serious conservatives. That means you are basically just in a vaccuum. Don’t get me wrong, there is good information there and it helps to communicate with one another away from control of big tech. But unfortunately, our messaging doesn’t get through to a broader audience and we become that much more isolated, when we leave the larger platforms where more of “middle-America” still resides, i.e. Twitter, Facebook, etc… FYI – TikTok is actually a really great platform to share and view content. The algorithms work great in that you generally see what you like best, so not inundated with liberal content, yet there is still a mix of people out there seeing your content. They say it is for the kids, but I’m addicted and most of my “feed” (called a For You Page) is filled with a lot of political pro-trump content.

All people have to do is stop using those sites and those sites will change course posthaste or shrivel up and die. Unfortunately, though, they’re global companies and just too damn big to fail at this point. All the foreign country’s have to do is simply threaten to block access to those services nationwide, and Facebook and Twitter and so on bow down immediately. So, unless the U.S. Government starts regulating those sites like a ‘utility’ or some such, there is going to be no end in sight to the incredibly biased abuse and it is destined to only get much worse here in the homeland.

I, myself- NEVER joined Twitter, I knew very early on 2 things:
1. From being a bartender MANY years, Twitter was quickly obvious to me to be the BEST thing since alcohol to say something you WISH immediately you could take back- but, never will. I’ve seen marriages end, from both (sadly).
2.That anything I needed to know/hear would be told to me by someone or some site, within ample time- if I listened.
But, congrats- Again? How many times is this, now?
