Correct me if I am wrong, but state electors are not Constitutionally *required* to cast their electoral votes for the candidate who won the majority vote. The US Constitution does provide the legislatures an ‘out’ to cast their electoral votes however they wish.
I would guess that state electors have ‘cemented’ fraudulent elections in January for quite some time now, perhaps a century or more.

But, how the electors vote is certainly influenced by the “vote” certified by the state, and, in the present cases, fraudulent votes were certified by the aforementioned states.

The more I think about this the more pissed off I get. WE THE PEOPLE had to pay for and fight for this audit. Not the AZ Senate, Not Maricopa County, not AZ, not the GOP, not our tax dollars. AND volunteers came from all over the country to help. Gave up their lives, their incomes, their families, their time and more.
THIS IS FRAUD as well. Fraud heaped upon fraud!
The audit teams should all publish all of their results on their own.

2 Laine- I don’t know if you saw this is the past, but this is a fantastic memo that was done regarding the election. Apparently the author discussed it with Pence at some point.

Good morning. Looking for some treeper help I’ve been going through various CDC reports over Covid cases etc, but one piece of info that I have not been able to find is this: how many people who had Covid and recovered and never took the jab have been reinfected?

I remember there being an infinitesimally small number of sick people said to have tested positive for Covid twice, less than five in the entire world. And those few were chalked up to false positive tests.
They are in a panic as they know sooner rather than later, the ‘Rona will burn itself out and the scamdemic will be over. There will be backlash for forcing a jab for a non entity germ, once the ‘Rona goes to sleep in the dust bin of virology.

Good question. I’ve been looking to find data on how many folks who had covid and survived, have gotten fully jabbed. The natural immunity be damned! I can’t find a thing.
Try Japan. I think they and Israel are trying to keep accurate records and it is far less than 1%. Reinfection just doesn’t happen if you’ve had it already.
My family had it twice. Early in 2020 and then again in the Spring of this year immediately AFTER an idiot under this roof got vaxed and shed his proteins all over the house about the time they were screaming about the new Delta variant.

I doubt if you can find a published CDC report on this subject because it goes against the party line. However the following video is a good starting place because the doctor being interviewed references other studies. It is long but informative.
Also the recent Israeli paper on COVID discusses this. The doctor in the video claims there is no known confirmed case of anyone who has had COVID getting it again. He says the claimed cases were because the early COVID tests could not differentiate between the flu and COVID so some people who were told they had COVID really had the flu then later got COVID. At any rate maybe this video can put you on the trail of what you are looking for.
We had it twice and it wasn’t the flu either time unless new flus have cytokines storms attacking lungs and also make one lose all taste and smell for months afterwards.

I’ve asked this a few times, but maybe I’m not framing it correctly so I’ll try again. I really believe this idea needs to be hashed out as if I’m correct it could be of monumental help to our side.
What is the basis for throwing out the results of an election? Is it that the election stands if those who dispute it can’t prove fraud? Or is it that the election is invalid if those who administered it can’t prove that it was run in an honest manner.
I’ve been accused of asking questions about the elections that can’t be answered, and therefore of being incapable of accepting any narrative saying it was a legitimate election.
My response is that because my questions can’t be answered in a satisfactory manner, that in and of itself invalidates the election.
In other words, those who run the elections must be able to prove conclusively that there was no fraud or the result cannot stand.
The left right now would argue that because we can’t prove the fraud happened (lol I know), then the election must stand.
Who is correct? What is the precedent? Are there any legal scholars who have debated this? I saw something right after the election about it but haven’t seen anything since.
It is a mighty burden to conclusively prove fraud. That can’t have been the historical expectation, can it?
This is the basis of positive and negative law, basically what gov must do vs what it must not do.
If we are going to get out of it, we need to take back our local election boards, and enforce the things that must be done. Voter rolls must be purged, a single vote is allowed per person, and cutoff dates and times for voting must be enforced. We have allowed our election process to become so watered down that it is unverifiable, and uncertifiable.
So, don’t feel bad that you can’t get traction, because there is a whole political faction that benefits from this chaos. They are not incentivized in any way to correct the multitude of problems with elections. I would even say it’s a one way street for them, once you clean up the elections, Democrats may never be voted into office again for a generation.
Yes, except that is a massive undertaking by the masses who have jobs already. It will also take a generation to accomplish.
There’s also no way of knowing whether the person you promote as a replacement is really loyal to the cause of election integrity. And we won’t know that until they get into the job.
Clearly, for decades we have been successfully deceived by RINOs. They have this down to an art– they know what to SAY to get our vote, to make us trust them. Then, once in office, they ignore their promises… BUT they do continue to blather on with the right words. It’s just their words, hearings never produce results. It’s quite a clever strategy that most of the nation have fallen for…. for decades.
What we have now as a result of the AZ Audit is the … evidence… of the multiple ways in which citizen voters are easily systematically disenfranchised every election.
We need the AZ Attny General to ACT on the evidence already supplied to him. One person. This comprehensive audit took many months of constant work to produce. This is the evidence we must use to prove to the American people that pretty much ALL our elections, nationwide, every state, are … rigged, fake. No reason to bother voting because our votes mean nothing.
To replace election boards, in all/most counties nationwide, we need … evidence of fraud, deliberate, orchestrated election fraud committed by those election board members and their accomplices.
We need indictments. We need court cases against the fraudsters to go forward. We need AZ to act. Then we have GROUNDS to force audits in all counties nationwide. How do we do this? Is the fate of the nation, our freedom, honest elections really dependent on this one man– the AZ AG?
The result of the AZ audit that 80% of Americans heard, via all of the media, and because of the deceptive portion of the Audit report … is that Biden defeated Trump in 2020 and by 300+ more votes than originally believed.
What that accomplishes is to CONFIRM to the American people that our elections are honest and deserve to be trusted… even though the truth is just the opposite. This is a very serious failure … another one of many… unless there is serious action by the AZ AG… and the AZ Senate. It seems to me the AZ Senate is … not intending to move forward to protect election integrity… which will be disastrous for the nation.
What I see coming out of all this is a slew of election-reform laws, which are seriously overdue. Yes, we need solid voter ID. Yes, we need to get rid of the computers and count the ballots by hand — with plenty of live witnesses and security cameras. Yes, we need to restrict mail-in ballots to those who *ask for them* when they register. Yes, we need to keep registrations up to date so that the dead stop voting. Yes, we need sharper examination of ballots while they’re being cast so as to cut down on “questionable”/”provisional” ballots. These are clear and simple reforms that everybody — except California Democrats — agrees on. We need to get them all passed before the 2022 election so that the citizens can trust that voting still works.
BTW, I suspect that the California recall election was pretty much honest. Otherwise, the Democrats wouldn’t have spent $70 million on campaign ads slandering Larry Elder (whose whole campaign cost only $7 million). If the Dems knew that they had the election rigged, they would have saved their money.

Excellent Point, but when I go much further it starts to be speculation. One last fact there was a request from David Archey for a FISA warrant on the Hillary campaign. The HQ 7th floor FBI slow walked it and a man at DoS named Patrick Kennedy was connected to this delay.

Specifically, look at their mean ratio of infections to case counts and you see the problem; at 6x enough people had the virus for there be no surge. But there was.

I’m really tired of people who don’t take responsibility for their lives and actions. Especially the ones that want me to fund it. I’m tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination, or big-whatever for their problems.
No one is entitled to anything. You have a choice to work, a choice to stay off drugs – a choice to make something of yourself. I have nothing to do with your choice. That’s all on you.
You are entitled to what you earn.
I didn’t earn this for you. I didn’t put in the time, and the effort, and miss out on Christmas, Thanksgiving and birthdays and Baseball games for you. I did this for my family. I EARNED this life for my family. You could have done the same.
You, and your government, have no right to reach into the pot I work so hard to fill.

U.S. Court Vindicates Patriot Edward Snowden

Edward Snowden is a patriot. He is not a traitor. He is a legitimate whistleblower and, in a surprising decision today (Thursday), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit:
Said the warrantless telephone dragnet that secretly collected millions of Americans’ telephone records violated the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and may well have been unconstitutional.
This comes seven years after former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden blew the whistle on the mass surveillance of Americans’ telephone records. Snowden exposed the details of a massive NSA program that used the fear of terrorism to trample on the Constitutional rights of American citizens. The U.S. Government is following the same twisted plan in prosecuting American citizens who entered the Capitol on January 6.
“I never imagined that I would live to see our courts condemn the NSA’s activities as unlawful and in the same ruling credit me for exposing them. . . . The Supreme Court once said, “It is difficult for the People to accept what they are prohibited from observing.” That’s why I blew the whistle in the first place: the public has a right to know decisions that redefine the territory of their rights.

Confirmation of NSA Spying.
Any state that is granting the federal government permission to “electronically monitor” their voting system is granting the Intelligence Branch of the U.S. Government full control to modify, manipulate and change the actual voting results.
You see, once the government takes an action that is so drastic, so consequential and so corrupt in scale, they enter a place where there is no upper limit on what actions need to be taken in order to protect the prior lawlessness. This same zero-sum principle was applied during the Obama-era surveillance operation against candidate Trump. Once the Obama team weaponized the intelligence apparatus, specifically by accessing the NSA database to conduct monitoring of electronic communication, they entered a world where there was no way to exit.

Proton Mail has in fact had massive increases in government demands for user information over the past year. I would be surprised if the US is NOT one of the chief sources for these demands.
Even though Proton Mail is in Switzerland, it has complied with a lot of these demands. This lets the government find out who owns an account and the name of the account. But. Proton Mail encrypts emails which will make it tougher for the FBI to read them.
